And We did certainly give Moses the Torah and followed up after him with messengers. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs and supported him with the Pure Spirit. But is it [not] that every time a messenger came to you, [O Children of Israel], with what your souls did not desire, you were arrogant? And a party [of messengers] you denied and another party you killed.
Hum ney ( hazrat ) musa ko kitab di aur inn kay peechay aur rasool bhejay aur hum ney ( hazrat ) essa ibn-e-marium ko roshan daleelen din aur rooh-ul-qudus say unn ki taeed kerwaee. Lekin jab kabhi tumharay pass rasool woh cheez laye jo tumhari tabiyaton kay khilaf thi tum ney jhat say takabbur kiya pus baaz ko to jhutla diya aur baaz ko qatal bhi ker dala.
और हमने मूसा को किताब दी और उसके बाद पै-दर-पै रसूल भेजे और ईसा बिन मरियम को खुली-खुली निशानियाँ दीं और रूहुल-क़ुद्स से उसकी ताईद की, तो जब भी कोई रसूल तुम्हारे पास वह चीज़ ले कर आया जिसको तुम्हारा दिल नहीं चाहता था तो तुमने तकब्बुर किया, फिर एक जमात को झुटलाया, और एक जमात को मार डाला।
And Abraham instructed his sons [to do the same] and [so did] Jacob, [saying], "O my sons, indeed Allah has chosen for you this religion, so do not die except while you are Muslims."
Issi ki wasiyat ibrahim aur yaqoob ney apni aulad ko ki kay humaray bacho! Allah Taalaa ney tumharay liye iss deen ko pasand farma liya hai khabradar! Tum musalman hi marna.
और इसी की नसीहत की इब्राहीम (अलै॰) ने अपनी औलाद को और इसी की नसीहत की याक़ूब (अलै॰) ने अपनी औलाद को, ऐ मेरे बेटो! अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए इसी दीन को चुन लिया है, पस इस्लाम के सिवा किसी और हालत पर तुम को मौत न आए।
[Mention, O Muhammad], when the wife of 'Imran said, "My Lord, indeed I have pledged to You what is in my womb, consecrated [for Your service], so accept this from me. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing."
Jab imran ki biwi ney kaha aey meray rab! Meray pet mein jo kuch hai ussay mein ney teray naam azad kerney ki nazar maani tu meri taraf say qabool farma! Yaqeenan tu khoob sunney wala aur poori tarah janney wala hai.
जब इमरान की बीवी ने कहाः ऐ मेरे रब! मैंने मन्नत मानी आपके लिए कि जो औलाद मेरे पेट में है उसे आज़ाद रखा जाएगा, पस आप मेरी जानिब से क़बूल फ़रमा लें, बेशक आप सुनने वाले, जानने वाले हैं।
But when she delivered her, she said, "My Lord, I have delivered a female." And Allah was most knowing of what she delivered, "And the male is not like the female. And I have named her Mary, and I seek refuge for her in You and [for] her descendants from Satan, the expelled [from the mercy of Allah ]."
Jab bachi hui to kehney lagin kay perwerdigar! Mujhay to larki hui Allah Taalaa ko khoob maloom hai kay kiya aulad hui hai aur larka larki jaisa nahi mein ney uss ka naam marium rakha mein issay aur iss ki aulad ko shetan mardood say teri panah mein deti hun.
फिर जब उसने जना तो उसने कहाः ऐ मेरे रब! मैंने तो लड़की को जन्म दिया है, और अल्लाह ख़ूब जानता है कि उसने क्या जन्म दिया है, और यह कि लड़का नहीं होता है लड़की के मानिंद, और मैंने उसका नाम “मरियम” रखा है और मैं उसको और उसकी औलाद को शैतान मरदूद से आपकी पनाह में देती हूँ।
So her Lord accepted her with good acceptance and caused her to grow in a good manner and put her in the care of Zechariah. Every time Zechariah entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found with her provision. He said, "O Mary, from where is this [coming] to you?" She said, "It is from Allah . Indeed, Allah provides for whom He wills without account."
