He said, "Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud."
Woh bola kay mein aisa nahi kay iss insan ko sajda keroon jissay tu ney kali aur sarhi hui khankhanati mitti say peda kiya hai.
वह बोला कि मैं ऐसा नहीं कि उस इंसान को सज्दा करूँ जिसे तूने काली और सड़ी हुई खनखनाती हुई मिट्टी से पैदा किया है।
He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"
Kiya apney rab taalaa ki rehmat say na umeed to sirf gumrah aur behkay huye log hi hotay hain.
इब्राहीम (अलै॰) ने कहा कि अपने रब की रहमत से गुमराहों के सिवा और कौन ना-उम्मीद हो सकता है।
He sends down the angels, with the inspiration of His command, upon whom He wills of His servants, [telling them], "Warn that there is no deity except Me; so fear Me."
Wohi farishton ko apni wahee dey ker apney hukum say apney bandon mein say jiss per chahata hai utarta hai kay tum logon ko aagah kerdo kay meray siwa aur koi mabood nahi pus tum mujh say daro.
वे फ़रिश्तों को अपने हुक्म से वह्य के साथ उतारता है अपने बंदों में से जिस पर चाहता है कि लोगों को ख़बरदार कर दो कि मेरे सिवा कोई इबादत के लायक़ नहीं, पस तुम मुझसे डरो।
He sends down the angels, with the inspiration of His command, upon whom He wills of His servants, [telling them], "Warn that there is no deity except Me; so fear Me."
Wohi farishton ko apni wahee dey ker apney hukum say apney bandon mein say jiss per chahata hai utarta hai kay tum logon ko aagah kerdo kay meray siwa aur koi mabood nahi pus tum mujh say daro.
वे फ़रिश्तों को अपने हुक्म से वह्य के साथ उतारता है अपने बंदों में से जिस पर चाहता है कि लोगों को ख़बरदार कर दो कि मेरे सिवा कोई इबादत के लायक़ नहीं, पस तुम मुझसे डरो।
He created man from a sperm-drop; then at once, he is a clear adversary.
Uss ney insan ko nutfay say peda kiya phir woh sareeh jhagraloo bann betha.
उसने इंसान को एक बूँद से बनाया, फिर वह यकायक खुल्लम-खुल्ला झगड़ने लगा।
And it is He who subjected the sea for you to eat from it tender meat and to extract from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, and [He subjected it] that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful.
Aur darya bhi ussi ney tumharay bus mein ker diye hain kay tum iss mein say ( nikla hua ) taza gosht khao aur iss mein say apney pehanney kay zaiwraat nikal sako aur tum dekhtay ho kay kashtiyan iss mein pani cheerti hui ( chalti ) hain aur iss liye bhi kay tum uss ka fazal talash kero aur hosakta hai kay tum shukar guzari bhi kero.
और वही है जिसने समुंदर को तुम्हारे काम में लगा दिया; ताकि तुम उसमें से ताज़ा गोश्त खाओ और उससे ज़ेवर निकालो जिसको तुम पहनते हो, और तुम कश्तियों को देखते हो कि उसमें चीरती हुई चलती हैं और ताकि तुम उसका फ़ज़्ल तलाश करो और ताकि तुम शुक्र करो।
And those they invoke other than Allah create nothing, and they [themselves] are created.
Aur jin jin ko yeh log Allah Taalaa kay siwa pukartay hain woh kissi cheez ko peda nahi ker saktay bulkay woh khud peda kiye huye hain.
और जिनको लोग अल्लाह के सिवा पुकारते हैं वह किसी चीज़ को पैदा नहीं कर सकते और वे ख़ुद पैदा किए हुए हैं।
Those before them had already plotted, but Allah came at their building from the foundations, so the roof fell upon them from above them, and the punishment came to them from where they did not perceive.
Inn say pehlay kay logon ney bhi makar kiya tha ( aakhir ) Allah ney ( unn kay mansoobon ) ki emarton ko jaron say ukher diya aur unn ( kay saron ) per ( unn ki ) chaten upper say gir paren aur unn kay pass azab wahan say aagaya jahan ka unn ko weham-o-guman bhi na tha.
