الفاظ ( رَبِّ )

میں تم سے اس پر کوئی بدلہ نہیں مانگتا میرا اجر تو صرف اللہ تعالٰی پر ہے جو تمام جہان کا رب ہے ۔

And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

میرے پروردگار! مجھے اور میرے گھرانے کو اس ( وبال ) سے بچا لے جو یہ کرتے ہیں ۔

My Lord, save me and my family from [the consequence of] what they do."

میں اس پر تم سے کوئی اجرت نہیں چاہتا ، میرا اجر تمام جہانوں کے پالنے والے کے پاس ہے ۔

And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.

اور بیشک و شبہ یہ ( قرآن ) رب العالمین کا نازل فرمایا ہوا ہے ۔

And indeed, the Qur'an is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds.

جب وہاں پہنچے تو آواز دی گئی کہ بابرکت ہے وہ جو اس آگ میں ہے اور برکت دیا گیا ہے وہ جو اس کے آس پاس ہے اور پاک ہے اللہ جو تمام جہانوں کا پالنے والا ہے ۔

But when he came to it, he was called, "Blessed is whoever is at the fire and whoever is around it. And exalted is Allah , Lord of the worlds.

اس کی اس بات سے حضرت سلیمان مسکرا کر ہنس دیئے اور دعا کرنے لگے کہ اے پروردگار! تو مجھے توفیق دے کہ میں تیری ان نعمتوں کا شکر بجا لاؤں جو تو نے مجھ پر انعام کی ہیں اور میرے ماں باپ پر اور میں ایسے نیک اعمال کرتا رہوں جن سے تو خوش رہے مجھے اپنی رحمت سے نیک بندوں میں شامل کر لے ۔

So [Solomon] smiled, amused at her speech, and said, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to do righteousness of which You approve. And admit me by Your mercy into [the ranks of] Your righteous servants."

اس سے کہا گیا کہ محل میں چلی چلو ، جسے دیکھ کر یہ سمجھ کر کہ یہ حوض ہے اس نے اپنی پنڈلیاں کھول دیں فرمایا یہ تو شیشے سے منڈھی ہوئی عمارت ہے ، کہنے لگی میرے پروردگار! میں نے اپنے آپ پر ظلم کیا ۔ اب میں سلیمان کے ساتھ اللہ رب العالمین کی مطیع اور فرمانبردار بنتی ہوں ۔

She was told, "Enter the palace." But when she saw it, she thought it was a body of water and uncovered her shins [to wade through]. He said, "Indeed, it is a palace [whose floor is] made smooth with glass." She said, "My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to Allah , Lord of the worlds."

اس سے کہا گیا کہ محل میں چلی چلو ، جسے دیکھ کر یہ سمجھ کر کہ یہ حوض ہے اس نے اپنی پنڈلیاں کھول دیں فرمایا یہ تو شیشے سے منڈھی ہوئی عمارت ہے ، کہنے لگی میرے پروردگار! میں نے اپنے آپ پر ظلم کیا ۔ اب میں سلیمان کے ساتھ اللہ رب العالمین کی مطیع اور فرمانبردار بنتی ہوں ۔

پھر دعا کرنے لگے کہ اے پروردگار میں نے خود اپنے اوپر ظلم کیا تو مجھے معاف فرما دے اللہ تعالٰی نے اسے بخش دیا وہ بخشش اور بہت مہربانی کرنے والا ہے ۔

He said, "My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me," and He forgave him. Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

کہنے لگے اے میرے رب! جیسے تو نے مجھ پر یہ کرم فرمایا میں بھی اب ہرگز کسی گنہگار کا مددگار نہ بنوں گا ۔

He said, "My Lord, for the favor You bestowed upon me, I will never be an assistant to the criminals."

پس موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) وہاں سے خوفزدہ ہو کر دیکھتے بھالتے نکل کھڑے ہوئے کہنے لگے اے پروردگار! مجھے ظالموں کے گروہ سے بچا لے ۔

So he left it, fearful and anticipating [apprehension]. He said, "My Lord, save me from the wrongdoing people."

پس آپ نے خود ان جانوروں کو پانی پلا دیا پھر سائے کی طرف ہٹ آئے اور کہنے لگے اے پروردگار! تو جو کچھ بھلائی میری طرف اتارے میں اس کا محتاج ہوں ۔

So he watered [their flocks] for them; then he went back to the shade and said, "My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need."

موسٰی ( علیہ السلام ) نے کہا پروردگار! میں نے اِن کا ایک آدمی قتل کر دیا تھا ۔ اب مجھے اندیشہ ہے کہ وہ مجھے بھی قتل کر ڈالیں ۔

He said, "My Lord, indeed, I killed from among them someone, and I fear they will kill me.

حضرت لوط ( علیہ السلام ) نے دعا کی کہ پروردگار! اس مفسد قوم پر میری مدد فرما ۔

He said, "My Lord, support me against the corrupting people."

اے میرے رب! مجھے نیک بخت اولاد عطا فرما ۔

My Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous."

پاک ہے آپ کا رب جو بہت بڑی عزت والا ہے ہر اس چیز سے ( جو مشرک ) بیان کرتے ہیں ۔

Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe.

