And [recall] when We gave Moses the Scripture and criterion that perhaps you would be guided.
Aur hum ney ( hazrat ) musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko tumhari hidayat kay liye kitab aur moajzay ata farmaye.
और जब हमने मूसा को किताब दी और फ़ैसला करने वाली चीज़; ताकि तुम राह पाओ।
And We did certainly give Moses the Torah and followed up after him with messengers. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs and supported him with the Pure Spirit. But is it [not] that every time a messenger came to you, [O Children of Israel], with what your souls did not desire, you were arrogant? And a party [of messengers] you denied and another party you killed.
Hum ney ( hazrat ) musa ko kitab di aur inn kay peechay aur rasool bhejay aur hum ney ( hazrat ) essa ibn-e-marium ko roshan daleelen din aur rooh-ul-qudus say unn ki taeed kerwaee. Lekin jab kabhi tumharay pass rasool woh cheez laye jo tumhari tabiyaton kay khilaf thi tum ney jhat say takabbur kiya pus baaz ko to jhutla diya aur baaz ko qatal bhi ker dala.
और हमने मूसा को किताब दी और उसके बाद पै-दर-पै रसूल भेजे और ईसा बिन मरियम को खुली-खुली निशानियाँ दीं और रूहुल-क़ुद्स से उसकी ताईद की, तो जब भी कोई रसूल तुम्हारे पास वह चीज़ ले कर आया जिसको तुम्हारा दिल नहीं चाहता था तो तुमने तकब्बुर किया, फिर एक जमात को झुटलाया, और एक जमात को मार डाला।
Then We gave Moses the Scripture, making complete [Our favor] upon the one who did good and as a detailed explanation of all things and as guidance and mercy that perhaps in [the matter of] the meeting with their Lord they would believe.
Phir hum ney musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko kitab di thi jiss say achi tarah amal kerney walon per nemat poori ho aur sab ehkaam ki tafseel hojaye aur rehnumaee ho aur rehmat ho takay woh log apney rab kay milney per yaqeen layen.
फिर हमने मूसा (अलै॰) को किताब दी नेक काम करने वालों पर अपनी नेमत पूरी करने के लिए और हर बात की तफ़सील और हिदायत और रहमत; ताकि वे अपने रब से मुलाक़ात का यक़ीन करें।
And We had certainly given Moses the Scripture, but it came under disagreement. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord, it would have been judged between them. And indeed they are, concerning the Qur'an, in disquieting doubt.
Yaqeenan hum ney musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko kitab di. Phir iss mein ikhtilaf kiya gaya agar pehlay hi aap kay rab ki baat sadir na hogaee hoti to yaqeenan inn ka faisla ker diya jata enhen to iss mein sakht shuba hai.
और हमने मूसा (अलै॰) को किताब दी फिर उसमें फूट पड़ गई, और अगर आपके रब की तरफ़ से पहले ही एक बात न आ चुकी होती तो उनके दरमियान फ़ैसला कर दिया जाता, और ये लोग उसके बारे में (अभी तक) सख़्त क़िस्म के शक में पड़े हुए हैं।
And We had certainly given Moses nine evident signs, so ask the Children of Israel [about] when he came to them and Pharaoh said to him, "Indeed I think, O Moses, that you are affected by magic."
Hum ney musa ko no moajzzay bilkul saaf saaf ata farmaye tu khud hi bani isaeel say pooch ley kay jab woh inn kay pass phonchay to firaon bola kay aey musa! Meray khayal mein to tujh per jadoo ker diya gaya hai.
हम ने मूसा को नौ खुली निशानियाँ प्रदान की थी। अब इसराईल की सन्तान से पूछ लो कि जब वह उन के पास आया और फ़िरऔन ने उस से कहा, "ऐ मूसा! मैं तो तुम्हें बड़ा जादूगर समझता हूँ।"
And We had already given Moses and Aaron the criterion and a light and a reminder for the righteous
Yeh bilkul sach hai kay hum ney musa-o-haroon ko faislay kerney wali noorani aur perhezgaron kay liye waaz-o-naseehat wali kitab ata farmaee hai.
और हम मूसा और हारून को कसौटी और रौशनी और याददिहानी प्रदान कर चुके हैं, उन डर रखने वालों के लिए
And We gave understanding of the case to Solomon, and to each [of them] We gave judgement and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains to exalt [Us], along with David and [also] the birds. And We were doing [that].
Hum ney iss ka sahih faisla suleman ko samjha diya. Haan her aik ko hum ney hukum-o-ilm dey rakha tha aur dawood kay tabey hum ney pahar ker diye thay jo tasbeeh kertay thay aur parind bhi. Hum kerney walay hi thay.
तब हम ने उसे सुलैमान को समझा दिया और यूँ तो हरेक को हम ने निर्णय-शक्ति और ज्ञान प्रदान किया था। और दाऊद के साथ हम ने पहाड़ों को वशीभूत कर दिया था, जो तसबीह करते थे, और पक्षियों को भी। और ऐसा करने वाले हम भी थे
And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture that perhaps they would be guided.
Hum ney to musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko kitab ( bhi ) di kay log raah-e-raast per aajyen.
और हम ने मूसा को किताब प्रदान की, ताकि वे लोग मार्ग पा सकें
And We had certainly given Moses the Scripture and appointed with him his brother Aaron as an assistant.
Aur bila shuba hum ney musa ko kitab di aur unn kay humrah unn kay bhai haroon ko unn ka wazir bana diya.
