He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate?
Aap ney farmaya jab tum enhen pukartay ho to kiya woh suntay bhi hain?
उस ने कहा, "क्या ये तुम्हारी सुनते हैं, जब तुम पुकारते हो,
When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds.
Jabkay tumhen rab-ul-aalameen kay barabar samajh bethay thay.
जबकि हम तुम्हें सारे संसार के रब के बराबर ठहरा रहे थे
When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
Jabkay unn kay bhai nooh ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha kay kiya tumhen Allah ka khof nahi!.
जबकि उन से उन के भाई नूह ने कहा, "क्या तुम डर नहीं रखते?
When their brother Hud said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
Jabkay unn say unn kay bhai hood ney kaha kay kiya tum dartay nahi?
जबकि उन के भाई हूद ने उन से कहा, "क्या तुम डर नहीं रखते?
When their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
Unn kay bhai saleh ney unn say farmaya kay kiya tum Allah say nahi dartay?
जबकि उस के भाई सालेह ने उस से कहा, "क्या तुम डर नहीं रखते?
When their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
Unn say unn kay bhai loot ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha kiya tum Allah ka khof nahi rakhtay?
जबकि उन के भाई लूत ने उन से कहा, "क्या तुम डर नहीं रखते?
When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
Jabkay inn say shoaib ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha kay kiya tumhen darr khof nahi?
जबकि शुऐब ने उन से कहा, "क्या तुम डर नहीं रखते?
[Mention] when Moses said to his family, "Indeed, I have perceived a fire. I will bring you from there information or will bring you a burning torch that you may warm yourselves."
( yaad hoga ) jab musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney apnay ghar walon say kaha mein ney aag dekhi hai mein wahan say ya to koi khabar ley ker ya aag ka koi sulagta hua angara ley ker abhi tumharay pass aajaonga takay tum seenk taap kerlo.
याद करो जब मूसा ने अपने घर वालों से कहा कि "मैंने एक आग-सी देखी है। मैं अभी वहाँ से तुम्हारे पास कोई ख़बर लेकर आता हूँ या तुम्हारे पास कोई दहकता अंगार लाता हूँ, ताकि तुम तापो।"
And [mention] Lot, when he said to his people, "Do you commit immorality while you are seeing?
Aur loot ka ( zikar ker ) jabkay uss ney apni qom say kaha kay kiya bawajood dekhney bhalney kay phir bhi tum bad-kaari ker rahey ho?
और लूत को भी भेजा, जब उस ने अपनी क़ौम के लोगों से कहा, "क्या तुम आँखों देखते हुए अश्लील कर्म करते हो?
And you, [O Muhammad], were not on the western side [of the mount] when We revealed to Moses the command, and you were not among the witnesses [to that].
Aur toot kay maghribi janib jab kay hum ney musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko hukum ehkaam ki wahee phonchaee thi na to tu mojood tha aur na tu dekhney walon mein say tha.
तुम तो (नगर के) पश्चिमी किनारे पर नहीं थे, जब हम ने मूसा को बात की निर्णित सूचना दी थी, और न तुम गवाहों में से थे
And you were not at the side of the mount when We called [Moses] but [were sent] as a mercy from your Lord to warn a people to whom no warner had come before you that they might be reminded.
Aur na tu toor ki taraf tha jab kay hum ney aawaz di bulkay yeh teray perwerdigar ki taraf say aik rehmat hai iss liye kay tu unn logon ko hoshiyaar ker dey jin kay pass tujh say pehlay koi daraney wala nahi phoncha kiya ajab kay woh naseehat hasil ker len.
और तुम तूर के अंचल में भी उपस्थित न थे जब हम ने पुकारा था, किन्तु यह तुम्हारे रब की दयालुता है - ताकि तुम ऐसे लोगों को सचेत कर दो जिन के पास तुम से पहले कोई सचेत करने वाला नहीं आया, ताकि वे ध्यान दें
Indeed, Qarun was from the people of Moses, but he tyrannized them. And We gave him of treasures whose keys would burden a band of strong men; thereupon his people said to him, "Do not exult. Indeed, Allah does not like the exultant.
