You, [O Muhammad], are not but a warner.
Aap to sirf daraney walay hain.
तुम तो बस एक सचेतकर्ता हो
Indeed, We have sent you with the truth as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. And there was no nation but that there had passed within it a warner.
Hum ney hi aap ko haq day ker khushkhabri sunaney wala aur darr sunaney wala bana ker bheja hai aur koi ummat aisi nahi hui jiss mein koi darr sunaney wala na guzra ho.
हम ने तुम्हें सत्य के साथ भेजा है, शुभ-सूचना देने वाला और सचेतकर्ता बनाकर। और जो भी समुदाय गुज़रा है, उस में अनिवार्यतः एक सचेतकर्ता हुआ है
It is He who has made you successors upon the earth. And whoever disbelieves - upon him will be [the consequence of] his disbelief. And the disbelief of the disbelievers does not increase them in the sight of their Lord except in hatred; and the disbelief of the disbelievers does not increase them except in loss.
Wohi aisa hai jiss ney tum ko zamin mein aabad kiya so jo shaks kufur keray ga uss kay kufur ka wabaal ussi per paray ga. Aur kafiron kay liye unn ka kufur unn kay perwerdigar kay nazdeek narazi hi barhaney ka baees hota hai aur kafiron kay liye unn ka kufur khasarah hi barhney ka baees hota hai.
वही तो है जिस ने तुम्हे धरती में ख़लीफ़ा बनाया। अब जो कोई इनकार करेगा, उस के इनकार का वबाल उसी पर है। इनकार करने वालों का इनकार उन के रब के यहाँ केवल प्रकोप ही को बढ़ाता है, और इनकार करने वालों का इनकार केवल घाटे में ही अभिवृद्धि करता है
It is He who has made you successors upon the earth. And whoever disbelieves - upon him will be [the consequence of] his disbelief. Wohi aisa hai jiss ney tum ko zamin mein aabad kiya so jo shaks kufur keray ga uss kay kufur ka wabaal ussi per paray ga. Aur kafiron kay liye unn ka kufur unn kay perwerdigar kay nazdeek narazi hi barhaney ka baees hota hai aur kafiron kay liye unn ka kufur khasarah hi barhney ka baees hota hai.
वही तो है जिस ने तुम्हे धरती में ख़लीफ़ा बनाया। अब जो कोई इनकार करेगा, उस के इनकार का वबाल उसी पर है। इनकार करने वालों का इनकार उन के रब के यहाँ केवल प्रकोप ही को बढ़ाता है, और इनकार करने वालों का इनकार केवल घाटे में ही अभिवृद्धि करता है
Say, "Have you considered your 'partners' whom you invoke besides Allah ? Show me what they have created from the earth, or have they partnership [with Him] in the heavens? Or have We given them a book so they are [standing] on evidence therefrom? [No], rather, the wrongdoers do not promise each other except delusion."
Aap kahiye! Kay tum apnay qarardaad shareekon ka haal to batlao jin ko tum Allah kay siwa pooja kerta ho. Yani mujh ko yeh batlao kay unhon ney zamin mein say konsa ( juzzv ) banaya hai ya unn ka aasmano mein kuch saajha hai ya hum ney unn ko koi kitab di hai kay yeh uss ki daleel per qaeem hon bulkay yeh zalim aik doosray say niray dhokay ki baaton ka wada kertay aatay hain.
कहो, "क्या तुम ने अपने ठहराए हुए साझीदारो का अवलोकन भी किया, जिन्हें तुम अल्लाह को छोड़कर पुकारते हो? मुझे दिखाओ उन्होंने धरती का कौन-सा भाग पैदा किया है या आकाशों में उन की कोई भागीदारी है?" या हम ने उन्हें कोई किताब दी है कि उस का कोई स्पष्ट प्रमाण उन के पक्ष में हो? नहीं, बल्कि वे ज़ालिम आपस में एक-दूसरे से केवल धोखे का वादा कर रहे हैं
And they swore by Allah their strongest oaths that if a warner came to them, they would be more guided than [any] one of the [previous] nations. But when a warner came to them, it did not increase them except in aversion.
