And I do not tell you that I have the depositories [containing the provision] of Allah or that I know the unseen, nor do I tell you that I am an angel, nor do I say of those upon whom your eyes look down that Allah will never grant them any good. Allah is most knowing of what is within their souls. Indeed, I would then be among the wrongdoers."
Mein tum say nahi kehta kay meray pass Allah kay khazaney hain ( suno! ) mein ghaib ka ilm bhi nahi rakhta na mein yeh kehta hun kay mein koi farishta hun na mera yeh qol hai kay jin per tumhari nigahen zillat say parr rahi hain unhen Allah Taalaa koi nemat dey ga hi nahi inn kay dil mein jo hai ussay Allah hi khoob janta hai agar mein aisi baat kahon to yaqeenan mera shumar zalimon mein ho jaye ga.
और मैं तुम से नहीं कहता कि मेरे पास अल्लाह के ख़ज़ाने हैं और न मैं ग़ैब की ख़बर रखता हूँ और न यह कहता हूँ कि मैं फ़रिश्ता हूँ, और मैं यह भी नहीं कह सकता कि जो लोग तुम्हारी निगाहों में हक़ीर हैं उनको अल्लाह कोई भलाई नहीं देगा, अल्लाह ख़ूब जानता है जो कुछ उनके दिलों में है, अगर मैं ऐसा कहूँ तो मैं ही ज़ालिम हूँगा।
[Joseph] said, "Appoint me over the storehouses of the land. Indeed, I will be a knowing guardian."
( Yousuf ney ) kaha aap mujhay mulk kay khazano per muqarrar ker dijiye mein hifazat kerney wala aur ba khabar hun.
यूसुफ़ (अलै॰) ने कहा कि मुझको मुल्क के ख़ज़ानों पर मुक़र्रर कर दो, मैं निगहबान हूँ और जानने वाला हूँ।
And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.
Aur jitni bhi cheezen hain unn sab kay khazaney humaray pass hain aur hum her cheez ko uss kay muqarrar andaz say utartay hain.
और कोई चीज़ ऐसी नहीं जिसके ख़ज़ाने हमारे पास न हों, और हम उसको एक मुअय्यन अंदाज़े के साथ ही उतारते हैं।
And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the city, and there was beneath it a treasure for them, and their father had been righteous. So your Lord intended that they reach maturity and extract their treasure, as a mercy from your Lord. And I did it not of my own accord. That is the interpretation of that about which you could not have patience."
Deewar ka qissa yeh hai kay iss shehar mein do yateem bachay hain jin ka khazana inn ki iss deewar kay neechay dafan hai inn ka baap bara nek shaks tha to teray rab ki chahat thi kay yeh dono yateem apni jawani ki umar mein aaker apna yeh khazana teray rab ki meharbani aur rehmat say nikal len mein ney apni raye say koi kaam nahi kiya yeh thi asal haqeeqat unn waqiyaat ki jin per aap say sabar na hosaka.
और रही यह दीवार तो यह दो अनाथ बालकों की है जो इस नगर में रहते हैं। और इस के नीचे उन का ख़जाना मौजूद है। और उन का बाप नेक था, इसलिए तुम्हारे रब ने चाहा कि वे अपनी युवावस्था को पहुँच जाएँ और अपना ख़जाना निकाल लें। यह तुम्हारे रब की दयालुता के कारण हुआ। मैंने तो अपने अधिकार से कुछ नहीं किया। यह है वास्तविकता उस की जिस पर तुम धैर्य न रख सके।"
Or [why is not] a treasure presented to him [from heaven], or does he [not] have a garden from which he eats?" And the wrongdoers say, "You follow not but a man affected by magic."
Ya iss kay pass koi khazana hi daal diya jata ya iss ka koi baagh hi hota jiss mein say yeh khata. Aur inn zalimon ney kaha kay tum aisay aadmi kay peechay ho liye ho jiss per jadoo ker diya gaya hai.