Qaroon tha to qom-e-musa say lekin unn per zulm kerney laga tha hum ney ussay ( iss qadar ) khazaney dey rakhay thay kay kaee kaee taqatwar log ba mushkil uss ki kunjiyan utha saktay thay aik baar uss ki qom ney uss say kaha kay itra mat! Allah Taalaa itraney walon say mohabbat nahi rakhta.
निश्चय ही क़ारून मूसा की क़ौम में से था, फिर उस ने उन के विरुद्ध सिर उठाया और हम ने उसे इतने ख़जाने दे रखें थे कि उन की कुंजियाँ एक बलशाली दल को भारी पड़ती थी। जब उस से उस की क़ौम के लोगों ने कहा, "इतरा मत, अल्लाह इतराने वालों को पसन्द नही करता
And never let them avert you from the verses of Allah after they have been revealed to you. And invite [people] to your Lord. And never be of those who associate others with Allah .
Khayal rakhiye kay yeh kufaar aap ko Allah Taalaa ki aayaton ki tableegh say rok na den iss kay baad kay yeh aap ki janib utari gaeen to apnay rab ki taraf bulatay rahen aur shirk kerney walon mein say na hon.
और वे तुम्हें अल्लाह की आयतों से रोक न पाएँ, इस के पश्चात कि वे तुम पर अवतरित हो चुकी है। और अपने रब की ओर बुलाओ और बहुदेववादियों में कदापि सम्मिलित न होना
And [We sent] Abraham, when he said to his people, "Worship Allah and fear Him. That is best for you, if you should know.
Aur ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) ney bhi apni qom say farmaya kay Allah Taalaa ki ibadat kero aur uss say dartay raho agar tum mein daanaaee hai to yehi tumharay liye behtar hai.
और इबराहीम को भी भेजा, जबकि उस ने अपनी क़ौम के लोगों से कहा, "अल्लाह की बन्दगी करो और उस का डर रखो। यह तुम्हारे लिए अच्छा है, यदि तुम जानो
And [mention] Lot, when he said to his people, "Indeed, you commit such immorality as no one has preceded you with from among the worlds.
Aur hazrat loot ( alh-e-salam ) ka bhi ziker kero jabkay unhon ney apni qom say farmaya kay tum to iss bad-kaari per utar aaye ho jissay tum say pehlay duniya bhar mein say kissi ney nahi kiya.
और हम ने लूत को भेजा, जबकि उस ने अपनी क़ौम के लोगों से कहा, "तुम जो वह अश्लील कर्म करते हो, जिसे तुम से पहले सारे संसार में किसी ने नहीं किया
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when armies came to [attack] you and We sent upon them a wind and armies [of angels] you did not see. And ever is Allah , of what you do, Seeing.
Aey eman walo! Allah Taalaa ney jo ehsan tum per kiya ussay yaad kero jabkay tumharay muqablay ko fojon per fojen aaen phir hum ney unn per tez-o-tund aandhi aur aisay lashker bhejay jinhen tum ney dekha hi nahi aur jo kuch tum kertay ho Allah Taalaa sab kuch dekhta hai.
ऐ ईमान लाने वालो! अल्लाह की उस अनुकम्पा को याद करो जो तुम पर हुई; जबकि सेनाएँ तुम पर चढ़ आई तो हम ने उन पर एक हवा भेज दी और ऐसी सेनाएँ भी, जिन को तुम ने देखा नहीं। और अल्लाह वह सब कुछ देखता है जो तुम करते हो
[Remember] when they came at you from above you and from below you, and when eyes shifted [in fear], and hearts reached the throats and you assumed about Allah [various] assumptions.
Jabkay ( dushman ) tumharay pass uper say aur neechay say charh aaye aur jabkay aankhen pathra gaen aur kalejay mun ko aagaye aur tum Allah Taalaa ki nisbat tarah tarah kay gumaan kerney lagay.
याद करो जब वे तुम्हारे ऊपर की ओर से और तुम्हारे नीचे की ओर से भी तुम पर चढ़ आए, और जब निगाहें टेढ़ी-तिरछी हो गई और उर (हृदय) कंठ को आ लगे। और तुम अल्लाह के बारे में तरह-तरह के गुमान करने लगे थे
Those who were arrogant will say to those who were oppressed, "Did we avert you from guidance after it had come to you? Rather, you were criminals."