Aur inn kufaar ney bari zor daar qasam khaee thi kay inn kay pass agar koi daraney wala aaye to woh her aik ummat say ziyada hidayat qabool kerney walay hon. Phir jab inn kay pass aik payghumbar aa phonchay to bus inn ki nafrat hi mein izafa hua.
उन्होंने अल्लाह की कड़ी-कड़ी क़समें खाई थी कि यदि उन के पास कोई सचेतकर्ता आए तो वे समुदायों में से प्रत्येक से बढ़कर सीधे मार्ग पर होंगे। किन्तु जब उन के पास एक सचेतकर्ता आ गया तो इस चीज़ ने धरती में उन के घमंड और बुरी चालों के कारण उन की नफ़रत ही में अभिवृद्धि की,
[Due to] arrogance in the land and plotting of evil; but the evil plot does not encompass except its own people. Then do they await except the way of the former peoples? But you will never find in the way of Allah any change, and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration.
Duniya mein apnay ko bara samjhney ki waja say aur inn ki buri tadberon ki waja say aur buri tadbeeron ka wabaal inn tadbeer walon per hi parta hai so kiya yeh uss dastoor kay muntazir hain jo aglay logon kay sath hota raha hai. So aap Allah kay dastoor ko kabhi badalta hua na payen gay aur aap Allah kay dastoor ko kabhi muntaqil hota hua na payen gay.
हालाँकि बुरी चाल अपने ही लोगों को घेर लेती है। तो अब क्या जो रीति अगलों के सिलसिले में रही है वे बस उसी रीति की प्रतिक्षा कर रहे हैं? तो तुम अल्लाह की रीति में कदापि कोई परिवर्तन न पाओगे और न तुम अल्लाह की रीति को कभी टलते ही पाओगे
[Due to] arrogance in the land and plotting of evil; but the evil plot does not encompass except its own people. Then do they await except the way of the former peoples? But you will never find in the way of Allah any change, and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration.
Duniya mein apnay ko bara samjhney ki waja say aur inn ki buri tadberon ki waja say aur buri tadbeeron ka wabaal inn tadbeer walon per hi parta hai so kiya yeh uss dastoor kay muntazir hain jo aglay logon kay sath hota raha hai. So aap Allah kay dastoor ko kabhi badalta hua na payen gay aur aap Allah kay dastoor ko kabhi muntaqil hota hua na payen gay.
हालाँकि बुरी चाल अपने ही लोगों को घेर लेती है। तो अब क्या जो रीति अगलों के सिलसिले में रही है वे बस उसी रीति की प्रतिक्षा कर रहे हैं? तो तुम अल्लाह की रीति में कदापि कोई परिवर्तन न पाओगे और न तुम अल्लाह की रीति को कभी टलते ही पाओगे
They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies."
Unn logon ney kaha kay tum to humari tarah mamooli aadmi ho aur rehman ney koi cheez nazil nahi ki. Tum nira jhoot boltay ho.
वे बोले, "तुम तो बस हमारे ही जैसे मनुष्य हो। रहमान ने तो कोई भी चीज़ अवतरित नहीं की है। तुम केवल झूठ बोलते हो।"
They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies."
Unn logon ney kaha kay tum to humari tarah mamooli aadmi ho aur rehman ney koi cheez nazil nahi ki. Tum nira jhoot boltay ho.
वे बोले, "तुम तो बस हमारे ही जैसे मनुष्य हो। रहमान ने तो कोई भी चीज़ अवतरित नहीं की है। तुम केवल झूठ बोलते हो।"
And we are not responsible except for clear notification."
Aur humaray zimmay to sirf wazeh tor per phoncha dena hai.
और हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी तो केवल स्पष्ट रूप से संदेश पहुँचा देने की है।"
It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished.
Woh to sirf aik zor ki cheekh thi kay yakayak woh sab kay sab bujh bujha gaye.
वह तो केवल एक प्रचंड चीत्कार थी। तो सहसा क्या देखते हैं कि वे बुझकर रह गए
How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him.
( aisay ) bando per afsos! Kabhi bhi koi rasool unn kay pass nahi aaya jiss ki hansi unhon ney na uraee ho.
ऐ अफ़सोस बन्दो पर! जो रसूल भी उन के पास आया, वे उस का परिहास ही करते रहे
Except as a mercy from Us and provision for a time.
Lekin hum apni taraf say rehmat kertay hain aur aik muddat tak kay liye unhen faeeday day rahey hain.
यह तो बस हमारी दयालुता और एक नियत समय तक की सुख-सामग्री है
And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they are from it turning away.
Aur inn kay pass to inn kay rab ki nishaniyon mein say koi nishani aisi nahi aati jiss say yeh bey rukhi na barattay hon.
उन के पास उन के रब की आयतों में से जो आयत भी आती है, वे उस से कतराते ही हैं
And when it is said to them, "Spend from that which Allah has provided for you," those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Should we feed one whom, if Allah had willed, He would have fed? You are not but in clear error."
Aur inn say jab kaha jata hai kay Allah Taalaa kay diye huyey mein say kuch kharach kero to yeh kuffar eman walon ko jawab detay hain kay hum enhen kiyon khilayen? Jinhen agar Allah Taalaa chahata to khud khila pila deta tum to ho hi khulli gumrahi mein.
और जब उन से कहा जाता है कि "अल्लाह ने जो कुछ रोज़ी तुम्हें दी है उन में से ख़र्च करो।" तो जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया है, वे उन लोगों से, जो ईमान लाए हैं, कहते हैं, "क्या हम उसको खाना खिलाएँ जिसे यदि अल्लाह चाहता तो स्वयं खिला देता? तुम तो बस खुली गुमराही में पड़े हो।"
They do not await except one blast which will seize them while they are disputing.
Enhen sirf aik sakht cheekh ka intezar hai jo enhen aa pakray gi aur yeh bahum laraee jhagray mein hi hongay
वे तो बस एक प्रचंड चीत्कार की प्रतीक्षा में हैं, जो उन्हें आ पकड़ेगी, जबकि वे झगड़ते होंगे
It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us.
Yeh nahi hai magar aik cheekh kay yakayak saray kay saray humaray samney hazir ker diyey jayen gay.
बस एक ज़ोर की चिंघाड़ होगी। फिर क्या देखेंगे कि वे सबके-सब हमारे सामने उपस्थित कर दिए गए
So today no soul will be wronged at all, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do.
Pus aaj kissi shaks per kuch bhi zulm na kiya jayega aur tumhen nahi badla diya jayega magar sirf unhi kamon ka jo tum kiya kertay thay.
अब आज किसी जीव पर कुछ भी ज़ुल्म न होगा और तुम्हें बदले में वही मिलेगा जो कुछ तुम करते रहे हो
And We did not give Prophet Muhammad, knowledge of poetry, nor is it befitting for him. It is not but a message and a clear Qur'an
Na to hum ney iss payghumber ko shair sikhaye aur na yeh iss kay laeeq hai. Woh to sirf naseehat aur wazeh quran hai.
हम ने उस (नबी) को कविता नहीं सिखाई और न वह उस के लिए शोभनीय है। वह तो केवल अनुस्मृति और स्पष्ट क़ुरआन है;
Except one who snatches [some words] by theft, but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness].
Magar jo koi aik aadh baat uchak lay bhagay to ( foran hi ) uss kay peechay dehakta hua shola lag jata hai.
किन्तु यह और बात है कि कोई कुछ उचक ले, इस दशा में एक तेज़ दहकती उल्का उस का पीछा करती है
And say, "This is not but obvious magic.
