And Moses said, "My Lord is more knowing [than we or you] of who has come with guidance from Him and to whom will be succession in the home. Indeed, wrongdoers do not succeed."
Hazrat musa ( alh-e-salam ) kehnay lagay mera rab taalaa issay khoob janta hai jo uss kay pass ki hidayat ley ker aata hai aur jiss kay liye aakhirat ka ( acha ) anjam hota hai yaqeenan bey insafon ka bhala na hoga.
मूसा ने कहा, "मेरा रब उस व्यक्ति को भली-भाँति जानता है जो उस के यहाँ से मार्गदर्शन लेकर आया है, और उसको भी जिस के लिए अंतिम घर है। निश्चय ही ज़ालिम सफल नहीं होते।"
And Pharaoh said, "O eminent ones, I have not known you to have a god other than me. Then ignite for me, O Haman, [a fire] upon the clay and make for me a tower that I may look at the God of Moses. And indeed, I do think he is among the liars."
Firaon kehney laga aey darbariyo! Mein to apnay siwa kissi ko tumhara mabood nahi janta. Sunn aey haamaan! Tu meray liye mitti ko aag say pakwa phir meray liye aik mehal tameer ker to mein musa kay mabood ko jhank loon ussay mein to jhooton mein say hi gumaan ker raha hun.
फ़िरऔन ने कहा, "ऐ दरबार वालो, मैं तो अपने सिवा तुम्हारे किसी प्रभु को नहीं जानता। अच्छा तो ऐ हामान! तू मेरे लिए ईटें आग में पकवा। फिर मेरे लिए एक ऊँचा महल बना कि मैं मूसा के प्रभु को झाँक आऊँ। मैं तो उसे झूठा समझता हूँ।"
But those who had been given knowledge said, "Woe to you! The reward of Allah is better for he who believes and does righteousness. And none are granted it except the patient."
Zee ilm log unhen samjhaney lagay kay afsos! Behtar cheez to woh hai jo bator sawab unhen milay gi jo Allah per eman layen aur nek amal keren yeh baat unhi kay dil mein dali jati hai jo sabar-o-sahaar walay hon.
किन्तु जिन को ज्ञान प्राप्त था, उन्होंने कहा, "अफ़सोस तुम पर! अल्लाह का प्रतिदान उत्तम है, उस व्यक्ति के लिए जो ईमान लाए और अच्छा कर्म करे, और यह बात उन्ही के दिलों में पड़ती है जो धैर्यवान होते हैं।"
And those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Follow our way, and we will carry your sins." But they will not carry anything of their sins. Indeed, they are liars.
Kafiron ney eman walon say kaha kay tum humari raah ki taby daari kero tumharay gunah hum utha len gay halankay woh inn kay gunahon mein say kuch bhi nahi uthaney walay yeh to mehaz jhootay hain.
और इनकार करने वाले ईमान लाने वालों से कहते हैं, "तुम हमारे मार्ग पर चलो, हम तुम्हारी ख़ताओं का बोझ उठा लेंगे।" हालाँकि वे उन की ख़ताओं में से कुछ भी उठाने वाले नहीं हैं। वे निश्चय ही झूठे हैं
And [Abraham] said, "You have only taken, other than Allah , idols as [a bond of] affection among you in worldly life. Then on the Day of Resurrection you will deny one another and curse one another, and your refuge will be the Fire, and you will not have any helpers."
( hazrat ibrahim alh-e-salam ney ) kaha kay tum ney jin buton ki parastish Allah kay siwa ki hai unhen tum ney apni aapas ki duniyawi dosti ki bina thera li hai tum sab qayamat kay din aik doosray say kufur kerney lago gay aur aik doosray per lanat kerney lago gay. Aur tumhara sab ka thikana dozakh hoga aur tumhara koi madadgaar na hoga.
और उस ने कहा, "अल्लाह से हटकर तुम ने कुछ मूर्तियों को केवल सांसारिक जीवन में अपने पारस्परिक प्रेम के कारण पकड़ रखा है। फिर क़ियामत के दिन तुम में से एक-दूसरे का इनकार करेगा और तुम में से एक-दूसरे पर लानत करेगा। तुम्हारा ठौर-ठिकाना आग है और तुम्हारा कोई सहायक न होगा।"
And Lot believed him. [Abraham] said, "Indeed, I will emigrate to [the service of] my Lord. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise."