Yeh baray log inn kamzoron ko jawab den gay kay kiya tumharay pass hidayat aa chukney kay baad hum ney tumhen iss say roka tha? ( nahi ) bulkay tum ( khud ) hi mujrim thay.
वे लोग जो बड़े बनते थे उन लोगों से जो कमज़ोर समझे गए थे, कहेंगे, "क्या हम ने तुम्हे उस मार्गदर्शन से रोका था, जब वह तुम्हारे पास आया था? नहीं, बल्कि तुम स्वयं ही अपराधी हो।"
Those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant, "Rather, [it was your] conspiracy of night and day when you were ordering us to disbelieve in Allah and attribute to Him equals." But they will [all] confide regret when they see the punishment; and We will put shackles on the necks of those who disbelieved. Will they be recompensed except for what they used to do?
( Iss kay jawab mein ) yeh kamzor log inn mutakabbiron say kahen gay ( nahi nahi ) bulkay din raat makar-o-faraib say humen Allah kay sath kufur kerney aur uss kay shareek muqarrar kerney ka tumhara hukum dena humari bey emaani ka baees hua aur azab ko dekhtay hi sab ka sab dil mein pashemaan ho rahey hongay aur kafiron ki gardano mein hum toq daal den gay unhen sirf unn kay kiyey keraye aemaal ka badla diya jayega.
वे लोग कमज़ोर समझे गए थे बड़े बनने वालों से कहेंगे, "नहीं, बल्कि रात-दिन की मक्कारी थी जब तुम हम से कहते थे कि हम अल्लाह के साथ कुफ़्र करें और दूसरों को उस का समकक्ष ठहराएँ।" जब वे यातना देखेंगे तो मन ही मन पछताएँगे और हम उन लोगों की गरदनों में जिन्होंने कुफ़्र की नीति अपनाई, तौक़ डाल देंगे। वे वही तो बदले में पाएँगे, जो वे करते रहे थे?
And if you could see when they are terrified but there is no escape, and they will be seized from a place nearby.
Aur agar aap ( woh waqt ) mulahiza keren jabkay yeh kuffaar ghabraye phiren gay phir nikal bhagney ki koi soorat na hogi aur qareeb ki jaga say giriftar ker liye jayen gay.
और यदि तुम देख लेते जब वे घबराए हुए होंगे; फिर बचकर भाग न सकेंगे और निकट स्थान ही से पकड़ लिए जाएँगे
And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it -
Aur aap inn kay samney aik misal ( yani aik ) basti walon ki misal ( uss waqt ka ) biyan kijiyey jabkay uss basti mein ( kaee ) rasool aaye.
उन के लिए बस्ती वालों की एक मिसाल पेश करो, जबकि वहाँ भेजे हुए दूत आए
When We sent to them two but they denied them, so We strengthened them with a third, and they said, "Indeed, we are messengers to you."
Jab hum ney unn kay pass do ko bheja so unn logon ney ( awwal ) dono ko jhutlaya phir hum ney teesray say taeed ki so unn teeno ney kaha hum tumharay pass bhejay gaye hain.
जबकि हम ने उन की ओर दो दूत भेजे, तो उन्होंने झुठला दिया। तब हम ने तीसरे के द्वारा शक्ति पहुँचाई, तो उन्होंने कहा, "हम तुम्हारी ओर भेजे गए हैं।"
When he came to his Lord with a sound heart
Jabkay apany rab kay pass bey-aib dil laye.
याद करो, जब वह अपने रब के समक्ष भला-चंगा हृदय लेकर आया;
[And] when he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?
Unhon ney apnay baap aur apni qom say kaha kay tum kiya pooj rahey ho?
जबकि उस ने अपने बाप और अपनी क़ौम के लोगों से कहा, "तुम किस चीज़ की पूजा करते हो?
When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah ?
Jabkay unhon ney apni qom say farmaya kay tum Allah say dartay nahi ho?
याद करो, जब उस ने अपनी क़ौम के लोगों से कहा, "क्या तुम डर नहीं रखते?
