We did not create the heavens and earth and what is between them except in truth and [for] a specified term. But those who disbelieve, from that of which they are warned, are turning away.
Hum ney aasmano aur zamin aur inn dono kay darmiyan ki tamam cheezon ko behtreen tadbeer kay sath hi aik muddat moayyen kay liye peda kiya hai aur kafir log jiss cheez say daraye jatay hain mun mor letay hain.
हम ने आकाशों और धरती को और जो कुछ उन दोनों के मध्य है उसे केवल हक़ के साथ और एक नियत अवधि तक के लिए पैदा किया है। किन्तु जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया है, वे उस चीज़ को ध्यान में नहीं लाते जिस से उन्हें सावधान किया गया है
Do they not see that Allah , who created the heavens and earth and did not fail in their creation, is able to give life to the dead? Yes. Indeed, He is over all things competent.
Kiya woh nahi dekhtay kay jiss Allah ney aasmano aur zamin ko peda kiya hai aur inn kay peda kerney say woh na thaka woh yaqeenan murdon ko zindah kerney per qadir hai? Kiyon na ho? Woh yaqeenan her cheez per qadir hai.
क्या उन्होंने देखा नहीं कि जिस अल्लाह ने आकाशों और धरती को पैदा किया और उन के पैदा करने से थका नहीं; क्या ऐसा नहीं कि वह मुर्दों को जीवित कर दे? क्यों नहीं, निश्चय ही उसे हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है
But they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, and the disbelievers say, "This is an amazing thing.
bulkay enhen tajjub maloom hua kay inn kay pass inhi mein say aik aagah kerney wala aaya to kafiron ney kaha kay yeh aik ajeeb cheez hai.
बल्कि उन्हें तो इस बात पर आश्चर्य हुआ कि उन के पास उन्हीं में से एक सावधान करने वाला आ गया। फिर इनकार करने वाले कहने लगे, "यह तो आश्चर्य की बात है
When we have died and have become dust, [we will return to life]? That is a distant return."
kiya jabb hum mar ker mitti hojayen gay phir yeh wapsi door ( az aqal ) hai.
"क्या जब हम मर जाएँगे और मिट्टी हो जाएँगे (तो फिर हम जीवित होकर पलटेंगे)? यह पलटना तो बहुत दूर की बात है!"
We know what the earth diminishes of them, and with Us is a retaining record.
Zamin jo kuch inn mein say ghatati hai who humen maloom hai aur humaray pass sabb yaad rakhnay waali kitab hai.
हम जानते हैं कि धरती उन में जो कुछ कमी करती है और हमारे पास सुरक्षित रखने वाली एक किताब भी है
But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they are in a confused condition.
Buklay inhon nay sachi baat ko jhoot kaha hai jabkay who inn kay pass phonch chuki pus who aik uljhao mein par gaye hain.
बल्कि उन्होंने सत्य को झुठला दिया जब वह उन के पास आया। अतः वे एक उलझन भरी बात में पड़े हुए हैं
Have they not looked at the heaven above them - how We structured it and adorned it and [how] it has no rifts?
Kiya inhon nay aasman ko apnay uper nahi dekha? Kay hum ney ussay kiss tarah banaya aur zeenat di hai iss mein koi shigaf nahi.
अच्छा तो क्या उन्होंने अपने ऊपर आकाश को नहीं देखा, हम ने उसे कैसा बनाया और उसे सजाया। और उस में कोई दरार नहीं
And the earth - We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind,
Aur zamin ko hum ney bicha diya hai aur iss mein hum ney pahaar daal diye hain aur iss mein hum ney qisam qisam ki khushnuma cheezen uga di hain.
और धरती को हम ने फैलाया और उस में अटल पहाड़ डाल दिए। और हम ने उस में हर प्रकार की सुन्दर चीज़े उगाई,
Giving insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to Allah ].
Takay her rujoo kernay walay bandey kay liye beenaee aur daanaaee ka zariya ho.
