But those who disbelieved - their deeds are like a mirage in a lowland which a thirsty one thinks is water until, when he comes to it, he finds it is nothing but finds Allah before Him, and He will pay him in full his due; and Allah is swift in account.
Aur kafiron kay aemaal misil uss chamakti hui rait kay hain jo chatyal maidan mein ho jissay piyasa shaks door say pani samjhta hai lekin jab uss kay pass phonchta hai to ussay kuch bhi nahi pata haan Allah ko apnay pass pata hai jo uss ka hisab poora poora chuka deta hai. Allah boht jald hisab ker denay wala hai.
रहे वे लोग जिन्होंने इनकार किया उन के कर्म चटियल मैदान में मरीचिका की तरह है कि प्यासा उसे पानी समझता है, यहाँ तक कि जब वह उस के पास पहुँचा तो उसे कुछ भी न पाया। अलबत्ता अल्लाह ही को उस के पास पाया, जिस ने उस का हिसाब पूरा-पूरा चुका दिया। और अल्लाह बहुत जल्द हिसाब करता है
Or [they are] like darknesses within an unfathomable sea which is covered by waves, upon which are waves, over which are clouds - darknesses, some of them upon others. When one puts out his hand [therein], he can hardly see it. And he to whom Allah has not granted light - for him there is no light.
Ya misil unn andheron kay hai jo nihayat gehray samandar ki teh mein hon jissay upper talay ki mojon ney dhaanp rakha ho phir upper say badal chaye huye hon. Al-gharz andheriyan hain jo upper talay pay dar pay hain. Jab apna hath nikalay to ussay bhi qareeb hai kay na dekh sakay aur ( baat yeh hai kay ) jissay Allah Taalaa hi noor na dey uss kay pass koi roshni nahi hoti.
या फिर जैसे एक गहरे समुद्र में अँधेरे, लहर के ऊपर लहर छा रही है; उस के ऊपर बादल है, अँधेरे हैं एक पर एक। जब वह अपना हाथ निकाले तो उसे वह सुझाई देता प्रतीत न हो। जिसे अल्लाह ही प्रकाश न दे फिर उस के लिए कोई प्रकाश नहीं
O you who have believed, let those whom your right hands possess and those who have not [yet] reached puberty among you ask permission of you [before entering] at three times: before the dawn prayer and when you put aside your clothing [for rest] at noon and after the night prayer. [These are] three times of privacy for you. There is no blame upon you nor upon them beyond these [periods], for they continually circulate among you - some of you, among others. Thus does Allah make clear to you the verses; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.
eman walo! Tum say tumhari milkiyat kay ghulamon ko aur unhen bhi jo tum mein say balooghat ko na phonchay hon ( apnay aaney ki ) teen waqton mein ijazat hasil kerni zaroori hai. Namaz-e-fajar say pehlay aur zohar kay waqt jab kay tum apnay kapray utar rakhtay ho aur isha ki namaz kay baad yeh teeno waqt tumhari ( khilwat ) aur parday kay hain. Inn waqton kay ma-siwa na to tum per koi gunah hai na unn per. Tum sab aapas mein aik doosray kay pass ba-kasrat aaney janey walay ho ( hi ) Allah iss tarah khol khol ker apnay ehkaam tum say biyan farma raha hai. Allah Taalaa pooray ilm aur kamil hikmat wala hai.
ऐ ईमान लाने वालो! जो तुम्हारी मिल्कियत में हो और तुम में जो अभी युवावस्था को नहीं पहुँचे हैं, उन को चाहिए कि तीन समयों में तुम से अनुमति लेकर तुम्हारे पास आएँ: प्रभात काल की नमाज़ से पहले और जब दोपहर को तुम (आराम के लिए) अपने कपड़े उतार रखते हो और रात्रि की नमाज़ के पश्चात - ये तीन समय तुम्हारे लिए परदे के हैं। इन के पश्चात न तो तुम पर कोई गुनाह है और न उन पर। वे तुम्हारे पास अधिक चक्कर लगाते है। तुम्हारे ही कुछ अंश परस्पर कुछ अंश के पास आकर मिलते हैं। इस प्रकार अल्लाह तुम्हारे लिए अपनी आयतों को स्पष्टप करता है। अल्लाह भली-भाँति जानने वाला है, तत्वदर्शी है
Oh, woe to me! I wish I had not taken that one as a friend.