Aur kehtay hain kay yeh to bilkul khullam khulla jadoo hi hai.
और कहते हैं, "यह तो बस एक प्रत्यक्ष जादू है
Indeed they, when it was said to them, "There is no deity but Allah ," were arrogant
Yeh woh ( log ) hain kay jab inn say kaha jata hai kay Allah kay siwa koi mabood nahi to yeh sirkashi kertay thay.
उन का हाल यह था कि जब उन से कहा जाता कि "अल्लाह के सिवा कोई पूज्य-प्रभु नहीं है।" तो वे घमंड में आ जाते थे
And you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do -
Tumhen ussi ka badla diya jayega jo tum kertay thay.
"तुम बदला वही तो पाओगे जो तुम करते हो।"
But not the chosen servants of Allah .
Magar Allah Taalaa kay khalis bargazeedah banday.
अलबत्ता अल्लाह के उन बन्दों की बात और है, जिन को उस ने चुन लिया है
Except for our first death, and we will not be punished?"
Ba-juz pehli aik mot kay aur na hum azab kiyey janey walay hain.
हमें जो मृत्यु आनी थी वह बस पहले आ चुकी। और हमें कोई यातना ही दी जाएगी!"
But not the chosen servants of Allah .
Siwaye Allah kay bargazeedah bandon kay.
अलबत्ता अल्लाह के बन्दों की बात और है, जिन को उस ने चुन लिया है
Except the chosen servants of Allah .
Siwaye Allah Taalaa kay mukhlis bandon kay.
अल्लाह के बन्दों की बात और है, जिन को उस ने चुन लिया है
Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers].
Ba-juz uss burhiya kay jo peechay reh janey walon mein reh gaee.
सिवाय एक बुढ़िया के, जो पीछे रह जाने वालों में से थी
Except the chosen servants of Allah [who do not share in that sin].
Siwaye Allah kay mukhlis bandon kay.
अल्लाह के उन बन्दों की बात और है, जिन्हें उस ने चुन लिया
Except he who is to [enter and] burn in the Hellfire.
Ba-juz uss kay jo jahannumi hi hai.
सिवाय उस के जो जहन्नम की भड़कती आग में पड़ने ही वाला हो
[The angels say], "There is not among us any except that he has a known position.
( farishton ka qol hai kay ) hum mein say to her aik ki jagah muqarrar hai.
और हमारी ओर से उस के लिए अनिवार्यतः एक ज्ञात और नियत स्थान है
We have not heard of this in the latest religion. This is not but a fabrication.
Hum ney to yeh baat pichlay deen mein bhi nahi suni kuch nahi yeh to sirf gharant hai.
यह बात तो हम ने पिछले धर्म में सुनी ही नहीं। यह तो बस मनघड़त है
Each of them denied the messengers, so My penalty was justified.
Inn mein say aik bhi aisa na tha jiss ney rasoolon ki takzeeb na ki ho pus meri saza inn per sabit hogaee.
उन में से प्रत्येक ने रसूलों को झुठलाया, तो मेरी ओर से दंड अवश्यम्भावी होकर रहा
And these [disbelievers] await not but one blast [of the Horn]; for it there will be no delay.
Enhen sirf aik cheekh ka intizar hai jiss mein koi tawaquff ( aur dheel ) nahi hai.
इन्हें बस एक चीख की प्रतीक्षा है जिस में तनिक भी अवकाश न होगा
[David] said, "He has certainly wronged you in demanding your ewe [in addition] to his ewes. And indeed, many associates oppress one another, except for those who believe and do righteous deeds - and few are they." And David became certain that We had tried him, and he asked forgiveness of his Lord and fell down bowing [in prostration] and turned in repentance [to Allah ].