اور سب طرح کی تعریف اللہ کے لئے ہے جو سارے جہان کا رب ہے ۔

And praise to Allah , Lord of the worlds.

کہا اے میرے رب! مجھے بخش دے اور مجھے ایسا ملک عطا فرما جو میرے سوا کسی ( شخص ) کے لائق نہ ہو تو بڑا ہی دینے والا ہے ۔

He said, "My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom such as will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, You are the Bestower."

کہنے لگا میرے رب مجھے لوگوں کے اٹھ کھڑے ہونے کے دن تک مہلت دے ۔

He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected."

اور تو فرشتوں کو اللہ کے عرش کے ارد گرد حلقہ باندھے ہوئے اپنے رب کی حمد و تسبیح کرتے ہوئے دیکھے گا اور ان میں انصاف کا فیصلہ کیا جائے گا اور کہہ دیا جائے گا کہ ساری خوبی اللہ ہی کے لئے ہے جو تمام جہانوں کا پالنہار ہے ۔

And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, exalting [ Allah ] with praise of their Lord. And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, "[All] praise to Allah , Lord of the worlds."

وہ زندہ ہے جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں پس تم خالص اسی کی عبادت کرتے ہوئے اسے پکارو تمام خوبیاں اللہ ہی کے لئے ہیں جو تمام جہانوں کا رب ہے ۔

He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity except Him, so call upon Him, [being] sincere to Him in religion. [All] praise is [due] to Allah , Lord of the worlds.

اور ہم نے موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) کو اپنی نشانیاں دے کر فرعون اور اس کے امراء کے پاس بھیجا تو ( موسیٰ علیہ السلام نے جاکر ) کہا کہ میں تمام جہانوں کے رب کا رسول ہوں ۔

And certainly did We send Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, and he said, "Indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds."

آسمانوں اور زمین اور عرش کا رب جو کچھ یہ بیان کرتے ہیں اس سے ( بہت ) پاک ہے ۔

Exalted is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.

آسمانوں اور زمین اور عرش کا رب جو کچھ یہ بیان کرتے ہیں اس سے ( بہت ) پاک ہے ۔

Exalted is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.

جو رب ہے آسمانوں کا اور زمین کا اور جو کچھ ان کے درمیان ہے اگر تم یقین کرنے والے ہو ۔

Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them, if you would be certain.

پس اللہ کی تعریف ہے جو آسمانوں اور زمین اور تمام جہان کا پالنہار ہے ۔

Then, to Allah belongs [all] praise - Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds.

پس اللہ کی تعریف ہے جو آسمانوں اور زمین اور تمام جہان کا پالنہار ہے ۔

Then, to Allah belongs [all] praise - Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds.

اور ہم نے انسان کو اپنے ماں باپ کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے اس کی ماں نے اسے تکلیف جھیل کر پیٹ میں رکھا اور تکلیف برداشت کرکے اسے جنا ۔ اس کے حمل کا اور اس کے دودھ چھڑانے کا زمانہ تیس مہینے کا ہے یہاں تک کہ جب وہ اپنی پختگی اور چالیس سال کی عمر کو پہنچا تو کہنے لگا اے میرے پروردگار مجھے توفیق دے کہ میں تیری اس نعمت کا شکر بجا لاؤ ں جو تو نے مجھ پر اور میرے ماں باپ پر انعام کی ہے اور یہ کہ میں ایسے نیک عمل کروں جن سے تو خوش ہو جائے اور تو میری اولاد کو بھی صالح بنا ۔ میں تیری طرف رجوع کرتا ہوں اور میں مسلمانوں میں سے ہوں ۔

And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning [period] is thirty months. [He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims."

اور جو کچھ ہم نے تمہیں دے رکھا ہے اس میں سے ( ہماری راہ میں ) اس سے پہلے خرچ کرو کہ تم میں سے کسی کو موت آجائے تو کہنے لگے اے میرے پروردگار مجھے تو تھوڑی دیر کی مہلت کیوں نہیں دیتا؟ کہ میں صدقہ کروں اور نیک لوگوں میں سےہو جاؤں ۔

And spend [in the way of Allah ] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be among the righteous."

اور اللہ تعالٰی نے ایمان والوں کے لئے فرعون کی بیوی کی مثال بیان فرمائی جبکہ اس نے دعا کی اے میرے رب! میرے لئے اپنے پاس جنت میں مکان بنا اور مجھے فرعون سے اور اس کے عمل سے بچا اور مجھے ظالم لوگوں سے خلاصی دے ۔

And Allah presents an example of those who believed: the wife of Pharaoh, when she said, "My Lord, build for me near You a house in Paradise and save me from Pharaoh and his deeds and save me from the wrongdoing people."

۔ ( نوح علیہ السلام نے ) کہا اے میرے پروردگار! میں نے اپنی قوم کو رات دن تیری طرف بلایا ہے ۔

He said, "My Lord, indeed I invited my people [to truth] night and day.

اے میرے پروردگار! تو مجھے اور میرے ماں باپ اور جو ایمان کی حالت میں میرے گھر میں آئے اور تمام مومن مردوں اور عورتوں کو بخش دے اور کافروں کو سوائے بربادی کے اور کسی بات میں نہ بڑھا ۔

My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women. And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction."