Haye afsos kaash kay mein ney falan ko dost na banaya hota.
हाय मेरा दुर्भाग्य! काश, मैंने अमुक व्यक्ति को मित्र न बनाया होता!
And [they are] those who, when they spend, do so not excessively or sparingly but are ever, between that, [justly] moderate
Aur jo kharach kertay waqt bhi na to israaf kertay hain na bakheeli bulkay inn dono kay darmiyan motadil tareeqay per kharach kertay hain.
जो ख़र्च करते हैं तो न अपव्यय करते हैं और न ही तंगी से काम लेते हैं, बल्कि वे इन के बीच मध्यमार्ग पर रहते हैं
And those who, when reminded of the verses of their Lord, do not fall upon them deaf and blind.
Aur jab enhen unn kay rab kay kalam ki aayaten sunaee jati hain to woh andhay behray ho ker inn per nahi girtay.
जो ऐसे हैं कि जब उन के रब की आयतों के द्वारा उन्हें याददिहानी कराई जाती है तो उन (आयतों) पर वे अंधे और बहरे होकर नहीं गिरते।
They said, "It is all the same to us whether you advise or are not of the advisors.
Unhon ney kaha kay aap waaz kehn ya waaz kehney walon mein na hon hum per yaksan hai.
उन्होंने कहा, "हमारे लिए बराबर है चाहे तुम नसीहत करो या नसीहत करने वाले न बनो।
But the hoopoe stayed not long and said, "I have encompassed [in knowledge] that which you have not encompassed, and I have come to you from Sheba with certain news.
Kuch ziyada dare na guzri thi kay aaker uss ney kaha mein aik aisi cheez ki khabar laya hun kay tujhay uss ki khabar hi nahi mein saba ki aik sachi khabar teray pass laya hun.
फिर कुछ अधिक देर नहीं ठहरा कि उस ने आकर कहा, "मैंने वह जानकारी प्राप्त की है जो आपको मालूम नहीं है। मैं सबा से आपके पास एक विश्वसनीय सूचना लेकर आया हूँ
And how many a city have We destroyed that was insolent in its [way of] living, and those are their dwellings which have not been inhabited after them except briefly. And it is We who were the inheritors.
Aur hum ney boht si woh bastiyan tabah kerdin jo apnay aish-o-ishrat mein itraney lagi thin yeh hain unn ki rehaeesh ki jaghen jo unn kay baad boht kum hi abad ki gaeen aur hum hi hain aakhir sab kuch kay waris.
हम ने कितनी ही बस्तियों को विनष्ट कर डाला, जिन्होंने अपनी गुज़र-बसर के संसाधन पर इतराते हुए अकृतज्ञता दिखाई। तो वे हैं उन के घर, जो उन के बाद आबाद थोड़े ही हुए। अन्ततः हम ही वारिस हुए
Indisposed toward you. And when fear comes, you see them looking at you, their eyes revolving like one being overcome by death. But when fear departs, they lash you with sharp tongues, indisposed toward [any] good. Those have not believed, so Allah has rendered their deeds worthless, and ever is that, for Allah , easy.
Tumhari madad mein ( pooray ) bakheel hain phir jab khof-o-dehshat ka moqa aajaye to aap enhen dekhen gay kay aap ki taraf nazar jama detay hain aur inn ki aankhen iss tarah ghoomti hain jaisay uss shaks ki jiss per maut ki ghashi taari ho. Phir jab khof jata rehta hai to tum per apni tez zabano say bari baaten banatay hain maal kay baray hi harees hain yeh eman laye hi nahi hain Allah Taalaa ney inn kay tamam aemaal nabood ker diye hain aur Allah Taalaa per yeh boht hi aasan hai.
तुम्हारे साथ कृपणता से काम लेते हैं। अतः जब भय का समय आ जाता है, तो तुम उन्हें देखते हो कि वे तुम्हारी ओर इस प्रकार ताक रहे कि उन की आँखें चक्कर खा रही है, जैसे किसी व्यक्ति पर मौत की बेहोशी छा रही हो। किन्तु जब भय जाता रहता है तो वे माल के लोभ में तेज़ ज़बाने तुम पर चलाते हैं। ऐसे लोग ईमान लाए ही नहीं। अतः अल्लाह ने उन के कर्म उन की जान को लागू कर दिए। और यह अल्लाह के लिए बहुत सरल है
They think the companies have not [yet] withdrawn. And if the companies should come [again], they would wish they were in the desert among the bedouins, inquiring [from afar] about your news. And if they should be among you, they would not fight except for a little.
