And He gave you from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah , you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful.
Ussi ney tumhen tumhari mun mangi kul cheezon mein say dey rakha hai. Agar tum Allah kay ehsan ginna chahao to unhen pooray ginn bhi nahi saktay. Yaqeenan insan bara hi bey insaf aur na shukra hai.
और उसने तुमको हर उस चीज़ में से दिया जो तुमने माँगा, अगर तुम अल्लाह की नेमतों को गिनो तो तुम उनको गिन नहीं सकते, बेशक इंसान बहुत बे-इंसाफ़, बड़ा नाशुक्रा है।
And, [O Muhammad], warn the people of a Day when the punishment will come to them and those who did wrong will say, "Our Lord, delay us for a short term; we will answer Your call and follow the messengers." [But it will be said], "Had you not sworn, before, that for you there would be no cessation?
Logon ko uss din say hoshiyaar ker dey jab kay unn kay pass azab aajaye ga aur zalim kahen gay aey humaray rab humen boht thoray qarib kay waqt tak ki hi mohlat dey kay hum teri tableegh maan len aur teray payghumbaron ki tabeydaari mein lagg jayen. Kiya tum iss say pehlay bhi qasmen nahi kha rahey thay? Kay tumharay liye duniya say talna hi nahi.
और लोगों को उस दिन से डराइए जिस दिन उन पर अज़ाब आ जाएगा, उस वक़्त ज़ालिम लोग कहेंगे कि ऐ हमारे रब! हमको थोड़ी मोहलत और दे दीजिए, हम आपकी दावत क़बूल कर लेंगे और रसूलों की पैरवी करेंगे, क्या तुमने इससे पहले क़स्में नहीं खाई थीं कि तुम पर कुछ ज़वाल आना नहीं है।
And, [O Muhammad], warn the people of a Day when the punishment will come to them and those who did wrong will say, "Our Lord, delay us for a short term; we will answer Your call and follow the messengers." [But it will be said], "Had you not sworn, before, that for you there would be no cessation?
Logon ko uss din say hoshiyaar ker dey jab kay unn kay pass azab aajaye ga aur zalim kahen gay aey humaray rab humen boht thoray qarib kay waqt tak ki hi mohlat dey kay hum teri tableegh maan len aur teray payghumbaron ki tabeydaari mein lagg jayen. Kiya tum iss say pehlay bhi qasmen nahi kha rahey thay? Kay tumharay liye duniya say talna hi nahi.
और लोगों को उस दिन से डराइए जिस दिन उन पर अज़ाब आ जाएगा, उस वक़्त ज़ालिम लोग कहेंगे कि ऐ हमारे रब! हमको थोड़ी मोहलत और दे दीजिए, हम आपकी दावत क़बूल कर लेंगे और रसूलों की पैरवी करेंगे, क्या तुमने इससे पहले क़स्में नहीं खाई थीं कि तुम पर कुछ ज़वाल आना नहीं है।
Their garments of liquid pitch and their faces covered by the Fire.
Unn kay libad gandhak kay hongay aur aag unn kay chehron per bhi charhi hui hogi.
उनके लिबास तारकोल के होंगे और उनके चेहरों पर आग छाई हुई होगी।
And no messenger would come to them except that they ridiculed him.
Aur ( lekin ) jo bhi rasool aata woh uss ka mazaq uratay.
और जो रसूल भी उनके पास आया वह उसका मज़ाक़ उड़ाते रहे।
And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.
Aur jitni bhi cheezen hain unn sab kay khazaney humaray pass hain aur hum her cheez ko uss kay muqarrar andaz say utartay hain.
और कोई चीज़ ऐसी नहीं जिसके ख़ज़ाने हमारे पास न हों, और हम उसको एक मुअय्यन अंदाज़े के साथ ही उतारते हैं।
And We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud.
Yaqeenan hum ney insan ko kali aur sarhi hui khankhanati mitti say peda farmaya hai.
यक़ीनन हमने इंसान को काली और सड़ी हुई खनखनाती हुई मिट्टी से पैदा किया है।
And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "I will create a human being out of clay from an altered black mud.
Aur jab teray perwerdigar ney farishton say farmaya kay mein aik insan ko kali aur sarhi hui khankhanati mitti say peda kerney wala hun.
और जब आपके रब ने फ़रिश्तों से कहा कि मैं काली और सड़ी हुई खनखनाती हुई मिट्टी से एक इंसान पैदा करने वाला हूँ।
And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "I will create a human being out of clay from an altered black mud.
