الفاظ ( يَشْعُرُوْنَ )

وہ اللہ تعالٰی کو اور ایمان والوں کو دھوکا دیتے ہیں لیکن دراصل وہ خود اپنے آپ کو دھوکا دے رہے ہیں مگر سمجھتے نہیں ۔

They [think to] deceive Allah and those who believe, but they deceive not except themselves and perceive [it] not.

خبردار ہو !یقیناً یہی لوگ فساد کرنے والے ہیں لیکن شعور ( سمجھ ) نہیں رکھتے ۔

Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not.

اہلِ کتاب کی ایک جماعت چاہتی ہے کہ تمہیں گُمراہ کر دیں ، دراصل وہ خود اپنے آپ کو گُمراہ کر رہے ہیں اور سمجھتے نہیں ۔

A faction of the people of the Scripture wish they could mislead you. But they do not mislead except themselves, and they perceive [it] not.

اور یہ لوگ اس سے دوسروں کو بھی روکتے ہیں اور خود بھی اس سے دور دور رہتے ہیں اور یہ لوگ اپنے ہی کو تباہ کر رہے ہیں اور کچھ خبر نہیں رکھتے ۔

And they prevent [others] from him and are [themselves] remote from him. And they do not destroy except themselves, but they perceive [it] not.

اور اسی طرح ہم نے ہر بستی میں وہاں کے رئیسوں ہی کو جرائم کا مرتکب بنایا تاکہ وہ لوگ وہاں فریب کریں اور وہ لوگ اپنے ہی ساتھ فریب کر رہے ہیں اور ان کو ذرا خبر نہیں ۔

And thus We have placed within every city the greatest of its criminals to conspire therein. But they conspire not except against themselves, and they perceive [it] not.

پھر ہم نے اس بد حالی کی جگہ خوش حالی بدل دی ، یہاں تک کہ ان کو خوب ترقی ہوئی اور کہنے لگے کہ ہمارے آباؤ اجداد کو بھی تنگی اور راحت پیش آئی تھی تو ہم نے ان کو دفعتًا پکڑ لیا اور ان کو خبر بھی نہ تھی ۔

Then We exchanged in place of the bad [condition], good, until they increased [and prospered] and said, "Our fathers [also] were touched with hardship and ease." So We seized them suddenly while they did not perceive.

پھر جب اسے لے چلے اور سب نے ملکر ٹھان لیا اسے غیر آباد گہرے کنوئیں کی تہ میں پھینک دیں ، ہم نے یوسف ( علیہ السلام ) کی طرف وحی کی کہ یقیناً ( وقت آرہا ہے کہ ) تو انہیں اس ماجرا کی خبر اس حال میں دے گا کہ وہ جانتے ہی نہ ہوں ۔

So when they took him [out] and agreed to put him into the bottom of the well... But We inspired to him, "You will surely inform them [someday] about this affair of theirs while they do not perceive [your identity]."

کیا وہ اس بات سے بے خوف ہوگئے ہیں کہ ان کے پاس اللہ کے عذابوں میں سے کوئی عام عذاب آجائے یا ان پر اچانک قیامت ٹوٹ پڑے اور وہ بے خبرہی ہوں ۔

Then do they feel secure that there will not come to them an overwhelming [aspect] of the punishment of Allah or that the Hour will not come upon them suddenly while they do not perceive?

مردے ہیں زندہ نہیں انہیں تو یہ بھی شعور نہیں کہ کب اٹھائے جائیں گے ۔

They are, [in fact], dead, not alive, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected.

ان سے پہلے کے لوگوں نے بھی مکر کیا تھا ، ( آخر ) اللہ نے ( ان کے منصوبوں ) کی عمارتوں کو جڑوں سے اکھیڑ دیا اور ان ( کے سروں ) پر ( ان کی ) چھتیں اوپر سے گر پڑیں اور ان کے پاس عذاب وہاں سے آگیا جہاں کا انہیں وہم و گمان بھی نہ تھا ۔

Those before them had already plotted, but Allah came at their building from the foundations, so the roof fell upon them from above them, and the punishment came to them from where they did not perceive.

