O you who have believed, eat from the good things which We have provided for you and be grateful to Allah if it is [indeed] Him that you worship.
Aey eman walo! Jo pakeeza cheezen hum ney tumhen dey rakhi hain unhen khao piyo aur Allah Taalaa ka shukar kero agar tum khaas ussi ki ibadat kertay ho.
ऐ ईमान वालो! हमारी दी हुई पाक चीज़ों को खाओ, और अल्लाह का शुक्र अदा करो अगर तुम उसकी इबादत करने वाले हो।
No, it is Him [alone] you would invoke, and He would remove that for which you invoked Him if He willed, and you would forget what you associate [with Him].
Bulkay khaas ussi ko pukaro gay phir jiss kay liye tum pukaro gay agar woh chahaye to uss ko hata bhi dey aur jin ko tum shareek thehratay ho unn sab ko bhool bhaal jao gay.
बल्कि तुम उसी को पुकारोगे, फिर वह दूर कर देता है उस मुसीबत को जिसके लिए तुम उसको पुकारते हो अगर वह चाहता है और तुम भूल जाते हो उनको जिन्हें तुम शरीक ठहराते हो।
And the request of forgiveness of Abraham for his father was only because of a promise he had made to him. But when it became apparent to Abraham that his father was an enemy to Allah , he disassociated himself from him. Indeed was Abraham compassionate and patient.
Aur ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) ka apney baap kay liye dua-e-maghfirat maangna woh sirf wada kay sabab say tha jo unhon ney uss say wada ker liya tha phir jab unn per yeh baat zahir hogaee kay woh Allah ka dushman hai to woh iss say mehaz mehaz bey talluq hogaye waqaee ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) baray naram dil aur burd baar thay.
और इब्राहीम (अलै॰) का अपने वालिद के लिए मग़फ़िरत की दुआ मांगना सिर्फ़ उस वादे की वजह से था जो उन्होंने उससे कर लिया था, फिर जब उन पर खुल गया कि वह अल्लाह का दुश्मन है तो वे उससे बे-तअल्लुक़ हो गए, बेशक इब्राहीम बड़े नरम-दिल, बुर्दबार थे।
You worship not besides Him except [mere] names you have named them, you and your fathers, for which Allah has sent down no authority. Legislation is not but for Allah . He has commanded that you worship not except Him. That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know.
Uss kay siwa tum jin ko pooja paat ker rahey ho woh sab naam hi naam hain jo tum ney aur tumharay baap dadon ney khud hi gharr liye hain. Allah Taalaa ney inn ki koi daleel nazil nahi farmaee farman-rawaee sirf Allah Taalaa hi ki hai uss ka famaan hai kay rum sab siwaye uss kay kissi aur ki ibadat na kero yehi deen durust hai lekin aksar log nahi jantay.
तुम उसके सिवा नहीं पूजते मगर कुछ नामों को जो तुमने और तुम्हारे बाप-दादा ने रख लिए हैं, अल्लाह ने उसकी कोई सनद नहीं उतारी, इक़तिदार सिर्फ़ अल्लाह ही के लिए है, उसने हुक्म दिया है कि उसके सिवा किसी की इबादत न करो, यही सीधा दीन है मगर बहुत-से लोग नहीं जानते।
Then eat of what Allah has provided for you [which is] lawful and good. And be grateful for the favor of Allah , if it is [indeed] Him that you worship.
Jo kuch halal aur pakeeza rozi Allah ney tumhen dey rakhi hai ussay khao aur Allah ki nemat ka shukar kero agar tum ussi ki ibadat kertay ho.
पस जो चीज़ें अल्लाह ने तुमको हलाल और पाकीज़ा दी हैं उनमें से खाओ और अल्लाह की नेमत का शुक्र करो अगर तुम उसी की इबादत करते हो।
And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff," and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.
Aur tera perwerdigar saaf saaf hukum dey chuka hai kay tum uss kay siwa kissi aur ki ibadat na kerna aur maa baap kay sath ehsan kerna. Agar teri mojoodgi mein inn mein say aik ya yeh dono burhapay ko phonch jayen to unn kay aagay uff tak na kehna na unhen daant dapat kerna bulkay unn kay sath adab-o-ehtram say baat cheet kerna.
और आपके रब ने फ़ैसला कर दिया है कि तुम उसके सिवा किसी और की इबादत न करो और माँ-बाप के साथ अच्छा सलूक करो, अगर वे तुम्हारे सामने बुढ़ापे को पहुँच जाएं उनमें से कोई एक या दोनों तो उनको उफ़ न कहें और न उनको झिड़कें और उनसे एहतराम के साथ बात करें।
And when adversity touches you at sea, lost are [all] those you invoke except for Him. But when He delivers you to the land, you turn away [from Him]. And ever is man ungrateful.
Aur samandaron mein musibat phonchtay hi jinhen tum pukartay thay sab gumm hojatay hain sirf wohi Allah baqi reh jata hai. Phir jab woh tumhen khushki ki taraf bacha laata hai to tum mun pher letay ho aur insan bara hi na shukra hai.
जब समुद्र में तुम पर कोई आपदा आती है तो उस के सिवा वे सब जिन्हें तुम पुकारते हो, गुम होकर रह जाते हैं, किन्तु फिर जब वह तुम्हें बचाकर थल पर पहुँचा देता है तो तुम उस से मुँह मोड़ जाते हो। मानव बड़ा ही अकृतज्ञ है
And of His signs are the night and day and the sun and moon. Do not prostrate to the sun or to the moon, but prostate to Allah , who created them, if it should be Him that you worship.
Aur din raat aur sooraj chand bhi ( ussi ki ) nishaniyon mien say hain tum sooraj ko sajdah na kero na chand ko bulkay sajdah uss Allah kay liye kero jiss ney inn sab ko peda kiya hai agar tumhen ussi ki ibadat kerni hai to.
रात और दिन और सूर्य और चन्द्रमा उस की निशानियों में से हैं। तुम न तो सूर्य को सजदा करो और न चन्द्रमा को, बल्कि अल्लाह को सजदा करो जिस ने उन्हें पैदा किया, यदि तुम उसी की बन्दगी करने वाले हो
