Sovereign of the Day of Recompense.
Badlay kay din ( yani qayamat ) ka maalik hai.
इंसाफ़ के दिन का मालिक है।
There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.
Deen kay baray mein koi zabardasti nahi hodayat zalalat say roshan ho chuki hai iss liye jo shaks Allah Taalaa kay siwa doosray maboodon ka inkar ker kay Allah Taalaa per eman laye uss ney mazboot karay ko thaam liya jo kabhi na tootay ga aur Allah Taalaa sunney wala janney wala hai.
दीन के मामले में कोई ज़बरदस्ती नहीं, हिदायत अलग हो चुकी है गुमराही से, पस जिस शख़्स ने शैतान का इनकार किया और अल्लाह पर ईमान लाया उसने मज़बूत हल्क़ा पकड़ लिया जो टूटने वाला नहीं, और अल्लाह सुनने वाला, जानने वाला है।
Among the Jews are those who distort words from their [proper] usages and say, "We hear and disobey" and "Hear but be not heard" and "Ra'ina," twisting their tongues and defaming the religion. And if they had said [instead], "We hear and obey" and "Wait for us [to understand]," it would have been better for them and more suitable. But Allah has cursed them for their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few.
Baaz yahud kalmaat ko unn ki theek jagah say hair pher ker detay hain aur kehtay hain kay hum ney suna aur na farmani ki aur sunn iss kay baghair kay tu suna jaye aur humari riyayat ker! ( lekin iss kay kehney mein ) apni zaban ko paich detay hain aur deen mein taana detay hain aur agar yeh log kehtay kay hum ney suna aur hum ney farmanbardari ki aur aap suniye aur humen dekhiye to yeh inn kay liye boht behtar aur nihayat hi munasib tha lekin Allah Taalaa ney inn kay kufur ki waja say enhen laanat ki hai. Pus yeh boht hi kum eman latay hain.
यहूद में से एक गिरोह बात को उसके ठिकाने से हटा देता है और कहता है कि हमने सुना लेकिन उसे नहीं माना, और कहते हैं कि सुनो और तुम्हें सुनवाया न जाए, वह अपनी जु़बान को मोड़ कर कहते हैं (राअि़ना) दीन में ऐब लगाने के लिए, हालाँकि अगर वे कहते कि हमने सुना और हमने मान लिया और सुनो और हम पर नज़र करो तो यह उनके हक़ में ज़्यादा बेहतर और दुरुस्त होता, मगर अल्लाह ने उनके इनकार की वजह से उनपर लानत कर दी, पस वे ईमान न लाएंगे मगर बहुत कम।
Indeed, those who have believed and emigrated and fought with their wealth and lives in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided - they are allies of one another. But those who believed and did not emigrate - for you there is no guardianship of them until they emigrate. And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help, except against a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty. And Allah is Seeing of what you do.
Jo log eman laye aur hijrat ki aur apney maalon aur janon say Allah ki raah mein jihad kiya aur jin logon ney inn ko panah di aur madad ki yeh sab aapas mein aik doosray kay rafiq hain aur jo eman to layen hain lekin hijrat nahi ki tumharay liye inn ki kuch bhi rafaqat nahi jabtak kay woh hijrat na keren. Haan agar woh tum say deen kay baray mein madad talab keren to tum per madad kerna zaroori hai siwaye inn logon kay kay tum mein aur inn mein ehad-o-payman hai tum jo kuch ker rahey ho Allah khoob dekhta hai.
जो लोग ईमान लाए और जिन्होंने हिजरत की और अल्लाह की राह में अपने माल व जान से जिहाद किया और वे लोग जिन्होंने पनाह दी और मदद की, वे लोग आपस में एक-दूसरे के दोस्त हैं, और जो लोग ईमान लाए मगर उन्होंने हिजरत नहीं की तो उनसे तुम्हारा दोस्ती का कोई तअल्लुक़ नहीं जब तक कि वे हिजरत करके न आ जाएं, और वे तुमसे दीन के मामले में मदद माँगें तो तुम पर उनकी मदद करना वाजिब है सिवाए उसके कि यह मदद ऐसी क़ौम के ख़िलाफ़ हो जिसके साथ तुम्हारा मुआहिदा है, और जो कुछ तुम करते हो अल्लाह उसको देख रहा है।
But if they repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, then they are your brothers in religion; and We detail the verses for a people who know.
