And [yet], among the people are those who take other than Allah as equals [to Him]. They love them as they [should] love Allah . But those who believe are stronger in love for Allah . And if only they who have wronged would consider [that] when they see the punishment, [they will be certain] that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is severe in punishment.
Baaz log aisay bhi hain jo Allah kay shareek auron ko thehra ker uss say aisi mohabbat rakhtay hain jaisi mohabbat Allah say honi chahaiye aur eman walay Allah ki mohabbat mein boht sakht hotay hain kaash kay mushrik log jantay jab kay Allah kay azab ko dekh ker ( jaan len gay ) kay tamam taqat Allah hi ko hai aur Allah Taalaa sakht azab denay wala hai ( to hergiz shirk na kertay ) .
और कुछ लोग ऐसे हैं जो अल्लाह के सिवा दूसरों को उसका बराबर ठहराते हैं, उनसे ऐसी मुहब्बत रखते हैं जैसी मुहब्बत अल्लाह से रखना चाहिए, और जो ईमान वाले हैं वे सब से ज़्यादा अल्लाह से मुहब्बत रखने वाले हैं, और अगर ये ज़ालिम उस वक़्त को देख लें जबकि वे अज़ाब को देखेंगे कि ज़ोर सारा का सारा अल्लाह का है, और अल्लाह बड़ा सख़्त अज़ाब देने वाला है।
[And they should consider that] when those who have been followed disassociate themselves from those who followed [them], and they [all] see the punishment, and cut off from them are the ties [of relationship],
Jiss waqt paishwa log apney tabey daron say bey zaar hojayen gay aur azab ko apni aankhon say dekh len gay aur kul rishtay naatay toot jayen gay.
जबकि वे लोग जिनके कहने पर दूसरे चलते थे उन लोगों से अलग हो जाएंगे जो उनके कहने पर चलते थे, अज़ाब उनके सामने होगा और उनके सब तरफ़ के रिश्ते टूट चुके होंगे।
On the Day [some] faces will turn white and [some] faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black, [to them it will be said], "Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject."
Jiss din baaz chehray safaid hongay aur baaz siyah, siyah chehray walon ( say kaha jayega ) kay kiya tum ney eman laney kay baad kufur kiya? Abb apney kufur ka azab chakho.
जिस दिन कुछ चेहरे रौशन होंगे और कुछ चेहरे काले होंगे, तो जिनके चेहरे काले होंगे उनसे कहा जाएगा कि क्या तुम अपने ईमान के बाद काफ़िर हो गए, तो अब चखो अज़ाब अपने कुफ़्र की वजह से।
Indeed, those who disbelieve in Our verses - We will drive them into a Fire. Every time their skins are roasted through We will replace them with other skins so they may taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted in Might and Wise.
Jin logon ney humari aayaton say kufur kiya unhen hum yaqeenan aag mein daal den gay jab unn ki khaalen pakk jayen gi to hum inn kay siwa aur khaalen badal den gay takay woh azab chakhtay rahen yaqeenan Allah Taalaa ghalib hikmat wala hai.
बेशक जिन लोगों ने हमारी निशानियों का इनकार किया उनको हम सख़्त आग में डालेंगे, जब उनके जिस्म की खाल जल जाएगी तो हम उनकी खाल को बदल कर दूसरी खाल लगा देंगे; ताकि वह अज़ाब चखते रहें, बेशक अल्लाह ज़बरदस्त है, हिकमत वाला है।
If you could but see when they will be made to stand before their Lord. He will say, "Is this not the truth?" They will say, "Yes, by our Lord." He will [then] say, "So taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve."
Aur agar aap uss waqt dekhen jab yeh apeny rab kay samey kharay kiye jayen gay. Allah farmaye ga kay kiya yeh amar waqaee nahi hai? Woh kahen gay be-shak qasam apney rab ki. Allah Taalaa farmaye ga to abb apney kufur kay ewaz azab chakho.
और अगर आप वह वक़्त देखते जब वे अपने रब के सामने खड़े किए जाएंगे, वह उनसे पूछेगा कि क्या यह हक़ीक़त नहीं है, वे जवाब देंगे कि हाँ हमारे रब की क़सम! यह हक़ीक़त है, अल्लाह फ़रमाएगाः अच्छा तो अज़ाब चखो उस इनकार के बदले जो तुम करते थे।
And the first of them will say to the last of them, "Then you had not any favor over us, so taste the punishment for what you used to earn."
Aur pehlay log pichlay logon say kahen gay kay phir tum ko hum per koi foqiyat nahi so tum bhi apni kamaee kay badlay mein azab ka maza chakho.
