He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good. And none will remember except those of understanding.
Woh jissay chahaye hikmat aur danaee deta hai aur jo shaks hikmat aur samajh diya jaye woh boht sari bhalaee diya gaya aur naseehat sirf aqal mand hi hasil kertay hain.
वह जिसको चाहता है हिकमत दे देता है और जिसको हिकमत मिली उसको यक़ीनन बहुत बड़ी दौलत मिल गई, और नसीहत वही हासिल करते हैं जो अक़्ल वाले हैं।
It is He who has sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book; in it are verses [that are] precise - they are the foundation of the Book - and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation [from truth], they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. And no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah . But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding.
Wohi Allah Taalaa hai jiss ney tujh per kitab utari jiss mein wazeh mazboot aayaten hain jo asal kitab hain aur baaz mutashabeh aayaten hain. Pus jin kay dilon mein kuji hai woh to iss ki mutashabeh aayaton kay peechay lag jatay hain fitney ki talab aur inn kay murad ki justujoo kay liye halankay inn ki haqeeqi murad ko siwaye Allah Taalaa kay koi nahi janta aur pukhta aur mazboor ilm walay yehi kehtay hain kay hum to inn per eman laa chukay yeh humaray rab ki taraf say hain aur naseehat to sirf aqal mand hi hasil kertay hain.
वही है जिसने तुम्हारे ऊपर किताब उतारी, उसमें बअज़ आयतें साफ़-साफ़ हैं, वह किताब की असल हैं, और दूसरी आयतें “मुतशाबेह” हैं, पस जिनके दिलों में टेढ़ापन है वह मुतशाबेह आयतों के पीछे पड़ जाते हैं, फ़ित्ने की ग़र्ज़ से और उसके मतलब की तलाश में; हालाँकि उनका मतलब कोई नहीं जानता अल्लाह के सिवा, और जो लोग पुख़्ता इल्म वाले हैं वह कहते हैं कि हम उस पर ईमान लाए, सब हमारे रब की तरफ़ से है, और नसीहत वही लोग क़बूल करते हैं जो अक़्ल वाले हैं।
And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the [time of] division, then provide for them [something] out of the estate and speak to them words of appropriate kindness.
Aur jab taqseem kay waqt qarabat daar aur yateem aur miskeen aajayen to tum uss mein say thor boht enhen bhi dey do aur inn sa narmi say bolo.
और अगर (मीरास की) तक़सीम के वक़्त रिश्तेदार और यतीम और मुहताज मौजूद हों तो उसमें से उनको भी कुछ दे दो और उनसे हमदर्दी की बात कहो।
And when a surah was revealed [enjoining them] to believe in Allah and to fight with His Messenger, those of wealth among them asked your permission [to stay back] and said, "Leave us to be with them who sit [at home]."
Jab koi surat utari jati hai kay Allah per eman lao aur uss kay rasool kay sath mill ker jihad kero to inn mein say dolat mandon kay aik tabqa aap kay pass aaker yeh keh ker rukhsat ley leta hai kay humen to bethay rehney walon mein hi chor chor dijiye.
और जब कोई सूरत उतरती है कि अल्लाह पर ईमान लाओ और उसके रसूल के साथ जिहाद करो तो उनके ख़ुशहाल लोग आपसे रुख़्सत माँगते हैं और कहते हैं कि हमको छोड़ दीजिए कि हम यहाँ ठहरने वालों के साथ रह जाएं।
Then is he who knows that what has been revealed to you from your Lord is the truth like one who is blind? They will only be reminded who are people of understanding -
Kiya woh aik shaks jo yeh ilm rakhta ho kay aap ki taraf aap kay rab ki janib say jo utara gaya hai woh haq hai uss shaks jaisa ho sakta hai jo andha ho naseehat to woh qabool kertay hain jo aqal mand hon.
जो शख़्स यह जानता है कि जो कुछ आपके रब की तरफ़ से आप पर उतारा गया है वह हक़ है क्या वह उसके मानिंद हो सकता है जो अंधा है, नसीहत तो अक़्ल वाले लोग ही क़बूल करते हैं।
This [Qur'an] is notification for the people that they may be warned thereby and that they may know that He is but one God and that those of understanding will be reminded.
Yeh quran tamam logon kay liye itlaa naama hai kay iss kay zariye say woh hoshiyaar ker diye jayen aur bakhoobhi maloom kerlen kay Allah aik hi mabood hai aur takay aqal mand log soch samajh len.
