الفاظ ( اُولٰۗىِٕكَ )

کیا وہ شخص جس کا سینہ اللہ تعالٰی نے اسلام کے لئے کھول دیا ہے پس وہ اپنے پروردگار کی طرف سے ایک نور پر ہے اور ہلاکی ہے ان پر جن کے دل یاد الٰہی سے ( اثر نہیں لیتے بلکہ ) سخت ہوگئے ہیں ۔ یہ لوگ صریح گمراہی میں ( مبتلا ) ہیں ۔

So is one whose breast Allah has expanded to [accept] Islam and he is upon a light from his Lord [like one whose heart rejects it]? Then woe to those whose hearts are hardened against the remembrance of Allah . Those are in manifest error.

اور جو سچے دین کو لائے اور جس نے اس کی تصدیق کی یہی لوگ پارسا ہیں ۔

And the one who has brought the truth and [they who] believed in it - those are the righteous.

آسمانوں اور زمین کی کنجیوں کا مالک وہی ہے جن جن لوگوں نے اللہ کی آیتوں کا انکار کیا وہی خسارہ پانے والے ہیں ۔

To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. And they who disbelieve in the verses of Allah - it is those who are the losers.

اور اگر ہم اسے عجمی زبان کا قرآن بناتے تو کہتے کہ اس کی آیتیں صاف صاف بیان کیوں نہیں کی گئیں؟ یہ کیا کہ عجمی کتاب اور آپ عربی رسول؟ آپ کہہ دیجئے! کہ یہ تو ایمان والوں کے لئے ہدایت و شفا ہے اور جو ایمان نہیں لاتے ان کے کانوں میں تو ( بہرہ پن اور ) بوجھ ہے اور یہ ان پر اندھا پن ہے ، یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو کسی بہت دور دراز جگہ سے پکارے جا رہے ہیں ۔

And if We had made it a non-Arabic Qur'an, they would have said, "Why are its verses not explained in detail [in our language]? Is it a foreign [recitation] and an Arab [messenger]?" Say, "It is, for those who believe, a guidance and cure." And those who do not believe - in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness. Those are being called from a distant place.

یہ راستہ صرف ان لوگوں پر ہے جو خود دوسروں پر ظلم کریں اور زمین میں ناحق فساد کرتے پھریں ، یہی لوگ ہیں جن کے لئے دردناک عذاب ہے ۔

The cause is only against the ones who wrong the people and tyrannize upon the earth without right. Those will have a painful punishment.

وہ جب ہماری آیتوں میں سے کسی آیت کی خبر پا لیتا ہے تو اس کی ہنسی اڑاتا ہے یہی لوگ ہیں جن کے لئے رسوائی کی مار ہے ۔

And when he knows anything of Our verses, he takes them in ridicule. Those will have a humiliating punishment.

یہ تو اہل جنت ہیں جو سدا اسی میں رہیں گے ، ان اعمال کے بدلے جو وہ کیا کرتے تھے ۔

Those are the companions of Paradise, abiding eternally therein as reward for what they used to do.

یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے نیک اعمال تو ہم قبول فرما لیتے ہیں اور جن کے بد اعمال سے درگزر کر لیتے ہیں ( یہ ) جنتی لوگوں میں ہیں ۔ اس سچے وعدے کے مطابق جو ان سے کیا جاتا ہے ۔

Those are the ones from whom We will accept the best of what they did and overlook their misdeeds, [their being] among the companions of Paradise. [That is] the promise of truth which they had been promised.

وہ لوگ ہیں جن پر ( اللہ کے عذاب کا ) وعدہ صادق آگیا ان جنات اور انسانوں کے گروہوں کے ساتھ جو ان سے پہلے گزر چکے ہیں یقیناً یہ نقصان پانے والے تھے ۔

Those are the ones upon whom the word has come into effect, [who will be] among nations which had passed on before them of jinn and men. Indeed, they [all] were losers.

اور جو شخص اللہ کے بلانے والے کا کہا نہ مانے گا پس وہ زمین میں کہیں ( بھاگ کر اللہ کو ) عاجز نہیں کر سکتا اور نہ اللہ کے سوا اور کوئی اس کے مددگار ہوں گے یہ لوگ کھلی گمراہی میں ہیں ۔

But he who does not respond to the Caller of Allah will not cause failure [to Him] upon earth, and he will not have besides Him any protectors. Those are in manifest error."

اور ان میں بعض ( ایسے بھی ہیں ) کہ تیری طرف کان لگاتے ہیں ، یہاں تک کہ جب تیرے پاس سے جاتے ہیں تو اہل علم سے ( بوجہ کندذہنی والا پرواہی کے ) پوچھتے ہیں کہ اس نے ابھی کیا کہا تھا؟ یہی لوگ ہیں جن کے دلوں پر اللہ نے مہر کر دی ہے اور وہ اپنی خواہشوں کی پیروی کرتے ہیں ۔

And among them, [O Muhammad], are those who listen to you, until when they depart from you, they say to those who were given knowledge, "What has he said just now?" Those are the ones of whom Allah has sealed over their hearts and who have followed their [own] desires.

