And if you divorce them before you have touched them and you have already specified for them an obligation, then [give] half of what you specified - unless they forego the right or the one in whose hand is the marriage contract foregoes it. And to forego it is nearer to righteousness. And do not forget graciousness between you. Indeed Allah , of whatever you do, is Seeing.
Aur agar tum aurton ko iss say pehlay tallaq dey do kay tum ney unhen haath lagaya ho aur tum ney unn ka mehar bhi muqarrar ker diya ho to muqarrar mehar ka aadha mehar dey do yeh aur baat hai kay woh khud moaf ker den ya woh shaks moaf ker dey jiss kay haath mein nikkah ki girah hai tumhara moaf ker dena taqwa say boht nazdeek hai aur aapas ki fazeelat aur buzrugi ko faramosh na kero yaqeenan Allah Taalaa tumharay aemaal ko dekh raha hai.
और अगर तुम उनको तलाक़ दे दो क़ब्ल इसके कि उनको हाथ लगाओ और तुम उनके लिए कुछ महर भी मुक़र्रर कर चुके थे तो जितना महर तुमने मुक़र्रर किया है उसका आधा अदा कर दो, (हाँ) यह बात और है कि वे माफ़ कर दें या वह मर्द माफ़ कर दे जिसके हाथ में निकाह की ज़िम्मेदारी है, और यह कि तुम माफ़ कर दो तो ज़्यादा क़रीब है तक़वे से, और आपस में अच्छा बर्ताव करने में ग़फ़लत मत करो, जो कुछ तुम करते हो अल्लाह उसको देख रहा है।
O you who have believed, spend from that which We have provided for you before there comes a Day in which there is no exchange and no friendship and no intercession. And the disbelievers - they are the wrongdoers.
Aey eman walon hum ney tumhen dey rakha hai uss mein say kharach kertay raho iss say pehlay kay woh din aaye jiss mein na tijarat hai na dosti aur shifaat aur kafir hi zalim hain.
ऐ ईमान वालो! ख़र्च करो उन चीज़ों में से जो हमने तुमको दी है उस दिन के आने से पहले जिसमें न ख़रीद-व-फ़रोख़्त होगी और न दोस्ती काम आएगी और न ही सिफ़ारिश, और जो मुनकिर हैं वही ज़ुल्म करने वाले हैं।
All food was lawful to the Children of Israel except what Israel had made unlawful to himself before the Torah was revealed. Say, [O Muhammad], "So bring the Torah and recite it, if you should be truthful."
Toraat kay nuzool say pehlay ( hazrat ) yaqoob ( alh-e-salam ) ney jiss cheez ko apney upper haram ker liya tha uss kay siwa tamam khaney bani israeel per halal thay aap keh dijiye kay agar tum sachay ho to toraat ley aao aur parh sunao.
सब खाने की चीज़ें बनी-इस्राईल के लिए हलाल थीं सिवाए उसके जो इस्राईल ने अपने ऊपर हराम कर लिया था क़ब्ल इसके कि तौरात उतरे, (ऐ नबी) आप कह दें कि तौरात लाओ और उसको पढ़ो, अगर तुम सच्चे हो।
And you had certainly wished for martyrdom before you encountered it, and you have [now] seen it [before you] while you were looking on.
Jang say pehlay to tum shahdat ki aarzoo mein thay abb issay apni aankhon say apney samney dekh liya.
और तुम मौत की तमन्ना कर रहे थे उससे मिलने से पहले ही, पस अब तो तुमने उसको खुली आँखों से देख ही लिया।
O you who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down [to Muhammad], confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers. And ever is the decree of Allah accomplished.
Aey ehal-e-kitab! Jo kuch hum ney nazil farmaya hai jo uss ki bhi tasdeeq kerney wala hai jo tumharay pass hai iss per eman lao iss say pehlay hum chehray bigaar den aur enhen lota ker peeth ki taraf ker den ya inn per laanat bhejen jaisay hum ney haftay kay din walon per laanat ki aur hai Allah Taalaa ka kaam kiya gaya.