[So mention] when We saved him and his family, all,
Hum ney unhen aur unn kay ghar walon sab ko nijat di.
याद करो, जब हम ने उसे और उस के सभी लोगों को बचा लिया,
[Mention] when he ran away to the laden ship.
Jab bhag ker phonchay bhari kashti per.
याद करो, जब वह भरी नौका की ओर भाग निकला,
And has there come to you the news of the adversaries, when they climbed over the wall of [his] prayer chamber -
Aur kiya tujhay jhagra kerney walon ki ( bhi ) khabar mili? Jab kay woh deewar phaand ker mehrab mein aagaye.
और क्या तुम्हें उन विवादियों की ख़बर पहुँची है? जब वे दीवार पर चढ़कर मेहराब (एकान्त कक्ष) मे आ पहुँचे
When they entered upon David and he was alarmed by them? They said, "Fear not. [We are] two adversaries, one of whom has wronged the other, so judge between us with truth and do not exceed [it] and guide us to the sound path.
Jab yeh ( hazrat ) dawood ( alh-e-salam ) kay pass phonchay pus yeh unn say darr gaye unhon ney kaha khof na kijiyey! Hum do fareeq muqadma hain hum mein say aik ney ziyadti ki hai pus humaray darmiyan haq kay sath faisla ker dijiyey aur na-insafi na kijiyey aur humen seedhi raah bata dijiyey.
जब वे दाऊद के पास पहुँचे तो वह उन से सहम गया। वे बोले, "डरिए नहीं, हम दो विवादी हैं। हम में से एक ने दूसरे पर ज़्यादती की है; तो आप हमारे बीच ठीक-ठीक फ़ैसला कर दीजिए। और बात को दूर न डालिए और हमें ठीक मार्ग बता दीजिए
[Mention] when there were exhibited before him in the afternoon the poised [standing] racehorses.
Jab unkay samney shaam kay waqt tez-ro khasay ghoray paish kiye gaye.
याद करो, जबकि सन्ध्या समय उस के सामने सधे हुए द्रुतगामी घोड़े हाज़िर किए गए
And remember Our servant Job, when he called to his Lord, "Indeed, Satan has touched me with hardship and torment."
Aur humaray banday ayub ( alh-e-salam ) ka ( bhi ) zikar ker jabkay uss ney apnay rab ko pukara kay mujhay shetan ney ranj aur dukh phonchaya hai.
हमारे बन्दे अय्यूब को भी याद करो, जब उस ने अपने रब को पुकारा कि "शैतान ने मुझे दुख और पीड़ा पहुँचा रखी है।"
I had no knowledge of the exalted assembly [of angels] when they were disputing [the creation of Adam].
Mujhay unn buland qadar farishton ki ( baat cheet ka ) koi ilm hi nahi jabkay woh takraar ker rahey thay.
मुझे 'मलए आला' (ऊपरी लोक के फ़रिश्तों) का कोई ज्ञान नहीं था, जब वे वाद-विवाद कर रहे थे
[So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay.
Jabkay aap kay rab ney farishton say irshad farmaya kay mein mitti say insan ko peda kerney wala hun.
याद करो जब तुम्हारे रब ने फ़रिश्तों से कहा कि "मैं मिट्टी से एक मनुष्य पैदा करने वाला हूँ
So who is more unjust than one who lies about Allah and denies the truth when it has come to him? Is there not in Hell a residence for the disbelievers?
Uss say barh ker zalim kon hai jo Allah Taalaa per jhoot bolay? Aur sacha deen jab uss kay pass aaye to ussay jhoota bataye? Kiya aisay kuffaar kay liye jahannum thikana nahi hai?
फिर उस व्यक्ति से बढ़कर अत्याचारी कौन होगा, जिस ने झूठ घड़कर अल्लाह पर थोपा और सत्य को झूठला दिया जब वह उस के पास आया। क्या जहन्नम में इनकार करने वालों का ठिकाना नहीं है?
Indeed, those who disbelieve will be addressed, "The hatred of Allah for you was [even] greater than your hatred of yourselves [this Day in Hell] when you were invited to faith, but you refused."