Samjhtay hain kay abb tak lashkar chalay aur agar fojen aajayen to tamannayen kertay hain kay kaash! Woh sehra mein badiya nashiniyon kay sath hotay kay tumhari khabren daryaft kiya kertay agar woh tum mein mojood hotay ( to bhi kiya? ) na lartay magar baraye naam.
वे समझ रहे हैं कि (शत्रु के) सैन्य दल अभी गए नहीं हैं, और यदि वे गिरोह फिर आ जाएँ तो वे चाहेंगे कि किसी प्रकार बाहर (मरुस्थल में) बद्दुओं के साथ हो रहें और वहीं से तुम्हारे बारे में समाचार पूछते रहे। और यदि वे तुम्हारे साथ होते भी तो लड़ाई में हिस्सा थोड़े ही लेते
And Allah repelled those who disbelieved, in their rage, not having obtained any good. And sufficient was Allah for the believers in battle, and ever is Allah Powerful and Exalted in Might.
Aur Allah Taalaa ney kafiron ko gussay mein bharay huyey hi ( na murad ) lota diya unhon ney koi faeeda nahi paya aur uss jang mein Allah Taalaa khud hi momino ko kafi hogaya Allah Taalaa bara hi qooaton wala aur ghalib hai.
अल्लाह ने इनकार करने वालों को उन के अपने क्रोध के साथ फेर दिया। वे कोई भलाई प्राप्त न कर सके। अल्लाह ने मोमिनों को युद्ध करने से बचा लिया। अल्लाह तो है ही बड़ा शक्तिवान, प्रभुत्वशाली
And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.
Aur aap inn ko darayen ya na darayen dono barabar hain yeh eman nahi layen gay.
उन के लिए बराबर है तुम ने सचेत किया या उन्हें सचेत नहीं किया, वे ईमान नहीं लाएँगे
Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that do not die [He takes] during their sleep. Then He keeps those for which He has decreed death and releases the others for a specified term. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.
Allah hi roohon ko unn ki mot kay waqt aur jin ki mot nahi aai unhen unn ki neend kay waqt qabz ker leta hai phir jin per mot ka hukum lag chuka hai unhen to rok leta hai aur doosri ( roohon ) ko aik muqarrar waqt kay liye chor deta hai. Ghor kerney walon kay liye iss mein yaqeenan boht si nishaniyan hain.
अल्लाह ही प्राणों को उन की मृत्यु के समय ग्रस्त कर लेता है और जिस की मृत्यु नहीं आई उसे उस की निद्रा की अवस्था में (ग्रस्त कर लेता है) । फिर जिस की मृत्यु का फ़ैसला कर दिया है उसे रोक रखता है। और दूसरों को एक नियत समय तक के लिए छोड़ देता है। निश्चय ही इसमें कितनी ही निशानियाँ हैं सोच-विचार करने वालों के लिए
And if those who did wrong had all that is in the earth entirely and the like of it with it, they would [attempt to] ransom themselves thereby from the worst of the punishment on the Day of Resurrection. And there will appear to them from Allah that which they had not taken into account.
Agar zulm kerney walon kay pass woh sab kuch ho jo ruy-e-zamin per hai aur iss kay sath utna hi aur ho to bhi bad-tareen saza kay badlay mein qayamat kay din yeh sab kuch day den aur inn kay samney Allah ki taraf say woh zahir hoga jiss ka gumaan bhi enhen na tha.
जिन लोगों ने ज़ुल्म किया यदि उन के पास वह सब कुछ हो जो धरती में है और उस के साथ उतना ही और भी, तो वे क़ियामत के दिन बुरी यातना से बचने के लिए वह सब फ़िदया (प्राण-मुक्ति के बदले) में दे डाले। बात यह है कि अल्लाह की ओर से उन के सामने वह कुछ आ जाएगा जिस का वे गुमान तक न करते थे
Or have they other deities who have ordained for them a religion to which Allah has not consented? But if not for the decisive word, it would have been concluded between them. And indeed, the wrongdoers will have a painful punishment.