Abb bhi agar yeh tauba kerlen aur namaz kay paband hojayen aur zakat detay rahen to tumharay deeni bhai hain. Hum to jannay walon kay liye aayaten khol khol ker biyan ker rahey hain.
पस अगर वे तौबा करें और नमाज़ क़ायम करें और ज़कात अदा करें तो वे तुम्हारे दीनी भाई हैं, और हम खोल कर बयान करते हैं आयात को जानने वालों के लिए।
It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although they who associate others with Allah dislike it.
Ussi ney apney rasool ko hidayat aur sachay deen kay sath bheja hai kay issay aur tamam mazhabon per ghalib ker dey agar cheh mushrik bura manen.
उसी ने अपने रसूल को भेजा है हिदायत और दीने-हक़ के साथ; ताकि उसको सारे दीन पर ग़ालिब कर दे, चाहे यह मुशरिकों को कितना ही नागवार हो।
And it is not for the believers to go forth [to battle] all at once. For there should separate from every division of them a group [remaining] to obtain understanding in the religion and warn their people when they return to them that they might be cautious.
Aur musalmanon ko yeh na chahaiye kay sab kay sab nikal kharay hon so aisa kiyon na kiya jaye kay inn ki her bari jamat mein say aik choti jamat jaya keray takay woh deen ki samajh boojh hasil keren aur takay yeh log apni qom ko jabkay woh inn kay pass aayen darayen takay woh darr jayen.
और यह मुमकिन न था कि अहले-ईमान सबके सब निकल खड़े हों, तो ऐसा क्यों न हुआ कि उनके हर गिरोह में से एक हिस्सा निकल कर आता; ताकि वे दीन में समझ पैदा करता और वापस जाकर अपनी क़ौम के लोगों को आगाह करता; ताकि वे भी परहेज़ करने वाले बनते।
And indeed, upon you is the curse until the Day of Recompense."
Aur tujh per meri phitkaar hai qayamat kay din tak.
और तुझ पर मेरी फटकार है क़यामत के दिन तक।
And strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. Allah named you "Muslims" before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakah and hold fast to Allah . He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper.
Aur Allah ki raah mein wesa hi jihad kero jesay jihad ka haq hai ussi ney tumhen bargazeedah banaya hai aur tum per deen kay baray mein koi tangi nahi daali deen apnay baap ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) ka qaeem rakho ussi Allah ney tumhara naam musalman rakha hai iss quran say pehlay aur iss mein bhi takay payghumbar tum per gawah hojaye aur tum tamam logon kay gawah bann jao. Pus tumhen chahiye kay namazen qaeen rakho aur zakat ada kertay raho aur Allah ko mazboor thaam lo wohi tumhara wali aur malik hai. Pus kiya hi acha malik hai aur kitna hi behtar madadgar hai.
और परस्पर मिलकर जिहाद करो अल्लाह के मार्ग में, जैसा कि जिहाद का हक़ है। उस ने तुम्हें चुन लिया है - और धर्म के मामले में तुम पर कोई तंगी और कठिनाई नहीं रखी। तुम्हारे बाप इबराहीम के पंथ को तुम्हारे लिए पसन्द किया। उस ने इस से पहले तुम्हारा नाम मुस्लिम (आज्ञाकारी) रखा था और इस ध्येय से - ताकि रसूल तुम पर गवाह हो और तुम लोगों पर गवाह हो। अतः नमाज़ का आयोजन करो और ज़कात दो और अल्लाह को मज़बूती से पकड़े रहो। वही तुम्हारा संरक्षक है। तो क्या ही अच्छा संरक्षक है और क्या ही अच्छा सहायक!
And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense."
Aur jiss say umeed bandhi hui hai kay woh roz-e-jaza mein meray gunahon ko bakhsh dey ga.