Pus issay uss kay perwerdigar ney achi tarah qabool farmaya aur ussay behtareen perwerish di. Uss ki khair khabar lenay wala zakariya ( alh-e-salam ) ko banaya jab kabhi zakariya ( alh-e-salam ) unn kay hujray mein jatay unn kay pass rozi rakhi hui patay woh poochtay aey marium! Yeh rozi tumharay pass kahan say aaee? Woh jawab detin kay yeh Allah Taalaa kay pass say hai be-shak Allah Taalaa jissay chahaye bey shumar rozi dey.
पस उसके रब ने उसको अच्छी तरह से क़बूल किया और उसको उम्दा तरीक़े से परवान चढ़ाया और ज़करिया (अलै॰) को उसका सरपरस्त बना दिया, जब कभी ज़करिया (अलै॰) उसके पास इबादतगाह में आते तो उसके पास रिज़्क मौजूद पाते, उन्होंने पूछा कि ऐ मरियम! ये सब चीज़ें तुम्हें कहाँ से मिलती हैं? मरियम ने कहाः ये अल्लाह के पास से आती हैं, बेशक अल्लाह जिसको चाहता है बेहिसाब रिज़्क दे देता है।
And [mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the worlds.
Aur jab farishton ney kaha aey marium! Allah Taalaa ney tujhay bar gazeedah ker liya aur tujhay pak ker diya aur saray jahaan ki aurton mein say tera intikhab ker liya.
और (उस वक़्त को याद करें) जब फ़रिश्तों ने कहाः ऐ मरियम! अल्लाह ने तुम्हें चुन लिया और तुमको पाक किया और तुमको दुनिया भर की औरतों के मुक़ाबले मुन्तख़ब कर लिया है।
O Mary, be devoutly obedient to your Lord and prostrate and bow with those who bow [in prayer]."
Aey marium! Tu apney rab ki ita’at ker aur sajda ker aur rukoo kerney walon kay sath rukoo ker.
ऐ मरियम! अपने रब की फ़रमाँबरदारी करो और सज्दा करो और रुकूअ करने वालों के साथ रुकूअ करो।
That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muhammad]. And you were not with them when they cast their pens as to which of them should be responsible for Mary. Nor were you with them when they disputed.
Yeh ghaib ki ghabron mein say hai jissay hum teri taraf wahee say phonchatay hain tu unn kay pass na tha jabkay woh apney qalam daal rahey thay kay marium ko inn mein say kaun paa ley ga? Aur na tu unn kay jhagray kay waqt unn kay pass tha.
यह ग़ैब की बातें हैं जो हम तुमको वह्य के ज़रिए बता रहे हैं, और तुम उनके पास मौजूद न थे जब वे अपने (नाम पेश करने के लिए) क़लम डाल रहे थे कि कौन मरियम की सरपरस्ती करेगा, और न तुम उस वक़्त उनके पास मौजूद थे जब वे आपस में बहस कर रहे थे।
[And mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah ].
Jab farishton ney kaha aey marium! Allah Taalaa tujhay apney aik kalmay ki khushkhabri deta hai jiss kay naam maseeh essa bin marium hai jo duniya aur aakhirat mein zee izzat hai aur woh meray muqarrabeen mein say hai.
जब फ़रिश्तों ने कहाः ऐ मरियम! अल्लाह तुम्हें ख़ुश-ख़बरी देते हैं अपनी तरफ़ से एक कलिमे की, उसका नाम मसीह ईसा बिन मरियम होगा, वह दुनिया और आख़िरत में मर्तबे वाला होगा और अल्लाह के क़रीबी बंदों में से होगा।
He will speak to the people in the cradle and in maturity and will be of the righteous."
Woh logon say apney gehwaray mein baaten keray ga aur adher umar mein bhi aur woh nek logon mein say hoga.
वह लोगों से बातें करेगा जब झूले में होगा और जब पूरी उमर का होगा, और वह नेक बंदों में से होगा।
She said, "My Lord, how will I have a child when no man has touched me?" [The angel] said, "Such is Allah ; He creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is.
Kehney lagin ilahee mujhay larka kaisay hoga? Halankay mujhay to kissi insan ney haath bhi nahi lagaya farishtay ney kaha issi tarah Allah Taalaa jo chahaye peda kerta hai jab kabhi woh kissi kaam ko kerna chahata hai to sirf yeh keh deta hai kay ho ja! To woh ho jata hai.
