Say, "What thing is greatest in testimony?" Say, " Allah is witness between me and you. And this Qur'an was revealed to me that I may warn you thereby and whomever it reaches. Do you [truly] testify that with Allah there are other deities?" Say, "I will not testify [with you]." Say, "Indeed, He is but one God, and indeed, I am free of what you associate [with Him]."
Aap kahiye kay sab say bari cheez gawahi denay kay liye kaun hai aap kahiye kay meray aur tumharay darmiyan Allah gawah hai aur meray pass yeh quran bator wahee kay bheja gaya hai takay mein iss quran kay zariye say tum ko aur jiss ko yeh quran phonchay unn sab ko daraon kiya tum sach much yehi gawahi do gay kay Allah Taalaa kay sath kuch aur mabood bhi hain aap keh dijiye kay mein to gawahee nahi deta. Aap farma dijiye kay bus woh to aik hi mabood hai aur be-shak mein tumharay shirk say bey zaar hun.
पूछिए कि सबसे बड़ा गवाह कौन है, कह दीजिए कि अल्लाह है जो मेरे और तुम्हारे दरमियान गवाह है और मुझ पर यह क़ुरआन उतारा गया ताकि मैं तुमको उसके ज़रिए से ख़बरदार करता रहूँ और उसको जिस तक यह पहुँचे, क्या तुम इसकी गवाही देते हो कि अल्लाह के साथ कुछ और माबूद भी हैं? कह दें कि मैं इसकी गवाही नहीं देता, नीज़ कह दें कि वह तो बस एक ही माबूद है और मैं बरी हूँ तुम्हारे शिर्क से।
And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said to his father Azar, "Do you take idols as deities? Indeed, I see you and your people to be in manifest error."
Aur woh waqt bhi yaad kerney kay qabil hai jab ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) ney apney baap aazar say farmaya kay kiya tu button ko mabood qarar deta hai? Be-shak mein tujh ko aur teri sari qom ko sareeh gumrahi mein dekhta hun.
और जब इब्राहीम (अलै॰) ने अपने बाप आज़र से कहा कि क्या तुम बुतों को ख़ुदा मानते हो? मैं तुमको और तुम्हारी क़ौम को खुली हुई गुमराही में देखता हूँ।
These, our people, have taken besides Him deities. Why do they not bring for [worship of] them a clear authority? And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie?"
Yeh hai humari qom jiss ney iss kay siwa aur mabood bana rakhen hain. Inn ki khudaee ki yeh koi saaf daleel kiyon paish nahi kertay Allah per jhoot iftra bandhney walay say ziyada zalim kaun hai?
ये हमारी क़ौम के लोग हैं, जिन्होंने उस से इतर कुछ अन्य पूज्य-प्रभु बना लिए हैं। आख़िर ये उन के हक़ में कोई स्पष्ट, प्रमाण क्यों नहीं लाते! भला उस से बढ़कर ज़ालिम कौन होगा जो झूठ घड़कर अल्लाह पर थोपे?
And they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that they would be for them [a source of] honor.
Enhon ney Allah kay siwa doosray mabood bana rakhay hain kay woh inn kay liye baees-e-izzat hon.
और उन्होंने अल्लाह से इतर अपने कुछ पूज्य-प्रभु बना लिए हैं, ताकि वे उन के लिए शक्ति का कारण बनें।
Or have men taken for themselves gods from the earth who resurrect [the dead]?
Kiya inn logon ney zamin ( ki makhlooqaat mein ) say jinhen mabood bana rakha hai woh zinda ker detay hain.
(क्या उन्होंने आकाश से कुछ पूज्य बना लिए है)... या उन्होंने धरती से ऐसे इष्ट -पूज्य बना लिए है, जो पुनर्जीवित करते हों?
Or have they taken gods besides Him? Say, [O Muhammad], "Produce your proof. This [Qur'an] is the message for those with me and the message of those before me." But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away.
Kiya inn logon ney Allah kay siwa aur mabood bana rakhay hain inn say keh do laao apni daleel paish kero. Yeh hain meray sath walon ki kitab aur mujh say aglon ki daleel. Baat yeh hain kay inn mein kay aksar log haq ko nahi jantay issi waja say mun moray huye hain.
(क्या ये अल्लाह के हक़ को नहीं पहचानते) या उसे छोड़कर इन्होंने दूसरे इष्ट-पूज्य बना लिए हैं (जिस के लिए इन के पास कुछ प्रमाण है)? कह दो, "लाओ, अपना प्रमाण! यह अनुस्मृति है उन की जो मेरे साथ है और अनुस्मृति है उन की जो मुझ से पहले हुए हैं, किन्तु बात यह है कि इनमें अधिकतर सत्य को जानते नहीं, इसलिए कतरा रहे हैं
Had these [false deities] been [actual] gods, they would not have come to it, but all are eternal therein.
Agar yeh ( sachay ) mabood hotay to jahannum mein dakhil na hotay aur sab kay sab ussi mein hamesha rehnay walay hain.
यदि वे पूज्य होते, तो उस में न उतरते। और वे सब उस में सदैव रहेंगे भी
But they have taken besides Him gods which create nothing, while they are created, and possess not for themselves any harm or benefit and possess not [power to cause] death or life or resurrection.
Inn logon ney Allah kay siwa jinhen apnay mabood thera rakhay hain woh kissi cheez ko peda nahi ker saktay bulkay woh khud peda kiye jatay hain yeh to apni jaan kay nuksan nafay ka bhi ikhtiyar nahi rakhtay aur na maut-o-hayat kay aur na doobara ji uthney kay woh malik hain.
फिर भी उन्होंने उस से हटकर ऐसे इष्ट -पूज्य बना लिए जो किसी चीज़ को पैदा नहीं करते, बल्कि वे स्वयं पैदा किए जाते हैं। उन्हें न तो अपनी हानि का अधिकार प्राप्त है और न लाभ का। और न उन्हें मृत्यु का अधिकार प्राप्त है और न जीवन का और न दोबारा जीवित होकर उठने का
But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped.
Aur woh Allah kay siwa doosron ko mabood banatay hain takay woh madad kiye jayen.
उन्होंने अल्लाह से इतर कितने ही उपास्य बना लिए हैं कि शायद उन्हें मदद पहुँचे।
And ask those We sent before you of Our messengers; have We made besides the Most Merciful deities to be worshipped?
Aur humaray inn nabiyon say poocho! Jinhen hum ney aap say pehlay bheja tha kay kiya hum ney siwaye rehman kay aur mabood muqarrar kiyey thay jinn ki ibadat ki jaye?
तुम हमारे रसूलों से, जिन्हें हम ने तुम से पहले भेजा, पूछ लो कि क्या हम ने रहमान के सिवा भी कुछ उपास्य ठहराए थे, जिनकी बन्दगी की जाए?
Then why did those they took besides Allah as deities by which to approach [Him] not aid them? But they had strayed from them. And that was their falsehood and what they were inventing.
Pus qurb-e-elahi hasil kerney kay liye unhon ney Allah kay siwa jinn jinn ko mabood bana rakha tha unhon ney unn ki madad kiyon na ki? Bulkay woh to unn say kho gaye ( bulkay dar-asal ) yeh unn ka mehaz jhoot aur ( bilkul ) bohtan tha.
फिर क्यों न उन बस्तियों ने उस की सहायता की जिन को उन्होंने अपने और अल्लाह के बीच माध्यम ठहराकर सामीप्य प्राप्त करने के लिए उपास्य बना लिया था? बल्कि वे उन से गुम हो गए, और यह था उन का मिथ्यारोपण और वह कुछ जो वे घड़ते थे