Pus hazrat ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) per hazrat loot ( alh-e-salam ) eman laye aur kehnay lagay kay mein apnay rab ki taraf hijrat kerney wala hun. Woh bara hi ghalib aur hakeem hai.
फिर लूत ने उस की बात मानी और उस ने कहा, "निस्संदेह मैं अपने रब की ओर हिजरत करता हूँ। निस्संदेह वह अत्यन्त प्रभुत्वशाली, तत्वदर्शी है।"
But those who were given knowledge and faith will say, "You remained the extent of Allah 's decree until the Day of Resurrection, and this is the Day of Resurrection, but you did not used to know."
Aur jin logon ko ilm aur eman diya gaya woh jawab den gay kay tum to jaisa kitab-ul-llah mein hai yom-e-qayamat tak theray rahey. Aaj ka yeh din qayamat hi ka din hai lekin tum to yaqeen hi nahi mantay thay.
किन्तु जिन लोगों को ज्ञान और ईमान प्रदान हुआ, वे कहेंगे, "अल्लाह के लेख में तो तुम जीवित होकर उठने के दिन तक ठहरे रहे हो। तो यही जीवित हो उठने का दिन है। किन्तु तुम जानते न थे।"
But those who disbelieve say, "The Hour will not come to us." Say, "Yes, by my Lord, it will surely come to you. [ Allah is] the Knower of the unseen." Not absent from Him is an atom's weight within the heavens or within the earth or [what is] smaller than that or greater, except that it is in a clear register -
Kuffaar kehtay hain hum per qayamat nahi aaye gi. Aap keh dijiyey! Kay mujhay meray rab ki qasam! Jo aalim-ul-ghaib hai kay woh yaqeenan tum per aaye gi Allah Taalaa say aik zarray kay barabar ki cheez bhi posheedah nahi na aasmano mein aur na zamin mein bulkay iss say bhi choti aur bari her cheez khuli kitab mein mojood hai.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया उन का कहना है कि "हम पर क़ियामत की घड़ी नहीं आएगी।" कह दो, "क्यों नहीं, मेरे परोक्ष ज्ञाता रब की क़सम! वह तो तुम पर आकर रहेगी - उस से कणभर भी कोई चीज़ न तो आकाशों में ओझल है और न धरती में, और न इससे छोटी कोई चीज़ और न बड़ी। किन्तु वह एक स्पष्ट किताब में अंकित है। -
But those who disbelieve say, "Shall we direct you to a man who will inform you [that] when you have disintegrated in complete disintegration, you will [then] be [recreated] in a new creation?
Aur kafiron ney kaha ( aao ) hum tumhen aik aisa shaks batlayen jo tumhen yeh khabar phoncha raha hai kay jab tum bilkul hi reza reza hojao gay to phir say aik naee pedaeesh mein aao gay.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया वे कहते हैं कि "क्या हम तुम्हें एक ऐसा आदमी बताएँ जो तुम्हें ख़बर देता है कि जब तुम बिलकुल चूर्ण-विचूर्ण हो जाओगे तो तुम नवीन काय में जीवित होगे?"
And those who disbelieve say, "We will never believe in this Qur'an nor in that before it." But if you could see when the wrongdoers are made to stand before their Lord, refuting each other's words... Those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant, "If not for you, we would have been believers."
