And the Horn will be blown; and at once from the graves to their Lord they will hasten.
To soor kay phoonkay jatay hi sab kay sab apni qabron say apnay perwerdigar ki taraf ( tez tez ) chalney lagen gay.
और नरसिंघा में फूँक मारी जाएगी। फिर क्या देखेंगे कि वे क़ब्रों से निकलकर अपने रब की ओर चल पड़े हैं
It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us.
Yeh nahi hai magar aik cheekh kay yakayak saray kay saray humaray samney hazir ker diyey jayen gay.
बस एक ज़ोर की चिंघाड़ होगी। फिर क्या देखेंगे कि वे सबके-सब हमारे सामने उपस्थित कर दिए गए
Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop - then at once he is a clear adversary?
Kiya insan ko itna bhi maloom nahi kay hum ney ussay nutfay say peda kiya hai? Phir yakayak woh sarreh jhagraloo bann betha.
क्या (इनकार करने वाले) मनुष्य को नहीं देखा कि हम ने उसे वीर्य से पैदा किया? फिर क्या देखते हैं कि वह प्रत्क्षय विरोधी झगड़ालू बन गया
It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing.
Woh to sirf aik zor ki jhirki hai kay yakayak yeh dekhney lagay gay.
वह तो बस एक झिड़की होगी। फिर क्या देखेंगे कि वे ताकने लगे हैं
But when it descends in their territory, then evil is the morning of those who were warned.
Suno! Jab humara azab inn kay medan mein utar aaye ga uss waqt unn ki jin ko muta-nabbay ker diya gaya tha bari buri subha hogi.
तो जब वह उन के आँगन में उतरेगी तो बड़ी ही बुरी सुबह होगी उन लोगों की, जिन्हें सचेत किया जा चुका है!
So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration."
So jab mein ussay theek thaak kerlon aur uss mein apni rooh phoonk don to tum sab uss kay samney sajjday mein gir parna.
तो जब मैं उसको ठीक-ठाक कर दूँ और उस में अपनी रूह फूँक दूँ, तो तुम उस के आगे सजदे में गिर जाना।"
And when adversity touches man, he calls upon Us; then when We bestow on him a favor from Us, he says, "I have only been given it because of [my] knowledge." Rather, it is a trial, but most of them do not know.
Insan ko jab koi takleef phonchti hai to humen pukarney lagta hai phir jab hum ussay apni taraf say koi nemat ata farma den to kehney lagta hai kay issay to mein mehaz apnay ilm ki waja say diya gaya hun bulkay yeh aazmaeesh hai lekin inn mein say aksar log bey-ilm hain.
अतः जब मनुष्य को कोई तकलीफ़ पहुँचती है तो वह हमें पुकारने लगता है, फिर जब हमारी ओर से उस पर कोई अनुकम्पा होती है तो कहता है, "यह तो मुझे ज्ञान के कारण प्राप्त हुआ।" नहीं, बल्कि यह तो एक परीक्षा है, किन्तु उन में से अधिकतर जानते नहीं
And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on.
Aur soor phoonk diya jayega pus aasmano aur zamin walay sab bey-hosh ho ker gir paren gay magar jissay Allah chahyey phit doobara soor phoonka jayega pus woh aik dum kharay hoker dekhney lag jayen gay.
और सूर (नरसिंघा) फूँका जाएगा, तो जो कोई आकाशों और जो कोई धरती में होगा वह अचेत हो जाएगा सिवाय उस के जिस को अल्लाह चाहे। फिर उसे दूबारा फूँका जाएगा, तो क्या देखेंगे कि सहसा वे खड़े देख रहे हैं
He it is who gives life and causes death; and when He decrees a matter, He but says to it, "Be," and it is.
Wohi hai jo jilata hai aur maar dalta hai phir woh jab kissi kaam ka kerna muqarrar kerta hai to ussay sirf yeh kehta hai kay hoja pus woh hojata hai.
वही है जो जीवन और मृत्यु देता है, और जब वह किसी काम का फ़ैसला करता है, तो उस के लिए बस कह देता है कि 'हो जा' तो वह हो जाता है
And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah . So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all].