मरियम ने कहाः ऐ मेरे (प्यारे) रब! मेरे यहाँ लड़का कैसे होगा जबकि किसी मर्द ने मुझे हाथ तक नहीं लगाया है, (अल्लाह ने फ़रमाया) इसी तरह अल्लाह पैदा करता है जो चाहता है, जब वह किसी काम का फ़ैसला कर लेता है तो उसको कहता है हो जा पस वह हो जाता है।
And He will teach him writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel
Allah Taalaa ussay likhna aur hikmat aur toraat aur injeel sikhaya ga.
और अल्लाह उसको किताब और हिकमत और तौरात और इंजील सिखाएगा।
And [make him] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah . And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead - by permission of Allah . And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers.
Aur woh bani isareel ki taraf rasool hoga kay mein tumharay pass tumharay rab ki nishani laya hun mein tumharay liye parinday ki shakal ki tarah mitti ka parinda banata hun phir uss mein phoonk maarta hun to woh Allah Taalaa kay hukum say parinda bann jata hai aur Allah Taalaa kay hukum say mein maadar zaad andhay ko aur korhi ko acha ker deta hun aur murdon ko zinda kerta hun aur jo kuch tum khao aur jo apney gharon mein zakheera kero mein tumhen bata deta hun iss mein tumharay liye bari nishani hai agar tum eman laney walay ho.
और वे रसूल होंगे बनी-इस्राईल की तरफ़ कि मैं तुम्हारे पास निशानी लेकर आया हूँ तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से, कि मैं तुम्हारे लिए मिट्टी से परिंदे जैसी सूरत बनाता हूँ फिर उसमें फूँक मारता हूँ तो वह अल्लाह के हुक्म से सचमुच का परिंदा बन जाता है, और मैं अल्लाह के हुक्म से पैदाइशी अंधे और कोढ़ी को अच्छा करता हूँ और अल्लाह ही के हुक्म से मुर्दे को ज़िंदा करता हूँ, और मैं तुमको बताता हूँ कि तुम क्या खाते और क्या जमा करके रखते हो अपने घरों में, बेशक इसमें तुम्हारे लिए बड़ी निशानी है अगर तुम ईमान रखते हो।
And [I have come] confirming what was before me of the Torah and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you. And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so fear Allah and obey me.
Aur mein toraat ki tasdeeq kerney wala hun jo meray samney hai aur mein iss liye aaya hun kay tum per baaz woh cheezen halal keroon jo tum per haram ker di gaeen hain aur mein tumharay pass tumharay rab ki nishani laya hun iss liye tum Allah Taalaa say daro aur meri farmanbardari kero!.
और मैं तस्दीक़ करने वाला हूँ मुझसे पहले आने वाली किताब तौरात की, और ताकि उन बअज़ चीज़ों को तुम्हारे लिए हलाल ठहराऊँ जो तुम पर हराम कर दी गई हैं, और मैं तुम्हारे पास तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से निशानी लेकर आया हूँ, पस तुम अल्लाह से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो।
Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is the straight path."
Yaqeen maano! Mera aur tumhara rab Allah hi hai tum sab ussi ki ibadat kero yehi seedhi raah hai.
बेशक अल्लाह मेरा भी रब है और तुम्हारा भी, पस उसी की इबादत करो, यही सीधी राह है।
But when Jesus felt [persistence in] disbelief from them, he said, "Who are my supporters for [the cause of] Allah ?" The disciples said," We are supporters for Allah . We have believed in Allah and testify that we are Muslims [submitting to Him].
Maga jab hazrat essa ( alh-e-salam ) ney unn ka kufur mehsoos ker liya to kehney lagay Allah Taalaa ki raah mein meri madad kerney wala kaun kaun hai? Hawariyon ney jawab diya kay hum Allah Taalaa ki raah kay madadgar hain hum Allah Taalaa per eman laye aur aap gawah rahiye kay hum tabeydaar hain.
फिर जब ईसा (अलै॰) ने महसूस किया उनकी जानिब से कुफ़्र को तो कहा कि कौन मेरा मददगार बनता है अल्लाह की राह में, हवारियों ने कहाः हम हैं अल्लाह के मददगार, हम ईमान लाए अल्लाह पर और आप गवाह रहिए कि हम फ़रमाँबरदार हैं।
Our Lord, we have believed in what You revealed and have followed the messenger Jesus, so register us among the witnesses [to truth]."