ऐ वे लोगो जिनको किताब दी गई! उस पर ईमान लाओ जो हमने उतारा है, तस्दीक़ करने वाली उस किताब की जो तुम्हारे पास है, इससे पहले कि हम चेहरों को मिटा दें फिर उनको उलट दें पीठ की तरफ़ या उन पर लानत करें जैसे हमने लानत की सनीचर वालों पर, और अल्लाह का हुक्म पूरा होकर रहता है।
Except for those who return [repenting] before you apprehend them. And know that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
Haan jo log iss say pehlay tauba ker len kay tum unn per qaboo paalo to yaqeen mano kay Allah Taalaa boht bari bakhsish aur reham-o-karam wala hai.
मगर जो लोग तौबा कर लें तुम्हारे उन पर क़ाबू पा लेने से पहले तो जान लो कि अल्लाह बख़्शने वाला, मेहरबान है।
They said, "We have been harmed before you came to us and after you have come to us." He said, "Perhaps your Lord will destroy your enemy and grant you succession in the land and see how you will do."
Qom kay log kehney lagay kay hum to hamesha museebat hi mein rahey aap ki tashreef aawari say qabal bhi aur aap ki tashreef aawari kay baad bhi. Musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney farmaya kay boht jald Allah tumharay dushman ko halak ker dey ga aur bajaye unn kay tum ko iss sir zamin ka khalifa bana dey ga phir tumhara tarz-e-amal dekhay ga.
मूसा की क़ौम ने कहाः हम तुम्हारे आने से पहले भी सताए गए और तुम्हारे आने के बाद भी, मूसा (अलै॰) ने कहाः क़रीब है कि तुम्हारा रब तुम्हारे दुश्मन को हलाक कर दे और उनकी जगह तुमको इस सरज़मीन का मालिक बना दे फिर देखे कि तुम कैसा अमल करते हो।
That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muhammad]. You knew it not, neither you nor your people, before this. So be patient; indeed, the [best] outcome is for the righteous .
Yeh khabren ghaib ki khabron mein say hain jin ki wahee hum aap ki taraf kertay hain enhen iss say pehlay aap jantay thay aur na aap ki qom iss liye aap sabar kertay rahiye yaqeen maniye kay anjam kaar perhezgaron kay liye hi hai.
ये ग़ैब की ख़बरें हैं जिनको हम आपकी तरफ़ वह्य कर रहे हैं, इससे पहले न आप उनको जानते थे और न आपकी क़ौम, पस सब्र करें बेशक नेक अंजाम डरने वालों के लिए है।
[O Muhammad], tell My servants who have believed to establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there will be no exchange, nor any friendships.
Meray eman walay bandon say keh dijiye kay namazon ko qaeem rakhen aur jo kuch hum ney dey rakha hai uss mein say kuch na kuch posheeda aur zahir kharach kertay rahen iss say pehlay kay woh din aajaye jiss mein na kharid-o-farokht hogi na dosti aur mohabbat.
मेरे जो बंदे ईमान लाए हैं उनसे कह दीजिए कि वह नमाज़ क़ायम करें और जो कुछ हमने उनको दिया है उसमें से खुले और छुपे ख़र्च करें इससे पहले कि वह दिन आए जिसमें न ख़रीद-व-फ़रोख़्त होगी और न दोस्ती काम आएगी।
So high [above all] is Allah , the Sovereign, the Truth. And, [O Muhammad], do not hasten with [recitation of] the Qur'an before its revelation is completed to you, and say, "My Lord, increase me in knowledge."
Pus Allah aali shaan wala sacha aur haqeeqi badshah hai. Tu quran parhney mein jaldi na ker uss say pehlay kay teri taraf jo wajee ki jati hai woh poori ki jaye haan yeh dua ker kay perwerdigar! Mera ilm barha.
अतः सर्वोच्च है अल्लाह, सच्चा सम्राट! क़ुरआन के (फ़ैसले के) सिलसिले में जल्दी न करो, जब तक कि वह पूरा न हो जाए। तेरी ओर उस की प्रकाशना हो रही है। और कहो, "मेरे रब, मुझे ज्ञान में अभिवृद्धि प्रदान कर।"
And if We had destroyed them with a punishment before him, they would have said, "Our Lord, why did You not send to us a messenger so we could have followed Your verses before we were humiliated and disgraced?"