और उनके अगले अपने पिछलों से कहेंगे कि तुमको हम पर कोई फ़ज़ीलत हासिल नहीं, पस अपनी कमाई के नतीजे में अज़ाब का मज़ा चखो।
And their prayer at the House was not except whistling and handclapping. So taste the punishment for what you disbelieved.
Aur unn ki namaz kaaba kay sirf yeh thi seetiyan bajana aur taaliyan bajana. So apney kufur kay sabab iss azab ka maza chakho.
और बैतुल्लाह के पास उनकी नमाज़ सीटी बजाने और ताली पीटने के सिवा और कुछ नहीं, पस अब चखो अज़ाब अपने कुफ़्र की वजह से।
And if each soul that wronged had everything on earth, it would offer it in ransom. And they will confide regret when they see the punishment; and they will be judged in justice, and they will not be wronged
Aur agar her jaan jiss ney zulm ( shirk ) kiya hai kay pass itna ho kay sari zamin bhar jaye tab bhi uss ko dey ker apni jaan bachaney lagay aur jab azab ko dekhen gay tp pasheymani ko posheeda rakhen gay. Aur inn ka faisla insaf kay sath hoga. Aur inn per zulm na hoga.
और अगर हर ज़ालिम के पास वे सब कुछ हो जो ज़मीन में है तो वह उसको फ़िदये में दे देना चाहेगा, और जब वे अज़ाब को देखेंगे तो अपने दिल में पछताएंगे, और उनके दरमियान इंसाफ़ के साथ फ़ैसला कर दिया जाएगा और उन पर ज़ुल्म न होगा।
[For them is brief] enjoyment in this world; then to Us is their return; then We will make them taste the severe punishment because they used to disbelieve
Yeh duniya mein thora sa aish hai phir humaray pass inn ko aana hai phir hum inn ko inn kay kufur kay badlay sakht azab chakhayen gay.
उनके लिए बस दुनिया में थोड़ा फ़ायदा उठा लेना है फिर हमारी ही तरफ़ उनका लौटना है, फिर हम उनको इस इनकार के बदले सख़्त अज़ाब का मज़ा चखाएंगे।
And Moses said, "Our Lord, indeed You have given Pharaoh and his establishment splendor and wealth in the worldly life, our Lord, that they may lead [men] astray from Your way. Our Lord, obliterate their wealth and harden their hearts so that they will not believe until they see the painful punishment."
Aur musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney arz kiya aey humaray rab! Tu ney firaon ko aur uss kay sardaron ko saman-e-zeenat aur tarah tarah kay maal dunayawi zindagi mein diye. Aey humaray rab! ( issi wastay diye hain kay ) woh teri raah say gumrah keren. Aey humaray rab! Unn kay malon ko neest-o-nabood ker dey aur unn kay dilon ko sakht ker dey so yeh eman na laa payen yahan tak kay dard naak azab ko dekh len.
और मूसा (अलै॰) ने कहा: ऐ हमारे रब! आपने फ़िरऔन को और उसके सरदारों को दुनिया की ज़िंदगी में रौनक़ और माल दिया है, ऐ हमारे रब! इसलिए कि वे आपकी राह से लोगों को भटकाएं, ऐ हमारे रब! उनके माल को ग़ारत कर दीजिए और उनके दिलों को सख़्त कर दीजिए कि वे ईमान न लाएं यहाँ तक कि दर्दनाक अज़ाब को देख लें।
Even if every sign should come to them, until they see the painful punishment.
Go inn kay pass tamam nishaniyan phonch jayen jab tak kay woh dard naak azab ko na dekh len.
चाहे उनके पास सारी निशानियाँ आ जाएं जब तक कि वे दर्दनाक अज़ाब को सामने आता न देख लें।
And if We hold back from them the punishment for a limited time, they will surely say, "What detains it?" Unquestionably, on the Day it comes to them, it will not be averted from them, and they will be enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
Aur agar hum inn say azab ko gini chuni muddat tak kay liye peechay daal den to yeh zarror pukar uthen gay kay azab ko kaun si cheez rokay huye hai suno! Jiss din woh inn kay pass aayega phir inn say talney wala nahi phir to jiss cheez ki hansi ura rahey thay woh enhen gher ley gi.
और अगर हम कुछ मुद्दत तक उनकी सज़ा को रोक दें तो कहते हैं कि क्या चीज़ उसको रोके हुए है, सुन लो! जिस दिन वह उन पर आ पड़ेगा तो उन से फेरा न जाएगा और उनको घेर लेगी वह चीज़ जिसका वे मज़ाक़ उड़ा रहे थे।
And when those who wronged see the punishment, it will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved.