उनसे पहले लोगों ने भी मक्र किया था (आख़िर) अल्लाह ने उन (के मंसूबों) की इमारतों को जड़ों से उखाड़ दिया और उन (के सरों) पर (उनकी) छतें ऊपर से गिर पड़ीं और उनके पास अज़ाब वहाँ से आ गया जहाँ का उन्हें वह्म व गुमान भी न था।

Inn say pehlay kay logon ney bhi makar kiya tha ( aakhir ) Allah ney ( unn kay mansoobon ) ki emarton ko jaron say ukher diya aur unn ( kay saron ) per ( unn ki ) chaten upper say gir paren aur unn kay pass azab wahan say aagaya jahan ka unn ko weham-o-guman bhi na tha.
उनसे पहले लोगों ने भी मक्र किया था (आख़िर) अल्लाह ने उन (के मंसूबों) की इमारतों को जड़ों से उखाड़ दिया और उन (के सरों) पर (उनकी) छतें ऊपर से गिर पड़ीं और उनके पास अज़ाब वहाँ से आ गया जहाँ का उन्हें वह्म व गुमान भी न था।
The ones whom the angels take in death [while] wronging themselves, and [who] then offer submission, [saying], "We were not doing any evil." But, yes! Indeed, Allah is Knowing of what you used to do.
Woh jo apni jano per zulm kertay hain farishtay jab unn ki jaan qabz kerney lagatay hain uss waqt woh jhuk jatay hain kay hum buraee nahi kertay thay. Kiyon nahi? Allah Taalaa khoob jannay wala hai jo kuch tum kertay thay.
वे जो अपनी जानों पर ज़ुल्म करते हैं फ़रिश्ते जब उनकी जान क़ब्ज़ करने लगते हैं उस वक़्त वे झुक जाते हैं कि हम बुराई नहीं करते थे, क्यों नहीं! अल्लाह तआला ख़ूब जानने वाला है जो कुछ तुम करते थे।
Gardens of perpetual residence, which they will enter, beneath which rivers flow. They will have therein whatever they wish. Thus does Allah reward the righteous -
Hameshgi walay baghaat jahan woh jayen gay jin kay neechay nehren beh rahi hain jo kuch yeh talab keren gay wahan unn kay liye mojood hoga. Perhezgaron ko Allah Taalaa issi tarah badlay ata farmata hai.
हमेशा रहने के बाग़ात हैं जिनमें वे दाख़िल होंगे, उनके नीचे से नहरें जारी होंगी, उनके लिए वहाँ सब कुछ होगा जो वे चाहेंगे, अल्लाह परहेज़गारों को ऐसा ही बदला देगा।
Do the disbelievers await [anything] except that the angels should come to them or there comes the command of your Lord? Thus did those do before them. And Allah wronged them not, but they had been wronging themselves.
Kiya yeh issi baat ka intizar ke rahey hain kay inn kay pass farishtay aajayen ya teray rab ka hukum aajaye? Aisa hi unn logon ney bhi kiya tha jo inn say pehlay thay. Unn per Allah Taalaa ney koi zulm nahi kiya bulkay woh khud apni janon per zulm kertay rahey.
क्या ये लोग इसके मुंतज़िर हैं कि उनके पास फ़रिश्ते आएं या आपके रब का हुक्म आ जाए, ऐसा ही इनसे पहले वालों ने किया, और अल्लाह ने उन पर ज़ुल्म नहीं किया बल्कि वे ख़ुद ही अपने ऊपर ज़ुल्म कर रहे थे।
And those who associate others with Allah say, "If Allah had willed, we would not have worshipped anything other than Him, neither we nor our fathers, nor would we have forbidden anything through other than Him." Thus did those do before them. So is there upon the messengers except [the duty of] clear notification?
Mushrik logon ney kaha kay agar Allah Taalaa chahata to hum aur humaray baap daday uss kay siwa kissi aur ki ibadat hi na kertay na uss kay farman kay baghair kissi cheez ko haram kertay. Yehi fail inn say pehlay kay logon ka raha. To rasoolon per to sirf khullam khulla paygham phoncha dena hai.