Aur agar hum iss say pehlay hi enehn azab say halak ker detay to yaqeenan yeh keh uthtay kay aey humaray perwerdigar tu ney humaray pass apna rasool kiyon na bheja? Kay hum teri aayaton ki tabeydari kertay iss say pehlay kay hum zaleel-o-ruswa hotay.
यदि हम उस के पहले इन्हें किसी यातना से विनष्ट कर देते तो ये कहते कि "ऐ हमारे रब, तूने हमारे पास कोई रसूल क्यों न भेजा कि इस से पहले कि हम अपमानित और रुसवा होते, तेरी आयतों का अनुपालन करने लगते?"
O you who have believed, let those whom your right hands possess and those who have not [yet] reached puberty among you ask permission of you [before entering] at three times: before the dawn prayer and when you put aside your clothing [for rest] at noon and after the night prayer. [These are] three times of privacy for you. There is no blame upon you nor upon them beyond these [periods], for they continually circulate among you - some of you, among others. Thus does Allah make clear to you the verses; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.
eman walo! Tum say tumhari milkiyat kay ghulamon ko aur unhen bhi jo tum mein say balooghat ko na phonchay hon ( apnay aaney ki ) teen waqton mein ijazat hasil kerni zaroori hai. Namaz-e-fajar say pehlay aur zohar kay waqt jab kay tum apnay kapray utar rakhtay ho aur isha ki namaz kay baad yeh teeno waqt tumhari ( khilwat ) aur parday kay hain. Inn waqton kay ma-siwa na to tum per koi gunah hai na unn per. Tum sab aapas mein aik doosray kay pass ba-kasrat aaney janey walay ho ( hi ) Allah iss tarah khol khol ker apnay ehkaam tum say biyan farma raha hai. Allah Taalaa pooray ilm aur kamil hikmat wala hai.
ऐ ईमान लाने वालो! जो तुम्हारी मिल्कियत में हो और तुम में जो अभी युवावस्था को नहीं पहुँचे हैं, उन को चाहिए कि तीन समयों में तुम से अनुमति लेकर तुम्हारे पास आएँ: प्रभात काल की नमाज़ से पहले और जब दोपहर को तुम (आराम के लिए) अपने कपड़े उतार रखते हो और रात्रि की नमाज़ के पश्चात - ये तीन समय तुम्हारे लिए परदे के हैं। इन के पश्चात न तो तुम पर कोई गुनाह है और न उन पर। वे तुम्हारे पास अधिक चक्कर लगाते है। तुम्हारे ही कुछ अंश परस्पर कुछ अंश के पास आकर मिलते हैं। इस प्रकार अल्लाह तुम्हारे लिए अपनी आयतों को स्पष्टप करता है। अल्लाह भली-भाँति जानने वाला है, तत्वदर्शी है
So direct your face toward the correct religion before a Day comes from Allah of which there is no repelling. That Day, they will be divided.
Pus aap apna rukh uss sachay aur seedhay deen ki taraf hi rakhen qabal iss kay kay woh din aajaye jiss ka tal jana Allah Taalaa ki taraf say hai hi nahi uss din sab mutafarriq ho jayen gay.
अतः तुम अपना रुख़ सीधे व ठीक धर्म की ओर जमा दो, इस से पहले कि अल्लाह की ओर से वह दिन आ जाए जिस के लिए वापसी नहीं। उस दिन लोग अलग-अलग हो जाएँगे
Although they were, before it was sent down upon them - before that, in despair.
Yaqeen manna kay barish unn per barasney say pehlay pehlay to woh na umeed ho rahey thay.
जबकि इस से पूर्व, इस से पहले कि वह उन पर उतरे, वे बिलकुल निराश थे
O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. So provide for them and give them a gracious release.
Aey momin! Jab tum momin auraton say nikkah kero phir hath laganey say pehlay ( hi ) tallaq dey do to unn per tumahra koi haq iddat ka nahi jissay tum shumaar kero pus tum kuch na kuch enhen dey do aur bhalay tareeq per unhen rukhsat kerdo.
ऐ ईमान लाने वालो! जब तुम ईमान लाने वाली स्त्रियों से विवाह करो और फिर उन्हें हाथ लगाने से पहले तलाक़ दे दो तो तुम्हारे लिए उन पर कोई इद्दत नहीं, जिस की तुम गिनती करो। अतः उन्हें कुछ सामान दे दो और भली रीति से विदा कर दो
And return [in repentance] to your Lord and submit to Him before the punishment comes upon you; then you will not be helped.