और वही है जिस से मुझे इस की आकांक्षा है कि बदला दिए जाने के दिन वह मेरी ख़ता माफ़ कर देगा
Call them by [the names of] their fathers; it is more just in the sight of Allah . But if you do not know their fathers - then they are [still] your brothers in religion and those entrusted to you. And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
Lay palakon ko unn kay ( haqeeqi ) baapon ki taraf nisbat kerkay bulao Allah kay nazdeek poora insaf yeh hi hai. Phir agar tumhen unn kay ( haqeeqi ) baapon ka ilm hi na ho to woh tumharay deeni bhai aur dost hain tum say bhool chook mein jo kuch hojaye uss mein tum per koi gunah nahi albata gunah woh hai jiss ka tum irada dil say kero. Allah Taalaa bara hi bakhshney wala meharbaan hai.
उन्हें उन के बापों का बेटा करहर पुकारो। अल्लाह के यहाँ यही अधिक न्यायसंगत बात है। और यदि तुम उन के बापों को न जानते हो, तो धर्म में वे तुम्हारे भाई तो है ही और तुम्हारे सहचर भी। इस सिलसिले में तुम से जो ग़लती हुई हो उस में तुम पर कोई गुनाह नहीं, किन्तु जिस का संकल्प तुम्हारे दिलों ने कर लिया, उस की बात और है। वास्तव में अल्लाह अत्यन्त क्षमाशील, दयावान है
They will say, "O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense."
Aur kahen gay kay haye humari kharabi yehi jaza ( saza ) ka din hai.
और वे कहेंगे, "ऐ अफ़सोस हम पर! यह तो बदले का दिन है।"
And indeed, upon you is My curse until the Day of Recompense."
Aur tujh per qayamat kay din tak meri lanat-o-phitkaar hai.
और निश्चय ही बदला दिए जाने के दिन तक तुझ पर मेरी लानत है।"
He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus - to establish the religion and not be divided therein. Difficult for those who associate others with Allah is that to which you invite them. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him].
Allah Taalaa ney tumharay liye wohi deen muqarrar ker diya hai jiss kay qaeem kerney ka uss ney Nooh ( alh-e-salam ) ko hukum diya tha aur jo ( ba-zariya wahee ) hum ney teri taraf bhej di hai aur jiss ka takeedi hukum hum ney Ibrahim aur Musa aur Essa ( alheem-us-salam ) ko diya tha kay iss deen ko qaeem rakhna aur iss mein phoot na dalna jiss cheez ki taraf aap ehen bula rahey hain who to ( inn ) mushrikon per giran guzarti hai Allah Taalaa jissay chahata hai apna bargazeedah banata hai aur jo bhi uss ki taraf rujoo keray who uss ki sahih rehnumaee kerta hai.
उस ने तुम्हारे लिए वही धर्म निर्धारित किया जिस की ताकीद उस ने नूह को की थी।" और वह (जीवन्त आदेश) जिस की प्रकाशना हम ने तुम्हारी ओर की है और वह जिस की ताकीद हम ने इबराहीम और मूसा और ईसा को की थी यह है कि "धर्म को क़ायम करो और उस के विषय में अलग-अलग न हो जाओ।" बहुदेववादियों को वह चीज़ बहुत अप्रिय है, जिस की ओर तुम उन्हें बुलाते हो। अल्लाह जिसे चाहता है अपनी ओर छाँट लेता है और अपनी ओर का मार्ग उसी को दिखाता है जो उस की ओर रुजू करता है
Or have they other deities who have ordained for them a religion to which Allah has not consented? But if not for the decisive word, it would have been concluded between them. And indeed, the wrongdoers will have a painful punishment.
Kiya inn logon ney aisay ( Allah kay ) shareek ( muqarrar ker rakhay ) hain jinhon ney aisay ehkaam-e-deen muqarrar ker diyey hain jo Allah kay famaye huye nahi hain. Agar faislay kay din ka wada na hota to ( abhi hi ) inn mein faisla ker diya jata. Yaqeenan ( inn ) zalimon kay liye hi dard-naak azab hai.
