Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture nor the polytheists wish that any good should be sent down to you from your Lord. But Allah selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.
Na to ehal-e-kitab kay kafir aur na mushrikeen chahatay hain kay tum per tumharay rab ki koi bhalaee nazil ho ( inn kay iss hasad say kiya hua ) Allah Taalaa jissay chahaye apni rehmat-e-khusoosiyat say ata farmaye Allah Taalaa baray fazal wala hai.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया ख़्वाह अहले-किताब हों या मुशरिकीन, वे नहीं चाहते कि तुम्हारे ऊपर तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से कोई भलाई उतारी जाए, और अल्लाह जिसको चाहता है अपनी रहमत के लिए ख़ास कर लेता है, अल्लाह बड़े फ़ज़्ल वाला है।
They say, "Be Jews or Christians [so] you will be guided." Say, "Rather, [we follow] the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth, and he was not of the polytheists."
Yeh kehtay hain kay yahud-o-nasaaraa bann jao to hidayat pao gay. Tum kaho bulkay sahih raah per millat-e-ibrahimi walay hain aur ibrahim khalis Allah kay paristaar thay aur mushrik na thay.
और कहते हैं कि यहूदी या नसरानी बन जाओ तो हिदायत पा जाओगे, कहो कि नहीं बल्कि हम तो पैरवी करते हैं इब्राहीम (अलै॰) के दीन की जो अल्लाह की तरफ़ यकसू थे, और वह शिर्क करने वालों में से न थे।
And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a believing slave woman is better than a polytheist, even though she might please you. And do not marry polytheistic men [to your women] until they believe. And a believing slave is better than a polytheist, even though he might please you. Those invite [you] to the Fire, but Allah invites to Paradise and to forgiveness, by His permission. And He makes clear His verses to the people that perhaps they may remember.
Aur shirk kerney wali aurton say tawaqt-e-kay woh eman na layen tum nikkah na kero eman wali londi bhi shirk kerney wali aazad aurat say boht behtar hai go tumhen mushrika hi achi lagti ho aur na shirk kerney walay mardon kay nikkah mein apni aurton ko do jab tak woh eman na layen eman wala ghulam aazad mushrik say behtar hai go mushrik tumhen acha lagay. Yeh log jahannum ki taraf bulatay hain aur Allah jannat ki taraf aur apni bakshish ki taraf apney hukum say bulata hai woh apni aayaten logon kay liye biyan farma raha hai takay woh naseehat hasil keren .
और मुशरिक औरतों से निकाह न करो जब तक कि वे ईमान न लाएं, और कोई भी मोमिन बाँदी बेहतर है किसी भी मुशरिक औरत से, अगरचे वह तुमको अच्छी मालूम हो, और अपनी औरतों को मुशरिक मर्दों के निकाह में न दो जब तक कि वे ईमान न लाएं, कोई भी मोमिन ग़ुलाम बेहतर है एक (आज़ाद) मुशरिक से अगरचे वह तुमको भला लगे, वे लोग आग की तरफ़ बुलाते हैं जबकि अल्लाह जन्नत की तरफ़ और बख़्शिश की तरफ़ बुलाता है अपनी तौफ़ीक़ से, और अपने अहकाम लोगों के लिए खोल कर बयान करता है; ताकि वे नसीहत पकड़ें।
Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah ]. And he was not of the polytheists.
Ibrahim to na yahudi thay na nasrani thay bulkay woh to yak tarfa ( khalis ) musalman thay woh mushrik bhi na thay.
इब्राहीम (अलै॰) न ही यहूदी थे और न ही नसरानी; बल्कि वह तो सीधे रास्ते पर चलने वाले, फ़रमाँबरदार थे, और वह शिर्क करने वालों में से न थे।
Say, " Allah has told the truth. So follow the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth; and he was not of the polytheists."
Keh dijiye kay Allah Taalaa sacha hai tum sab ibrahim hanif kay millat ki pairwi kero jo mushrik na thay.
आप कह दीजिएः अल्लाह ने तो सच कहा, अब इब्राहीम (अलै॰) के दीन की पैरवी करो जो सीधे रास्ते पर चलने वाले थे और वह शिर्क करने वालों में से न थे।
Say, "Is it other than Allah I should take as a protector, Creator of the heavens and the earth, while it is He who feeds and is not fed?" Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been commanded to be the first [among you] who submit [to Allah ] and [was commanded], 'Do not ever be of the polytheists.' "
Aap kahiye kay kiya Allah kay siwa jo kay aasmanon aur zamin ka peda kerney wala hai aur jo kay khaney ko deta hai aur uss ko koi khaney ko nahi deta aur kissi ko mabood qarar doon aap farma dijiye kay mujh ko yeh hukum hua hai kay sab say pehlay mein islam qabool keroon aur tu mushrikeen mein say hergiz na hona.