Aur kafiro ney kaha kay hum hergiz na to iss quran ko manay na iss say pehlay ki kitabon ko! Aey dekhney walay kaash kay tu inn zalimon ko uss waqt dekhta jab kay yeh apnay rab kay samney kharay huyey aik doosray ko ilzam dey rahey hongay kamzor log baray logon say kahen gay agar tum na hotay to hum to momin hotay.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया वे कहते हैं, "हम इस क़ुरआन को कदापि न मानेंगे और न उसको जो इस के आगे है।" और यदि तुम देख पाते जब ज़ालिम अपने रब के सामने खड़े कर दिए जाएँगे। वे आपस में एक-दूसरे पर इल्ज़ाम डाल रहे होंगे। जो लोग कमज़ोर समझे गए वे उन लोगों से जो बड़े बनते थे कहेंगे, "यदि तुम न होते तो हम अवश्य ही ईमान वाले होते।"
Those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant, "Rather, [it was your] conspiracy of night and day when you were ordering us to disbelieve in Allah and attribute to Him equals." But they will [all] confide regret when they see the punishment; and We will put shackles on the necks of those who disbelieved. Will they be recompensed except for what they used to do?
( Iss kay jawab mein ) yeh kamzor log inn mutakabbiron say kahen gay ( nahi nahi ) bulkay din raat makar-o-faraib say humen Allah kay sath kufur kerney aur uss kay shareek muqarrar kerney ka tumhara hukum dena humari bey emaani ka baees hua aur azab ko dekhtay hi sab ka sab dil mein pashemaan ho rahey hongay aur kafiron ki gardano mein hum toq daal den gay unhen sirf unn kay kiyey keraye aemaal ka badla diya jayega.
वे लोग कमज़ोर समझे गए थे बड़े बनने वालों से कहेंगे, "नहीं, बल्कि रात-दिन की मक्कारी थी जब तुम हम से कहते थे कि हम अल्लाह के साथ कुफ़्र करें और दूसरों को उस का समकक्ष ठहराएँ।" जब वे यातना देखेंगे तो मन ही मन पछताएँगे और हम उन लोगों की गरदनों में जिन्होंने कुफ़्र की नीति अपनाई, तौक़ डाल देंगे। वे वही तो बदले में पाएँगे, जो वे करते रहे थे?
And when our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, they say, "This is not but a man who wishes to avert you from that which your fathers were worshipping." And they say, "This is not except a lie invented." And those who disbelieve say of the truth when it has come to them, "This is not but obvious magic."
Aur jab unn kay samney humari saaf saaf aayaten parhi jati hain to kehtay hain yeh aisa shaks hai jo tumehn tumharay baap dada kay maboodon say rok dena chahata hai ( iss kay siwa koi baat nahi ) aur kehtay hain kay yeh to ghara hua jhoot hai aur haq inn kay pass aa chuka phir bhi kafir yehi kehtay rahey kay yeh to khula hua jadoo hai.
उन्हें जब हमारी स्पष्ट़ आयतें पढ़कर सुनाई जाती हैं तो वे कहते हैं, "यह तो बस ऐसा व्यक्ति है जो चाहता है कि तुम्हें उन से रोक दें जिन को तुम्हारे बाप-दादा पूजते रहे हैं।" और कहते हैं, "यह तो एक घड़ा हुआ झूठ है।" जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया उन्होंने सत्य के विषय में, जबकि वह उन के पास आया, कह दिया, "यह तो बस एक प्रत्यक्ष जादू है।"
And [then] he said, "Indeed, I will go to [where I am ordered by] my Lord; He will guide me.
Aur uss ( ibrahim alh-e-salam ) ney kaha mein to hijrat kerkay apnay perwerdigar ki taraf janey wala hun. Woh zaroor meri rehnumaee keray ga.
उस ने कहा, "मैं अपने रब की ओर जा रहा हूँ, वह मेरा मार्गदर्शन करेगा
And they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves. And the disbelievers say, "This is a magician and a liar.
Aur kafiron ko iss baat per tajjub hua kay unhi mein say aik unhen daraney wala aagaya aur kehney lagay kay yeh to jadoogar aur jhoota hai.
उन्होंने आश्चर्य किया इस पर कि उन के पास उन्हीं में से एक सचेतकर्ता आया और इनकार करने वाले कहने लगे, "यह जादूगर है बड़ा झूठा
And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups until, when they reach it, its gates are opened and its keepers will say, "Did there not come to you messengers from yourselves, reciting to you the verses of your Lord and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say, "Yes, but the word of punishment has come into effect upon the disbelievers.