यह लोगों के लिए एक ऐलान है और ताकि इसके ज़रिए वह डरा दिए जाएं, और ताकि वे जान लें कि वही एक माबूद है और ताकि अक़्लमंद लोग नसीहत हासिल करें।
And let not those of virtue among you and wealth swear not to give [aid] to their relatives and the needy and the emigrants for the cause of Allah , and let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
Tum mein say jo buzurgi aur kushadgi walay hain unhen apnay qarabat daron aur miskeeno aur mohajiron ko fi sabeelillah denay say qasam na kha leni chahaye bulkay moaf ker dena aur dar-guzar ker lena chahaye. Kiya tum nahi chahtay kay Allah Taalaa tumharay qasoor moaf farma dey? Allah qasooron ko moaf farmaney wala meharban hai.
तुम में जो बड़ाई वाले और सामर्थ्यवान है, वे नातेदारों, मुहताजों और अल्लाह की राह में घरबार छोड़ने वालों को देने से बाज़ रहने की क़सम न खा बैठें। उन्हें चाहिए कि क्षमा कर दें और उन से दर-गुज़र करें। क्या तुम यह नहीं चाहते कि अल्लाह तुम्हें क्षमा करें? अल्लाह बहुत क्षमाशील,अत्यन्त दयावान है
[This is] a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.
Yeh ba-barkat kitab hai jissay hum ney aap ki taraf iss liye nazil farmaya hai kay log iss ki aayaton per ghor keren aur aqalmand iss say naseehat hasil keren.
यह एक किताब है जो हम ने तुम्हारी ओर अवतरित की है ताकि वे इस की आयतों पर सोच-विचार करें और ताकि बुद्धि और समझ वाले इससे शिक्षा ग्रहण करें।-
Is one who is devoutly obedient during periods of the night, prostrating and standing [in prayer], fearing the Hereafter and hoping for the mercy of his Lord, [like one who does not]? Say, "Are those who know equal to those who do not know?" Only they will remember [who are] people of understanding.
Bhala jo shaks raaton kay auqaat sajjday aur qayaam ki halat mein ( ibadat mein ) guzaarta ho aakhirat say darta ho aur apnay rab ki rehmat ki umeed rakhta ho ( aur jo iss kay bar-aks ho barbar ho saktay hain ) batao to ilm walay aur be-ilm kiya barabar kay hain? Yaqeenan naseehat wohi hasil kertay hain jo aqalmand hon. ( apnay rab ki taraf say ) .
(क्या उक्त व्यक्ति अच्छा है) या वह व्यक्ति जो रात की घड़ियों में सजदा करता और खड़ा रहता है, आख़िरत से डरता है और अपने रब की दयालुता की आशा रखता हुआ विनयशीलता के साथ बन्दगी में लगा रहता है? कहो, "क्या वे लोग जो जानते हैं और वे लोग जो नहीं जानते दोनों समान होंगे? शिक्षा तो बुद्धि और समझ वाले ही ग्रहण करते हैं।"
Who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are people of understanding.
Jo baat ko kaan laga ker suntay hain. Phir jo behtareen baat ho uss ki ittbaa kertay hain. Yehi hain jinhen Allah Taalaa ney hidayat ki hai aur yehi aqalmand bhi hain.
अतः मेरे उन बन्दों को शुभ सूचना दे दो जो बात को ध्यान से सुनते हैं; फिर उस अच्छी से अच्छी बात का अनुपालन करते हैं। वही हैं, जिन्हें अल्लाह ने मार्ग दिखाया है और वही बुद्धि और समझ वाले हैं
So be patient, [O Muhammad], as were those of determination among the messengers and do not be impatient for them. It will be - on the Day they see that which they are promised - as though they had not remained [in the world] except an hour of a day. [This is] notification. And will [any] be destroyed except the defiantly disobedient people?
Pus ( aey payghumber! ) tum aisa sabar kero jaisa sabar aali himmat rasoolon ney kiya aur inn kay liye ( azab talab kerney mein ) jaldi na kero yeh jiss din iss azab ko dekh len gay jiss ka wada diye jatay hain to ( yeh maloom honay lagay ga kay ) din ki aik ghari hi ( duniya mein ) theray thay yeh hai pahgham phoncha dena pus badkaron kay siwa koi halak na kiya jaye ga.
अतः धैर्य से काम लो, जिस प्रकार संकल्पवान रसूलों ने धैर्य से काम लिया। और उन के लिए जल्दी न करो। जिस दिन वे लोग उस चीज़ को देख लेंगे जिस का उन से वादा किया जाता है, तो वे महसूस करेंगे कि जैसे वे बस दिन की एक घड़ी भर ही ठहरे थे। यह (संदेश) साफ़-साफ़ पहुँचा देना है। अब क्या अवज्ञाकारी लोगों के अतिरिक्त कोई और विनष्ट होगा?