Tum ( sab ) apnay perwerdigar ki taraf jhuk paro aur uss ki hukum bardaari kiye jao iss say qabal kay tumharay pass azab aajaye aur phir tumhari madad na ki jaye.
रुजू हो अपने रब की ओर और उस के आज्ञाकारी बन जाओ, इस से पहले कि तुम पर यातना आ जाए। फिर तुम्हारी सहायता न की जाएगी
And follow the best of what was revealed to you from your Lord before the punishment comes upon you suddenly while you do not perceive,
Aur pairwee kero uss behtareen cheez ki jo tumhari taraf tumharay perwerdigar ki taraf say nazil ki gaee hai iss say pehlay kay tum per achanak azab aajaye aur tumhen itla bhi na ho.
और अनुसरण करो उस सर्वोत्तम चीज़ का जो तुम्हारे रब की ओर से अवतरित हुई है, इस से पहले कि तुम पर अचानक यातना आ जाए और तुम्हें पता भी न हो।"
Respond to your Lord before a Day comes from Allah of which there is no repelling. No refuge will you have that day, nor for you will there be any denial.
Apnay rab ka hukum maan lo iss say pehlay kay Allah ki janib say woh din aajaye jiss ka hut jana na-mumkin hai tumhen uss roz na koi panah ki jagah milay gi na chup ker anjan bann janey ki.
अपने रब की बात मान लो इस से पहले कि अल्लाह की ओर से वह दिन आ जाए जो पलटने का नहीं। उस दिन तुम्हारे लिए न कोई शरण-स्थल होगा और न तुम किसी चीज़ को रद्द कर सकोगे
Say, [O Muhammad], "Have you considered that which you invoke besides Allah ? Show me what they have created of the earth; or did they have partnership in [creation of] the heavens? Bring me a scripture [revealed] before this or a [remaining] trace of knowledge, if you should be truthful."
Aap keh dijiye! Bhala dekho to jinhen tum Allah kay siwa pukartay ho mujhay bhi to dikhao kay unho ney zamin ka konsa tukra banaya hai ya aasmano mein unn ka konsa hissa hai? Agar tum sachay ho to iss say pehlay hi ki koi kitab ya koi ilm hi jo naqal kiya jata ho meray pass lao.
कहो, "क्या तुम ने उन को देखा भी, जिन्हें तुम अल्लाह को छोड़कर पुकारते हो? मुझे दिखाओ उन्होंने धरती की चीज़ों में से क्या पैदा किया है या आकाशों में उन की कोई साझेदारी है? मेरे पास इससे पहले की कोई किताब ले आओ या ज्ञान की कोई अवशेष बात ही, यदि तुम सच्चे हो।"
And why do you not spend in the cause of Allah while to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth? Not equal among you are those who spent before the conquest [of Makkah] and fought [and those who did so after it]. Those are greater in degree than they who spent afterwards and fought. But to all Allah has promised the best [reward]. And Allah , with what you do, is Acquainted.
kertay' darasal aasmanon our zamin ke meeress ka malik ( tanha ) Allah hi hai tum main say jin logo ney fatah say pehlay fi subilillah diya hai our qitaal kiya hai woh ( doosron kay ) barabar nahi bulkay unn say boht baray darjay kay hain jinhon nay fatah kay baad kheyraaten den our jahad kiyey haan bhalaee ka wada to Allah taalaaka unn sab say hai jo kuch tum ker rahey ho uss say Allah khabardaarhai.