Kiya inn logon ney aisay ( Allah kay ) shareek ( muqarrar ker rakhay ) hain jinhon ney aisay ehkaam-e-deen muqarrar ker diyey hain jo Allah kay famaye huye nahi hain. Agar faislay kay din ka wada na hota to ( abhi hi ) inn mein faisla ker diya jata. Yaqeenan ( inn ) zalimon kay liye hi dard-naak azab hai.
(क्या उन्हें समझ नहीं) या उन के कुछ ऐसे (ठहराए हुए) साझीदार हैं, जिन्होंन उन के लिए कोई ऐसा धर्म निर्धारित कर दिया है जिस की अनुज्ञा अल्लाह ने नहीं दी? यदि फ़ैसले की बात निश्चित न हो गई होती तो उन के बीच फ़ैसला हो चुका होता। निश्चय ही ज़ालिमों के लिए दुखद यातना है
And those who disbelieve say of those who believe, "If it had [truly] been good, they would not have preceded us to it." And when they are not guided by it, they will say, "This is an ancient falsehood."
Aur kafiron ney emaandaron ki nisbat kaha kay agar yeh ( deen ) behtar hota to yeh log iss ki taraf hum say sabqat kerney na patay aur chonkay enhon ney iss quran say hidayat nahi paaee pus yeh keh den gay kay qadeemi jhoot hai.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया, वे ईमान लाने वालों के बारे में कहते हैं, "यदि वह अच्छा होता तो वे उस की ओर (बढ़ने में) हम से अग्रसर न रहते।" और जब उन्होंने उस से मार्ग ग्रहण नहीं किया तो अब अवश्य कहेंगे, "यह तो पुराना झूठ है!"
So be patient, [O Muhammad], as were those of determination among the messengers and do not be impatient for them. It will be - on the Day they see that which they are promised - as though they had not remained [in the world] except an hour of a day. [This is] notification. And will [any] be destroyed except the defiantly disobedient people?
Pus ( aey payghumber! ) tum aisa sabar kero jaisa sabar aali himmat rasoolon ney kiya aur inn kay liye ( azab talab kerney mein ) jaldi na kero yeh jiss din iss azab ko dekh len gay jiss ka wada diye jatay hain to ( yeh maloom honay lagay ga kay ) din ki aik ghari hi ( duniya mein ) theray thay yeh hai pahgham phoncha dena pus badkaron kay siwa koi halak na kiya jaye ga.
अतः धैर्य से काम लो, जिस प्रकार संकल्पवान रसूलों ने धैर्य से काम लिया। और उन के लिए जल्दी न करो। जिस दिन वे लोग उस चीज़ को देख लेंगे जिस का उन से वादा किया जाता है, तो वे महसूस करेंगे कि जैसे वे बस दिन की एक घड़ी भर ही ठहरे थे। यह (संदेश) साफ़-साफ़ पहुँचा देना है। अब क्या अवज्ञाकारी लोगों के अतिरिक्त कोई और विनष्ट होगा?
And [He promises] other [victories] that you were [so far] unable to [realize] which Allah has already encompassed. And ever is Allah , over all things, competent.
Aur tumhen aur ( ghanimaten ) bhi day jinn per abb tak tum ney qaboo nahi paya. Allah Taalaa unhen apnay qaboo mein rakha hai aur Allah Taalaa her cheez per qadir hai.
इस के अतिरिक्त दूसरी और विजय का भी वादा है, जिस की सामर्थ्य अभी तुम्हे प्राप्त नहीं, उन्हें अल्लाह ने घेर रखा है। अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है
Certainly has Allah showed to His Messenger the vision in truth. You will surely enter al-Masjid al-Haram, if Allah wills, in safety, with your heads shaved and [hair] shortened, not fearing [anyone]. He knew what you did not know and has arranged before that a conquest near [at hand].
Yaqeenan Allah Taalaa ney apnay rasool ko khuwab sacha dikhaya kay inshaAllah tum yaqeenan pooray aman-o-aman kay sath masjid-e-haram mein dakhil hogay sir kay baal mundwatay huye aur sir kay baal katarwatay huye ( chain kay sath ) nidar hoker woh inn umoor ko jaanta hai jinhen tum nahi jantay pus uss ney iss say pehlay aik nazdeek ki fatah tumhen mayassar ki.