Aur jab teray perwerdigar ney farishton say farmaya kay mein aik insan ko kali aur sarhi hui khankhanati mitti say peda kerney wala hun.
और जब आपके रब ने फ़रिश्तों से कहा कि मैं काली और सड़ी हुई खनखनाती हुई मिट्टी से एक इंसान पैदा करने वाला हूँ।
He said, "Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud."
Woh bola kay mein aisa nahi kay iss insan ko sajda keroon jissay tu ney kali aur sarhi hui khankhanati mitti say peda kiya hai.
वह बोला कि मैं ऐसा नहीं कि उस इंसान को सज्दा करूँ जिसे तूने काली और सड़ी हुई खनखनाती हुई मिट्टी से पैदा किया है।
And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other.
Unn kay dilon mein jo kuch ranjish-o-keena tha hum sab kuch nikal den gay woh bhai bhai banay huye aik doosray kay aamney samney takhton per behtay hongay.
और उनके दिलों में जो कुछ रंजिश व कीना था हम सब कुछ निकाल देंगे, वह भाई-भाई बने हुए एक-दूसरे के आमने-सामने तख़्तों पर बैठे होंगे।
And We made the highest part [of the city] its lowest and rained upon them stones of hard clay.
Bil aakhir hum ney iss shehar ko upper talay kerdiya aur inn logon per kankar walay pathar barsaye.
बिल-आख़िर हमने उस शहर को उलट-पलट कर दिया और उन लोगों पर कंकर वाले पत्थर बरसाए।
[Even] if you should strive for their guidance, [O Muhammad], indeed, Allah does not guide those He sends astray, and they will have no helpers.
Go aap inn ki hidayat kay khuwaish mand rahey hain lekin Allah Taalaa ussa hidayat nahi deta jissay gumrah kerdey aur na unn ka koi madadgar hota hai.
अगर आप उनकी हिदायत के हरीस हो तो अल्लाह उसको हिदायत नहीं देता जिसको वह गुमराह कर देता है और उनका कोई मददगार नहीं।
They fear their Lord above them, and they do what they are commanded.
Aur apney rab sau jo unn kay upper hai kapkapatay rehtay hain aur jo hukum mill jaye uss ki tameel kertay hain.
वे अपने ऊपर अपने रब से डरते हैं और वही करते हैं जिसका उनको हुक्म मिलता है।
And whatever you have of favor - it is from Allah . Then when adversity touches you, to Him you cry for help.
Tumharay pass jitni bhi nematen hain sab ussi ki di hui hain abb bhi jab tumhen koi museebat paish aajaye to ussi ki taraf nala-o-faryad kertay ho.
और तुम्हारे पास जो भी नेमत है वह अल्लाह ही की तरफ़ से है, फिर जब तुमको तकलीफ़ पहुँचती है तो उसी से फ़रियाद करते हो।
By Allah , We did certainly send [messengers] to nations before you, but Satan made their deeds attractive to them. And he is the disbelievers' ally today [as well], and they will have a painful punishment.
Wallah! hum ney tumjh say pehlay ki ummaton ki taraf bhi apney rasool bhejay lekin shetan ney unn kay aemaal-e-bad unn ki nighaon mein aaraasta ker diye woh shetan aaj bhi unn ka rafiq bana hua hai aur unn kay liye dard naak azab hai.
अल्लाह की क़सम! हमने आपसे पहले मुख़्तलिफ़ क़ौमों की तरफ़ रसूल भेजे, फ़िर शैतान ने उनके काम उनको अच्छे करके दिखाए, पस वही आज उनका साथी है और उनके लिए एक दर्दनाक अज़ाब है।
And Allah has made for you from yourselves mates and has made for you from your mates sons and grandchildren and has provided for you from the good things. Then in falsehood do they believe and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve?
Allah Taalaa ney tumharay liye tum mein say hi tumhari biwiyan peda kin aur tumhari biwiyon say tumharay liye tumharay betay aur potay peda kiye aur tumhen achi achi cheezen khaney ko den. Kiya phir bhi log baatil per eman layen ga? Aur Allah Taalaa ki nematon ki na shukri keren gay?
और अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए तुम ही में से बीवियाँ बनाईं और तुम्हारी बीवियों से तुम्हारे लिए बेटे और पोते पैदा किए और तुमको पाकीज़ा चीज़ें खाने के लिए दीं, फिर क्या ये बातिल पर ईमान लाते हैं और अल्लाह की नेमत का इनकार करते हैं।
And Allah has made for you from your homes a place of rest and made for you from the hides of the animals tents which you find light on your day of travel and your day of encampment; and from their wool, fur and hair is furnishing and enjoyment for a time.
