الفاظ ( السَّمَاۗءِ )

آسمان اور زمین کی کوئی پوشیدہ چیز بھی ایسی نہیں جو روشن اور کھلی کتاب میں نہ ہو ۔

And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register.

تم نہ تو زمین میں اللہ تعالٰی کو عاجز کر سکتے ہو نہ آسمان میں ، اللہ تعالٰی کے سوا تمہارا کوئی والی ہے نہ مددگار ۔

And you will not cause failure [to Allah ] upon the earth or in the heaven. And you have not other than Allah any protector or any helper.

ہم اس بستی والوں پر آسمانی عذاب نازل کرنے والے ہیں اس وجہ سے کہ یہ بے حکم ہو رہے ہیں ۔

Indeed, we will bring down on the people of this city punishment from the sky because they have been defiantly disobedient."

اور اگر آپ ان سے سوال کریں کہ آسمان سے پانی اتار کر زمین کو اس کی موت کے بعد زندہ کس نے کیا؟ تو یقیناً ان کا جواب یہی ہوگا اللہ تعالٰی نے ۔ آپ کہہ د یں کہ ہر تعریف اللہ ہی کے لئے سزاوار ہے بلکہ ان میں سےاکثر بے عقل ہیں ۔

And if you asked them, "Who sends down rain from the sky and gives life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness?" they would surely say " Allah ." Say, "Praise to Allah "; but most of them do not reason.

اور اس کی نشانیوں میں سے ایک یہ ( بھی ) ہے کہ وہ تمہیں ڈرانے اور امیدوار بنانے کے لئے بجلیاں دکھاتا ہے اور آسمان سے بارش برساتا ہے اور اس سے مردہ زمین کو زندہ کر دیتا ہے ، اس میں ( بھی ) عقلمندوں کے لئے بہت سی نشانیاں ہیں ۔

And of His signs is [that] He shows you the lightening [causing] fear and aspiration, and He sends down rain from the sky by which He brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed in that are signs for a people who use reason.

اللہ تعالٰی ہوائیں چلاتا ہے وہ ابر کو اٹھاتی ہیں پھر اللہ تعالٰی اپنی منشا کے مطابق اسے آسمان میں پھیلا دیتا ہے اور اس کے ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کر دیتا ہے پھر آپ دیکھتے ہیں اس کے اندر سے قطرے نکلتے ہیں اور جنہیں اللہ چاہتا ہے ان بندوں پر وہ پانی برساتا ہے تو وہ خوش خوش ہو جاتے ہیں ۔

It is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds and spread them in the sky however He wills, and He makes them fragments so you see the rain emerge from within them. And when He causes it to fall upon whom He wills of His servants, immediately they rejoice

اسی نے آسمانوں کو بغیر ستون کے پیدا کیا ہے تم انہیں دیکھ رہے ہو اور اس نے زمین میں پہاڑوں کو ڈال دیا تاکہ وہ تمہیں جنبش نہ دے سکے اور ہر طرح کے جاندار زمین میں پھیلا دیئے اور ہم نے آسمان سے پانی برسا کر زمین میں ہر قسم کے نفیس جوڑے اگا دیئے ۔

He created the heavens without pillars that you see and has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with you, and dispersed therein from every creature. And We sent down rain from the sky and made grow therein [plants] of every noble kind.

وہ آسمان سے لے کر زمین تک ( ہر ) کام کی تدبیر کرتا ہے پھر ( وہ کام ) ایک ایسے دن میں اس کی طرف چڑھ جاتا ہے جس کا اندازہ تمہاری گنتی کے ایک ہزار سال کے برابر ہے ۔

He arranges [each] matter from the heaven to the earth; then it will ascend to Him in a Day, the extent of which is a thousand years of those which you count.

جو زمین میں جائے اور جو اس سے نکلے جو آسمان سے اترے اور جو چڑھ کر اس میں جائے وہ سب سے باخبر ہے ۔ اور وہ مہربان نہایت بخشش والا ہے ۔

He knows what penetrates into the earth and what emerges from it and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein. And He is the Merciful, the Forgiving.