निश्चय ही अल्लाह ने अपने रसूल को हक़ के साथ सच्चा स्वप्न दिखाया, "यदि अल्लाह ने चाहा तो तुम अवश्य मस्जिदे हराम (काबा) में प्रवेश करोगे बेखटके, अपने सिर के बाल मुड़ाते और कतरवाते हुए, तुम्हें कोई भय न होगा।" हुआ यह कि उस ने वह बात जान ली जो तुम ने नहीं जानी। अतः इससे पहले उस ने शीघ्र प्राप्त होने वाली विजय तुम्हारे लिए निश्चिंत कर दी
The believers are only the ones who have believed in Allah and His Messenger and then doubt not but strive with their properties and their lives in the cause of Allah . It is those who are the truthful.
Momin to woh hain jo Allah per aur uss kay rasool per ( pakka ) eman layen phir shak-o-shuba na keren aur apnay malon say aur apni jano say Allah ki raah mein jihad kertay rahen, ( apnay dawaay-e-emaan mein ) yehi sachay aur raast go hain.
मोमिन तो बस वही लोग हैं जो अल्लाह और उस के रसूल पर ईमान लाए, फिर उन्होंने कोई सन्देह नहीं किया और अपने मालों और अपनी जानों से अल्लाह के मार्ग में जिहाद किया। वही लोग सच्चे हैं
Or has he not been informed of what was in the scriptures of Moses
Kiya ussay iss cheez ki khabar nahi di gaee jo musa ( alh-e-salam ) kay kay.
या उसको उन बातों की ख़बर नहीं पहुँची, जो मूसा की किताबों में है
In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni -
Wahan ( sharmeeli ) neechi nigah wali hooren hain jinhen unn say pehlay kissi jinn-o-ins ney hath nahi lagaya.
उन (अनुकम्पाओं) में निगाह बचाए रखने वाली (सुन्दर) स्त्रियाँ होंगी, जिन्हें उन से पहले न किसी मनुष्य ने हाथ लगाया और न किसी जिन्न ने
Untouched before them by man or jinni -
Unnko hath nahi lagaya kissi insan ya jinn ney iss say qabal.
जिन्हें उस से पहले न किसी मनुष्य ने हाथ लगाया होगा और न किसी जिन्न ने।
Have you not considered those who were forbidden from private conversation, then they return to that which they were forbidden and converse among themselves about sin and aggression and disobedience to the Messenger? And when they come to you, they greet you with that [word] by which Allah does not greet you and say among themselves, "Why does Allah not punish us for what we say?" Sufficient for them is Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the destination.
Kiya tu ney unn logon ko nahi dekha? Jinhen kaana phoosi say rok diya gaya tha woh phir bhi iss rokay huye kaam ko doobara kertay hain aur aapas mein gunah ki aur zulm-o-ziyadti ki aur na farmaniy-e-payghumbar ki sirgoshiyan kertay hain aur jab teray pass aatay hain to tujhay inn lafzon mein salam kertay hain jin lafzon mein Allah Taalaa ney nahi kaha aur apney dil mein kehtay hain kay Allah Taalaa humen iss per jo hum kehtay hain saza kiyon nahi deta inn kay liye jahannum kafi ( saza ) hai jiss mein yeh jayen gay so woh bura thikana hai.
क्या तुम ने नहीं देखा जिन्हें कानाफूसी से रोका गया था, फिर वे वही करते रहे जिस से उन्हें रोका गया था। वे आपस में गुनाह और ज़्यादती और रसूल की अवज्ञा की कानाफूसी करते हैं। और जब तुम्हारे पास आते हैं तो तुम्हारे प्रति अभिवादन के ऐसे शब्द प्रयोग में लाते हैं जो शब्द अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए अभिवादन के लिए नहीं कहे। और अपने जी में कहते हैं, "जो कुछ हम कहते हैं उस पर अल्लाह हमें यातना क्यों नहीं देता?" उन के लिए जहन्नम ही काफ़ी है जिस में वे प्रविष्ट होंगे। वह तो बहुत बुरी जगह है, अन्त में पहुँचने की!
