The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor
Unn logon ki raah jin per tu ney inaam kiya
उन लोगों का रास्ता जिन पर तूने फ़ज़्ल किया।
And Allah invites to the Home of Peace and guides whom He wills to a straight path
Aur Allah Taalaa salamti kay ghar ki taraf tum ko bulata hai aur jiss ko chahata hai raah-e-raast per chalney ki tofiq deta hai.
और अल्लाह सलामती के घर की तरफ़ बुलाता है और वह जिसको चाहता है सीधा रास्ता दिखा देता है।
Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy -
Alif-laam-raa! Yeh aali shaan kitab hum ney aap ki taraf utari hai kay aap logon ko andheron say ujalay ki taraf layen inn kay perwerdigar kay hukum say zabardast aur tareefon walay Allah ki taraf.
अलिफ़-लाम-रा, यह किताब है जिसको हमने आपकी तरफ़ नाज़िल किया है; ताकि आप लोगों को अंधेरों से निकाल कर उजाले की तरफ़ लाएं, उनके रब के हुक्म से ख़ुदा-ए-अज़ीज़ व हमीद के रास्ते की तरफ़।
[He was] grateful for His favors. Allah chose him and guided him to a straight path.
Allah Taalaa ki nematon kay shukar guzaar thay Allah ney unhen apna bar gazeedah ker liya tha aur uhen raah-e-raast sujha di thi.
वह उसकी नेमतों का शुक्र करने वाले थे, अल्लाह ने उसको चुन लिया और सीधे रास्ते की तरफ़ उसकी रहनुमाई की।
The foolish among the people will say, "What has turned them away from their qiblah, which they used to face?" Say, "To Allah belongs the east and the west. He guides whom He wills to a straight path."
Un qarib nadan log kahen gay kay jiss qabeelay per yeh thay iss say enhen kiss cheez na hataya? Aap keh dijiye kay mashriq-o-maghrib ka maalik Allah Taalaa hi hai woh jissay chahaye seedhi raah ki hidayat ker dey.
अब ये बेवक़ूफ़ लोग कहेंगे कि आख़िर वह क्या चीज़ है जिसने इन (मुसलमानों) को उस क़िबले से रुख़ फेरने पर आमादा कर दिया, जिसकी तरफ़ वे मुँह करते चले आ रहे थे, आप कह दीजिए कि मशरिक़ और मग़रिब सब अल्लाह ही की हैं, वह जिसको चाहता है सीधी राह की हिदायत कर देता है।
And so those who were given knowledge may know that it is the truth from your Lord and [therefore] believe in it, and their hearts humbly submit to it. And indeed is Allah the Guide of those who have believed to a straight path.
Aur iss liye bhi kay jinhen ilm ata farmaya gaya hai woh yaqeen kerlen kay yeh aap kay rab hi ki taraf say sirasir haq hi hai phir woh iss per eman layen aur unn kay dil uss ki taraf jhuk jayen. Yaqeenan Allah Taalaa eman daron ko raah-e-raast ki taraf rehbari kerney wala hi hai.
और ताकि वे लोग जिन्हें ज्ञान मिला है, जान लें कि यह तुम्हारे रब की ओर से सत्य है। अतः वे इस पर ईमान लाएँ और उस के सामने उन के दिल झुक जाएँ और निश्चय ही अल्लाह ईमान लाने वालों को अवश्य सीधा मार्ग दिखाता है
We have certainly sent down distinct verses. And Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path.
Bila shak-o-shuba hum ney roshan aur wazeh aayaten utar di hain Allah Taalaa jissay chahaye seedhi raah dikha deta hai.
हम ने सत्य को प्रकट कर देने वाली आयतें उतार दी हैं। आगे अल्लाह जिसे चाहता है सीधे मार्ग की ओर लगा देता है
And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good.
Aur jo log humari raah mein mushaqqaten bardasht kertay hain hum unhen apni rahen zaroor dikha den gay. Yaqeenan Allah Taalaa neko kaaron ka sathi hai.
रहे वे लोग जिन्होंने हमारे मार्ग में मिलकर प्रयास किया, हम उन्हें अवश्य अपने मार्ग दिखाएँगे। निस्संदेह अल्लाह सुकर्मियों के साथ है
But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me [in repentance]. Then to Me will be your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.
Aur agar woh dono tujh per iss baat ka dabao daalen kay tu meray sath shareek keray jiss ka tujhay ilm na ho to tu unn ka kehna na manna haan duniya mein unn kay sath achi tarah basar kerna aur uss ki raah chalna jo meri taraf jhuka hua ho tumhara sab ka lotna meri hi taraf hai tum jo kuch kertay ho iss say phir mein tumhen khabardaar ker doon ga.