और जिन लोगों ने शिर्क किया वे कहते हैं कि अगर अल्लाह चाहता तो हम उसके सिवा किसी चीज़ की इबादत न करते न हम और न हमारे बाप-दादा, और न हम उसके बग़ैर किसी चीज़ को हराम ठहराते, ऐसा ही उनसे पहले वालों ने किया था, पस रसूलों के ज़िम्मे तो सिर्फ़ साफ़-साफ़ पहुँचा देना ही है।
And those who associate others with Allah say, "If Allah had willed, we would not have worshipped anything other than Him, neither we nor our fathers, nor would we have forbidden anything through other than Him." और जिन लोगों ने शिर्क किया वे कहते हैं कि अगर अल्लाह चाहता तो हम उसके सिवा किसी चीज़ की इबादत न करते न हम और न हमारे बाप-दादा, और न हम उसके बग़ैर किसी चीज़ को हराम ठहराते, ऐसा ही उनसे पहले वालों ने किया था, पस रसूलों के ज़िम्मे तो सिर्फ़ साफ़-साफ़ पहुँचा देना ही है।
And We sent not before you except men to whom We revealed [Our message]. So ask the people of the message if you do not know.
Aap say pehlay bhi hum mardon ko hi bhejtay rahey jin ki janib wahee utara kertay thay pus agar tum nahi jantay to ehl-e-ilm say daryaft kerlo.
और हमने आपसे पहले भी आदमियों ही को रसूल बनाकर भेजा जिनकी तरफ़ हम वह्य करते थे, पस इल्म वालों से पूछ लो अगर तुम नहीं जानते।
Then, do those who have planned evil deeds feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive?
Bad tareen dao paich kerney walay kiya iss baat say bey khof hogaye hain kay Allah Taalaa unhen zamin mein dhansa dey ya unn kay pass aisi jagah say azab aajaye jahan ka unhen weham-o-guman bhi na ho.
क्या वे लोग जो बुरी तदबीरें कर रहे हैं वे इस बात से बेफ़िक्र हैं कि अल्लाह उनको ज़मीन में धंसा दे या उन पर अज़ाब वहाँ से आए जहाँ से उनको गुमान भी न हो।
Have they not considered what things Allah has created? Their shadows incline to the right and to the left, prostrating to Allah , while they are humble.
Kiya enhon ney Allah ki makhlooq mein kissi ko bhi nahi dekha? Kay uss kay saye dayen bayen jhuk jhuk ker Allah Taalaa kay samney sir ba sujood hotay aur aajzi ka izhar kertay hain.
क्या वे नहीं देखते कि अल्लाह ने जो चीज़ भी पैदा की है उसके साये दाएं तरफ़ और बाएं तरफ़ झुक जाते हैं अल्लाह को सज्दा करते हुए और वे सब आजिज़ हैं।
And to Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth of creatures, and the angels [as well], and they are not arrogant.
Yaqeenan aasman-o-zamin kay kul jandar aur tamam farishtay Allah Taalaa kay samney sajday kertay hain aur zara bhi takabbur nahi kertay.
और अल्लाह ही को सज्दा करती हैं जितनी चीज़ें चलने वाली हैं आसमानों में और ज़मीन में और फ़रिश्ते भी और वे तकब्बुर नहीं करते।
He hides himself from the people because of the ill of which he has been informed. Should he keep it in humiliation or bury it in the ground? Unquestionably, evil is what they decide.
Iss buri khabar say logon say chupa chupa phirta hai. Sochta hai kay kiya iss zillat ko sath liye huye hi rahey ya issay mitti mein daba dey aah! Kiya hi buray faislay kertay hain?
इस बुरी ख़बर की वजह से लोगों से छुपा-छुपा फिरता है, सोचता है कि क्या इसको ज़िल्लत के साथ लिए हुए ही रहे या इसे मिट्टी में दबा दे, आह! क्या ही बुरे फ़ैसला करते हैं।
And if Allah were to impose blame on the people for their wrongdoing, He would not have left upon the earth any creature, but He defers them for a specified term. And when their term has come, they will not remain behind an hour, nor will they precede [it].
Agar logon kay gunah per Allah Taalaa unn ki girift kerta to roy-e-zamin per aik jandar baqi na rehta lekin woh to enhen aik waqt muqarrara tal dheel deta hai jab inn ka woh waqt aajata hai to woh aik sa’at na peechay reh saktay hain aur na aagay barh saktay hain.
और अगर अल्लाह लोगों को उनके ज़ुल्म पर पकड़ता तो ज़मीन पर किसी जानदार को न छोड़ता, लेकिन वह एक मुक़र्रर वक़्त तक लोगों को मोहलत देता है, फिर जब उनका मुक़र्रर वक़्त आ जाए तो वह न एक घड़ी पीछे हट सकेंगे और न आगे बढ़ सकेंगे।
Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you]." There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.