یہ وہی لوگ ہیں جن پر اللہ کی پھٹکار ہے اور جن کی سماعت اور آنکھوں کی روشنی چھین لی ہے ۔

Those [who do so] are the ones that Allah has cursed, so He deafened them and blinded their vision.

بیشک جو لوگ رسول اللہ ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کے حضور میں اپنی آوازیں پست رکھتے ہیں ، یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے دلوں کو اللہ نے پرہیزگاری کے لئے جانچ لیا ہے ۔ ان کے لئے مغفرت اور بڑا ثواب ہے ۔

Indeed, those who lower their voices before the Messenger of Allah - they are the ones whose hearts Allah has tested for righteousness. For them is forgiveness and great reward.

اور جان رکھو کہ تم میں اللہ کے رسول موجود ہیں اگر وہ تمہارا کہا کرتے رہے بہت امور میں تو تم مشکل میں پڑ جاؤ لیکن اللہ تعالٰی نے ایمان کو تمہارے لئے محبوب بنادیا ہے اور تمہارے دلوں میں زینت دے رکھی ہے اور کفر کو اور گناہ کو اور نافرمانی کو تمہاری نگاہوں میں ناپسندیدہ بنا دیا ہے ، یہی لوگ راہ یافتہ ہیں ۔

And know that among you is the Messenger of Allah . If he were to obey you in much of the matter, you would be in difficulty, but Allah has endeared to you the faith and has made it pleasing in your hearts and has made hateful to you disbelief, defiance and disobedience. Those are the [rightly] guided.

مومن تو وہ ہیں جو اللہ پر اور اس کے رسول پر ( پکا ) ایمان لائیں پھر شک و شبہ نہ کریں اور اپنے مالوں سے اور اپنی جانوں سے اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرتے رہیں ( اپنے دعوائے ایمان میں ) یہی سچے اور راست گو ہیں ۔

The believers are only the ones who have believed in Allah and His Messenger and then doubt not but strive with their properties and their lives in the cause of Allah . It is those who are the truthful.

وہ بالکل نزدیکی حاصل کئے ہوئے ہیں ۔

Those are the ones brought near [to Allah ]

تمہیں کیا ہو گیا ہے جو تم اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ نہیں کرتے؟ دراصل آسمانوں اور زمینوں کی میراث کا مالک ( تنہا ) اللہ ہی ہے تم میں سے جن لوگوں نے فتح سے پہلے فی سبیل اللہ دیا ہے اور قتال کیا ہے وہ ( دوسروں کے ) برابر نہیں بلکہ ان سے بہت بڑے درجے کے ہیں جنہوں نے فتح کے بعد خیراتیں دیں اور جہاد کیے ، ہاں بھلائی کا وعدہ تو اللہ تعالٰی کا ان سب سے ہے جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو اس سے اللہ خبردار ہے ۔

And why do you not spend in the cause of Allah while to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth? Not equal among you are those who spent before the conquest [of Makkah] and fought [and those who did so after it]. Those are greater in degree than they who spent afterwards and fought. But to all Allah has promised the best [reward]. And Allah , with what you do, is Acquainted.

اللہ اور اس کے رسول پر جو ایمان رکھتے ہیں وہی لوگ اپنے رب کے نزدیک صدیق اور شہید ہیں ان کے لئے ان کا اجر اور ان کا نور ہے ، اور جو لوگ کفر کرتے ہیں اور ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلاتے ہیں وہ جہنمی ہیں ۔

And those who have believed in Allah and His messengers - those are [in the ranks of] the supporters of truth and the martyrs, with their Lord. For them is their reward and their light. But those who have disbelieved and denied Our verses - those are the companions of Hellfire.

اللہ اور اس کے رسول پر جو ایمان رکھتے ہیں وہی لوگ اپنے رب کے نزدیک صدیق اور شہید ہیں ان کے لئے ان کا اجر اور ان کا نور ہے ، اور جو لوگ کفر کرتے ہیں اور ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلاتے ہیں وہ جہنمی ہیں ۔

And those who have believed in Allah and His messengers - those are [in the ranks of] the supporters of truth and the martyrs, with their Lord. For them is their reward and their light. But those who have disbelieved and denied Our verses - those are the companions of Hellfire.