किन्तु यदि वे तुझ पर दबाव डाले कि तू किसी को मेरे साथ साझी ठहराए, जिस का तुझे ज्ञान नहीं, तो उस की बात न मानना और दुनिया में उस के साथ भले तरीके से रहना। किन्तु अनुसरण उस व्यक्ति के मार्ग का करना जो मेरी ओर रुजू हो। फिर तुम सबको मेरी ही ओर पलटना है; फिर मैं तुम्हें बता दूँगा जो कुछ तुम करते रहे होगे।"-
And those who have been given knowledge see that what is revealed to you from your Lord is the truth, and it guides to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy.
Aur jinhen ilm hai woh dekh len gay jo kuch aap ki janib aap kay rab ki taraf say nazil hua hai woh ( sarasir ) haq hai aur Allah ghalib khoobiyon walay ki raah ki rehbari kerta hai.
जिन लोगों को ज्ञान प्राप्त हुआ है वे स्वयं देखते हैं कि जो कुछ तुम्हारे रब की ओर से तुम्हारी ओर अवतरित हुआ है वही सत्य है, और वह उस का मार्ग दिखाता है जो प्रभुत्वशाली, प्रशंसा का अधिकारी है
And We would have guided them to a straight path.
Aur yaqeenan enhen raah-e-raast dikha den.
और हम उनको सीधा रास्ता दिखाते।
And thus We have revealed to you an inspiration of Our command. You did not know what is the Book or [what is] faith, but We have made it a light by which We guide whom We will of Our servants. And indeed, [O Muhammad], you guide to a straight path -
Aur iss tarah hum ney aap ki taraf apnay hukum say rooh ko utara hai aap iss say pehlay yeh bhi nahi jantay thay kay kitab aur eman kiya cheez hai? Lekin hum nay issay noor banaya iss kay zariyey say apnay bandon mein say jissay chahatay hain hidayat detay hain be-shak aap raah-e-raast ki rehnumaee ker rahey hain.
और इसी प्रकार हम ने अपने आदेश से एक रूह (क़ुरआन) की प्रकाशना तुम्हारी ओर की है। तुम नहीं जानते थे कि किताब क्या होती है और न ईमान को (जानते थे), किन्तु हम ने इस (प्रकाशना) को एक प्रकाश बनाया, जिस के द्वारा हम अपने बन्दों में से जिसे चाहते हैं मार्ग दिखाते हैं। निश्चय ही तुम एक सीधे मार्ग की ओर पथप्रदर्शन कर रहे हो-
We did not create the heavens and earth and what is between them except in truth and [for] a specified term. But those who disbelieve, from that of which they are warned, are turning away.
Hum ney aasmano aur zamin aur inn dono kay darmiyan ki tamam cheezon ko behtreen tadbeer kay sath hi aik muddat moayyen kay liye peda kiya hai aur kafir log jiss cheez say daraye jatay hain mun mor letay hain.
हम ने आकाशों और धरती को और जो कुछ उन दोनों के मध्य है उसे केवल हक़ के साथ और एक नियत अवधि तक के लिए पैदा किया है। किन्तु जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया है, वे उस चीज़ को ध्यान में नहीं लाते जिस से उन्हें सावधान किया गया है
That Allah may forgive for you what preceded of your sin and what will follow and complete His favor upon you and guide you to a straight path
Takay jo kuch teray gunah aagay huye aur jo peechay sab ko Allah Taalaa maaf farmaye, aur tujh per apna ehsan poora ker day aur tujhay seedhi raah chalaye.
ताकि अल्लाह तुम्हारे अगले और पिछले गुनाहों को क्षमा कर दे और तुम पर अपनी अनुकम्पा पूर्ण कर दे और तुम्हें सीधे मार्ग पर चलाए,
By which Allah guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace and brings them out from darknesses into the light, by His permission, and guides them to a straight path.
Jiss kay zariye say Allah Taalaa unhen jo raza-e-rab kay darpay hon salamti ki raahen batlata hai aur apni tofiq say andheron say nikal ker noor ki taraf laata hai aur raah-e-raast ki taraf unn ki rehbari kerta hai.
उसके ज़रिए से अल्लाह उन लोगों को सलामती की राहें दिखाता है जो उसकी रज़ा के तालिब हैं और अपनी तौफ़ीक़ से उनको अंधेरों से निकाल कर रौशनी में ला रहा है और सीधी राह की तरफ़ उनकी रहनुमाई करता है।
But those who deny Our verses are deaf and dumb within darknesses. Whomever Allah wills - He leaves astray; and whomever He wills - He puts him on a straight path.
Aur jo log humari aayaton ki takzeeb kertay hain woh to tarah tarah ki zulmaton mein behray goongay ho rahey hain Allah jiss ko chahaye bey raah ker dey aur woh jiss ko chahaye seedhi raah laga dey.
और जिन्होंने हमारी निशानियों को झुठलाया वे बहरे और गूंगे हैं जो अंधरों में पड़े हुए हैं, अल्लाह जिसको चाहता है भटका देता है और जिसको चाहता है सीधी राह पर लगा देता है।