Kafiron kay ghol kay ghol jahannum ki taraf hankaye jayen gay jab woh uss kay pass phonch jayen gay uss kay darwazay unn kay liye khol diye jayen gay aur wahan kay nigehbaan unn say sawal keren gay kay kiya tumharay pass tum mein say rasool nahi aaye thay? Jo tum per tumharay rab ki aayaten parhtay thay aur tumhen uss din ki mulaqat say daratay thay? Yeh jawab den gay kay haan durust hai lekin azab ka hukum kafiron per sabit hogaya.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया, वे गिरोह के गिरोह जहन्नम की ओर ले जाए जाएँगे, यहाँ तक कि जब वे वहाँ पहुँचेंगे तो उस के द्वार खोल दिए जाएँगे और उस के प्रहरी उन से कहेंगे, "क्या तुम्हारे पास तुम्हीं में से रसूल नहीं आए थे जो तुम्हें तुम्हारे रब की आयतें सुनाते रहे हों और तुम्हें इस दिन की मुलाक़ात से सचेत करते रहे हों?" वे कहेंगे, "क्यों नहीं (वे तो आए थे) ।" किन्तु इनकार करने वालों पर यातना की बात सत्यापित होकर रही
But those who feared their Lord will be driven to Paradise in groups until, when they reach it while its gates have been opened and its keepers say, "Peace be upon you; you have become pure; so enter it to abide eternally therein," [they will enter].
Aur jo log apnay rab say dartay thay unn kay giroh kay giroh jannat ki taraf rawana kiyey jayen gay yahan tak kay jab uss kay pass aajayen gay aur darwazay khol diyey jayen gay aur wahan kay nigehbaan unn say kahen gay tum per salam ho tum khushaal raho tum iss mein hamesha kay liye chalay jao.
और जो लोग अपने रब का डर रखते थे, वे गिरोह के गिरोह जन्नत की ओर ले जाएँगे, यहाँ तक कि जब वे वहाँ पहुँचेंगे इस हाल में कि उस के द्वार खुले होंगे। और उस के प्रहरी उन से कहेंगे, "सलाम हो तुम पर! बहुत अच्छे रहे! अतः इसमें प्रवेश करो सदैव रहने के लिए तो (उन की ख़ुशियों का क्या हाल होगा!)
And Pharaoh said, "Let me kill Moses and let him call upon his Lord. Indeed, I fear that he will change your religion or that he will cause corruption in the land."
Aur firaon ney kaha mujhay choro kay mein musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko maar dalon aur issay chahyey kay apnay rab ko pukaray mujhay to darr hai kay yeh kahen tumhara deen na badal dalay ya mulk mein koi ( boht bara ) fasad barpa na ker day.
फ़िरऔन ने कहा, "मुझे छोड़ो, मैं मूसा को मार डालूँ और उसे चाहिए कि वह अपने रब को (अपनी सहायता के लिए) पुकारे। मुझे डर है कि ऐसा न हो कि वह तुम्हारे धर्म को बदल डाले या यह कि वह देश में बिगाड़ पैदा करे।"
But Moses said, "Indeed, I have sought refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant one who does not believe in the Day of Account."
Musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha mein apnay aur tumharay rab ki panah mein aata hun her uss takabbur kerney walay shaks ( ki buraee ) say jo roz-e-hisab per eman nahi rakhta.
मूसा ने कहा, "मैंने हर अहंकारी के मुक़ाबले में, जो हिसाब के दिन पर ईमान नहीं रखता, अपने रब और तुम्हारे रब की शरण ले ली है।"
And a believing man from the family of Pharaoh who concealed his faith said, "Do you kill a man [merely] because he says, 'My Lord is Allah ' while he has brought you clear proofs from your Lord? And if he should be lying, then upon him is [the consequence of] his lie; but if he should be truthful, there will strike you some of what he promises you. Indeed, Allah does not guide one who is a transgressor and a liar.