ان کے مال اور ان کی اولاد اللہ کے ہاں کچھ کام نہ ّآئیں گی ۔ یہ تو جہنمی ہیں ہمیشہ ہی اس میں رہیں گے ۔

Never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally

ان پر شیطان نے غلبہ حاصل کرلیا ہے اور انہیں اللہ کا ذکر بھلا دیا ہے یہ شیطانی لشکر ہے ۔ کوئی شک نہیں کہ شیطانی لشکر ہی خسارے والا ہے ۔

Satan has overcome them and made them forget the remembrance of Allah . Those are the party of Satan. Unquestionably, the party of Satan - they will be the losers.

بیشک اللہ تعالٰی کی اور اس کے رسول کی جو لوگ مخالفت کرتے ہیں وہی لوگ سب سے زیادہ ذلیلوں میں ہیں ۔

Indeed, the ones who oppose Allah and His Messenger - those will be among the most humbled.

اللہ تعالٰی پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھنے والوں کو آپ اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی مخالفت کرنے والوں سے محبت رکھتے ہوئے ہرگز نہ پائیں گے گو وہ ان کے باپ یا ان کے بیٹے یا ان کے بھائی یا ان کے کنبہ ( قبیلے ) کے ( عزیز ) ہی کیوں نہ ہوں یہی لوگ ہیں جن کے دلوں میں اللہ تعالٰی نے ایمان کو لکھ دیا ہے اور جن کی تائید اپنی روح سے کی ہے اور جنہیں ان جنتوں میں داخل کرے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہیں جہاں یہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے ، اللہ ان سے راضی ہے اور یہ اللہ سے خوش ہیں ، یہ خدائی لشکر ہے آگاہ رہو بیشک اللہ کے گروہ والے ہی کامیاب لوگ ہیں ۔

You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. Those - He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with spirit from Him. And We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him - those are the party of Allah . Unquestionably, the party of Allah - they are the successful.

اللہ تعالٰی پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھنے والوں کو آپ اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی مخالفت کرنے والوں سے محبت رکھتے ہوئے ہرگز نہ پائیں گے گو وہ ان کے باپ یا ان کے بیٹے یا ان کے بھائی یا ان کے کنبہ ( قبیلے ) کے ( عزیز ) ہی کیوں نہ ہوں یہی لوگ ہیں جن کے دلوں میں اللہ تعالٰی نے ایمان کو لکھ دیا ہے اور جن کی تائید اپنی روح سے کی ہے اور جنہیں ان جنتوں میں داخل کرے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہیں جہاں یہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے ، اللہ ان سے راضی ہے اور یہ اللہ سے خوش ہیں ، یہ خدائی لشکر ہے آگاہ رہو بیشک اللہ کے گروہ والے ہی کامیاب لوگ ہیں ۔

You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. ۔ ( فیٔ کا مال ) ان مہاجر مسکینوں کے لئے ہے جو اپنے گھروں اور اپنے مالوں سے نکال دیئے گئے ہیں وہ اللہ کے فضل اور اس کی رضامندی کے طلب گار ہیں اور اللہ تعالٰی کی اور اس کے رسول کی مدد کرتے ہیں یہی راست باز لوگ ہیں ۔

For the poor emigrants who were expelled from their homes and their properties, seeking bounty from Allah and [His] approval and supporting Allah and His Messenger, [there is also a share]. Those are the truthful.

اور تم ان لوگوں کی طرح مت ہو جانا جنہوں نے اللہ ( کے احکام ) کو بھلا دیا تو اللہ نے بھی انہیں اپنی جانوں سے غافل کر دیا اور ایسے ہی لوگ نافرمان ( فاسق ) ہوتے ہیں ۔

And be not like those who forgot Allah , so He made them forget themselves. Those are the defiantly disobedient.

اور جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا اور ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلایا وہی ( سب ) جہنمی ہیں ( جو ) جہنم میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے ، وہ بہت برا ٹھکانا ہے ۔

But the ones who disbelieved and denied Our verses - those are the companions of the Fire, abiding eternally therein; and wretched is the destination.

یہی لوگ جنتوں میں عزت والے ہونگے ۔

They will be in gardens, honored.

وہ یہی کافر بدکردار لوگ ہوں گے ۔

Those are the disbelievers, the wicked ones.

کیا انہیں اپنے مرنے کے بعد جی اٹھنے کا خیال نہیں ۔

Do they not think that they will be resurrected

یہی لوگ ہیں دائیں بازو والے ( خوش بختی والے ) ۔

Those are the companions of the right.

بیشک جو لوگ اہل کتاب میں سے کافر ہوئے اور مشرکین سب دوزخ کی آگ میں ( جائیں گے ) جہاں وہ ہمیشہ ( ہمیشہ ) رہیں گے یہ لوگ بدترین خلائق ہیں ۔

Indeed, they who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures.

بیشک جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کئے یہ لوگ بہترین خلائق ہیں ۔

Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds - those are the best of creatures.
