کہا جائے گا کہ اب جہنم کے دروازوں میں داخل ہو جاؤ جہاں ہمیشہ رہیں گے پس سرکشوں کا ٹھکانا بہت ہی برا ہے ۔

[To them] it will be said, "Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant."

اور جو لوگ اپنے رب سے ڈرتے تھے ان کے گروہ کے گروہ جنت کی طرف روانہ کئے جائیں گے یہاں تک کہ جب اس کے پاس آجائیں گے اور دروازے کھول دیئے جائیں گے اور وہاں کے نگہبان ان سے کہیں گے تم پر سلام ہو تم خوش حال رہو تم اس میں ہمیشہ کیلیے چلے جاؤ ۔

But those who feared their Lord will be driven to Paradise in groups until, when they reach it while its gates have been opened and its keepers say, "Peace be upon you; you have become pure; so enter it to abide eternally therein," [they will enter].

یہ کہیں گے کہ اللہ کا شکر ہے جس نے ہم سے اپنا وعدہ پورا کیا اور ہمیں اس زمین کا وارث بنا دیا کہ جنت میں جہاں چاہیں مقام کریں پس عمل کرنے والوں کا کیا ہی اچھا بدلہ ہے ۔

And they will say, "Praise to Allah , who has fulfilled for us His promise and made us inherit the earth [so] we may settle in Paradise wherever we will. And excellent is the reward of [righteous] workers."

جس نے گناہ کیا ہے اسے تو برابربرابر کا بدلہ ہی ہے اور جس نے نیکی کی ہے ہو خواہ وہ مرد ہو یا عورت اور وہ ایمان والا ہو تو یہ لوگ جنت میں جائیں گے اور وہاں بے شمار روزی پائیں گے ۔

Whoever does an evil deed will not be recompensed except by the like thereof; but whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - those will enter Paradise, being given provision therein without account.

اور جو ہماری آیتوں پر ایمان لائے اور تھے بھی وہ ( فرماں بردار ) مسلمان ۔

[You] who believed in Our verses and were Muslims.

تم اور تمہاری بیویاں ہشاش بشاش ( راضی خوشی ) جنت میں چلے جاؤ ۔

Enter Paradise, you and your kinds, delighted."

ان کے چاروں طرف سے سونے کی رکابیاں اور سونے کے گلاسوں کا دور چلایا جائے گا ان کے جی جس چیز کی خواہش کریں اور جس سے ان کی آنکھیں لذت پائیں ، سب وہاں ہوگا اور تم اس میں ہمیشہ رہو گے ۔

Circulated among them will be plates and vessels of gold. And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes, and you will abide therein eternally.

یہی وہ بہشت ہے کہ تم اپنے اعمال کے بدلے اس کے وارث بنائے گئے ہو ۔

And that is Paradise which you are made to inherit for what you used to do.

یہاں تمہارے لئے بکثرت میوے ہیں جنہیں تم کھاتے رہو گے ۔

For you therein is much fruit from which you will eat.

بیشک ( اللہ سے ) ڈرنے والے امن چین کی جگہ میں ہونگے ۔

Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place;

باغوں اور چشموں میں ۔

Within gardens and springs,

باریک اور دبیز یشم کے لباس پہنے ہوئے آمنے سامنے بیٹھے ہونگے ۔

Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other.

یہ اسی طرح ہے اور ہم بڑی بڑی آنکھوں والی حوروں سے ان کا نکاح کر دیں گے ۔

Thus. And We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes.

دل جمعی کے ساتھ وہاں ہر طرح کے میووں کی فرمائشیں کرتے ہونگے ۔

They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure.

وہاں وہ موت چکھنے کے نہیں ہاں پہلی موت ( جو وہ مر چکے ) انہیں اللہ تعالٰی نے دوزخ کی سزا سے بچا دیا ۔

They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire

یہ صرف تیرے رب کا فضل ہے یہی ہے بڑی کامیابی ۔

As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment.

یقیناً پرہیزگار لوگ جنتوں میں اور نعمتوں میں ہیں ۔

Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure,

جو انہیں ان کے رب نے دے رکھی ہیں اس پر خوش خوش ہیں اور ان کے پروردگار نے انہیں جہنم کے عذاب سے بھی بچا لیا ہے ۔

Enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire.

تم مزے سے کھاتے پیتے رہو ان اعمال کے بدلے جو تم کرتے تھے ۔

[They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do."

برابر بچھے ہوئے شاندار تختے پر تکیے لگائے ہوئے اور ہم نے ان کے نکاح بڑی بڑی آنکھوں والی ( حوروں ) سے کرا دیئے ہیں ۔

They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes.

اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور ان کی اولاد نے بھی ایمان میں ان کی پیروی کی ہم ان کی اولاد کو ان تک پہنچا دیں گے اور ان کے عمل سے ہم کچھ کم نہ کریں گے ہر شخص اپنے اپنے اعمال کا گروی ہے ۔

And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained.

ہم ان کے لئے میوے اور مرغوب گوشت کی ریل پیل کر دیں گے ۔

And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire.

۔ ( خوش طبعی کے ساتھ ) ایک دوسرے سے جام ( شراب ) کی چھینا جھپٹی کریں گے جس شراب کے سرور میں تو بیہودہ گوئی ہوگی نہ گناہ ۔

They will exchange with one another a cup [of wine] wherein [results] no ill speech or commission of sin.

اور ان کے ارد گرد ان کے نو عمر غلام پھر رہے ہونگے ، گویا کہ وہ موتی تھے جو ڈھکے رکھے تھے ۔

There will circulate among them [servant] boys [especially] for them, as if they were pearls well-protected.

اور آپس میں ایک دوسرے کی طرف متوجہ ہو کر سوال کریں گے ۔

And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.

کہیں گے کہ اس سے پہلے ہم اپنے گھر والوں کے درمیان بہت ڈرا کرتے تھے ۔

They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allah ].

پس اللہ تعالٰی نے ہم پر بڑا احسان کیا اور ہمیں تیز و تند گرم ہواؤں کے عذاب سے بچا لیا ۔

So Allah conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire.

ہم اس سے پہلے ہی اس کی عبادت کیا کرتے تھے بیشک وہ محسن اور مہربان ہے ۔

Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful."

تو آپ سمجھاتے رہیں کیونکہ آپ اپنے رب کے فضل سے نہ تو کاہن ہیں نہ دیوانہ ۔

So remind [O Muhammad], for you are not, by the favor of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman.

کیا کافر یوں کہتے ہیں کہ یہ شاعر ہے ہم اس پر زمانے کے حوادث ( یعنی موت ) کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں ۔

Or do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time?"