Aur her tarah kay meway kha aur apney rab ki aasan raahon mein chalti phirti reh inn kay pait say rang barang ka mashroob nikalta hai jiss kay rang mukhtalif hain aur jiss mein logon kay liye shifa hai ghor-o-fiker kerney walon kay liye iss mein boht bari nishani hai.
फिर हर क़िस्म के फलों का रस चूस कर और अपने रब की हमवार की हुई राहों पर चल, उसके पेट से पीने की चीज़ निकलती है उसके रंग मुख़्तलिफ़ हैं, उसमें लोगों के लिए शिफ़ा है, बेशक इसमें निशानी है उन लोगों के लिए जो ग़ौर करते हैं।
And they worship besides Allah that which does not possess for them [the power of] provision from the heavens and the earth at all, and [in fact], they are unable.
Aur woh Allah Taalaa kay siwa unn ki ibadat kertay hain jo aasmanon aur zamin say unhen kuch bhi to rozi nahi dey saktay aur na kuch qudrat rakhtay hain.
और वे अल्लाह के सिवा उन चीज़ों की इबादत करते हैं जो न उनके लिए आसमान से किसी रोज़ी पर इख़्तियार रखती हैं और न ज़मीन से और न वे क़ुदरत रखती हैं।
And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect from every nation a witness. Then it will not be permitted to the disbelievers [to apologize or make excuses], nor will they be asked to appease [ Allah ].
Aur jiss din hum her ummat mein say gawah khara keren gay phir kafiron ko na ijazat di jaye gi aur na unn say toba kerney ko kaha jayega.
और जिस दिन हम हर उम्मत में से एक गवाह उठाएंगे, फिर इनकार करने वालों को हिदायत न दी जाएगी और न उनसे तौबा ली जाएगी।
And when those who associated others with Allah see their "partners," they will say," Our Lord, these are our partners [to You] whom we used to invoke besides You." But they will throw at them the statement, "Indeed, you are liars."
Aur jab mushrikeen apney sharikon ko dekh len gay to kahen gay aey humaray perwerdigar! Yehi humaray woh shareek hain jinhen hum tujhay chor ker pukara kertay thay pus woh unhen jawab den gay kay tum bilkul hi jhootay ho.
और जब मुशरिक लोग अपने शरीकों को देखेंगे तो कहेंगे कि ऐ हमारे रब! यही हमारे वे शुरका हैं जिनको हम तुझे छोड़ कर पुकारते थे, तब वह बात उनके ऊपर डाल देंगे कि तुम झूठे हो।
And do not be like she who untwisted her spun thread after it was strong [by] taking your oaths as [means of] deceit between you because one community is more plentiful [in number or wealth] than another community. Allah only tries you thereby. And He will surely make clear to you on the Day of Resurrection that over which you used to differ.
Aur uss aurat ki tarah na hojao jiss ney apna soot mazboot kaatney kay baad tukray tukray ker kay tor dala kay tum apni qasmon ko aapas kay makar ka baees thehrao iss liye kay aik giroh doosray giroh say barha charha jaye. Baat sirf yehi hai kay iss ehad say Allah tumhen aazma raha hai. Yaqeenan Allah Taalaa tumharay liye qayamt kay din her uss cheez ko khol ker biyan ker dey ga jiss mein tum ikhtilaf ker rahey thay.
और तुम उस औरत की मानिंद न बनो जिसने अपनी मेहनत से काता हुआ सूत टुकड़े-टुकड़े करके तोड़ दिया, तुम अपनी क़समों को आपस में फ़साद डालने का ज़रिया बनाते हो महज़ इस वजह से एक गिरोह दूसरे गिरोह से बढ़ जाए, अल्लाह इसके ज़रिए तुम्हारी आज़माइश करता है और वह क़यामत के दिन उस चीज़ को अच्छी तरह तुम पर ज़ाहिर कर देगा जिसमें तुम इख़्तिलाफ़ कर रहे हो।
Say, [O Muhammad], "The Pure Spirit has brought it down from your Lord in truth to make firm those who believe and as guidance and good tidings to the Muslims."