Have you feared to present before your consultation charities? Then when you do not and Allah has forgiven you, then [at least] establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do.
Kiya tum apni sirgoshi say pehlay sadqa nikalney say darr gaye? Pus jab tum ney na kiya aur Allah Taalaa ney bhi tumhen moaf farma diya to abb ( ba khoobi ) namazon ko qaeem rakho zakat detay raha kero aur Allah Taalaa ki aur uss kay rasool ki tabey daari kertay raho iss ( sab ) say Allah ( khoob ) khabardaar hai.
क्या तुम इस से डर गए कि अपनी गुप्त वार्ता से पहले सदक़े दो? जो जब तुम ने यह न किया और अल्लाह ने तुम्हें क्षमा कर दिया. तो नमाज़ क़ायम करो, ज़कात देते रहो और अल्लाह और उस के रसूल की आज्ञा का पालन करो। और तुम जो कुछ भी करते हो अल्लाह उस की पूरी ख़बर रखता है
It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah ; but [the decree of] Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision.
Wohi hai jiss ney ehal-e-kitab mein say kafiron ko unn kay gharon say pehlay hashar kay waqt nikala tumhara gumaan ( bhi ) na tha kay woh niklen gay aur woh khud ( bhi ) samajh rahey thay kay unn kay ( sangeen ) qilay unhen Allah ( kay azab ) say bacha len gay pus unn per Allah ( ka azab ) aisi jagah say aa para kay unhen gumaan bhi na tha aur unn kay dilon mein Allah ney rob daal diya aur apney gharon ko apney hi haathon ujaar rahey thay aur musalmanon kay haathon ( barbad kerwa rahey thay ) pus aey aankhon walo! Ibrat hasil kero.
वही है जिस ने किताब वालों में से उन लोगों को जिन्होंने इनकार किया, उन के घरों से पहले ही जमावड़े में निकल बाहर किया यद्यपि तुम्हें गुमान न था कि वे निकल जाऐंगे। वे समझ रहे थे कि उन की गढ़ियाँ अल्लाह से उन्हें बचा लेंगी। किन्तु अल्लाह उन पर वहाँ से आया जिस का उन्हें गुमान भी न था। और उस ने उन के दिलों में रोब डाल दिया कि वे अपने घरों को स्वयं अपने हाथों और ईमान वालों के हाथों भी उजाड़ने लगे। अतः शिक्षा ग्रहण करो, ऐ दृष्टि रखने वालो!
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
Jin logon ney tum say deen kay baray mein laraee nahi lari aur tumhen jila watan nahi kiya unn kay sath salook-o-ehsan kerney aur munsifana bhalay bartao kerney say Allah Taalaa tumhen nahi rokta bulkay Allah Taalaa to insaf kerney walon say mohabbat kerta hai.
अल्लाह तुम्हें इस से नहीं रोकता कि तुम उन लोगों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करो और उन के साथ न्याय करो, जिन्होंने तुम से धर्म के मामले में युद्ध नहीं किया और न तुम्हें तुम्हारे अपने घरों से निकाला। निस्संदेह अल्लाह न्याय करने वालों को पसन्द करता है
The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books]. Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allah . And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
Jin logon ko toraat per amal kerney ka hukum diya gaya phir unhon ney uss per amal nahi kiya unn ki misal uss gadhay ki say hai jo boht si kitaben laaday ho. Allah ki baaton ko jhutlaney walon ki bari buri misal hai aur Allah ( aisay ) zalim qom ko hidayat nahi deta.
जिन लोगों पर तौरात का बोझ डाला गया, किन्तु उन्होंने उसे न उठाया, उन की मिसाल उस गधे की-सी है जो किताबे लादे हुए हो। बहुत ही बुरी मिसाल है उन लोगों की जिन्होंने अल्लाह की आयतों को झुठला दिया। अल्लाह ज़ालिमों को सीधा मार्ग नहीं दिखाया करता
It is all the same for them whether you ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them; never will Allah forgive them. Indeed, Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.
Inn kay haq mein aap ka istaghfaar kerna aur na kerna dono barabar hai Allah Taalaa enhen hergiz na bakshay ga be-shak Allah Taalaa ( aisay ) na farmaan logon ko hidayat nahi deta.