کیا پس وہ اپنے آگے پیچھے آسمان و زمین کو دیکھ نہیں رہے ہیں؟ اگر ہم چاہیں تو انہیں زمین میں دھنسا دیں یا ان پر آسمان کے ٹکڑے گرا دیں یقیناً اس میں پوری دلیل ہے ہر اس بندے کے لئے جو ( دل سے ) متوجہ ہو ۔

Then, do they not look at what is before them and what is behind them of the heaven and earth? If We should will, We could cause the earth to swallow them or [could] let fall upon them fragments from the sky. Indeed in that is a sign for every servant turning back [to Allah ].

کیا پس وہ اپنے آگے پیچھے آسمان و زمین کو دیکھ نہیں رہے ہیں؟ اگر ہم چاہیں تو انہیں زمین میں دھنسا دیں یا ان پر آسمان کے ٹکڑے گرا دیں یقیناً اس میں پوری دلیل ہے ہر اس بندے کے لئے جو ( دل سے ) متوجہ ہو ۔

Then, do they not look at what is before them and what is behind them of the heaven and earth? If We should will, We could cause the earth to swallow them or [could] let fall upon them fragments from the sky. Indeed in that is a sign for every servant turning back [to Allah ].

لوگو! تم پر جو انعام اللہ تعا لٰی نے کئے ہیں انہیں یاد کرو ۔ کیا اللہ کے سوا اور کوئی بھی خالق ہے جو تمہیں آسمان و زمین سے روزی پہنچائے؟ اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں پس تم کہاں الٹے جاتے ہو؟

O mankind, remember the favor of Allah upon you. Is there any creator other than Allah who provides for you from the heaven and earth? There is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded?

کیا آپ نے اس بات پر نظر نہیں کی کہ اللہ تعالٰی نے آسمان سے پانی اتارا پھر ہم نے اس کے ذریعہ سے مختلف رنگتو ں کے پھل نکالے اور پہاڑوں کے مختلف حصے ہیں سفید اور سرخ کہ ان کی بھی رنگتیں مختلف ہیں اور بہت گہرے سیاہ ۔

Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby fruits of varying colors? And in the mountains are tracts, white and red of varying shades and [some] extremely black.

اس کے بعد ہم نے اس کی قوم پر آسمان سے کوئی لشکر نہ اُتارا ، اور نہ اس طرح ہم اُتارا کرتے ہیں ۔

And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so.

کیا آپ نے نہیں دیکھا کہ اللہ تعالٰی آسمان سے پانی اتارتا ہے اور اسے زمین کی سوتوں میں پہنچاتا ہے پھر اسی کے ذریعہ سے مختلف قسم کی کھیتیاں اگاتا ہے پھر وہ خشک ہو جاتی ہیں اور آپ انہیں زرد رنگ میں دیکھتے ہیں پھر انہیں ریزہ ریزہ کر دیتا ہے اس میں عقلمندوں کیلئے بہت زیادہ نصیحت ہے ۔

Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky and makes it flow as springs [and rivers] in the earth; then He produces thereby crops of varying colors; then they dry and you see them turned yellow; then He makes them [scattered] debris. Indeed in that is a reminder for those of understanding.

وہی ہے جو تمہیں اپنی ( نشانیاں ) دکھلاتا ہے اور تمہارے لئے آسمان سے روزی اتارتا ہے نصیحت تو صرف وہی حاصل کرتے ہیں جو ( اللہ کی طرف ) رجوع کرتے ہیں ۔

It is He who shows you His signs and sends down to you from the sky, provision. But none will remember except he who turns back [in repentance].

پھر آسمان کی طرف متوجہ ہوا اور وہ دھواں ( سا ) تھا پس اسے اور زمین سے فرمایا کہ تم دونوں خوشی سے آؤ یا ناخوشی سے دونوں نے عرض کیا ہم بخوشی حاضر ہیں ۔

Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly."