Keh dijiye kay issay aap kay rab ki taraf say jibraeel haq kay sath ley ker aaye hain takay eman walon ko Allah Taalaa istaqamat ata farmaye aur musalmanon ki rehnumaee aur bisharat ho jaye.
कह दीजिए कि उसको रूहुल-क़ुदुस ने तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से हक़ के साथ उतारा है; ताकि वह ईमान वालों को साबित-क़दम रखे और वह हिदायत और ख़ुश-ख़बरी हो फ़रमाँबरदारों के लिए।
And to those who are Jews We have prohibited that which We related to you before. And We did not wrong them [thereby], but they were wronging themselves.
Aur yahudiyon per hum ney jo kuch haram kiya tha ussay hum pehlay hi say aap ko suna chukay hain hum ney unn per zulm nahi kiya bulkay woh khud apni janon per zulm kertay rahey.
और यहूदियों पर हमने वह चीज़ें हराम कर दी थीं जो हम इससे पहले आपको बता चुके हैं, और हमने उन पर कोई ज़ुल्म नहीं किया बल्कि वे ख़ुद अपने ऊपर ज़ुल्म करते रहे।
Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al- Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.
Pak hai woh Allah Taalaa jo apney bandey ko raat hi raat mein masjid-e-haram say masjid-e-aqsa tak ley gaya jiss kay aas pass hum ney barkat dey rakhi hai iss liye kay ussay apni qudrat kay baaz namoney deikhayen yaqeenan Allah Taalaa hi khoob sunnay dekhney wala hai.
पाक है वह अल्लाह जो अपने बंदे को रात ही रात में मस्जिदे-हराम से मस्जिदे-अक़सा तक ले गया जिसके पास हमने बरकत दे रखी है; इसलिए कि हम उसे अपनी क़ुदरत के बअज़ नमूने दिखाएं, यक़ीनन अल्लाह ही ख़ूब सुनने वाला, देखने वाला है।
And We gave Moses the Scripture and made it a guidance for the Children of Israel that you not take other than Me as Disposer of affairs,
Hum ney musa ko kitab di aur ussay bani israeel kay liye hidayat bana diya kay tum meray siwa kissi ko apna kaarsaaz na banana.
और हमने मूसा (अलै॰) को किताब दी और उसको बनी-इस्राईल के लिए हिदायत बनाया कि मेरे सिवा किसी को अपना कारसाज़ न बनाओ।
To each [category] We extend - to these and to those - from the gift of your Lord. And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted.
Her aik ko hum ba-hum phonchaye jatay hain enhen bhi aur unhen bhi teray perwerdigar kay inamaat mein say. Teray perwerdigar ki bakhsish ruki hui nahi hai.
हम हर एक को आपके रब की बख़्शिश में से पहुँचाते हैं, उनको भी और इनको भी, और आपके रब की बख़्शिश किसी के ऊपर बंद नहीं।
It is your Lord who drives the ship for you through the sea that you may seek of His bounty. Indeed, He is ever, to you, Merciful.
Tera perwerdigar woh hai jo tumharay liye darya mein kashtiyan chalata hai takay tum uss ka fazal talash kero. Won tumharay upper boht hi meharbaan hai.
तुम्हारा रब तो वह है जो तुम्हारे लिए समुद्र में नौका चलाता है, ताकि तुम उस का अनुग्रह (आजीविका) तलाश करो। वह तुम्हारे हाल पर अत्यन्त दयावान है
[That is Our] established way for those We had sent before you of Our messengers; and you will not find in Our way any alteration.
Aisa hi dastoor unn ka tha jo aap say pehlay rasool hum ney bhejay aur aap humaray dastoor mein kabhi radd-o-badal na payen gay.
यही कार्यप्रणाली हमारे उन रसूलों के विषय में भी रही है, जिन्हें हम ने तुम से पहले भेजा था और तुम हमारी कार्यप्रणाली में कोई अन्तर न पाओगे
And say, "My Lord, cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority."
Aur dua kiya keren kay aey meray perwerdigar mujhay jahan ley jaa achi tarah ley jaa aur jahan say nikal achi tarah nikal aur meray liye apney pass say ghalba aur imdad muqarrar farma dey.
और कहो, "मेरे रब! तू मुझे ख़ूबी के साथ दाख़िल कर और ख़ूबी के साथ निकाल, और अपनी ओर से मुझे सहायक शक्ति प्रदान कर।"
And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little."