Aur jab yeh zalim azab dekh len gay phir na to unn say halka kiya jayega aur na woh dheel diye jayen gay.
और जब ज़ालिम लोग अज़ाब को देखेंगे तो वह अज़ाब न उनसे हल्का किया जाएगा और न उन्हें मोहलत दी जाएगी।
And your Lord is the Forgiving, full of mercy. If He were to impose blame upon them for what they earned, He would have hastened for them the punishment. Rather, for them is an appointment from which they will never find an escape.
Tera perwerdigar boht hi baskhsish wala aur meharbani wala hai woh agar inn kay aemaal ki saza mein pakray to be-shak enhen jald hi azab ker dey bulkay inn kay liye aik waday ki ghari muqarrar hai jiss say woh sirakney ki hergiz jagah nahi payen gay.
तुम्हारा रब अत्यन्त क्षमाशील और दयावान है। यदि वह उन्हें उस पर पकड़ता जो कुछ कि उन्होंने कमाया है तो उन पर शीघ्र ही यातना ला देता। नहीं, बल्कि उन के लिए तो वादे का एक समय निशिचत है। उस से हटकर वे बच निकलने का कोई मार्ग न पाएँगे
Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers."
Keh dijiye! Jo gumrahi mein hota Allah rehman uss ko khoob lambi mohlat deta hai yehan tak kay woh unn cheezon kay dekh len jin ka wada kiye jatay hain yaani azab ya qayamat ko uss waqt unn ko sahih tor per maloom ho jayega kay kaun buray martabay wala aur kiss ka jutha kamzor hai.
कह दो, "जो गुमराही में पड़ा हुआ है उस के प्रति तो यही चाहिए कि रहमान उस की रस्सी ख़ूब ढीली छोड़ दे, यहाँ तक कि जब ऐसे लोग उस चीज़ को देख लेंगे जिस का उन से वादा किया जाता है - चाहे यातना हो या क़ियामत की घड़ी - तो वे उस समय जान लेंगे कि अपने स्थान की स्पष्ट से कौन निकृष्ट और जत्थे की दृष्टि से अधिक कमजोर है।"
Indeed, it has been revealed to us that the punishment will be upon whoever denies and turns away.' "
Humari taraf wahee ki gaee hai kay jo jhutlaye aur roo gardani keray uss kay liye azab hai.
निस्संदेह हमारी ओर प्रकाशना हुई है कि यातना उस के लिए है, जो झुठलाए और मुँह फेरे।"
But it will prevent punishment from her if she gives four testimonies [swearing] by Allah that indeed, he is of the liars.
Aur uss aurat say saza iss tarah door hosakti hai kay woh char martaba Allah ki qasam kha ker kahey kay yaqeenan iss ka mard jhoot bolney walon mein say hai.
पत्ऩी से भी सज़ा को यह बात टाल सकती है कि वह चार बार अल्लाह की क़सम खाकर गवाही दे कि वह बिलकुल झूठा है
He almost would have misled us from our gods had we not been steadfast in [worship of] them." But they are going to know, when they see the punishment, who is farthest astray in [his] way.
( woh to kahiye ) kay hum iss per jama rahey werna enhon ney to humen humaray maboodon say behka denay mein koi kasar nahi chori thi. Aur yeh jab azabon ko dekhen gay to enhen saaf maloom hojaye ga kay poori tarah raah say bhatka hua kaun tha?
इसने तो हमें भटकाकर हम को हमारे प्रभु-पूज्यों से फेर ही दिया होता, यदि हम उन पर मज़बूती से जम न गए होते।"
They will not believe in it until they see the painful punishment.
Woh jab tak dard-naal azabon ko mulahiza na kerlen eman na layen gay.
वे इस पर ईमान लाने को नहीं, जब तक कि दुखद यातना न देख लें
And it will be said, "Invoke your 'partners' " and they will invoke them; but they will not respond to them, and they will see the punishment. If only they had followed guidance!
Kaha jayega apnay shareekon ko bulao woh bulayen gay lekin woh jawab tak na den gay aur sab azab dekh len gay kaash yeh log hidayat paa letay.
कहा जाएगा, "पुकारो, अपने ठहराए हुए साझीदारों को!" तो वे उन्हें पुकारेंगे, किन्तु वे उन को कोई उत्तर न देंगे। और वे यातना देखकर रहेंगे। काश वे मार्ग पाने वाले होते!