(क्या उन्हें समझ नहीं) या उन के कुछ ऐसे (ठहराए हुए) साझीदार हैं, जिन्होंन उन के लिए कोई ऐसा धर्म निर्धारित कर दिया है जिस की अनुज्ञा अल्लाह ने नहीं दी? यदि फ़ैसले की बात निश्चित न हो गई होती तो उन के बीच फ़ैसला हो चुका होता। निश्चय ही ज़ालिमों के लिए दुखद यातना है
It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion. And sufficient is Allah as Witness.
Wohi hai jiss ney apnay rasool ko hidayat aur deen-e-haq kay sath bheja takay issay her deen per ghalib keray aur Allah Taalaa kafi hai gawahee denay wala.
वही है जिस ने अपने रसूल को मार्गदर्शन और सत्यधर्म के साथ भेजा, ताकि उसे पूरे के पूरे धर्म पर प्रभुत्व प्रदान करे और गवाह की हैसियत से अल्लाह काफ़ी है
They ask, "When is the Day of Recompense?"
Poochtey hain kay yom-e-jaza kab hoga?
पूछते हैं, "बदले का दिन कब आएगा?"
That is their accommodation on the Day of Recompense.
Qayamat kay din unki mehmaain yeh hai.
यह बदला दिए जाने के दिन उन का पहला सत्कार होगा
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
Jin logon ney tum say deen kay baray mein laraee nahi lari aur tumhen jila watan nahi kiya unn kay sath salook-o-ehsan kerney aur munsifana bhalay bartao kerney say Allah Taalaa tumhen nahi rokta bulkay Allah Taalaa to insaf kerney walon say mohabbat kerta hai.
अल्लाह तुम्हें इस से नहीं रोकता कि तुम उन लोगों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करो और उन के साथ न्याय करो, जिन्होंने तुम से धर्म के मामले में युद्ध नहीं किया और न तुम्हें तुम्हारे अपने घरों से निकाला। निस्संदेह अल्लाह न्याय करने वालों को पसन्द करता है
Allah only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and aid in your expulsion - [forbids] that you make allies of them. And whoever makes allies of them, then it is those who are the wrongdoers.
Allah Taalaa tumhen sirf unn logon ki mohabbat say rokta hai jinhon ney tum say deen kay baray mein laraiyan laren aur tumhen des nikalay diye aur des nikala denay walon ki madad ki jo log aisay kuffaar say mohabbat keren woh ( qata’an ) zalim hain.
अल्लाह तो तुम्हें केवल उन लोगों से मित्रता करने से रोकता है जिन्होंने धर्म के मामले में तुम से युद्ध किया और तुम्हें तुम्हारे अपने घरों से निकाला और तुम्हारे निकाले जाने के सम्बन्ध में सहायता की। जो लोग उन से मित्रता करें वही ज़ालिम हैं
It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it.
Wohi hai jiss ney apney rasool ko hidayat aur sacha deen dey ker bheja takay ussay aur tamam mazaahib per ghalib ker dey agar cheh mushrikeen na khush hon.
वही है जिस ने अपने रसूल को मार्गदर्शन और सत्यधर्म के साथ भेजा, ताकि उसे पूरे के पूरे धर्म पर प्रभुत्व प्रदान कर दे, यद्यपि बहुदेवादियों को अप्रिय ही लगे
And those who believe in the Day of Recompense
Aur jo insaf kay din per yaqeen rakhtay hein
जो बदले के दिन को सत्य मानते हैं,
And we used to deny the Day of Recompense
Aur roz e jaza ko jhutlatay thy
और हम बदला दिए जाने के दिन को झुठलाते थे,
They will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense,
Badly waly din is mein jaein agy
जिस में वे बदले के दिन प्रवेश करेंगे
And what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
Tujhy kuch khabar bhi hay kay badlay ka din kiya hay?
और तुम्हें क्या मालूम कि बदले का दिन क्या है?
Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
Mein tujhy phir ( khyta hun kay ) tujhay kiya maloom kay jaza ( aur saza ) ka din kiya hay
फिर तुम्हें क्या मालूम कि बदले का दिन क्या है?
Who deny the Day of Recompense.
Jo jaza o saza kay din ko jhotlaty hein
जो बदले के दिन को झुठलाते हैं