Aey humaray paalney walay mabood! Hum teri utari hui wahee per eman laye aur hum ney teray rasool ki ittaba ki pus tu humen gawahon mein likh ley.
ऐ हमारे रब! हम ईमान लाए उस पर जो आपने उतारा और हमने रसूल की पैरवी की, पस आप हमें लिख दें गवाही देने वालों में से।
And the disbelievers planned, but Allah planned. And Allah is the best of planners.
Aur kafiron ney makar kiya aur Allah Taalaa ney bhi ( makar ) khufiya tadbeer ki aur Allah Taalaa sab khufiya tadbeer kerney walon say behtar hai.
और उन लौगों ने ख़ुफ़िया तदबीर की और अल्लाह ने भी (उनके जवाब में) ख़ुफ़िया तदबीर की, और अल्लाह सबसे बढ़ कर तदबीर करने वाला है।
[Mention] when Allah said, "O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Myself and purify you from those who disbelieve and make those who follow you [in submission to Allah alone] superior to those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, and I will judge between you concerning that in which you used to differ.
Jab Allah Taalaa ney farmaya kay aey essa! Mein tujhay poora lenay wala hun aur tujhay apni janib uthaney wala hun aur tujhay kafiron say pak kerney wala hun aur teray tabeydaron ko kafiron kay upper ghalib kerney wala hun qayamat kay din tak phir tum sab ka lotna meri hi taraf hai mein hi tumharay aapas kay tamam tar ikhtilafaat ka faisla keroon ga.
जब अल्लाह ने कहा कि ऐ ईसा! मैं तुमको वापस लेने वाला हूँ और तुम्हें अपनी तरफ़ उठा लेने वाला हूँ और जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया है उनसे तुम्हें पाक करने वाला हूँ और जो तुम्हारे पैरू हैं उनको क़यामत तक उन लोगों पर ग़ालिब करने वाला हूँ जिन्होंने तुम्हारा इनकार किया, फिर मेरी तरफ़ ही होगी तुम सबकी वापसी, पस मैं तुम्हारे दरमियान फ़ैसला करुंगा उन चीज़ों के बारे में जिनमें तुम झगड़ते थे।
And as for those who disbelieved, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers."
Phir kafiron ko to mein duniya aur aakhirat mein sakhta tar azab doon ga aur unn ka koi madadgar na hoga.
फिर जो लोग मुनकिर हुए उनको मैं निहायत सख़्त अज़ाब दूंगा दुनिया में और आख़िरत में और उनका कोई मददगार न होगा।
But as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will give them in full their rewards, and Allah does not like the wrongdoers.
Lekin eman walon aur nek aemaal logon ko Allah Taalaa unn ka sawab poora poora dey ga aur Allah Taalaa zalimon say mohabbat nahi kerta.
और जो लोग ईमान लाए और नेक काम किए अल्लाह उन्हें उनका पूरा अज्र देगा, और अल्लाह ज़ालिमों को दोस्त नहीं रखता।
This is what We recite to you, [O Muhammad], of [Our] verses and the precise [and wise] message.
Yeh jisay hum teray samney parh rahey hain aayaten hain aur hikmar wali naseehat hain.
ये हम तुमको पढ़कर सुनाते हैं अपनी आयतें और हिकमत से भरी बातें।
Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was.
Allah Taalaa kay nazdeek essa ( alh-e-salam ) ki misal hoo ba hoo aadam ( alh-e-salam ) ki misal hai jissay mitti say bana ker keh diya kay ho ja! Pus woh hogaya!.
बेशक ईसा की मिसाल अल्लाह के नज़दीक आदम की सी है, अल्लाह ने उनको मिट्टी से बनाया, फिर उनसे कहा कि हो जाओ तो वे हो गए।
The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters.
Teray rab ki taraf say haq yehi hai khabardar shak kerney walon mein say na hona.
यह हक़ बात है आपके रब की जानिब से, पस आप न बनें शक करने वालों में से।
And [We cursed them] for their disbelief and their saying against Mary a great slander,
Aur inn kay kufur kay baees aur marium per boht bara bohtan bandhney kay baees.