Be-shak jin logon ney kufur kiya unhen yeh awaz di jayegi kay yaqeenan Allah ka tum per gussa hona uss say boht ziyadah hai jo tum gussa hotay thay apnay ji say jab tum eman ki taraf bulaye jatay thay phir kufur kerney lagtay thay.
निश्चय ही जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया उन्हें पुकारकर कहा जाएगा कि "अपने आप से जो तुम्हें विद्वेष एवं क्रोध है, तुम्हारे प्रति अल्लाह का क्रोध एवं द्वेष उस से कहीं बढकर है कि जब तुम्हें ईमान की ओर बुलाया जाता था तो तुम इनकार करते थे।"
[That occurred] when the messengers had come to them before them and after them, [saying], "Worship not except Allah ." They said, "If our Lord had willed, He would have sent down the angels, so indeed we, in that with which you have been sent, are disbelievers."
Unn kay pass jab unkay aagay peechay payghumbar aaye kay tum Allah kay siwa kissi ki ibadat na kero to unhon ney jawab diya kay agar humara perwardigar chahata to farishton ko bhejta. Hum to tumhari risalat kay bilkul munkir hain.
जब उन के पास रसूल उन के आगे और उन के पीछे से आए कि "अल्लाह के सिवा किसी की बन्दगी न करो।" तो उन्होंने कहा, "यदि हमारा रब चाहता तो फ़रिश्तों को उतार देता। अतः जिस चीज़ के साथ तुम्हें भेजा गया है, हम उसे नहीं मानते।"
And never will it benefit you that Day, when you have wronged, that you are [all] sharing in the punishment.
Aur jabkay tum zalim thehar chukay to tumhen aaj hergiz tum sabb ka azab mein shareek hona koi nafa na dey ga.
और जबकि तुम ज़ालिम ठहरे तो आज यह बात तुम्हें कुछ लाभ न पहुँचा सकेगी कि यातना में तुम एक-दूसरे के साझी हो
And mention, [O Muhammad], the brother of 'Aad, when he warned his people in the [region of] al-Ahqaf - and warners had already passed on before him and after him - [saying], "Do not worship except Allah . Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day."
Aur aad kay bhai ko yaad kero jabb uss ney apni qom ko aahqaaf mein daraya aur yaqeenan iss say pehlay bhi daraney walay guzar chukay hain aur iss kay baad bhi yeh kay tum siwaye Allah Taalaa kay aur ki ibadat na kero. Be-shak mein tum per baray din kay azab say khof khata hun.
आद के भाई को याद करो, जबकि उस ने अपनी क़ौम के लोगों को अहक़ाफ़ में सावधान किया, और उस के आगे और पीछे भी सावधान करने वाले गुज़र चुके थे - कि, "अल्लाह के सिवा किसी की बन्दगी न करो। मुझे तुम्हारे बारे में एक बड़े दिन की यातना का भय है।"
And We had certainly established them in such as We have not established you, and We made for them hearing and vision and hearts. But their hearing and vision and hearts availed them not from anything [of the punishment] when they were [continually] rejecting the signs of Allah ; and they were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
Aur bil-yaqeen hum ney ( qom aad ) ko woh maqdoor diye thay jo tumhen to diye bhi nahi aur hum ney unhen kaan aankhen aur dil bhi dey rakhay thay. Lekin inn kay kano aur dilon ney enhen kuch bhi nafa na phonchaya jabkay woh Allah Taalaa ki aayaton ka inkar kerney lagay aur jiss cheez ka woh mazak uraya kertay thay wohi unn per ulat pari.
हम ने उन्हें उन चीज़ों में जमाव और सामर्थ्य प्रदान की थी, जिनमें तुम्हें जमाव और सामर्थ्य नहीं प्रदान की। और हम ने उन्हें कान, आँखें और दिल दिए थे। किन्तु न तो उन के कान उन के कुछ काम आए और न उन की आँखे और न उन के दिल ही। क्योंकि वे अल्लाह की आयतों का इनकार करते थे और जिस चीज़ की वे हँसी उड़ाते थे, उसी ने उन्हें आ घेरा
Certainly was Allah pleased with the believers when they pledged allegiance to you, [O Muhammad], under the tree, and He knew what was in their hearts, so He sent down tranquillity upon them and rewarded them with an imminent conquest
Yaqeenan Allah Taalaa momino say khush hogaya jabkay woh darakht talay tujh say bait ker rahey thay unn kay dilon mein jo tha ussay uss ney maloom kerliya aur unn per itminaan nazil farmaya aur unhen qareeb ki fatah inayat farmaee.