Yaqeenan hum aap say pehlay bhi boht say rasool bhej chukay hain jinn mein say baaz kay ( waqeyaat ) hum aap ko biyan ker chukay hain aur unn mein say baaz kay ( qissay ) to hum ney aap ko biyan hi nahi kiyey aur kissi rasool ka yeh ( maqdoor ) na tha kay koi mojzza Allah ki ijazat kay baghair la sakay phir jiss waqt Allah ka hukum aaye ga haq kay sath faisla ker diya jayega aur uss jagah ahl-e-baatil khasaray mein reh jayen gay.
हम तुम से पहले कितने ही रसूल भेज चुके हैं। उन में से कुछ तो वे हैं जिन के वृत्तान्त का उल्लेख हम ने तुम से किया है और उन में ऐसे भी हैं जिन के वृत्तान्त का उल्लेख हम ने तुम से नहीं किया। किसी रसूल को भी यह सामर्थ्य प्राप्त न थी कि वह अल्लाह की अनुज्ञा के बिना कोई निशानी ले आए। फिर जब अल्लाह का आदेश आ जाता है तो ठीक-ठीक फ़ैसला कर दिया जाता है। और उस समय झूठ वाले घाटे में पड़ जाते हैं
And not equal are the good deed and the bad. Repel [evil] by that [deed] which is better; and thereupon the one whom between you and him is enmity [will become] as though he was a devoted friend.
Neki aur badi barabar nahi hoti. Buraee ko bhalaee say dafa kero phir wohi jiss kay aur tumharay darmiyan dushmani hai aisa hojayega jaisay dili dost.
भलाई और बुराई समान नहीं हैं। तुम (बुरे आचरण की बुराई को) अच्छे से अच्छे आचरण के द्वारा दूर करो। फिर क्या देखोगे कि वही व्यक्ति तुम्हारे और जिस के बीच वैर पड़ा हुआ था, जैसे वह कोई घनिष्ठ मित्र है
So when you meet those who disbelieve [in battle], strike [their] necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds, and either [confer] favor afterwards or ransom [them] until the war lays down its burdens. That [is the command]. And if Allah had willed, He could have taken vengeance upon them [Himself], but [He ordered armed struggle] to test some of you by means of others. And those who are killed in the cause of Allah - never will He waste their deeds.
To jabb kafiron say tumhari mud-bher ho to gardano per war maro jabb unko achi tarah kuchal dalo to abb khoob mazboot qaid-o-band say giriftar kero ( phir ikhtiyar hai ) kay khuwa ehsan rakh ker chor do ya fidya ley ker ta-waqt-e-kay laraee apnay hathyar rakh day. Yehi hukum hai aur agar Allah chahta to ( khud ) hi inn say badla ley leta lekin ( uska mansha yeh hai ) kay tum mein say aik ka imtehan doosray kay zariyey say ley ley jo log Allah ki raah mein shaheed ker diye jatay hain Allah Taalaa unkay aemaal hergiz zaya na keray ga.
अतः जब इनकार करने वालों से तुम्हारी मुठभेड़ हो तो (उनकी) गरदनें मारना है, यहाँ तक कि जब उन्हें अच्छी तरह कुचल दो तो बन्धनों में जकड़ो, फिर बाद में या तो एहसान करो या फ़िदया (अर्थ-दंड) का मामला करो, यहाँ तक कि युद्ध अपने बोझ उतारकर रख दे। यह भली-भाँति समझ लो, यदि अल्लाह चाहे तो स्वयं उन से निपट ले। किन्तु (उस ने यह आदेश इसलिए दिया) ताकि तुम्हारी एक-दूसरे की परीक्षा ले। और जो लोग अल्लाह के मार्ग में मारे जाते हैं उन के कर्म वह कदापि अकारथ न करेगा
Obedience and good words. And when the matter [of fighting] was determined, if they had been true to Allah , it would have been better for them.
Farman ka baja lana aur achi baat ka kehna. Phir jab kaam muqarrar hojaye to agar Allah kay sath sachay rahen to unn kay liye behtri hai.