بدترین داؤ پیچ کرنے والے کیا اس بات سے بے خوف ہوگئے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالٰی انہیں زمین میں دھنسا دے یا ان کے پاس ایسی جگہ سے عذاب آجائے جہاں کا انہیں وہم وگمان بھی نہ ہو ۔

Then, do those who have planned evil deeds feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive?

وہ ان کے لئے بھلائیوں میں جلدی کر رہے ہیں ( نہیں نہیں ) بلکہ یہ سمجھتے ہی نہیں ۔

Is [because] We hasten for them good things? Rather, they do not perceive.

پس وہ عذاب ان کو ناگہاں آجائے گا انہیں اس کا شعور بھی نہ ہوگا ۔

And it will come to them suddenly while they perceive [it] not.

جب وہ چیونٹیوں کے میدان میں پہنچے تو ایک چیونٹی نے کہا اے چیو نٹیو! اپنے اپنے گھروں میں گھس جاؤ ، ایسا نہ ہو کہ بے خبری میں سلیمان اور اسکا لشکر تمہیں روند ڈالے ۔

Until, when they came upon the valley of the ants, an ant said, "O ants, enter your dwellings that you not be crushed by Solomon and his soldiers while they perceive not."

انہوں نے مکر ( خفیہ تدبیر ) کیا اور ہم نے بھی اور وہ اسے سمجھتے ہی نہ تھے ۔

And they planned a plan, and We planned a plan, while they perceived not.

کہہ دیجئے کہ آسمان والوں میں سے زمین والوں میں سے سوائے اللہ کے کوئی غیب نہیں جانتا انہیں تو یہ بھی نہیں معلوم کہ کب اٹھا کھڑے کئے جائیں گے؟

Say, "None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah , and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected."

اور فرعون کی بیوی نے کہا یہ تو میری اور تیری آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک ہے ، اسے قتل نہ کرو بہت ممکن ہے کہ یہ ہمیں کوئی فائدہ پہنچائے یا ہم اسے اپنا ہی بیٹا بنالیں اور یہ لوگ شعور ہی نہیں رکھتے تھے ۔

And the wife of Pharaoh said, "[He will be] a comfort of the eye for me and for you. Do not kill him; perhaps he may benefit us, or we may adopt him as a son." And they perceived not.

موسٰی ( علیہ السلام ) کی والدہ نے اس کی بہن سے کہا کہ تو اس کے پیچھے پیچھے جا ، تو وہ اسے دور ہی دور سے دیکھتی رہی اور فرعونیو کو اس کا علم بھی نہ ہوا ۔

And she said to his sister, "Follow him"; so she watched him from a distance while they perceived not.

یہ لوگ آپ سے عذاب کی جلدی کر رہے ہیں اگر میری طرف سے مقرر کیا ہوا وقت نہ ہوتا تو ابھی تک ان کے پاس عذاب آچکا ہوتا یہ یقینی بات ہے کہ اچانک ان کی بے خبری میں ان کے پاس عذاب آپہنچے گا ۔

And they urge you to hasten the punishment. And if not for [the decree of] a specified term, punishment would have reached them. But it will surely come to them suddenly while they perceive not.

ان سے پہلے والوں نے بھی جھٹلایا پھر ان پر وہاں سے عذاب آپڑا جہاں سے ان کو خیال بھی نہ تھا ۔

Those before them denied, and punishment came upon them from where they did not perceive.

یہ لوگ صرف قیامت کے منتظر ہیں کہ وہ اچانک ان پر آپڑے اور انہیں خبر بھی نہ ہو ۔

Are they waiting except for the Hour to come upon them suddenly while they perceive not?