Aur aik momin shaks ney ji firaon kay khandan mein say tha aur apna eman chupaye huyey tha kaha kay kiya tum aik shaks ko mehaz iss baat per qatal kertay ho kay woh kehta hai kay mera rab Allah hai aur tumharay rab ki taraf say daleelen ley ker aaya hai agar woh jhoota ho to uss ka jhoot ussi per hai aur agar woh sacha ho to jiss ( azab ) ka woh tum say wada ker raha hai uss mein say kuch na kuch to tum per aa paray ga Allah Taalaa uss ki rehbari nahi kerta jo hadd say guzar janey walay aur jhootay hon.
फ़िरऔन के लोगों में से एक ईमान वाले व्यक्ति ने, जो अपने ईमान को छिपा रहा था, कहा, "क्या तुम एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को इसलिए मार डालोगे कि वह कहता है कि मेरा रब अल्लाह है और वह तुम्हारे पास तुम्हारे रब की ओर से खुले प्रमाण भी लेकर आया है? यदि वह झूठा है तो उस के झूठ का वबाल उसी पर पड़ेगा। किन्तु यदि वह सच्चा है तो जिस चीज़ की वह तुम्हें धमकी दे रहा है, उस में से कुछ न कुछ तो तुम पर पड़कर रहेगा। निश्चय ही अल्लाह उसको मार्ग नहीं दिखाता जो मर्यादाहीन, बड़ा झूठा हो
And he who believed said, "O my people, indeed I fear for you [a fate] like the day of the companies -
Uss momin ney kaha aey meri qom! ( kay logo ) mujhay to andesha hai kay tum per bhi wesa hi roz ( bad azab ) na aaye jo aur ummaton per aaya.
उस व्यक्ति ने, जो ईमान ला चुका था, कहा, "ऐ मेरी क़ौम के लोगो! मुझे भय है कि तुम पर (विनाश का) ऐसा दिन न आ पड़े, जैसा दूसरे विगत समुदायों पर आ पड़ा था।
And Pharaoh said, "O Haman, construct for me a tower that I might reach the ways -
Firaon ney kaha aey haamaan! Meray liye aik bala khana bana shayad kay mein jo aasman kay darwazay hain.
फ़िरऔन ने कहा, "ऐ हामान! मेरे लिए एक उच्च भवन बना, ताकि मैं साधनों तक पहुँच सकूँ,
And he who believed said, "O my people, follow me, I will guide you to the way of right conduct.
Aur uss momin shaks ney kaha kay aey meri qom! ( kay logo ) tum ( sab ) meri perwi kero mein nek raah ki taraf tumhari rehbari keroon ga.
उस व्यक्ति ने, जो ईमान लाया था, कहा, "ऐ मेरी क़ौम के लोगो! मेरा अनुसरण करो, मैं तुम्हे भलाई का ठीक रास्ता दिखाऊँगा
And those in the Fire will say to the keepers of Hell, "Supplicate your Lord to lighten for us a day from the punishment."
Aur ( tamam ) jahannumi mill ker jahannum kay daroghon say kahen gay kay tum hi apnay perwerdigar say dua kero kay woh kissi din to humaray azab mein kami kerdey.
जो लोग आग में होंगे वे जहन्नम के प्रहरियों से कहेंगे कि "अपने रब को पुकारो कि वह हम पर से एक दिन यातना कुछ हल्की कर दे!"
And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you." Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible.
Aur tumharay rab ka farman ( sirzad ho chuka ) hai kay mujh say dua kero mein tumhari duaon ko qabool keroon ga yaqeen mano kay jo log meri ibadat say khudsari kertay hain woh abhi abhi zaleel hoker jahannum mein phonch jayen gay.
तुम्हारे रब ने कहा कि "तुम मुझे पुकारो, मैं तुम्हारी प्रार्थनाएँ स्वीकार करूँगा।" जो लोग मेरी बन्दगी के मामले में घमंड से काम लेते हैं निश्चय ही वे शीघ्र ही अपमानित होकर जहन्नम में प्रवेश करेंगे
And those who disbelieve say, "Do not listen to this Qur'an and speak noisily during [the recitation of] it that perhaps you will overcome."