اسی نے آسمان سے ایک اندازے کے مطابق پانی نازل فرمایا ، پس ہم نے اس مردہ شہر کو زندہ کر دیا ۔ اسی طرح تم نکالے جاؤ گے ۔

And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land - thus will you be brought forth -

وُہی آسمانوں میں معبود ہے اور زمین میں بھی وہی قابل عبادت ہے اور وہ بڑی حکمت والا اور پورے علم والا ہے ۔

And it is Allah who is [the only] deity in the heaven, and on the earth [the only] deity. And He is the Wise, the Knowing.

اور رات دن کے بدلے میں اور جو کچھ روزی اللہ تعالٰی آسمان سے نازل فرما کر زمین کو اسکی موت کے بعد زندہ کر دیتا ہے ، ( اس میں ) اور ہواؤں کے بدلنے میں بھی ان لوگوں کے لئے جو عقل رکھتے ہیں نشانیاں ہیں ۔

And [in] the alternation of night and day and [in] what Allah sends down from the sky of provision and gives life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and [in His] directing of the winds are signs for a people who reason.

کیا انہوں نے آسمان کو اپنے اوپر نہیں دیکھا؟ کہ ہم نے اسے کس طرح بنایا ہے اور زینت دی ہے اس میں کوئی شگاف نہیں ۔

Have they not looked at the heaven above them - how We structured it and adorned it and [how] it has no rifts?

اور ہم نے آسمان سے بابرکت پانی برسایا اور اس سے باغات اور کٹنے والے کھیت کے غلے پیدا کئے ۔

And We have sent down blessed rain from the sky and made grow thereby gardens and grain from the harvest

اور تمہاری روزی اور جو تم سے وعدہ کیا جاتا ہے سب آسمان میں ہے ۔

And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised.

آسمان اور زمین کے پروردگار کی قسم! کہ یہ بالکل برحق ہے ایسا ہی جیسے کہ تم باتیں کرتے ہو ۔

Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.

اگر یہ لوگ آسمان کے کسی ٹکڑے کو گرتا ہوا دیکھ لیں تب بھی کہہ دیں کہ تہ بہ تہ بادل ہے ۔

And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up."

پس ہم نے آسمان کے دروازوں کو زور کے مینہ سے کھول دیا ۔

Then We opened the gates of the heaven with rain pouring down

وہی ہے جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو چھ دن میں پیدا کیا پھر عرش پر مستوی ہوگیا ۔ اور وہ ( خوب ) جانتا ہے اس چیز کو جو زمین میں جائے اور جو اس سے نکلے اور جو آسمان سے نیچے آئے اور جو کچھ چڑھ کر اس میں جائے اور جہاں کہیں تم ہو وہ تمہارے ساتھ ہے اور جو تم کر رہے ہو وہ اللہ دیکھ رہا ہے ۔

It is He who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He knows what penetrates into the earth and what emerges from it and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein; and He is with you wherever you are. And Allah , of what you do, is Seeing.

۔ ( آؤ ) دوڑو اپنے رب کی مغفرت کی طرف اور اس جنت کی طرف جس کی وسعت آسماں و زمین کی وسعت کے برابر ہے یہ ان کے لئے بنائی گئی ہے جو اللہ پر اور اس کے رسولوں ایمان رکھتے ہیں ۔ یہ اللہ کا فضل ہے جسے چاہے دے اور اللہ بڑے فضل والا ہے ۔

Race toward forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is like the width of the heavens and earth, prepared for those who believed in Allah and His messengers. That is the bounty of Allah which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

کیا تم اس بات سے بے خوف ہوگئے ہو کہ آسمانوں والا تمہیں زمین میں نہ دھنسا دے اور اچانک زمین لرزنے لگے ۔

Do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway?

یا کیا تم اس بات سے نڈر ہوگئے ہو کہ آسمانوں والا تم پر پتھر برسادے؟ پھر تمہیں معلوم ہو ہی جائے گا کہ میرا ڈرانا کیسا تھا ۔

Or do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not send against you a storm of stones? Then you would know how [severe] was My warning.

اور آسمان کو کہ کس طرح اونچا کیا گیا ہے ۔

And at the sky - how it is raised?
