Not equal are those believers remaining [at home] - other than the disabled - and the mujahideen, [who strive and fight] in the cause of Allah with their wealth and their lives. Allah has preferred the mujahideen through their wealth and their lives over those who remain [behind], by degrees. And to both Allah has promised the best [reward]. But Allah has preferred the mujahideen over those who remain [behind] with a great reward -
Apni janon aur maalon say Allah ki raah mein jihad kerney walay momin aur baghair uzur kay beth rehney walay momin barabar nahi apney maalon aur apni janon say jihad kerney walon ko beth rehney walon per Allah Taalaa ney darjon mein boht fazeelat dey rakhi ahi aur yun to Allah Taalaa ney her aik ko khoobi aur achai kay wada diya hai lekin mujahideen ko beth rehney walon per boht baray ajar ki fazeelat dey rakhi hai.
बराबर नहीं हो सकते बैठे रहने वाले मुसलमान जिनको कोई उज़्र नहीं है और वह मुसलमान जो अल्लाह की राह में लड़ने वाले हैं अपने माल और अपनी जान से, माल व जान से जिहाद करने वालों का दर्जा अल्लाह ने बैठे रहने वालों की निस्बत बड़ा रखा है, और हर एक से अल्लाह ने भलाई का वादा किया है, और अल्लाह ने जिहाद करने वालों को बैठे रहने वालों पर अज्रे अज़ीम के ज़रिए बरतरी दी है।
And Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah and Lot - and all [of them] We preferred over the worlds.
Aur naiz ismail ko yasaa ko aur younus ko aur loot ko aur her aik ko tamam jahaan walon per hum ney fazeelat di.
और इस्माईल और अल-यसअ और यूनुस और लूत (अलैहिमुस्सलाम) को भी, और उनमें से हर एक को हमने दुनिया वालों पर फ़ज़ीलत अता की।
And each [story] We relate to you from the news of the messengers is that by which We make firm your heart. And there has come to you, in this, the truth and an instruction and a reminder for the believers.
Rasoolon kay sab ehwaal hum aap kay samney aap kay dil ki taskeen kay liye biyan farma rahey hain. Aap kay pass iss surat mein bhi haq phonch chuka jo nasihat aur waaz hai mominon kay liye.
और हम रसूलों के अहवाल से सब चीज़ें आपको सुना रहे हैं जिससे आपके दिल को मज़बूत करें और उसमें तुम्हारे पास हक़ आया है और मोमिनों के लिए नसीहत और याद-दहानी।
So when he had left them and those they worshipped other than Allah , We gave him Isaac and Jacob, and each [of them] We made a prophet.
Jab ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) unn sab ko aur Allah kay siwa unn kay sab maboodon ko chor chukay to hum ney unhen ishaq ( alh-e-salam ) –o- yaqoob ( alh-e-salam ) ata farmaye aur dono ko nabi bana diya.
फिर जब वह उन लोगों से और जिन्हें वे अल्लाह के सिवा पूजते थे उन से अलग हो गया, तो हम ने उसे इसहाक़ और याक़ूब प्रदान किए और हर एक को हम ने नबी बनाया
And We gave him Isaac and Jacob in addition, and all [of them] We made righteous.
Aur hum ney ussay ishaq ata farmaya aur yaqoob iss per mazeed. Aur her aik ko hum ney saleh banaya.
और हम ने उसे इसहाक़ प्रदान किया और तदधिक याक़ूब भी। और प्रत्येक को हम ने नेक बनाया
And We gave understanding of the case to Solomon, and to each [of them] We gave judgement and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains to exalt [Us], along with David and [also] the birds. And We were doing [that].
Hum ney iss ka sahih faisla suleman ko samjha diya. Haan her aik ko hum ney hukum-o-ilm dey rakha tha aur dawood kay tabey hum ney pahar ker diye thay jo tasbeeh kertay thay aur parind bhi. Hum kerney walay hi thay.
तब हम ने उसे सुलैमान को समझा दिया और यूँ तो हरेक को हम ने निर्णय-शक्ति और ज्ञान प्रदान किया था। और दाऊद के साथ हम ने पहाड़ों को वशीभूत कर दिया था, जो तसबीह करते थे, और पक्षियों को भी। और ऐसा करने वाले हम भी थे
And for each We presented examples [as warnings], and each We destroyed with [total] destruction.
Aur hum ney unn kay samney misalen biyan ken phir her aik bilkul tabah-o-barbaad ker diya.
प्रत्येक के लिए हम ने मिसालें बयान कीं। अन्ततः प्रत्येक को हम ने पूरी तरह विध्वस्त कर दिया
And for each We presented examples [as warnings], and each We destroyed with [total] destruction.
Aur hum ney unn kay samney misalen biyan ken phir her aik bilkul tabah-o-barbaad ker diya.
प्रत्येक के लिए हम ने मिसालें बयान कीं। अन्ततः प्रत्येक को हम ने पूरी तरह विध्वस्त कर दिया
And why do you not spend in the cause of Allah while to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth? Not equal among you are those who spent before the conquest [of Makkah] and fought [and those who did so after it]. Those are greater in degree than they who spent afterwards and fought. But to all Allah has promised the best [reward]. And Allah , with what you do, is Acquainted.
kertay' darasal aasmanon our zamin ke meeress ka malik ( tanha ) Allah hi hai tum main say jin logo ney fatah say pehlay fi subilillah diya hai our qitaal kiya hai woh ( doosron kay ) barabar nahi bulkay unn say boht baray darjay kay hain jinhon nay fatah kay baad kheyraaten den our jahad kiyey haan bhalaee ka wada to Allah taalaaka unn sab say hai jo kuch tum ker rahey ho uss say Allah khabardaarhai.
और तुम्हें क्यो हुआ है कि तुम अल्लाह के मार्ग में ख़र्च न करो, हालाँकि आकाशों और धरती की विरासत अल्लाह ही के लिए है? तुम में से जिन लोगों ने विजय से पूर्व ख़र्च किया और लड़े वे परस्पर एक-दूसरे के समान नहीं हैं। वे तो दरजे में उन से बढ़कर हैं जिन्होंने बाद में ख़र्च किया और लड़े। यद्यपि अल्लाह ने प्रत्येक से अच्छा वादा किया है। अल्लाह उस की ख़बर रखता है, जो कुछ तुम करते हो