कह दीजिए कि क्या में अल्लाह के सिवा किसी और को मददगार बनाऊँ जो बनाने वाला है आसमानों का और ज़मीन का और वह सबको खिलाता है और उसको नहीं खिलाया जा सकता, कहिए कि मुझको हुक्म मिला है कि मैं सबसे पहले इस्लाम लाने वाला बनूँ और तुम हरगिज़ मुशरिकों में से न बनो।
Indeed, I have turned my face toward He who created the heavens and the earth, inclining toward truth, and I am not of those who associate others with Allah ."
Mein apna rukh uss ki taraf kerta hun jiss ney aasman-o-zamin ko peda kiya yaksoo hoker aur mein shirk kerney walon mein say nahi hun.
मैंने तो अपना रुख़ यकसू होकर उसकी तरफ़ कर लिया जिसने आसमानों और ज़मीन को पैदा किया है और मैं शिर्क करने वालों में से नहीं हूँ।
Follow, [O Muhammad], what has been revealed to you from your Lord - there is no deity except Him - and turn away from those who associate others with Allah .
Aap khud iss tareeq per chaltay rahiye jiss ki wahee aap kay rab ki taraf say aap kay pass aaee hai Allah Taalaa kay siwa koi laeeq-e-ibadat nahi aur mushrikeen ki taraf khayal na kijiye.
आप बस उस चीज़ की पैरवी करें जो आपके रब की तरफ़ से आपकी जानिब वह्य की जा रही है, उसके सिवा कोई माबूद नहीं और मुशरिकों से एराज़ कीजिए।
And likewise, to many of the polytheists their partners have made [to seem] pleasing the killing of their children in order to bring about their destruction and to cover them with confusion in their religion. And if Allah had willed, they would not have done so. So leave them and that which they invent.
Aur issi tarah boht say mushrikeen kay khayal mein unn kay maboodon ney unn ki aulad kay qatal kerney ko mustehsan bana rakha hai takay woh inn ko barbad keren aur takay inn kay deen ko inn per mushtaba ker den aur agar Allah ko manzoor hota to yeh aisa kaam na kertay to aap inn ko aur jo kuch ghalat baaten yeh bana rahey hain yun hi rehney dijiye.
और इस तरह बहुत-से मुशरिकों की नज़र में उनके शरीकों ने अपनी औलाद के क़त्ल को ख़ुशनुमा बना दिया; ताकि उनको बरबाद कर दें और उन पर उनके दीन को मुश्तबह बना दें, और अगर अल्लाह चाहता तो वे ऐसा न करते, पस उनको छोड़ दीजिए कि अपनी मन-घड़त बातों में लगे रहें।
Say, "Indeed, my Lord has guided me to a straight path - a correct religion - the way of Abraham, inclining toward truth. And he was not among those who associated others with Allah ."
Aap keh dijiye kay mujh ko meray rab ney aik seedha raasta bata diya hai kay woh aik deen mustehkum hai jo tareeqa hai ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) ka jo Allah ki taraf raksoo thay. Aur woh shirk kerney walon mein say na thay.
आप कह दीजिए कि मेरे रब ने मुझको तो सीधा रास्ता बता दिया है दुरुस्त दीन इब्राहीम (अलै॰) की मिल्लत की शक्ल में जो सीधी राह पर चलने वाले थे और शिर्क करने वालों में से न थे।
[This is a declaration of] disassociation, from Allah and His Messenger, to those with whom you had made a treaty among the polytheists.
Allah aur uss kay rasool ki janib say beyzaari ka ailaan hai unn mushrikon kay baray mein jinn say tum ney ehad-o-paymaan kiya tha.
ऐलाने-बराअत है अल्लाह और उसके रसूल की तरफ़ से उन मुशरिकीन को जिनसे तुमने मुआहिदे किए थे।
And [it is] an announcement from Allah and His Messenger to the people on the day of the greater pilgrimage that Allah is disassociated from the disbelievers, and [so is] His Messenger. So if you repent, that is best for you; but if you turn away - then know that you will not cause failure to Allah . And give tidings to those who disbelieve of a painful punishment.
Allah aur uss kay rasool ki taraf say logon ko baray hajj kay din saaf itlaa hai kay Allah mushrikon say beyzaar hai aur uss ka rasool bhi agar abb bhi tum tauba kerlo to tumharay haq mein behtar hai aur agar tum roo gardaani kero to jaan lo kay tum Allah ko hara nahi saktay. Aur kafiron ko dukh ki maar ki khabar phoncha dijiye.