Aur Allah Taalaa ney tumharay liye tumharay gharon mein sakoonat ki jagah bana di hai aur ussi ney tumharay liye chopayon ki khalon kay ghar bana diye hain jinhen tum halka phulka patay ho apney kooch kay din aur apney theharney kay din bhi aur unn ki oon aur roo’on aur baalon say bhi uss ney boht say saman aur aik waqt muqarrara tak kay liye faeeday ki cheezen banaeen.
और अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए तुम्हारे घरों को सुकून की जगह बनाया और तुम्हारे लिए जानवरों की खाल के घर बनाए जिनको तुम अपने सफ़र के दिन और क़याम के दिन हल्का पाते हो, और उनकी ऊन और उनकी रुएं और उनके बालों से घर का सामान और फ़ायदे की चीज़ें एक मुद्दत तक के लिए बनाएं।
And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect among every nation a witness over them from themselves. And We will bring you, [O Muhammad], as a witness over your nation. And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims.
Aur jiss din hum her ummat mein unhi mein say unn kay muqablay mein gawah khara keren gay aur tujhay inn sab per gawah bana ker layen gay aur hum ney tujh per yeh kitab nazil farmaee hai jiss mein her cheez ka shafi biyan hai aur hidayat aur rehmat aur khuskhabri say musalmanon kay liye.
और जिस दिन हम हर उम्मत में एक गवाह उन्हीं में से उठाएंगे और आपको उन लोगों पर गवाह बनाकर लाएंगे, और हमने आप पर किताब उतारी है हर चीज़ को खोल देने के लिए, वह हिदायत और रहमत और बशारत है फ़रमाँबरदारों के लिए।
Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do.
Jo shaks nek amal keray mard ho ya aurat lekin ba-eman ho to hum ussay yaqeenan nihayat behtar zindagi ata farmyen gay. Aur unn kay nek aemaal ka behtareen badla bhi unhen zaroor zaroor den gay.
जो कोई नेक काम करेगा चाहे वह मर्द हो या औरत, बशर्तेकि वह मोमिन हो तो हम उसको ज़िंदगी देंगे एक अच्छी ज़िंदगी, और जो कुछ वे करते रहे हैं उसका हम उनको बेहतरीन बदला देंगे।
And Allah presents an example: a city which was safe and secure, its provision coming to it in abundance from every location, but it denied the favors of Allah . So Allah made it taste the envelopment of hunger and fear for what they had been doing.
Allah Taalaa uss basti ki misal biyan farmata hai jo pooray aman-o-itminan say thi uss ki rozi uss kay pass ba faraghat her jagah say chali aarahi thi. Phir uss ney Allah Taalaa ki nematon ka kufur kiya to Allah Taalaa ney ussay bhook aur darr ka maza chakhaya jo badla tha unn kay kartooton ka.
और अल्लाह एक बस्ती वालों की मिसाल बयान करता है कि वह अमन व इत्मीनान में थे, उनको उनका रिज़्क़ फ़राग़त के साथ हर तरफ़ से पहुँच रहा था फिर उन्होंने अल्लाह की नेमतों की नाशुक्री की तो अल्लाह ने उनको उनके आमाल की वजह से भूख और ख़ौफ़ का मज़ा चखाया।
And We have made the night and day two signs, and We erased the sign of the night and made the sign of the day visible that you may seek bounty from your Lord and may know the number of years and the account [of time]. And everything We have set out in detail.
Hum ney raat aur din ko apni qudrat ki nishaniyan banaee hain raat ki nishani ko to hum ney bey noor ker diya hai aur din ki nishani ko roshan banaya hai takay tum apney rab ka fazal talash ker sako aur iss liye bhi kay barson ka shumar aur hisab maloom ker sako aur her her cheez ko hum ney boht tafseel say biyan farma diya hai.
और हमने रात और दिन को दो निशानियाँ बनाया फिर हमने रात की निशानी को मिटा दिया और दिन की निशानी को हमने रौशन कर दिया; ताकि तुम अपने रब का फ़ज़्ल तलाश करो और ताकि तुम बरसों की गिनती और हिसाब मालूम करो, और हमने हर चीज़ को ख़ूब खोल कर बयान किया है।
And if you [must] turn away from the needy awaiting mercy from your Lord which you expect, then speak to them a gentle word.
Aur agar tujhay inn say mun pher lena paray apney rab ki iss rehmat ki justujoo mein jiss ki tu umeed rakhta hai to bhi tujhay chahiye kay umdagi aur narmi say unhen samjha dey.