और तुम्हें क्यो हुआ है कि तुम अल्लाह के मार्ग में ख़र्च न करो, हालाँकि आकाशों और धरती की विरासत अल्लाह ही के लिए है? तुम में से जिन लोगों ने विजय से पूर्व ख़र्च किया और लड़े वे परस्पर एक-दूसरे के समान नहीं हैं। वे तो दरजे में उन से बढ़कर हैं जिन्होंने बाद में ख़र्च किया और लड़े। यद्यपि अल्लाह ने प्रत्येक से अच्छा वादा किया है। अल्लाह उस की ख़बर रखता है, जो कुछ तुम करते हो
No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being - indeed that, for Allah , is easy -
Na koi museebat duniya main aati hai na ( Khaas ) tumhari jaanon main magar iss say pehlay kay hum usko peda keran woh aik khaas kitab main likhi hui hai yeh ( kaam ) Allah taalaa per ( bilkul ) aasan hai
जो मुसीबतें भी धरती में आती है और तुम्हारे अपने ऊपर, वह अनिवार्यतः एक किताब में अंकित है, इससे पहले कि हम उसे अस्तित्व में लाएँ - निश्चय ही यह अल्लाह के लिए आसान है -
And those who pronounce thihar from their wives and then [wish to] go back on what they said - then [there must be] the freeing of a slave before they touch one another. That is what you are admonished thereby; and Allah is Acquainted with what you do.
Jo log apni biwiyon say zahaar keren phir apni kahi hui baat say rujoo ker len to unn kay zimmay aapas mein aik doosray ko haath laganey say pehlay aik ghulam aazad kerna hai iss kay zariye tum naseehat kiye jatay ho aur Allah Taalaa tumharay tamam aemaal say ba khabar hai.
जो लोग अपनी स्त्रियों से ज़िहार करते हैं; फिर जो बात उन्होंने कही थी उस से रुजू करते हैं, तो इस से पहले कि दोनों एक-दूसरे को हाथ लगाएँ एक गर्दन आज़ाद करनी होगी। यह वह बात है जिस की तुम्हें नसीहत की जाती है, और तुम जो कुछ करते हो अल्लाह उस की ख़बर रखता है
And he who does not find [a slave] - then a fast for two months consecutively before they touch one another; and he who is unable - then the feeding of sixty poor persons. That is for you to believe [completely] in Allah and His Messenger; and those are the limits [set by] Allah . And for the disbelievers is a painful punishment.
Haan jo shaks na paye uss kay zimmay do maheenon kay laga taar rozay hain iss say pehlay kay aik doosray ko haath lagayen aur jiss shaks ko yeh taqat bhi na ho uss per saathh ( 60 ) miskeenon ka khana khilana hai. Yeh iss liye kay tum Allah ki aur uss kay rasool ki hukum bardari kero yeh Allah Taalaa ki muqarrar kerda hadden hain aur kuffaar hi kay liye dard naak azab hai.
किन्तु जिस किसी को ग़ुलाम प्राप्त न हो तो वह निरन्तर दो माह रोज़े रखे, इस से पहले कि वे दोनों एक-दूसरे को हाथ लगाएँ और जिस किसी को इस की भी सामर्थ्य न हो तो साठ मुहताजों को भोजन कराना होगा। यह इसलिए कि तुम अल्लाह और उस के रसूल पर ईमान वाले सिद्ध हो सको। ये अल्लाह की निर्धारित की हुई सीमाएँ हैं। और इनकार करने वाले के लिए दुखद यातना है
And spend [in the way of Allah ] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be among the righteous."
Aur jo kuch hum ney tumhen dey rakha hai uss mein say ( humari raah mein ) iss say pehaly kharach kero kay tum mein say kissi ko maut aajaye to kehney lagay aey meray perwerdigar! Mujhay to thori dare ki mohlat kiyon nahi deta? Kay mein sadqa keroon aur nek logon mein say ho jaon.
हम ने तुम्हें जो कुछ दिया है उस में से ख़र्च करो इस से पहले कि तुम में से किसी की मृत्यु आ जाए और उस समय वह कहने लगे, "ऐ मेरे रब! तूने मुझे कुछ थोड़े समय तक और मुहलत क्यों न दी कि मैं सदक़ा (दान) करता (मुझे मुहलत दे कि मैं सदक़ा करूँ) और अच्छे लोगों में सम्मिलित हो जाऊँ।"
Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment."
Yaqeenan hum ney Nooh ( alh e salam ) ko inki qom ki taraf bheja kay apni qom ko darado ( aur khabaerdar kerdo ) isss say pehlay kay inkay pass dardnak azab ajaye
हम ने नूह को उस की कौ़म की ओर भेजा कि "अपनी क़ौम के लोगों को सावधान कर दो, इससे पहले कि उन पर कोई दुखद यातना आ जाए।"
