Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
Allah jo chahaye mita dey aur jo chahaye sabit rakhay loh-e-mehfooz ussi kay pass hai.
अल्लाह जिसको चाहे मिटाता है और जिसको चाहे बाक़ी रखता है और उसी के पास असल किताब है।
Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
Allah jo chahaye mita dey aur jo chahaye sabit rakhay loh-e-mehfooz ussi kay pass hai.
अल्लाह जिसको चाहे मिटाता है और जिसको चाहे बाक़ी रखता है और उसी के पास असल किताब है।
And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse - and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down - they say, "You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies]." But most of them do not know.
Aur jab hum kissi aayat ki jagah doosri aayat badal detay hain aur jo kuch Allah Taalaa nazil farmata hai ussay woh khoob janta hai to yeh kehtay hain kay tu to bohtan baaz hai. Baat yeh hai kay inn mein say aksar jantay hi nahi.
और जब हम एक आयत की जगह दूसरी आयत बदलते हैं, और अल्लाह ख़ूब जानता है जो कुछ वह उतारता है, तो वे कहते हैं कि तुम घड़ लाए हो, बल्कि उनमें अकसर लोग इल्म नहीं रखते।

And if We willed, We could surely do away with that which We revealed to you. Then you would not find for yourself concerning it an advocate against Us.
Aur agar hum chahayen to jo wahee aap ki taraf hum ney utari hai sab salb ker len phir aap ko iss kay liye humaray muqablay mein koi himayati mayassar na aa sakay.
यदि हम चाहें तो वह सब छीन लें जो हम ने तुम्हारी ओर प्रकाशना की है, फिर इस के लिए हमारे मुक़ाबले में अपना कोई समर्थक न पाओगे
And recite, [O Muhammad], what has been revealed to you of the Book of your Lord. There is no changer of His words, and never will you find in other than Him a refuge.
Teri janib jo teray rab ki kitab wahee ki gaee hai ussay parhta reh uss ki baton ko koi badalney wala nahi tu uss kay siwa hergiz hergiz koi panah ki jagah na paye ga.
अपने रब की क़िताब, जो कुछ तुम्हारी ओर प्रकाशना (वह्यस) हुई, पढ़ो। कोई नहीं जो उन के बोलो को बदलने वाला हो और न तुम उस से हटकर शरण लेने की जगह पाओगे
We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better than it or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah is over all things competent?
Jiss aayat ko hum mansookh ker den ya bhula den iss say behtar ya iss jaisi aur latay hain kiya tu nahi janta kay Allah Taalaa her cheez per qadir hai.
हम जब भी कोई आयत मंसूख़ करते हैं या उसे भुला देते हैं तो उससे बेहतर या उस जैसी (आयत) ले आते हैं, क्या तुम्हें मालूम नहीं कि अल्लाह हर चीज़ पर क़ुदरत रखता है?
We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better than it or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah is over all things competent?
Jiss aayat ko hum mansookh ker den ya bhula den iss say behtar ya iss jaisi aur latay hain kiya tu nahi janta kay Allah Taalaa her cheez per qadir hai.
हम जब भी कोई आयत मंसूख़ करते हैं या उसे भुला देते हैं तो उससे बेहतर या उस जैसी (आयत) ले आते हैं, क्या तुम्हें मालूम नहीं कि अल्लाह हर चीज़ पर क़ुदरत रखता है?
Indeed, from Allah nothing is hidden in the earth nor in the heaven.
Yaqeenan Allah Taalaa per zamin-o-aasman ki koi cheez posheeda nahi.
बेशक अल्लाह से कोई चीज़ छुपी हुई नहीं, न ज़मीन में और न आसमान में।
And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
Aap kay rab ka kalaam sachaee aur insaf kay aetabaar say kaamil hai iss kay kalaam ko koi badalney wala nahi aur woh khoob sunnay wala khoob jannay wala hai.
और आपके रब की बात पूरी सच्ची है और इंसाफ़ की, कोई बदलने वाला नहीं उसकी बात को और वह सुनने वाला, जानने वाला है।
[From] the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Most Merciful. They possess not from Him [authority for] speech.
( Is rab ki taraf say milay ga jo kay ) asmano ka aur zameen ka aur jo kuch in kay dermiyan hay inka perwardigar hay aur bari bakhsish kernay wala hay kisi ko is say bat chet kerney ka ikhtyar nahi hoga
वह आकाशों और धरती का और जो कुछ उन के बीच है सबका रब है, अत्यन्त कृपाशील है, उस के सामने बात करना उन के बस में नहीं होगा
We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget,
Hum tujhy parhaein gay phir to na bhooly ga
हम तुम्हें पढ़ा देंगे, फिर तुम भूलोगे नहीं
