And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me.
Aur uss kitab per eman lao jo mein ney tumhari kitabon ki tasdeeq mein nazil farmaee hai aur uss kay sath tum hi pehlay kafir na bano aur meri aayaton ko thori thori qeematon per na farokht kero aur sirf mujh hi say daro.
और ईमान लाओ उस चीज़ पर जो मैंने उतारी है तसदीक़ करती हुई उस चीज़ की जो तुम्हारे पास है, और तुम सबसे पहले उसका इनकार करने वाले न बनो, और न लो मेरी आयतों पर थोड़ी क़ीमत, और मुझ ही से डरो।
And We made it a deterrent punishment for those who were present and those who succeeded [them] and a lesson for those who fear Allah .
Issay hum ney aglon pichlon kay liye ibrat ka sabab bana diya aur perhezgaron kay liye waaz-o-naseehat ka.
फिर हमने इसको इबरत बना दिया उन लोगों के लिए जो उस दौर में थे और उन लोगों के लिए जो उसके बाद आए, और उसमें हमने नसीहत रख दी डरने वालों के लिए।
And when there came to them a Book from Allah confirming that which was with them - although before they used to pray for victory against those who disbelieved - but [then] when there came to them that which they recognized, they disbelieved in it; so the curse of Allah will be upon the disbelievers.
Aur inn kay pass jab Allah Taalaa ki kitab inn ki kitab ko sacha kerney wali aaee halankay pehlay yeh khud ( iss kay zariye ) kafiron per fatah chahatay thay to ba wajood aajaney aur ba wajood pehchan lenay kay phir kufur kerney lagay Allah Taalaa ki laanat ho kafirion per.
और जब आई उनकी तरफ़ से उनके पास एक किताब जो सच्चा करने वाली है उसको जो उनके पास है, और वे पहले से काफ़िरों पर फ़तह माँगा करते थे, फिर जब आई उनके पास वह चीज़ जिसको उन्होंने पहचान रखा था तो उन्होंने उसका इनकार कर दिया; पस अल्लाह की लानत है इनकार करने वालों पर।
And when it is said to them, "Believe in what Allah has revealed," they say, "We believe [only] in what was revealed to us." And they disbelieve in what came after it, while it is the truth confirming that which is with them. Say, "Then why did you kill the prophets of Allah before, if you are [indeed] believers?"
Aur jab inn say kaha jata hai kay Allah Taalaa ki utari hui kitab per eman lao to keh detay hain kay jo hum per utari gaee uss per humara eman hai. Halankay iss kay baad wali kay sath jo inn ki kitab ki tasdeeq kerney wali hai kufur kertay hain acha inn say yeh to daryaft keren kay agar tumhara eman pehli kitabon per hai to phir tum ney aglay anbiya ko kiyon qatal kiya?
और जब उनसे कहा जाता है कि उस कलाम पर ईमान ले आओ जो अल्लाह ने उतारा है तो वे कहते हैं कि हम उस पर ईमान रखते हैं जो हमारे ऊपर उतरा है, और वे उसका इनकार करते हैं जो उसके पीछे आया; हालाँकि वह हक़ है और सच्चा करने वाला है उसका जो उनके पास है, कहोः अगर तुम ईमान वाले हो तो तुम अल्लाह के पैग़म्बरों को उससे पहले क्यों क़त्ल करते रहे हो।
Say, "Whoever is an enemy to Gabriel - it is [none but] he who has brought the Qur'an down upon your heart, [O Muhammad], by permission of Allah , confirming that which was before it and as guidance and good tidings for the believers."
( aey nabi! ) aap keh dijiye kay jo jibraeel ka dushman ho jiss ney aap kay dil per paygham-e-baari taalaa utaara hai jo paygham inn kay pass ki kitab ki tasdeeq kerney wala aur mominon ko hidayat aur khushkhabri denay wala hai.
(प्यारे नबी) कहिये कि जो कोई जिब्राईल का मुख़ालिफ़ है तो उसने इस कलाम को तुम्हारे दिल पर अल्लाह के हुक्म से उतारा है, वह सच्चा करने वाला है उसका जो इसके आगे है, और वह हिदायत और ख़ुश-ख़बरी है ईमान वालों के लिए।
And when a messenger from Allah came to them confirming that which was with them, a party of those who had been given the Scripture threw the Scripture of Allah behind their backs as if they did not know [what it contained].