और अगर आपको अपने रब के फ़ज़्ल के इंतिज़ार में जिसकी आपको उम्मीद है उनसे एराज़ करना पड़े तो आप उनसे नर्मी की बात कहिए।
The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt Him. And there is not a thing except that it exalts [ Allah ] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving.
Saton aasman aur zamin aur jo bhi inn mein hai ussi ki tasbeeh ker rahey hain. Aisi koi cheez nahi jo ussay pakeezgi aur tareef kay sath yaad na kerti ho.haan yeh sahih hai kay tum uss ki tasbeeh samajh nahi saktay. Woh bara burbaar aur bakhshney wala hai.
उसी की पाकी बयान करते हैं सातों आसमान और ज़मीन और जो उनमें हैं, और कोई चीज़ ऐसी नहीं जो तारीफ़ के साथ उसकी पाकी बयान न करती हो मगर तुम उनकी तस्बीह को नहीं समझते, बेशक वह बुर्दबार है, बख़्शने वाला है।
Say, "Invoke those you have claimed [as gods] besides Him, for they do not possess the [ability for] removal of adversity from you or [for its] transfer [to someone else]."
Keh dijiye kay Allah kay siwa jinhen tum mabood samajh rahey ho unhen pukaro lekin na to woh tum say kissi takleef ko door ker saktay hain aur na badal saktay hain.
कह दीजिए कि उनको पुकारो जिनको तुमने अल्लाह के सिवा माबूद समझ रखा है, वे न तुमसे किसी मुसीबत को दूर करने का इख़्तियार रखते हैं और न उसको बदल सकते हैं।
And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed.
Jitni bhi bastiyan hain hum qayamat kay din say pehlay pehlay ya to unhen halak ker denay walay hain ya sakht tar azab denay walay hain. Yeh to kitab mein likha ja chuka hai.
और कोई बस्ती ऐसी नहीं जिसको हम क़यामत से पहले हलाक न करें या उसको सख़्त अज़ाब न दें, यह बात किताब में लिखी हुई है।
Except [We have left it with you] as a mercy from your Lord. Indeed, His favor upon you has ever been great.
Siwaye aap kay rab ki rehmat kay yaqeenan aap per uss ka bara hi fazal hai.
यह तो बस तुम्हारे रब की दयालुता है। वास्तविकता यह है कि उस का तुम पर बड़ा अनुग्रह है
Or [until] you have a garden of palm tress and grapes and make rivers gush forth within them in force [and abundance]
Ya khud aap kay liye hi koi baagh ho khujooron aur anguron ka aur iss kay darmiyan aap boht si nehren jari ker dikhayen.
या फिर तुम्हारे लिए खजूरों और अंगूरों का एक बाग़ हो और तुम उस के बीच बहती नहरें निकाल दो,
Or you have a house of gold or you ascend into the sky. And [even then], we will not believe in your ascension until you bring down to us a book we may read." Say, "Exalted is my Lord! Was I ever but a human messenger?"
Ya aap kay apney liye koi soney ka ghar ho jaye ya aap aasman per charh jayen aur hum to aap kay charh janey ka bhi uss waqt tak hergiz yaqeen nahi keren gay jab tak aap hum per koi kitab na utaar layen jissay hum khud parh len aap jawab dey den kay mera perwerdigar pak hai mein to sirf aik insan hi hun jo rasool banaya gaya hun.
या तुम्हारे लिए स्वर्ण-निर्मित एक घर हो जाए या तुम आकाश में चढ़ जाओ, और हम तुम्हारे चढ़ने को भी कदापि न मानेंगे, जब तक कि तुम हम पर एक किताब न उतार लाओ, जिसे हम पढ़ सकें।" कह दो, "महिमावान है मेरा रब! क्या मैं एक संदेश लाने वाला मनुष्य के सिवा कुछ और भी हूँ?"
[He has made it] straight, to warn of severe punishment from Him and to give good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a good reward
Bulkay her tarah say theek thaak rakha takay apney pass ki saza sakht saza say hoshiyar ker dey aur eman laney aur nek amal kerney walon ko khushkhabriyan suna dey kay unn kay liye behtareen badla hai.
ठीक और दूरुस्त, ताकि एक कठोर आपदा से सावधान कर दे जो उस की ओर से आ पड़ेगी। और मोमिनों को, जो अच्छे कर्म करते हैं, शुभ सूचना दे दे कि उन के लिए अच्छा बदला है;
[The youths said to one another], "And when you have withdrawn from them and that which they worship other than Allah , retreat to the cave. Your Lord will spread out for you of His mercy and will prepare for you from your affair facility."