निश्चय ही अल्लाह मोमिनों से प्रसन्न हुआ, जब वे वृक्ष के नीचे तुम से बैअत कर रहे थे। उस ने जान लिया जो कुछ उन के दिलों में था। अतः उन पर उस ने सकीना (प्रशान्ति) उतारी और बदले में उन्हें मिलने वाली विजय निश्चित कर दी;
When those who disbelieved had put into their hearts chauvinism - the chauvinism of the time of ignorance. But Allah sent down His tranquillity upon His Messenger and upon the believers and imposed upon them the word of righteousness, and they were more deserving of it and worthy of it. And ever is Allah , of all things, Knowing.
Jabkay inn kafiron ney apnay dilon mein hamiyat ko jagah di aur hamiyat bhi jaheeliyat ki so Allah Taalaa ney apnay rasool per aur momineen per apni taraf say taskeen nazil farmaee aur Allah Taalaa ney musalmano ko takway ki baat per jamaye rakha aur woh iss kay ehal aur ziyadah mustahiq thay aur Allah Taalaa her cheez ko khoob jaanta hai.
याद करो जब इनकार करने वाले लोगों ने अपने दिलों में हठ को जगह दी, अज्ञानपूर्ण हठ को; तो अल्लाह ने अपने रसूल पर और ईमान वालो पर सकीना (प्रशान्ति) उतारी और उन्हें परहेज़गारी (धर्मपरायणता) की बात का पाबन्द रखा। वे इस के ज़्यादा हक़दार और इस के योग्य भी थे। अल्लाह तो हर चीज़ जानता है
When the two receivers receive, seated on the right and on the left.
Jiss din do lenay walay ja letay hain aik dayen taraf aur aik bayen taraf betha hua hai.
जब दो प्राप्त करने वाले (फ़रिशते) प्राप्त कर रहे होते हैं, दाएँ से और बाएँ से वे लगे बैठे होते हैं
When they entered upon him and said, "[We greet you with] peace." He answered, "[And upon you] peace, [you are] a people unknown.
Woh jab unkay han aaye to salam kiya ibrahim ney jawab-e-salam diya ( aur kaha yeh to ) ajnabi log hain.
जब वे उस के पास आए तो कहा, "सलाम है तुम पर!" उस ने भी कहा, "सलाम है आप लोगों पर भी!" (और जी में कहा) "ये तो अपरिचित लोग हैं।"
And in Moses [was a sign], when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority.
Musa ( alh-e-salam kay qissay ) mein ( bhi humari taraf say tanbeeh hai ) kay hum ney ussay firaon ki taraf khuli daleel dey ker bheja.
और मूसा के वृतान्त में भी (निशानी है) जब हम ने फ़िरऔन के पास के स्पष्ट प्रमाण के साथ भेजा,
And in 'Aad [was a sign], when We sent against them the barren wind.
Iss tarah aadiyon mein bhi ( humari taraf say tanbeeh hai ) jabkay hum ney unn say khali aandhi bheji.
और आद में भी (तुम्हारे लिए निशानी है) जबकि हम ने उन पर अशुभ वायु चला दी
And in Thamud, when it was said to them, "Enjoy yourselves for a time."
Aur samood ( kay qissay ) mein bhi ( ibrat ) hai jab unsay kaha gaya kay tum kuch dino tak faeedah uthalo.
और समुद्र में भी (तुम्हारे लिए निशानी है) जबकि उन से कहा गया, "एक समय तक मज़े कर लो!"
When there covered the Lote Tree that which covered [it].
Jabkay sidrah ko chupaye leti thi woh cheez jo uss per cha rahi thi.
जबकि छा रहा था उस बेर पर, जो कुछ छा रहा था
Those who avoid the major sins and immoralities, only [committing] slight ones. Indeed, your Lord is vast in forgiveness. He was most knowing of you when He produced you from the earth and when you were fetuses in the wombs of your mothers. So do not claim yourselves to be pure; He is most knowing of who fears Him.