Jab kabhi inn kay pass Allah ka koi rasool inn ki kitab ki tasdeeq kerney wala aaya inn ehal-e-kitab kay aik firqay ney Allah ki kitab ko iss tarah peeth peechay daal diya goya jantay hi na thay.
और जब उनके पास अल्लाह की तरफ़ से एक रसूल आया जो सच्चा करने वाला था उस चीज़ का जो उनके पास है तो उन लोगों ने जिनको किताब दी गई थी, अल्लाह की किताब को इस तरह पीठ पीछे फेंक दिया, गोया वे उसे जानते ही नहीं।
He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.
Jiss ney aap per haq kay sath iss kitab ko nazil farmaya hai jo apney say pehlay ki tasdeeq kerney wali hai ussi ney iss say pehlay toraat aur injeel ko utara tha.
उसने तुम पर किताब उतारी हक़ के साथ, सच्चा करने वाली उस चीज़ को जो उसके आगे है और उसने तौरात और इंजील उतारी।
And [I have come] confirming what was before me of the Torah and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you. And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so fear Allah and obey me.
Aur mein toraat ki tasdeeq kerney wala hun jo meray samney hai aur mein iss liye aaya hun kay tum per baaz woh cheezen halal keroon jo tum per haram ker di gaeen hain aur mein tumharay pass tumharay rab ki nishani laya hun iss liye tum Allah Taalaa say daro aur meri farmanbardari kero!.
और मैं तस्दीक़ करने वाला हूँ मुझसे पहले आने वाली किताब तौरात की, और ताकि उन बअज़ चीज़ों को तुम्हारे लिए हलाल ठहराऊँ जो तुम पर हराम कर दी गई हैं, और मैं तुम्हारे पास तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से निशानी लेकर आया हूँ, पस तुम अल्लाह से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो।
And [recall, O People of the Scripture], when Allah took the covenant of the prophets, [saying], "Whatever I give you of the Scripture and wisdom and then there comes to you a messenger confirming what is with you, you [must] believe in him and support him." [ Allah ] said, "Have you acknowledged and taken upon that My commitment?" They said, "We have acknowledged it." He said, "Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses."
Jab Allah Taalaa ney nabiyon say ehad liya kay jo kuch mein tumhen kitab-o-hikmat doon phir tumharay pass woh rasool aaye jo tumharay pass ki cheez ko sach bataye to tumharay liye uss per eman lana aur uss ki madad kerna zaroori hai. Farmaya kay tum iss kay iqrari ho aur iss per mera zimma ley rahey ho? Sab ney kaha humen iqrar hai farmaya to abb gawah raho aur khud mein bhi tumharay sath gawahon mein hun.
और जब अल्लाह ने पैग़म्बरों से अहद लिया कि जो कुछ मैंने तुमको किताब और हिकमत दी, फिर तुम्हारे पास पैग़म्बर आए जो सच्चा साबित करे उन (पेशीन-गोइयों) को जो तुम्हारे पास हैं तो तुम उस पर ईमान लाओगे और उसकी मदद करोगे, अल्लाह ने कहाः क्या तुमने इक़रार किया और उस पर मेरा अहद क़बूल किया? उन्होंने कहाः हम इक़रार करते हैं, फ़रमायाः अब गवाह रहो और मैं भी तुम्हारे साथ गवाह हूँ।
O you who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down [to Muhammad], confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers. And ever is the decree of Allah accomplished.
Aey ehal-e-kitab! Jo kuch hum ney nazil farmaya hai jo uss ki bhi tasdeeq kerney wala hai jo tumharay pass hai iss per eman lao iss say pehlay hum chehray bigaar den aur enhen lota ker peeth ki taraf ker den ya inn per laanat bhejen jaisay hum ney haftay kay din walon per laanat ki aur hai Allah Taalaa ka kaam kiya gaya.