Aap ney farmaya! Iss ka apni dunbiyon kay sath teri aik dunbi mila lenay ka sawal be-shak teray upper aik zulm hai aur aksar hissay daar aur shareek ( aisay hi hotay hain kay ) aik doosray per zulm kertay hain siwaye unn kay jo eman laye aur jinhon ney nek amal kiyey aur aisay log boht hi kum hain aur ( hazrat ) dawwod ( alh-e-salam ) samajh gaye kay hum ney unhen aazmaya hai phir to apnay rab say istaghfaar kerney lagay aur aajzi kertay huyey gir paray aur ( poori tarah ) rujoo kiya.
उस ने कहा, "इस ने अपनी दुंबियों के साथ तेरी दुंबी को मिला लेने की माँग करके निश्चय ही तुझ पर ज़ुल्म किया है। और निस्संदेह बहुत-से साथ मिलकर रहने वाले एक-दूसरे पर ज़्यादती करते हैं, सिवाय उन लोगों के जो ईमान लाए और उन्होंने अच्छे कर्म किए। किन्तु ऐसे लोग थोड़े ही हैं।" अब दाऊद समझ गया कि यह तो हम ने उसे परीक्षा में डाला है। अतः उस ने अपने रब से क्षमा-याचना की और झुककर (सीधे सजदे में) गिर पड़ा और रुजू हुआ
Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah , the One, the Prevailing.
Keh dijiye! Kay mein to sirf khabaar kerney wala hun aur ba-juz Allah wahid ghalib kay aur koi laeeq ibadat nahi.
कह दो, "मैं तो बस एक सचेत करने वाला हूँ। कोई पूज्य-प्रभु नहीं सिवाय अल्लाह के, जो अकेला है, सब पर क़ाबू रखने वाला;
Except, among them, Your chosen servants."
Ba-juz teray unn bandon kay jo cheedah aur pasndeedah hon.
सिवाय उन में से तेरे उन बन्दों के, जो चुने हुए हैं।"
It is but a reminder to the worlds.
Yeh to tamam jahan walon kay liye sarasir naseehat ( o-ibrat ) hai.
वह तो एक अनुस्मृति है सारे संसार वालों के लिए
Unquestionably, for Allah is the pure religion. And those who take protectors besides Him [say], "We only worship them that they may bring us nearer to Allah in position." Indeed, Allah will judge between them concerning that over which they differ. Indeed, Allah does not guide he who is a liar and [confirmed] disbeliever.
Khabradaar! Allah Taalaa hi kay liye khalis ibadat kerna hai aur jin logon ney uss kay siwa auliya bana rakhay hain ( aur kehtay hain ) kay hum inn ki ibadat sirf iss liye kertay hain kay yeh ( buzurg ) Allah kay nazdeeki kay martabay tak humari rasaee kera den yeh log jiss baray mein ikhtilaf ker rahey hain iss ka ( sacha ) faisla Allah ( khud ) keray ga. Jhootay aur na-shukray ( logon ) ko Allah Taalaa raah nahi dikhata.
जान रखो कि विशुद्ध धर्म अल्लाह ही के लिए है। रहे वे लोग जिन्होंने उस से हटकर दूसरे समर्थक और संरक्षक बना रखे हैं (कहते हैं,) "हम तो उन की बन्दगी इसी लिए करते हैं कि वे हमें अल्लाह का सामीप्य प्राप्त करा दें।" निश्चय ही अल्लाह उन के बीच उस बात का फ़ैसला कर देगा जिस में वे विभेद कर रहे हैं। अल्लाह उसे मार्ग नहीं दिखाता जो झूठा और बड़ा अकृतज्ञ हो
He created you from one soul. Then He made from it its mate, and He produced for you from the grazing livestock eight mates. He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, within three darknesses. That is Allah , your Lord; to Him belongs dominion. There is no deity except Him, so how are you averted?