Those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant, "Rather, [it was your] conspiracy of night and day when you were ordering us to disbelieve in Allah and attribute to Him equals." But they will [all] confide regret when they see the punishment; and We will put shackles on the necks of those who disbelieved. Will they be recompensed except for what they used to do?
( Iss kay jawab mein ) yeh kamzor log inn mutakabbiron say kahen gay ( nahi nahi ) bulkay din raat makar-o-faraib say humen Allah kay sath kufur kerney aur uss kay shareek muqarrar kerney ka tumhara hukum dena humari bey emaani ka baees hua aur azab ko dekhtay hi sab ka sab dil mein pashemaan ho rahey hongay aur kafiron ki gardano mein hum toq daal den gay unhen sirf unn kay kiyey keraye aemaal ka badla diya jayega.
वे लोग कमज़ोर समझे गए थे बड़े बनने वालों से कहेंगे, "नहीं, बल्कि रात-दिन की मक्कारी थी जब तुम हम से कहते थे कि हम अल्लाह के साथ कुफ़्र करें और दूसरों को उस का समकक्ष ठहराएँ।" जब वे यातना देखेंगे तो मन ही मन पछताएँगे और हम उन लोगों की गरदनों में जिन्होंने कुफ़्र की नीति अपनाई, तौक़ डाल देंगे। वे वही तो बदले में पाएँगे, जो वे करते रहे थे?
Or [lest] it say when it sees the punishment, "If only I had another turn so I could be among the doers of good."
Ya azab ko dekh ker kahey kaash! Kay kissi tarah mera lot jana ho jata to mein bhi neko kaaro mein ho jata.
या, जब वह यातना देखे तो कहने लगे, "काश! मुझे एक बार फिर लौटकर जाना हो, तो मैं उत्तमकारों में सम्मिलित हो जाऊँ।"
And he whom Allah sends astray - for him there is no protector beyond Him. And you will see the wrongdoers, when they see the punishment, saying, "Is there for return [to the former world] any way?"
Aur jissay Allah Taalaa behka dey uss ka iss kay baad koi chara saaz nahi aur tu dekhay ga kay zalim log azab ko dekh ker keh rahen hongay kay kiya wapis janey ki koi raah hai.
जिस व्यक्ति को अल्लाह गुमराही में डाल दे, तो उस के पश्चात उसे सम्भालने वाला कोई भी नहीं। तुम ज़ालिमों को देखोगे कि जब वे यातना को देख लेंगे तो कह रहे होंगे, "क्या लौटने का भी कोई मार्ग है?"
But when We removed from them the affliction, at once they broke their word.
Phir jab hum ney woh azab unn say hata liya unhon ney ussi waqt apna qol-o-qarar tor diya.
फिर जब भी हम उन पर से यातना हटा देते हैं, तो क्या देखते हैं कि वे प्रतिज्ञा-भंग कर रहे हैं
[They will say], "Our Lord, remove from us the torment; indeed, we are believers."
Kahen gay kay aey humaray rab! Yeh aafat hum say door ker dey hum eman qabool kertay hain.
वे कहेंगे, "ऐ हमारे रब! हम पर से यातना हटा दे। हम ईमान लाते हैं।"
And the Day those who disbelieved are exposed to the Fire [it will be said], "Is this not the truth?" They will say, "Yes, by our Lord." He will say, "Then taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve."
Woh log jinhon ney kufur kiya jiss din jahannum kay samney layen jayen gay ( aur unn say kaha jayega kay ) kiya yeh haq nahi hai? To jawab dein gay haan qasam hai humaray rab ki ( haq hai ) ( Allah ) farmaye ga abb apnay kufur kay badlay azab ka maza chakho.
और याद करो जिस दिन वे लोग, जिन्होंने इनकार किया, आग के सामने पेश किए जाएँगे, (कहा जाएगा) "क्या यह सत्य नहीं है?" वे कहेंगे, "नहीं, हमारे रब की क़सम!" वह कहेगा, "तो अब यातना का मज़ा चखो, उस इनकार के बदले में जो तुम करते रहे थे।"
And We left therein a sign for those who fear the painful punishment.
Aur wahan hum ney unkay liye jo dardnaak azab ka darr rakhtey hain aik ( kamil ) alamat chori.
इस के पश्चात हम ने वहाँ उन लोगों के लिए एक निशानी छोड़ दी, जो दुखद यातना से डरते हैं
Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment.
usy Allah Taalaa buhat bara azab dyga
तो अल्लाह उसे बड़ी यातना देगा