हम ने मूसा को किताब प्रदान की और उस के भाई हारून को सहायक के रूप में उस के साथ किया
And We had certainly given to David and Solomon knowledge, and they said, "Praise [is due] to Allah , who has favored us over many of His believing servants."
Aur hum ney yaqeenan dawood aur suleman ko ilm dey rakha thaaur dono ney kaha tareef uss Allah kay liye hai jiss ney humen apnay boht say eman daar bandon per fazeelat ata farmaee hai.
हम ने दाऊद और सुलैमान को बड़ा ज्ञान प्रदान किया था, (उन्होंने उस के महत्व को जाना) और उन दोनों ने कहा, "सारी प्रशंसा अल्लाह के लिए है, जिस ने हमें अपने बहुत-से ईमान वाले बन्दों के मुक़ाबले में श्रेष्ठता प्रदान की।"
And We gave Moses the Scripture, after We had destroyed the former generations, as enlightenment for the people and guidance and mercy that they might be reminded.
Aur unn aglay zamaney walon ko halak kerney kay baad hum ney musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko aisi kitab inayat farmaee jo logon kay liye daleel aur hidayat-o-rehmat ho ker aaee thi takay woh naseehat hasil ker len.
और अगली नस्लों को विनष्ट कर देने के पश्चात हम ने मूसा को किताब प्रदान की, लोगों के लिए अन्तर्दृष्टियों की सामग्री, मार्गदर्शन और दयालुता बनाकर, ताकि वे ध्यान दें
And We had certainly given Luqman wisdom [and said], "Be grateful to Allah ." And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever denies [His favor] - then indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.
Aur hum ney yaqeenan luqman ko hikmat di thi kay tu Allah Taalaa ka shukar ker her shukar kerney wala apnay hi nafay kay liye shukar kerta hai jo bhi na shukri keray woh jaan ley kay Allah Taalaa bey niyaz aur tareefon wala hai.
निश्चय ही हम ने लुकमान को तत्वदर्शिता प्रदान की थी कि अल्लाह के प्रति कृतज्ञता दिखलाओ और जो कोई कृतज्ञता दिखलाए, वह अपने ही भले के लिए कृतज्ञता दिखलाता है। और जिस ने अकृतज्ञता दिखलाई तो अल्लाह वास्तव में निस्पृह, प्रशंसनीय है
And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture, so do not be in doubt over his meeting. And we made the Torah guidance for the Children of Israel.
Be-shak hum ney musa ko kitab di pus aap ko hergiz uss ki mulaqat mein shak na kerna chahyey aur hum ney ussay bani israeel ki hidayat ka zariya banaya.
हम ने मूसा को किताब प्रदान की थी - अतः उस के मिलने के प्रति तुम किसी सन्देह में न रहना और हम ने इसराईल की सन्तान के लिए उस (किताब) को मार्गदर्शन बनाया था
And We certainly gave David from Us bounty. [We said], "O mountains, repeat [Our] praises with him, and the birds [as well]." And We made pliable for him iron,
Aur hum ney dawood per apna fazal kiya aey paharo! Iss kay sath raghbat say tasbeeh parha kero aur parindon ko bhi ( yehi hukum hai ) aur hum ney iss kay liye loha naram ker diya.
हम ने दाऊद को अपनी ओर से श्रेष्ठता प्रदान की, "ऐ पर्वतों! उस के साथ तसबीह को प्रतिध्वनित करो, और पक्षियों तुम भी!" और हम ने उस के लिए लोहे को नर्म कर दिया
And We had certainly given Moses guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture
Hum ney musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko hidayat nama ata farmaya aur bano israeel ko iss kitab ka waris banaya.
मूसा को भी हम मार्ग दिखा चुके हैं, और इसराईल की सन्तान को हम ने किताब का उत्ताराधिकारी बनाया,
And We had already given Moses the Scripture, but it came under disagreement. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord, it would have been concluded between them. And indeed they are, concerning the Qur'an, in disquieting doubt.
Yaqeenan hum ney Musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko kitab di thi so uss mein bhi ikhtilaf kiya gaya aur agar ( woh ) baat na hoti ( jo ) aap kay rab ki taraf say pehlay hi muqarrar ho chuki hai to unkay darmiyan ( kabhi ka ) faisla ho chuka hota yeh log to iss kay baray mein boht sakht bey-shain kerney walay shak mein hain.
हम ने मूसा को भी किताब प्रदान की थी, फिर उस में भी विभेद किया गया। यदि तुम्हारे रब की ओर से पहले ही से एक बात निश्चित न हो चुकी होती तो उन के बीच फ़ैसला चुका दिया जाता। हालाँकि वे उस की ओर से उलझन में डाल देने वाले सन्देह में पड़े हुए हैं
And We did certainly give the Children of Israel the Scripture and judgement and prophethood, and We provided them with good things and preferred them over the worlds.
Yaqeenan hum ney bani israeel ko kitab hakumat aur nabowat di thi aur hum ney unhen pakeezah ( aur nafees ) roziyan di thin aur unhen duniya walon per fazilat di thi.
निश्चय ही हम ने इसराईल की सन्तान को किताब और हुक्म और पैग़म्बरी प्रदान की थी। और हम ने उन्हें पवित्र चीज़ो की रोज़ी दी और उन्हें सारे संसार वालों पर श्रेष्ठता प्रदान की