और ऐलान है अल्लाह और उसके रसूल की तरफ़ से बड़े हज के दिन लोगों के लिए कि अल्लाह और उसका रसूल मुशरिकों से बरी है, अब अगर तुम लोग तौबा करो तो यह तुम्हारे हक़ में बेहतर है, और अगर तुम मुँह फेरोगे तो जान लो कि तुम अल्लाह को आजिज़ करने वाले नहीं हो, और इनकार करने वालों को सख़्त अज़ाब की ख़ुश-ख़बरी दे दो।
Excepted are those with whom you made a treaty among the polytheists and then they have not been deficient toward you in anything or supported anyone against you; so complete for them their treaty until their term [has ended]. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].
Ba-juz unn mushrikon kay jin say tumhara mohaeeda ho chuka hai aur unhon ney tumhen zara sa bhi nuksan nahi phonchaya na kissi ki tumharay khilaf madad ki hai to tum bhi unn kay mohaeeday ki muddat unn kay sath poori kero Allah Taalaa perhezgaron ko dost rakhta hai.
मगर जिन मुशरिकों से तुम ने मुआहिदा किया था फिर उन्होंने तुम्हारे साथ कोई कमी नहीं की और न तुम्हारे ख़िलाफ़ किसी की मदद की तो उनका मुआहिदा उनकी मुद्दत तक पूरा करो, बेशक अल्लाह परहेज़गारों को पसंद करता है।
And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
Phir hurmat walay maheenon kay guzartay hi mushrikon ko jahan pao qatal kero unhen giriftar kero unn ka mahasra kerlo aur unn ki taaq mein her ghaati mein ja betho haan agar woh tauba kerlen aur namaz kay paband hojayen aur zakar ada kerney lagen to tum unn ki rahen chor do. Yaqeenan Allah Taalaa bakhshney wala meharban hai.
फिर जब हुरमत वाले महीने गुज़र जाएं तो मुशरिकीन को क़त्ल करो जहाँ तुम उनको पाओ और उनको पकड़ो और उनको घेरो और बैठो हर जगह उनकी घात में, फिर अगर वे तौबा कर लें और नमाज़ क़ायम करें और ज़कात अदा करें तो उन्हें छोड़ दो, बेशक अल्लाह बख़शने वाला, मेहरबान है।
And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah . Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know.
Agar mushrikon mein say koi tujh say panah talab keray to tu ussay panah dey dey yahan tak kay woh kalam Allah sunn ley phir ussay apni jaye amaan tak phoncha dey. Yeh iss liye kay yeh log bey ilm hain.
और अगर मुशरिकीन में से कोई शख़्स आपसे पनाह माँगे तो उसको पनाह दे दो; ताकि वह अल्लाह का कलाम सुने फिर उसको उसकी अमान की जगह पहुँचा दो, यह इसलिए कि वे लोग इल्म नहीं रखते।
Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah [from] the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them. And fight against the disbelievers collectively as they fight against you collectively. And know that Allah is with the righteous [who fear Him].
Maheenon ki ginti Allah kay nazdeek kitab Allah mein baara ki hai ussi din say jab say aasman-o-zamin ko uss ney peda kiya hai inn mein say char hurmat-o-adab kay hain. Yehi durust deen hai tum inn maheenon mein apni janon per zulm na kero aur tum tamam mushrikon say jihad kero jaisay kay woh tum sab say lartay hain aur jaan rakho kay Allah Taalaa muttaqiyon kay sath hai.
बेशक महीनों की गिनती अल्लाह के नज़दीक बारह महीने हैं अल्लाह की किताब में जिस दिन उसने आसमानों और ज़मीन को पैदा किया, उनमें से चार हुरमत वाले हैं, यही है सीधा दीन पस उनमें तुम अपने ऊपर ज़ुल्म न करो, और मुशरिकों से सब मिलकर लड़ो जिस तरह वे सब मिलकर तुमसे लड़ते हैं, और जान लो कि अल्लाह परहेज़गारों के साथ है।
And [commanded], 'Direct your face toward the religion, inclining to truth, and never be of those who associate others with Allah ;
Aur yeh kay apna rukh yaksoo hoker ( iss ) deen ki taraf ker lena aur kabhi mushrikon mein say na hona.
और यह कि अपना रुख़ यकसू होकर (उस) दीन की तरफ़ कर लेना, और कभी मुशरिकों में से न होना।
Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allah with insight, I and those who follow me. And exalted is Allah ; and I am not of those who associate others with Him."