Aur yeh log aap say rooh ki babat sawal kertay hain aap jawab dey dijiye kay rooh meray rab kay hukum say hai aur tumhen boht hi kum ilm diya gaya hai.
वे तुम से रूह के विषय में पूछते हैं। कह दो, "रूह का संबंध तो मेरे रब के आदेश से है, किन्तु ज्ञान तुम्हें मिला थोड़ा ही है।"
And We have certainly diversified for the people in this Qur'an from every [kind] of example, but most of the people refused [anything] except disbelief.
Hum ney to iss quran mein logon kay samjhney kay liye her tarah say tamam misalen biyan ker di hain magar aksat log inkar say baaz nahi aatay.
हम ने इस क़ुरआन में लोगों के लिए प्रत्येक तत्वदर्शिता की बात फेर-फेरकर बयान की, फिर भी अधिकतर लोगों के लिए इनकार के सिवा हर चीज़ अस्वीकार्य ही रही
And whoever Allah guides - he is the [rightly] guided; and whoever He sends astray - you will never find for them protectors besides Him, and We will gather them on the Day of Resurrection [fallen] on their faces - blind, dumb and deaf. Their refuge is Hell; every time it subsides We increase them in blazing fire.
Allah jiss ki rehnumaee keray woh to hidayat yafta hai aur jissay woh raah say bhatka dey na mumkin hai kay tu uss ka madadgar uss kay siwa kissi aur ko paye aisay logon ko hum baroz qayamat ondhay mun hashar keren gay daran halankay woh andhay goongay aur behray hongay unn ka thikana jahannum hoga. Jab kabhi woh bujhney lagay gi hum unn per ussay aur bharka den gay.
जिसे अल्लाह ही मार्ग दिखाए वही मार्ग पाने वाला है और वह जिसे पथभ्रष्ट होने दे, तो ऐसे लोगों के लिए उस से इतर तुम सहायक न पाओगे। क़ियामत के दिन हम उन्हें औंधे मुँह इस दशा में इकट्ठा करेंगे कि वे अंधे गूँगे और बहरे होंगे। उन का ठिकाना जहन्नम है। जब भी उस की आग धीमी पड़ने लगेगी तो हम उसे उन के लिए भड़का देंगे
Say, "Believe in it or do not believe. Indeed, those who were given knowledge before it - when it is recited to them, they fall upon their faces in prostration,
Keh dijiye! Tum iss per eman laao ya na laao jinehn iss say pehlay ilm diya gaya hai unn kay pass to jab bhi iss ki tilawat ki jati hai to woh thoriyon kay bal sajda mein gir partay hain.
कह दो, "तुम उसे मानो या न मानो, जिन लोगों को इस से पहले ज्ञान दिया गया है, उन्हें जब वह पढ़कर सुनाया जाता है, तो वे ठोड़ियों के बल सजदे में गिर पड़ते हैं
They have no knowledge of it, nor had their fathers. Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths; they speak not except a lie.
Dar-haqeeqat na to khud unhen iss ka ilm hai na unn kay baap dadon ko. Yeh tohmat bari buri hai jo inn kay mun say nikal rahi hai woh nira jhoot bak rahey hain.
इस का न उन्हें कोई ज्ञान है और न उन के बाप-दादा ही को था। बड़ी बात है जो उन के मुँह से निकलती है। वे केवल झूठ बोलते हैं

Or have you thought that the companions of the cave and the inscription were, among Our signs, a wonder?
Kiya tu apney khayal mein ghaar aur katbay walon ko humari nishaniyon mein say koi boht ajeeb nishani samjha raha hai?
क्या तुम समझते हो कि गुफा और रक़ीम वाले हमारी अद्भुत निशानियों में से थे?
[Mention] when the youths retreated to the cave and said, "Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance."
Unn chand no-jawano ney jab ghaar mein panah li to dua ki kay aey humaray perwerdigar! Humen apney pass say rehmat ata farma aur humaray kaam mein humaray liye raah yabi ko aasan ker dey.
जब उन नवयुवकों ने गुफ़ा में जाकर शरण ली तो कहा, "हमारे रब! हमें अपने यहाँ से दयालुता प्रदान कर और हमारे लिए हमारे अपने मामले को ठीक कर दे।"
[Mention] when the youths retreated to the cave and said, "Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance."