Inn logon ko jo baray gunahon say bachtay hain aur beyhayaee say bhi siwaye kissi chotay say gunah kay be-shak tera rab boht kushada maghfirat wala hai woh tumhen bakhoobi jaanta hai jabkay uss ney tumhen zamin say peda kiya aur jabkay tum apni maaon kay pet mein bachay thay pus tum apni pakeezgi aap biyan na kero wohi pehezgaron ko khoob janta hai.
वे लोग जो बड़े गुनाहों और अश्लील कर्मों से बचते हैं, यह और बात है कि संयोगबश कोई छोटी बुराई उन से हो जाए। निश्चय ही तुम्हारा रब क्षमाशीलता मे बड़ा व्यापक है। वह तुम्हें उस समय से भली-भाँति जानता है, जबकि उस ने तुम्हें धरती से पैदा किया और जबकि तुम अपनी माँओ के पेटों में भ्रुण अवस्था में थे। अतः अपने मन की पवित्रता और निखार का दावा न करो। वह उस व्यक्ति को भली-भाँति जानता है, जिस ने डर रखा
[The hypocrites are] like the example of Satan when he says to man, "Disbelieve." But when he disbelieves, he says, "Indeed, I am disassociated from you. Indeed, I fear Allah , Lord of the worlds."
Shetan ki tarah kay uss ney insan say kaha kufur ker jab woh kufur ker chuka to kehney laga mein to tujh say bari hun mein to Allah rab-ul-aalameen say darta hun.
इनकी मिसाल शैतान जैसी है कि जब उस ने मनुष्य से कहा, "क़ुफ़्र कर!" फिर जब वह कुफ़्र कर बैठा तो कहने लगा, "मैं तुम्हारी ज़िम्मेदारी से बरी हूँ। मैं तो सारे संसार के रब अल्लाह से डरता हूँ।"
There has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, "Indeed, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than Allah . We have denied you, and there has appeared between us and you animosity and hatred forever until you believe in Allah alone" except for the saying of Abraham to his father, "I will surely ask forgiveness for you, but I have not [power to do] for you anything against Allah . Our Lord, upon You we have relied, and to You we have returned, and to You is the destination.
( musalmano! ) tumharay liye hazrat ibrahim mein aur unn kay sathiyon mein behtareen namoona hai jabkay unn sab ney apni qom say bar mala keh diya kay hum tum say aur jin jin ki tum Allah kay siwa ibadat kertay ho unn sab say bilkul bey zaar hain. Hum tumharay ( aqaeed kay ) munkir hain jab tak tum Allah ki wahadaniyat per eman na lao hum mein tum mein hamesha kay liye bughz-o-adawat zahir hogaee lekin ibrahim ki itni baat apney baap say hui thi kay mein tumharay liye istaghfaar zaroor keroon ga aur tumharay liye mujhay Allah kay samney kissi cheez ka ikhtiyar kuch bhi nahi. Aey humaray perwerdigar tujhi per hum ney bharosa kiya hai aur teri hi taraf rujoo kertay hain aur teri hi tarf lotna hai.
तुम लोगों के लिए इबराहीम में और उन लोगों में जो उस के साथ थे अच्छा आदर्श है, जबकि उन्होंने अपनी क़ौम के लोगों से कह दिया कि "हम तुम से और अल्लाह से हटकर जिन्हें तुम पूजते हो उन से विरक्त हैं। हम ने तुम्हारा इनकार किया और हमारे और तुम्हारे बीच सदैव के लिए वैर और विद्वेष प्रकट हो चुका जब तक अकेले अल्लाह पर तुम ईमान न लाओ।" इूबराहीम का अपने बाप से यह कहना अपवाद है कि "मैं आपके लिए क्षमा की प्रार्थना अवश्य करूँगा, यद्यपि अल्लाह के मुक़ाबले में आप के लिए मैं किसी चीज़ पर अधिकार नहीं रखता।" "ऐ हमारे रब! हम ने तुझी पर भरोसा किया और तेरी ही ओर रुजू हुए और तेरी ही ओर अन्त में लौटना है। -