Aap keh dijiye kay meri raah yehi hai. Mein aur meray muttabeyeen Allah ki taraf bula rahey hain pooray yaqeen aur aetmaad kay sath. Aur Allah pak hai aur mein mushrikon mein nahi.
कह दीजिए कि यह मेरा रास्ता है, मैं अल्लाह की तरफ़ बुलाता हूँ समझ-बूझ कर, मैं भी और वे लोग भी जिन्होंने मेरी पैरवी की, और अल्लाह पाक है और मैं मुशरिकों में से नहीं हूँ।
Then declare what you are commanded and turn away from the polytheists.
Pus aap iss hukum ko jo aap ko kiya jaa raha hai khol ker suna dijiye! Aur mushrikon say mun pher lijiye.
पस जिस चीज़ का आपको हुक्म मिला है उसको खोल कर सुना दीजिए और मुशरिकों से एराज़ कीजिए।
Indeed, Abraham was a [comprehensive] leader, devoutly obedient to Allah , inclining toward truth, and he was not of those who associate others with Allah .
Be-shak ibrahim paishwa aur Allah Taalaa kay farmanbardaar aur yak tarfa muslim thay. Woh mushriko mein say na thay.
बेशक इब्राहीम (अलै॰) एक उम्मत (की तरह) थे (जो) अल्लाह के फ़रमाँबरदार (और उसकी तरफ़) यकसू थे, और वे शिर्क करने वालों में से न थे।
Then We revealed to you, [O Muhammad], to follow the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth; and he was not of those who associate with Allah .
Phir hum ney aap ki janib wahee bheji kay aap millat-e-ibrahim-e-hanif ki perwi keren jo mushrikon mein say na thay.
फिर हमने आपकी तरफ़ वह्य की कि इब्राहीम (अलै॰) के तरीक़े की पैरवी करें जो यकसू थे और वे शिर्क करने वालों में से न थे।
And never let them avert you from the verses of Allah after they have been revealed to you. And invite [people] to your Lord. And never be of those who associate others with Allah .
Khayal rakhiye kay yeh kufaar aap ko Allah Taalaa ki aayaton ki tableegh say rok na den iss kay baad kay yeh aap ki janib utari gaeen to apnay rab ki taraf bulatay rahen aur shirk kerney walon mein say na hon.
और वे तुम्हें अल्लाह की आयतों से रोक न पाएँ, इस के पश्चात कि वे तुम पर अवतरित हो चुकी है। और अपने रब की ओर बुलाओ और बहुदेववादियों में कदापि सम्मिलित न होना
[Adhere to it], turning in repentance to Him, and fear Him and establish prayer and do not be of those who associate others with Allah
( logo! ) Allah Taalaa ki taraf rujoo ho ker uss say dartay raho aur namaz ko qaeem rakho aur mushrikeen mein say na ho jao.
उस की ओर रुजू करने वाले (प्रवृत्त होने वाले) रहो। और उस का डर रखो और नमाज़ का आयोजन करो और (अल्लाह का) साझी ठहराने वालों में से न होना,
He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus - to establish the religion and not be divided therein. Difficult for those who associate others with Allah is that to which you invite them. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him].
Allah Taalaa ney tumharay liye wohi deen muqarrar ker diya hai jiss kay qaeem kerney ka uss ney Nooh ( alh-e-salam ) ko hukum diya tha aur jo ( ba-zariya wahee ) hum ney teri taraf bhej di hai aur jiss ka takeedi hukum hum ney Ibrahim aur Musa aur Essa ( alheem-us-salam ) ko diya tha kay iss deen ko qaeem rakhna aur iss mein phoot na dalna jiss cheez ki taraf aap ehen bula rahey hain who to ( inn ) mushrikon per giran guzarti hai Allah Taalaa jissay chahata hai apna bargazeedah banata hai aur jo bhi uss ki taraf rujoo keray who uss ki sahih rehnumaee kerta hai.
उस ने तुम्हारे लिए वही धर्म निर्धारित किया जिस की ताकीद उस ने नूह को की थी।" और वह (जीवन्त आदेश) जिस की प्रकाशना हम ने तुम्हारी ओर की है और वह जिस की ताकीद हम ने इबराहीम और मूसा और ईसा को की थी यह है कि "धर्म को क़ायम करो और उस के विषय में अलग-अलग न हो जाओ।" बहुदेववादियों को वह चीज़ बहुत अप्रिय है, जिस की ओर तुम उन्हें बुलाते हो। अल्लाह जिसे चाहता है अपनी ओर छाँट लेता है और अपनी ओर का मार्ग उसी को दिखाता है जो उस की ओर रुजू करता है