Unn chand no-jawano ney jab ghaar mein panah li to dua ki kay aey humaray perwerdigar! Humen apney pass say rehmat ata farma aur humaray kaam mein humaray liye raah yabi ko aasan ker dey.
जब उन नवयुवकों ने गुफ़ा में जाकर शरण ली तो कहा, "हमारे रब! हमें अपने यहाँ से दयालुता प्रदान कर और हमारे लिए हमारे अपने मामले को ठीक कर दे।"
And We made firm their hearts when they stood up and said, "Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. Never will we invoke besides Him any deity. We would have certainly spoken, then, an excessive transgression.
Hum ney unn kay dil mazboot ker diye thay jabkay yeh uth kharay huye aur kehney lagay kay humara perwerdigar to wohi hai jo aasman-o-zamin ka perwerdigar hai na mumkin hai kay hum uss kay siwa kissi aur mabood ko pukaren agar aisa kiya to hum ney nihayat hi ghalat baat kahi.
और हम ने उन के दिलों को सुदृढ़ कर दिया। जब वे उठे तो उन्होंने कहा, "हमारा रब तो वही है जो आकाशों और धरती का रब है। हम उस से इतर किसी अन्य पूज्य को कदापि न पुकारेंगे। यदि हम ने ऐसा किया तब तो हमारी बात हक़ से बहुत हटी हुई होगी
These, our people, have taken besides Him deities. Why do they not bring for [worship of] them a clear authority? And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie?"
Yeh hai humari qom jiss ney iss kay siwa aur mabood bana rakhen hain. Inn ki khudaee ki yeh koi saaf daleel kiyon paish nahi kertay Allah per jhoot iftra bandhney walay say ziyada zalim kaun hai?
ये हमारी क़ौम के लोग हैं, जिन्होंने उस से इतर कुछ अन्य पूज्य-प्रभु बना लिए हैं। आख़िर ये उन के हक़ में कोई स्पष्ट, प्रमाण क्यों नहीं लाते! भला उस से बढ़कर ज़ालिम कौन होगा जो झूठ घड़कर अल्लाह पर थोपे?
And [had you been present], you would see the sun when it rose, inclining away from their cave on the right, and when it set, passing away from them on the left, while they were [laying] within an open space thereof. That was from the signs of Allah . He whom Allah guides is the [rightly] guided, but he whom He leaves astray - never will you find for him a protecting guide.
Aap dekhen gay kay aftab ba-waqt tuloo unn kay ghaar say dayne janob ko jhuk jata hai aur ba-waqt-e-ghuroob unn kay bayen janib katra jata hai aur woh iss ghaar ki kushada jaga mein hain. Yeh Allah ki nishaniyon mein say hai. Allah Taalaa jiss ki raahbari farmaye woh raah-e-raast per hai aur jissay woh gumraah ker dey na mumkin hai kay aap uss ka koi kaar saaz aur rehnuma paa saken.
और तुम सूर्य को उस के उदित होते समय देखते तो दिखाई देता कि वह उन की गुफा से दाहिनी ओर को बचकर निकल जाता है और जब अस्त होता है तो उन की बाई ओर से कतराकर निकल जाता है। और वे हैं कि उस (गुफा) के एक विस्तृत स्थान में है। यह अल्लाह की निशानियों में से है। जिसे अल्लाह मार्ग दिखाए, वही मार्ग पाने वाला है और जिसे वह भटकता छोड़ दे उस का तुम कोई सहायक मार्गदर्शक कदापि न पाओगे
Except [when adding], "If Allah wills." And remember your Lord when you forget [it] and say, "Perhaps my Lord will guide me to what is nearer than this to right conduct."
Magar sath hi inshaAllah keh lena. Aur jab bhi bhoolay apney perwerdigar ko yaad ker liya kerna aur kehtay rehna mujhay poori umeed hai kay mera rab mujhay iss say bhi ziyada hidayat kay qareeb ki baat ki rehbari keray.
बल्कि अल्लाह की इच्छा ही लागू होती है। और जब तुम भूल जाओ तो अपने रब को याद कर लो और कहो, "आशा है कि मेरा रब इस से भी क़रीब सही बात की ओर मार्गदर्शन कर दे।"