Aur kafiron ney kaha iss quran ko suno hi mat ( iss kay parhay janey ka waqt ) aur be-huda goee kero kiya ajab kay tum ghalib aajao.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया उन्होंने कहा, "इस क़ुरआन को सुनो ही मत और इस के बीच में शोर-गुल मचाओ, ताकि तुम प्रभावी रहो।"
And those who disbelieved will [then] say, "Our Lord, show us those who misled us of the jinn and men [so] we may put them under our feet that they will be among the lowest."
Aur kafir log kahen gay aey humaray rab! Humen jinno insano ( kay woh dono fareeq ) dikha jinhon ney humen gumrah kiya ( takay ) hum unehn apnay qadmon talay daal den takay woh jahannum mein sab say neechay ( sakht azab mein ) hojayen.
और जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया वे कहेंगे, "ऐ हमारे रब! हमें दिखा दे उन जिन्नों और मनुष्यों को, जिन्होंने हम को पथभ्रष़्ट किया कि हम उन्हें अपने पैरों तले डाल दे ताकि वे सबसे नीचे जा पड़े
And you will see them being exposed to the Fire, humbled from humiliation, looking from [behind] a covert glance. And those who had believed will say, "Indeed, the [true] losers are the ones who lost themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection. Unquestionably, the wrongdoers are in an enduring punishment."
Aur tu enhen dekhay ga kay woh ( jahannum kay ) samney la-kharay kiyey jayen gay maray zillat kay jhukay jarahen hongay aur kan-ankhiyon say dekh rahey hongay eman walay saaf kahen gay kay haqeeqi ziyan kaar woh hain jinhon ney aaj qayamat kay din apnay aap ko aur apnay ghar walon ko nuksan mein dal diya. Yaad rakho kay yaqeenan zalim log daaeemi azab mein hain.
और तुम उन्हें देखोगे कि वे उस (जहन्नम) पर इस दशा में लाए जा रहे हैं कि बेबसी और अपमान के कारण दबे हुए हैं। कनखियों से देख रहे हैं। जो लोग ईमान लाए, वे उस समय कहेंगे कि "निश्चय ही घाटे में पड़ने वाले वही हैं जिन्होंने क़ियामत के दिन अपने आप को और अपने लोगों को घाटे में डाल दिया। सावधान! निश्चय ही ज़ालिम स्थिर रहने वाली यातना में होंगे
And those who disbelieve say of those who believe, "If it had [truly] been good, they would not have preceded us to it." And when they are not guided by it, they will say, "This is an ancient falsehood."
Aur kafiron ney emaandaron ki nisbat kaha kay agar yeh ( deen ) behtar hota to yeh log iss ki taraf hum say sabqat kerney na patay aur chonkay enhon ney iss quran say hidayat nahi paaee pus yeh keh den gay kay qadeemi jhoot hai.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया, वे ईमान लाने वालों के बारे में कहते हैं, "यदि वह अच्छा होता तो वे उस की ओर (बढ़ने में) हम से अग्रसर न रहते।" और जब उन्होंने उस से मार्ग ग्रहण नहीं किया तो अब अवश्य कहेंगे, "यह तो पुराना झूठ है!"
And his companion, [the angel], will say, "This [record] is what is with me, prepared."
Uss ka humnasheen ( farishta ) kahega yeh hazir hai jo kay meray pass tha.
उस के साथी ने कहा, "यह है (तेरी सजा)! मेरे पास कुछ (सहायता के लिए) मौजूद नहीं।"
But he turned away with his supporters and said," A magician or a madman."
Pus uss ney apney balbootay per mun mora aur kehney laga yeh jadoogar hai ya deewana hai.
किन्तु उस ने अपनी शक्ति के कारण मुँह फेर लिया और कहा, "जादूगर है या दीवाना।"
And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant.
Aur Nooh ( alh e salam ) ney kaha kay aey mery paalnay walay! To roy e zameen per kissi kafir ko rehnay sehnay wala na chor
और नूह ने कहा, "ऐ मेरे रब! धरती पर इनकार करने वालों में से किसी बसने वाले को न छोड
The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct.
Jiss din roh or faristy safein bandh ker khary hongay to koi kalam na kersakay ga magar jis say rehman ijazat dayday aur wo thek bat zaban say nikalay