या इस की ओर कोई ख़ज़ाना ही डाल दिया जाता या इस के पास कोई बाग़ होता, जिस से यह खाता।" और इन ज़ालिमों का कहना है, "तुम लोग तो बस एक ऐसे व्यक्ति के पीछे चल रहे हो जो जादू का मारा हुआ है!"
And treasures and honorable station -
Aur khazano say. Aur achay achay muqamaat say nikal bahir kiya.
और ख़जानों और अच्छे स्थान से निकाल लाए
Indeed, Qarun was from the people of Moses, but he tyrannized them. And We gave him of treasures whose keys would burden a band of strong men; thereupon his people said to him, "Do not exult. Indeed, Allah does not like the exultant.
Qaroon tha to qom-e-musa say lekin unn per zulm kerney laga tha hum ney ussay ( iss qadar ) khazaney dey rakhay thay kay kaee kaee taqatwar log ba mushkil uss ki kunjiyan utha saktay thay aik baar uss ki qom ney uss say kaha kay itra mat! Allah Taalaa itraney walon say mohabbat nahi rakhta.
निश्चय ही क़ारून मूसा की क़ौम में से था, फिर उस ने उन के विरुद्ध सिर उठाया और हम ने उसे इतने ख़जाने दे रखें थे कि उन की कुंजियाँ एक बलशाली दल को भारी पड़ती थी। जब उस से उस की क़ौम के लोगों ने कहा, "इतरा मत, अल्लाह इतराने वालों को पसन्द नही करता
Or do they have the depositories of the mercy of your Lord, the Exalted in Might, the Bestower?
Ya kiya inn kay pass teray zabardast fayyaz rab ki rehmat kay khazaney hain.
या, तेरे प्रभुत्वशाली, बड़े दाता रब की दयालुता के ख़ज़ाने उन के पास हैं?
Then why have there not been placed upon him bracelets of gold or come with him the angels in conjunction?"
Acha iss per soney kay kanggan kiyon nahi aa paray ya iss kay sath per bandh ker farishtay hi aajatay.
(यदि वह रसूल है तो) फिर ऐसा क्यों न हुआ कि उस के लिए ऊपर से सोने के कंगन डाले गए होते या उस के साथ पार्श्ववर्ती होकर फ़रिश्ते आए होते?"
Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]?
ya kiya inkay pass teray rab kay khazaney hain?ya ( in khazanon kay ) yeh darogha hain.
या उन के पास तुम्हारे रब के खज़ाने हैं? या वही उन के परिरक्षक हैं?
For they had denied the truth when it came to them, but there is going to reach them the news of what they used to ridicule.
Enhon ney iss sachi kitab ko bhi jhutlaya jabkay woh inn kay pass phonchi so jaldi hi inn ko khabar mill jayegi uss cheez ki jiss kay sath yeh istehzaa kiya kertay thay.
चुनाँचे जो हक़ उनके पास आया है उसको भी उन्होंने झुठला दिया, पस जल्द ही उनके पास उस चीज़ की ख़बरें आएंगी जिसका वे मज़ाक़ उड़ाते थे।
They are the ones who say, "Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they disband." And to Allah belongs the depositories of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.
Yehi woh log hain jo kehtay hain kay jo log rasool-lullah kay pass hain unn per kuch kharach na kero yahan tak kay woh idhar udhar ho jayen aur aasman-o-zamin kay kul khazaney Allah Taalaa ki milkiyat hain lekin yeh munfiq bey samajh hain.
वे वहीं लोग हैं जो कहते हैं, "उन लोगों पर ख़र्च न करो जो अल्लाह के रसूल के पास रहने वाले हैं, ताकि वे तितर-बितर हो जाएँ।" हालाँकि आकाशों और धरती के ख़जाने अल्लाह ही के हैं, किन्तु वे मुनाफ़िक़ समझते नहीं