Uss ney tum sab ko aik hi jaan say peda kiya hai phir ussi say uss ka jora peda kiya aur tumharay liye chopayon mein say ( aath nar-o-madah ) utaray woh tumhen tumhari maaon kay peton mein aik banawat kay baad doosri banawat per banata hai teen teen andheron mein yehi Allah Taalaa tumhara rab hai ussi kay liye badshahaat hai uss kay siwa koi mabood nahi phir tum kahan behak rahey ho.
उस ने तुम्हें अकेली जान पैदा किया; फिर उसी से उस का जोड़ा बनाया और तुम्हारे लिए चौपायों में से आठ नर-मादा उतारे। वह तुम्हारी माँओं के पेटों में तीन अँधेरों के भीतर तुम्हें एक सृजनरूप के पश्चात अन्य एक सृजनरूप देता चला जाता है। वही अल्लाह तुम्हारा रब है। बादशाही उसी की है, उस के अतिरिक्त कोई पूज्य-प्रभु नहीं। फिर तुम कहाँ फिरे जाते हो?
And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on.
Aur soor phoonk diya jayega pus aasmano aur zamin walay sab bey-hosh ho ker gir paren gay magar jissay Allah chahyey phit doobara soor phoonka jayega pus woh aik dum kharay hoker dekhney lag jayen gay.
और सूर (नरसिंघा) फूँका जाएगा, तो जो कोई आकाशों और जो कोई धरती में होगा वह अचेत हो जाएगा सिवाय उस के जिस को अल्लाह चाहे। फिर उसे दूबारा फूँका जाएगा, तो क्या देखेंगे कि सहसा वे खड़े देख रहे हैं
The forgiver of sin, acceptor of repentance, severe in punishment, owner of abundance. There is no deity except Him; to Him is the destination.
Gunah ka bakhsney wala aur toba ka qabool farmaney wala sakht azab wala inam-o-qudrat wala jiss kay siwa koi mabood nahi. Ussi ki taraf wapis lotna hai.
जो गुनाह क्षमा करने वाला, तौबा क़बूल करने वाला, कठोर दंड देने वाला, शक्तिमान है। उस के अतिरिक्त कोई पूज्य-प्रभु नहीं। अन्ततः उसी की ओर जाना है
No one disputes concerning the signs of Allah except those who disbelieve, so be not deceived by their [uninhibited] movement throughout the land.
Allah Taalaa ki aayaton mein wohi log jhagartay hain jo kafir hain pus inn logon ka shehron mein chalna phirna aap ko dhokay mein na daal day.
अल्लाह की आयतों के बारे में बस वही लोग झगड़ते हैं जिन्होंने इनकार किया, तो नगरों में उस की चलत-फिरत तुम्हें धोखे में न डाले
It is He who shows you His signs and sends down to you from the sky, provision. But none will remember except he who turns back [in repentance].
Wohi hai jo tumhen apni nishaniyan dikhalata hai aur tumharay liye aasman say rozi utarta hai naseehat to sirf wohi hasil kertay hain jo ( Allah ki taraf rujoo kertay hain.
वही है जो तुम्हें अपनी निशानियाँ दिखाता है और तुम्हारे लिए आकाश से रोज़ी उतारता है, किन्तु याददिहानी तो बस वही हासिल करता है जो (उस की ओर) रुजू करे
And when he brought them the truth from Us, they said, "Kill the sons of those who have believed with him and keep their women alive." But the plan of the disbelievers is not except in error.
Pus jab unn kay pass ( musa alh-e-salam ) humari taraf say ( deen ) haq ko ley ker aaye to unhon ney kaha kay iss kay sath jo eman walay hain unn kay larkon ko to maar dalo aur inn ki larkiyon ko zindah rakho aur kafiron ki jo heela saazi hai woh ghalati mein hi hai.
फिर जब वह उन के सामने हमारे पास से सत्य लेकर आया तो उन्होंने कहा, "जो लोग ईमान लेकर उस के साथ है, उन के बेटों को मार डालो और उन की स्त्रियों को जीवित छोड़ दो।" किन्तु इनकार करने वालों की चाल तो भटकने ही के लिए होती है
O my people, sovereignty is yours today, [your being] dominant in the land. But who would protect us from the punishment of Allah if it came to us?" Pharaoh said, "I do not show you except what I see, and I do not guide you except to the way of right conduct."