उन के लिए बराबर है चाहे तुम उन के किए क्षमा की प्रार्थना करो या उन के लिए क्षमा की प्रार्थना न करो। अल्लाह उन्हें कदापि क्षमा न करेगा। निश्चय ही अल्लाह अवज्ञाकारियों को सीधा मार्ग नहीं दिखाया करता
And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women - if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated. And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they give birth. And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease.
Tumhari aurton mein say jo aurten hez say na umeed ho gaee hon agar tumhen shuba ho to unn ki muddat teen maheeney hai aur unn ki bhi jinhen hez aana shuroo hi na hua ho aur hamila aurton ki iddat unn kay waza-e-hamal hai aur jo shaks Allah Taalaa say daray ga Allah uss kay ( her ) kaam mein aasani ker dey ga.
और तुम्हारी स्त्रियों में से जो मासिक धर्म से निराश हो चुकी हों, यदि तुम्हें संदेह हो तो उन की इद्दत तीन मास है और इसी प्रकार उन की भी जो अभी रजस्वला नहीं हुई। और जो गर्भवती स्त्रियाँ हो उन की इद्दत उन के शिशु-प्रसव तक है। जो कोई अल्लाह का डर रखेगा उस के मामले में वह आसानी पैदा कर देगा
But as for he who is given his record in his left hand, he will say, "Oh, I wish I had not been given my record
Lakin jissay uss ( kay amal ) ki kitab us kay baein hath mein di jaey gi wo to kahy ga kay kash kay mujhy meri kitab di hi na jati
और रहा वह व्यक्ति जिस का कर्म-पत्र उस के बाएँ हाथ में दिया गया, वह कहेगा, "काश, मेरा कर्म-पत्र मुझे न दिया जाता
They will say, "We were not of those who prayed,
Wo jawab deingay kay hum namazi na thy
वे कहेंगे, "हम नमाज़ अदा करने वालों में से न थे।
Has there [not] come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing [even] mentioned?
Yaqeenan guzra hai insan per ik waqat zamanay mein jab kay yeh koi qabe e zikar chez na tha
क्या मनुष्य पर काल-खंड का ऐसा समय भी बीता है कि वह कोई ऐसी चीज़ न था जिस का उल्लेख किया जाता?
Have We not made the earth a resting place?
kiya hum nay zameen ko farsh nahi banaya?
क्या ऐसा नहीं है कि हम ने धरती को बिछौना बनाया
It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof.
Jis roz ye ussay dekh lein gay to asa malom hoga kay sirf din ka akhiri hisa ya awal hisa hi ( duniya mein ) rahy hein
जिस दिन वे उसे देखेंगे तो (ऐसा लगेगा) मानो वे (दुनिया में) बस एक शाम या उस की सुबह ही ठहरे हैं
Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire.
Be-shak jin logon na musalman mardon aur auraton ko sataya phir tooba ( bhi ) na ki to unkay liey jahanum ka azab hay aur jalney ka azab hay
जिन लोगों ने ईमान वाले पुरुषों और ईमान वाली स्त्रियों को सताया और आज़माईश में डाला, फिर तौबा न की, निश्चय ही उन के लिए जहन्नम की यातना है और उन के लिए जलने की यातना है
The likes of whom had never been created in the land?
Jis ki manind ( koi qum ) mulko mein paida nahi ki gai
वे ऐसे थे जिन के सदृश बस्तियों में पैदा नहीं हुए
Taught man that which he knew not.
Jiss nay insan ko who sikhaya jissay who nai janta tha
मनुष्य को वह ज्ञान प्रदान किया जिसे वह न जानता था
Those who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists were not to be parted [from misbelief] until there came to them clear evidence -
Ehl-e-kitab kay kafir aur mushrik log jabb tak kay unkay pass zahir daleel na ajaye baz rehnay waly na thay ( who daleel yeh thi kay )
किताब वालों और मुशरिकों (बहुदेववादियों) में से जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया वे कुफ़्र (इनकार) से अलग होने वाले नहीं जब तक कि उन के पास स्पष्ट प्रमाण न आ जाए;
He neither begets nor is born,
Na uss say koi paida hoa na who kisi say paida hoa
न वह जनिता है और न जन्य,
