In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Shuroo Allah kay naam say jo bara meharban nehayat reham kerney wala hai
अल्लाह के नाम से जो बड़ा कृपालु और अत्यन्त दयावान है।
When the sky breaks apart
jab asman phat jaey ga
जबकि आकाश फट जाएगा
And when the stars fall, scattering,
Aur jab sitary jhar jaein gay
और जबकि तारे बिखर जाएँगे
And when the seas are erupted
Aur jab samander bhy niklein gay
और जबकि समुद्र बह पड़ेंगे
And when the [contents of] graves are scattered,
Aur jab qabreen ( shak kerky ) ukhar di jaey gi
और जबकि क़ब्रें उखेड़ दी जाएँगी
A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back.
( us waqat ) her shaks apnay agy bhyjy hoy aur pechay chory hoy ( yani agly pechly amal ) ko maloom ker lyga
तब हर व्यक्ति जान लेगा जिसे उस ने प्राथमिकता दी और पीछे डाला
O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,
Ay insan tujhy apnay rab e karim say kis chez nay bhykaya?
ऐ मनुष्य! किस चीज़ ने तुझे अपने उदार प्रभु के विषय में धोखे में डाल रखा है?
Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you?
Jis ( rab nay ) tujhy paida kiya phir thek thak kiya phir ( durust ) baraber banaya
जिस ने तेरा प्रारूप बनाया, फिर नख-शिख से तुझे दुरुस्त किया और तुझे संतुलन प्रदान किया
In whatever form He willed has He assembled you.
Jis sorat mein chaha tujhy jor diya
जिस रूप में चाहा उस ने तुझे जोड़कर तैयार किया
No! But you deny the Recompense.
Hergiz nahi balky tum to jaza o saza kay din ko jhotlaty ho
कुछ नहीं, बल्कि तुम बदला दिए जाने को झुठलाते हो
And indeed, [appointed] over you are keepers,
Yaqenan tum per nigheban izat waly
जबकि तुम पर निगरानी करने वाले नियुक्त हैं
Noble and recording;
Likhney waly muqerer hein

They know whatever you do.
Jo kuch tum kerty ho wo janty hein
वे जान रहे होते हैं जो कुछ भी तुम लोग करते हो
Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure,
Yaqenan nek log ( jant kay assh o aram aur ) nematon mein hongay
निस्संदेह वफ़ादार लोग नेमतों में होंगे
And indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire.
Aur yaqenan bad kar log dozakh mein hongy
और निश्चय ही दुराचारी भड़कती हुई आग में
They will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense,
Badly waly din is mein jaein agy
जिस में वे बदले के दिन प्रवेश करेंगे
And never therefrom will they be absent.
Wo is say kabhi ghaib na honey paein gay
और उस से वे ओझल नहीं होंगे
And what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
Tujhy kuch khabar bhi hay kay badlay ka din kiya hay?
और तुम्हें क्या मालूम कि बदले का दिन क्या है?
Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
Mein tujhy phir ( khyta hun kay ) tujhay kiya maloom kay jaza ( aur saza ) ka din kiya hay
फिर तुम्हें क्या मालूम कि बदले का दिन क्या है?
It is the Day when a soul will not possess for another soul [power to do] a thing; and the command, that Day, is [entirely] with Allah .
Wo hay jis din koi shaks kisi shaks kay liye kissi cheez ka mukhtar na hoga aur ( tamam ter ) ehkaam us roz Allah kay hi hongay
जिस दिन कोई व्यक्ति किसी व्यक्ति के लिए किसी चीज़ का अधिकारी न होगा, मामला उस दिन अल्लाह ही के हाथ में होगा