और उनके इनकार पर और मरियम (अलै॰) पर बड़ा इल्ज़ाम लगाने की वजह से।
And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah ." And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.
Aur yun kehney kay baees kay hum ney Allah kay rasool maseeh essa bin marium ko qatal ker diya halankay na to enhon ney ussay qatal kiya na sooli charhaya bulkay inn kay liye unn ( essa ) ki shabeeh bana diya gaya tha. Yaqeen jano kay hazrat essa ( alh-e-salam ) kay baray mein ikhtilaf kerney walay unn kay baray mein shak mein hain unhen iss ka koi yaqeen nahi ba-juz takhmeeni baaton per amal kerney kay itna yaqeeni hai kay enhon ney unhen qatal nahi kiya.
और उनके यह कहने पर कि हमने मसीह ईसा बिन मरियम (अलैहिमस्सलाम) अल्लाह के रसूल को क़त्ल कर दिया, हालाँकि उन्होंने न उनको क़त्ल किया और न उनको सूली दी बल्कि मामला उनके लिए मुश्तबह कर दिया गया, और जो लोग इसमें इख़्तिलाफ़ कर रहे हैं वे उनके बारे में शक में पड़े हुए हैं, उनको इसका कोई इल्म नहीं सिवाए इसके कि वे सिर्फ़ अंदाज़ों पर चल रहे हैं, और बेशक उन्होंने उनको क़त्ल नहीं किया।
Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.
Bulkay Allah Taalaa ney unhen apni taraf utha liya aur Allah bara zabardast aur poori hikmaton wala hai.
बल्कि अल्लाह ने उन्हें अपनी तरफ़ उठा लिया, और अल्लाह ज़बरदस्त है, हिकमत वाला है।
And there is none from the People of the Scripture but that he will surely believe in Jesus before his death. And on the Day of Resurrection he will be against them a witness.
Ehal-e-kitab mein aik bhi aisa na bachay ga jo hazrat essa ( alh-e-salam ) ki maut say pehlay unn per eman na laa chukay aur qayamat kay din aap unn per gawah hongay.
और अहले-किताब में से कोई ऐसा नहीं जो अपनी मौत से पहले उन पर ईमान न ले आए, और क़यामत के दिन वे उन पर गवाह होंगे।
Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].
Yaqeenan hum ney aap ki taraf issi tarah wahee ki hai jaisay kay nooh ( alh-e-salam ) aur inn kay baad walay nabiyon ki taraf ki aur hum ney wahee ki ibrahim aur isamail aur ishaq aur yaqoob aur unn ki aulad per aur essa aur ayub aur younus aur haroon aur suleman ki taraf. Aur hum ney dawood ( alh-e-salam ) ko zaboor ata farmaee.
हमने आप की तरफ़ वह्य भेजी है जिस तरह हमने नूह (अलै॰) और उनके बाद के नबियों की तरफ़ वह्य भेजी थी, और हमने वह्य भेजी थी इब्राहीम और इस्माईल और इसहाक़ और याक़ूब और औलादे-याक़ूब और ईसा और अय्यूब और यूनुस और हारून और सुलेमान (अलैहिमुस्सलाम) की तरफ़, और हमने दाऊद (अलै॰) को ज़बूर अता की।
Never would the Messiah disdain to be a servant of Allah , nor would the angels near [to Him]. And whoever disdains His worship and is arrogant - He will gather them to Himself all together.
Maseeh ( alh-e-salam ) ko Allah ka banda honey mein ko nang-o-aar ya takabbur-o-inkar hergiz ho hi nahi sakta aur na muqarrab farishton ko uss ki bandagi say jo bhi dil churaye aur takabbur-o-inkar keray Allah Taalaa unn sab ko ikhatta apni taraf jama keray ga.
मसीह को हरगिज़ अल्लाह का बंदा बनने से आर (नागवारी) न होगी और न मुक़र्रब फ़रिश्तों को होगी, और जो अल्लाह की बंदगी से आर (नागवारी) करेगा और तकब्बुर करेगा तो अल्लाह ज़रूर सबको अपने पास जमा करेगा।