ऐ वे लोगो जिनको किताब दी गई! उस पर ईमान लाओ जो हमने उतारा है, तस्दीक़ करने वाली उस किताब की जो तुम्हारे पास है, इससे पहले कि हम चेहरों को मिटा दें फिर उनको उलट दें पीठ की तरफ़ या उन पर लानत करें जैसे हमने लानत की सनीचर वालों पर, और अल्लाह का हुक्म पूरा होकर रहता है।
And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous.
Aur hum ney unn kay peechay essa bin marium ko bheja jo apney say pehlay ki kitab yaani toraat ki tasdeeq kerney walay thay aur hum ney unhen injeel ata farmaee jiss mein noor aur hidayat thi aur woh apney say pehlay ki kitab toraat ki tasdeeq kerti thi aur woh sira sir hidayat-o-naseehat thi paarsa logon kay liye.
और हमने उनके पीछे ईसा बिन मरियम को भेजा तस्दीक़ करते हुए अपने से पहले की किताब तौरात की और हमने उनको इंजील दी जिसमें हिदायत और रौशनी है और वह तस्दीक़ करने वाली थी अपने से पहली किताब तौरात की और हिदायत और नसीहत डरने वालों के लिए।
And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous.
Aur hum ney unn kay peechay essa bin marium ko bheja jo apney say pehlay ki kitab yaani toraat ki tasdeeq kerney walay thay aur hum ney unhen injeel ata farmaee jiss mein noor aur hidayat thi aur woh apney say pehlay ki kitab toraat ki tasdeeq kerti thi aur woh sira sir hidayat-o-naseehat thi paarsa logon kay liye.
और हमने उनके पीछे ईसा बिन मरियम को भेजा तस्दीक़ करते हुए अपने से पहले की किताब तौरात की और हमने उनको इंजील दी जिसमें हिदायत और रौशनी है और वह तस्दीक़ करने वाली थी अपने से पहली किताब तौरात की और हिदायत और नसीहत डरने वालों के लिए।
And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.
Aur hum ney aap ki taraf haq kay sath yeh kitab nazil farmaee hai jo apney say agli kitabon ki tasdeeq kerney wali hai aur inn ki mohafiz hai. Iss liye aap inn kay aapas kay moamlaat mein issi utari hui kitab kay sath hukum kijiye iss haq say hatt ker inn ki khuwaishon kay peechay na jaiye tum mein say her aik kay liye hum ney aik dastoor aur raah muqarrar ker di hai. Agar manzoor maula hota to tum sab ko aik hi ummat bana deta lekin uss ki chahat hai kay jo tumhen diya hai uss mein tumhen aazmaye tum nekiyon ki taraf jaldi kero tum sab ka rujoo Allah hi ki taraf hai phir woh tumhen her woh cheez bata dey ga jiss mein tum ikhtilaf kertay rehtay ho.
और हमने आपकी तरफ़ किताब उतारी हक़ के साथ, तस्दीक़ करने वाली पिछली किताब की और उसके मज़ामीन पर निगहबान, पस आप फ़ैसला करें उसके मुताबिक़ जो अल्लाह ने उतारा है, और जो हक़ आपके पास आ चुका है उसको छोड़ कर उनकी ख़्वाहिशों की पैरवी न करें, हमने तुम में से हर एक के लिए एक शरीअत और एक तरीक़ा ठहराया है, और अगर अल्लाह चाहता तो तुमको एक ही उम्मत बना देता मगर अल्लाह ने चाहा कि वह अपने दिए हुए हुक्मों में तुम्हारी आज़माइश करे पस तुम भलाइयों की तरफ़ दौड़ो, आख़िरकार तुम सबको अल्लाह की तरफ़ लौट कर जाना है फिर वह तुमको आगाह कर देगा उस चीज़ से जिसमें तुम इख़्तिलाफ़ कर रहे थे।
[They will be] abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except what your Lord should will. Indeed, your Lord is an effecter of what He intends.
Woh wahin hamesha rehney walay hain jab tak aasman-o-zamin bar qarar rahen siwaye uss waqt kay jo tumhara rab chahaye yaqeenan tera rab jo kuch chahaye ker guzarta hai.
वे उसमें रहेंगे जब तक आसमान और ज़मीन क़ायम हैं मगर जो आपका रब चाहे, बेशक आपका रब कर डालता है जो चाहता है।