आँखें खोलने और याद दिलाने के उद्देश्य से, हर बन्दे के लिए जो रुजू करने वाला हो
And We have sent down blessed rain from the sky and made grow thereby gardens and grain from the harvest
Aur hum ney aasman say babarkat pani barsaya aur iss say baghaat aur katney walay khet k ghallay peda kiye.
और हम ने आकाश से बरकत वाला पानी उतारा, फिर उस से बाग़ और फ़सल के अनाज।
And lofty palm trees having fruit arranged in layers -
Aur khujuron kay buland-o-bala darakht jinkay khoshay teh ba teh hain.
और ऊँचे-ऊँचे खजूर के वृक्ष उगाए जिन के गुच्छे तह पर तह होते हैं,
As provision for the servants, and We have given life thereby to a dead land. Thus is the resurrection.
Bandon ki rozi kay liye aur hum ney pani say murda shehar ko zinda ker diya. Issi tarah ( qabron say ) nikalna hai.
बन्दों की रोजी के लिए। और हम ने उस (पानी) के द्वारा निर्जीव धरती को जीवन प्रदान किया। इसी प्रकार निकलना भी हैं
The people of Noah denied before them, and the companions of the well and Thamud
Inn say pehlay Nooh ki qom ney aur rass walon ney aur samood ney.
उन से पहले नूह की क़ौम, 'अर्-रस' वाले, समूद,
And 'Aad and Pharaoh and the brothers of Lot
Aur aad ney aur firaon ney aur biradran-e-loot ney.
आद, फ़िरऔन , लूत के भाई,
And the companions of the thicket and the people of Tubba'. All denied the messengers, so My threat was justly fulfilled.
Aur aeeka walon ney aur tubba ki qom ney bhi takzeeb ki thi.sab ney payghambron ko jhutlaya pus mera wada-e-azab inn per sadiq aagaya.
अल-ऐका' वाले और तुब्बा के लोग भी झुठला चुके हैं। प्रत्येक ने रसूलों को झुठलाया। अन्ततः मेरी धमकी सत्यापित होकर रही
Did We fail in the first creation? But they are in confusion over a new creation.
Kiya hum pehli baar kay peda kerney say thak gaye? Bulkay yeh log naee pedaeesh ki taraf say shak mein hain.
क्या हम पहली बार पैदा करने से असमर्थ रहे? नहीं, बल्कि वे एक नई सृष्टि के विषय में सन्देह में पड़े हैं
By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing
qasam hai bikherney waliyan ki ura ker.
गवाह हैं (हवाएँ) जो गर्द-ग़ुबार उड़ाती फिरती हैं;
And those [clouds] carrying a load [of water]
Phir uthaney waliyan bojh ko.
फिर बोझ उठाती हैं;
And those [ships] sailing with ease
Phir chalney waliyan narmi say .
फिर नरमी से चलती हैं;
And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter,
Phir kaam ko taqseem kerney waliyan.
फिर मामले को अलग-अलग करती हैं;
Indeed, what you are promised is true.
Yaqeen mano kay tum say jo wadey kiye jatay hain ( sab ) sachay hain.
निश्चय ही तुम से जिस चीज़ का वादा किया जाता है, वह सत्य है;
And indeed, the recompense is to occur.
Aur be-shak insaf honey walahai.
और (कर्मों का) बदला अवश्य सामने आकर रहेगा
And [by] a Book inscribed
Aur likhi hui kitab ki.
और लिखी हुई किताब;
In parchment spread open
Jo jhilli kay khulay huye warq mein hai.
फैले हुए झिल्ली के पन्ने में
And [by] the frequented House
Aur abad ghar ki.
और बसा हुआ घर;
And [by] the heaven raised high
Aur unchi chat ki.
और ऊँची छत;
And [by] the sea filled [with fire],
Aur bharkaye huye samandar ki.
और उफनता समुद्र
Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur.
Be-shak app kay rab ka azab hoker rehnay wala hai.
कि तेरे रब की यातना अवश्य घटित होकर रहेगी;
Of it there is no preventer.
Ussay koi rokney wala nahi.
जिसे टालने वाला कोई नहीं;