Aey meri qom kay logo! Aaj to badshahaat tumhari hai kay iss zamin per tum ghalib ho lekin Allah ka azab hum per aagaya to kon humari madad keray ga? Firaon bola mein to tumhen wohi raye dey raha hun jo khud dekh raha hun aur mein to tumhen bhalaee ki raah hi batla raha hun.
ऐ मेरी क़ौम के लोगो! आज तुम्हारी बादशाही है। धरती में प्रभावी हो। किन्तु अल्लाह की यातना के मुक़ाबले में कौन हमारी सहायता करेगा, यदि वह हम पर आ जाए?" फ़िरऔन ने कहा, "मैं तो तुम्हें बस वही दिखा रहा हूँ जो मैं स्वयं देख रहा हूँ और मैं तुम्हें बस ठीक रास्ता दिखा रहा हूँ, जो बुद्धिसंगत भी है।"
O my people, sovereignty is yours today, [your being] dominant in the land. But who would protect us from the punishment of Allah if it came to us?" Pharaoh said, "I do not show you except what I see, and I do not guide you except to the way of right conduct."
Aey meri qom kay logo! Aaj to badshahaat tumhari hai kay iss zamin per tum ghalib ho lekin Allah ka azab hum per aagaya to kon humari madad keray ga? Firaon bola mein to tumhen wohi raye dey raha hun jo khud dekh raha hun aur mein to tumhen bhalaee ki raah hi batla raha hun.
ऐ मेरी क़ौम के लोगो! आज तुम्हारी बादशाही है। धरती में प्रभावी हो। किन्तु अल्लाह की यातना के मुक़ाबले में कौन हमारी सहायता करेगा, यदि वह हम पर आ जाए?" फ़िरऔन ने कहा, "मैं तो तुम्हें बस वही दिखा रहा हूँ जो मैं स्वयं देख रहा हूँ और मैं तुम्हें बस ठीक रास्ता दिखा रहा हूँ, जो बुद्धिसंगत भी है।"
The ways into the heavens - so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar." And thus was made attractive to Pharaoh the evil of his deed, and he was averted from the [right] way. And the plan of Pharaoh was not except in ruin.
( unn ) darwazon tak phonch jaon aur musa kay mabood ko jhaank loon aur be-shak mein samjhta hun woh jhoota hai aur issi tarah firaon ki bad-kirdariyan ussay bhali dikhaee gaeen aur raah say rok diya gaya aur firaon ki ( her ) heela saazi tabahee mein hi rahee.
आकाशों के साधनों (और क्षत्रों) तक। फिर मूसा के पूज्य को झाँककर देखूँ। मैं तो उसे झूठा ही समझता हूँ।" इस प्रकार फ़िरऔन के लिए उस का दुष्कर्म सुहाना बना दिया गया और उसे मार्ग से रोक दिया गया। फ़िरऔन की चाल तो बस तबाही के सिलसिले में रही
Whoever does an evil deed will not be recompensed except by the like thereof; but whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - those will enter Paradise, being given provision therein without account.
Jiss ney gunah kiya hai ussay to barabar barabar ka badla hi hai aur jiss ney neki ki hai khua woh mard ho ya aurat aur woh eman wala ho to yeh log jannat mein jayen gay aur wahan be-shumar rozi payen gay.
जिस किसी ने बुराई की तो उसे वैसा ही बदला मिलेगा, किन्तु जिस किसी ने अच्छा कर्म किया, चाहे वह पुरुष हो या स्त्री, किन्तु हो वह मोमिन, तो ऐसे लोग जन्नत में प्रवेश करेंगे। वहाँ उन्हें बेहिसाब दिया जाएगा