उन के लिए उचित है आज्ञापालन और अच्छी-भली बात। फिर जब (युद्ध की) बात पक्की हो जाए (तो युद्ध करना चाहिए) तो यदि वे अल्लाह के लिए सच्चे साबित होते तो उन के लिए ही अच्छा होता
And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil -
Pus jabkay aasman phat ker surkh hojaye jaisay kay surkh chamra.
फिर जब आकाश फट जाएगा और लाल चमड़े की तरह लाल हो जाएगा।
And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah , and remember Allah often that you may succeed.
Phir jab namaz ho chukay to zamin mein phel jao aur Allah ka fazal talash kero takay tum falah paa lo.
फिर जब नमाज़ पूरी हो जाए तो धरती में फैल जाओ और अल्लाह का उदार अनुग्रह (रोजी) तलाश करो, और अल्लाह को बहुत ज़्यादा याद करते रहो, ताकि तुम सफल हो। -
And when they have [nearly] fulfilled their term, either retain them according to acceptable terms or part with them according to acceptable terms. And bring to witness two just men from among you and establish the testimony for [the acceptance of] Allah . That is instructed to whoever should believe in Allah and the Last day. And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out
Pus jab yen aurten apni iddat poori kerney kay qarib phonch jayen to unhen ya to qaeeday kay mutabiq apney nikkah mein rehney do ya dastoor kay mutabiq enhen alag kerdo aur aapas mein do aadil shakson ko gawah kerlo aur Allah ki raza mandi kay liye theek theek gawahi do. Yehi hai woh jiss ki naseehat ussay ki jati hai jo Allah per aur qayamat kay din per eman rakhta ho aur jo shaks Allah say darta hai Allah uss kay liye chutkaray ki shakal nikal deta hai.
फिर जब वे अपनी नियत इद्दत को पहुँचे तो या तो उन्हें भली रीति से रोक लो या भली रीति से अलग कर दो। और अपने में से दो न्यायप्रिय आदमियों को गवाह बना दो और अल्लाह के लिए गवाही को दुरुस्त रखो। इस की नसीहत उस व्यक्ति को की जाती है जो अल्लाह और अन्तिम दिन पर ईमान रखेगा उस के लिए वह (परेशानी से) निकलने का राह पैदा कर देगा
Do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway?
Kiya tum iss baat say bey khof hogaye ho kay aasmanon wala tumhen zamin mein dhansa dey aur achanak zamin laraznay lagay.
क्या तुम उस से निश्चिन्त हो जो आकाश में है कि तुम्हें धरती में धँसा दे, फिर क्या देखोगे कि वह डाँवाडोल हो रही है?
Then when the Horn is blown with one blast
Pus jab kay soor mein ik phonk phonki jaey gi
तो याद रखो जब सूर (नरसिंघा) में एक फूँक मारी जाएगी,
And when the trumpet is blown,
Pus jab kay sor mein phonk mari jaey gi
जब सूर में फूँक मारी जाएगी
So when vision is dazzled
Pus jiss waqat kay nigha pathra jaeygi
तो जब निगाह चौंधिया जाएँगी,
So when We have recited it [through Gabriel], then follow its recitation.
Hum jab issay parhlen to aap iss kay parhnay ki perwi kerein
अतः जब हम उसे पढ़े तो उस के पठन का अनुसरण कर,
So when the stars are obliterated
Pus jab sitary be nor kerdiey jaeingay
अतः जब तारे विलुप्त (प्रकाशहीन) हो जाएँगे,
And suddenly they will be [alert] upon the earth's surface.
Kay ( jis kay zihar hoty hi ) wo ik dam medan mein jama hojaein gay
फिर क्या देखेंगे कि वे एक समतल मैदान में उपस्थित हैं
But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity -
Aur jab wo bari afat ( qiyamat ) ayegi
फिर जब वह महाविपदा आएगी,
But when there comes the Deafening Blast
Pus jab kay kan bhyray ker dyney wali ( qiyamat ) ajaey gi
फिर जब वह बहरा कर देने वाली प्रचंड आवाज़ आएगी,
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].
Pus jab to farigh ho to ibadat mein mehnat ker
अतः जब निवृत हो तो परिश्रम में लग जाओ,