Jabkay tum unn say aur Allah kay unn kay maboodon say kinara kash hogaye to abb tum kissi ghaar mein jaa behto tumhara rab tum per apni rehmat phela dey ga aur tumharay liye tumharay kaam mein sahoolat mohiyya ker dey ga.
और जबकि इन से तुम अलग हो गए हो और उन से भी जिन को अल्लाह के सिवा ये पूजते हैं, तो गुफा में चलकर शरण लो। तुम्हारा रब तुम्हारे लिए अपनी दयालुता का दामन फैला देगा और तुम्हारे लिए तुम्हारे अपने काम से सम्बन्ध में सुगमता का उपकरण उपलब्ध कराएगा।"
[The youths said to one another], "And when you have withdrawn from them and that which they worship other than Allah , retreat to the cave. Your Lord will spread out for you of His mercy and will prepare for you from your affair facility."
Jabkay tum unn say aur Allah kay unn kay maboodon say kinara kash hogaye to abb tum kissi ghaar mein jaa behto tumhara rab tum per apni rehmat phela dey ga aur tumharay liye tumharay kaam mein sahoolat mohiyya ker dey ga.
और जबकि इन से तुम अलग हो गए हो और उन से भी जिन को अल्लाह के सिवा ये पूजते हैं, तो गुफा में चलकर शरण लो। तुम्हारा रब तुम्हारे लिए अपनी दयालुता का दामन फैला देगा और तुम्हारे लिए तुम्हारे अपने काम से सम्बन्ध में सुगमता का उपकरण उपलब्ध कराएगा।"
Say, " Allah is most knowing of how long they remained. He has [knowledge of] the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth. How Seeing is He and how Hearing! They have not besides Him any protector, and He shares not His legislation with anyone."
Aap keh den Allah hi ko unn kay thehray rehney ki muddat ka ba-khoobi ilm hai aasmanon aur zaminon ka ghaib sirf ussi ko hasil hai woh kiya hi acha dekhney aur sunnay wala hai. Siwaye Allah kay unn ka koi madadgaar nahi Allah Taalaa apney hukum mein kissi ko shareeq nahi kerta.
कह दो, "अल्लाह भली-भाँति जानता है जितना वे ठहरे।" आकाशों और धरती की छिपी बात का सम्बन्ध उसी से है। वह क्या ही देखने वाला और सुनने वाला है! उस से इतर न तो उन का कोई संरक्षक है और न वह अपने प्रभुत्व और सत्ता में किसी को साझीदार बनाता है
Those will have gardens of perpetual residence; beneath them rivers will flow. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and will wear green garments of fine silk and brocade, reclining therein on adorned couches. Excellent is the reward, and good is the resting place.
Unn kay liye hameshgi wali jannaten hain inn kay neechay nehren jari hongi wahan yeh soney kay kangan pehnayen jayen gay aur sabz rang kay narm-o-bareek aur motay resham kay libas pehnen gay wahan takhton kay upper takiye lagaye huye hongay. Kiya khoob badla hai aur kiss qadar umdah aaram gaah hai.
ऐसे ही लोगों के लिए सदाबहार बाग़ हैं। उन के नीचे नहरें बह रही होंगी। वहाँ उन्हें सोने के कंगन पहनाए जाएँगे और वे हरे पतले और गाढ़े रेशमी कपड़े पहनेंगे और ऊँचे तख़्तों पर तकिया लगाए होंगे। क्या ही अच्छा बदला है और क्या ही अच्छा विश्रामस्थल!
It may be that my Lord will give me [something] better than your garden and will send upon it a calamity from the sky, and it will become a smooth, dusty ground,
Boht mumkin hai kay mera rab mujhay teray iss baagh say bhi behtar dey aur iss per aasmani azab bhej dey to yeh chatyal aur chikna maidan bann jaye.
तो आशा है कि मेरा रब मुझे तेरे बाग़ से अच्छा प्रदान करें और तेरे इस बाग़ पर आकाश से कोई क़ुर्क़ी (आपदा) भेज दे। फिर वह साफ़ मैदान होकर रह जाए
And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge.
Pus humaray bandon mein say aik banday ko paya jissay hum ney apney pass ki khas rehmat ata farma rakhi thi aur ussay apney pass say khas ilm sikha rakha tha.
फिर उन्होंने हमारे बन्दों में से एक बन्दे को पाया, जिसे हम ने अपने पास से दयालुता प्रदान की थी और जिसे अपने पास से ज्ञान प्रदान किया था
And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge.
Pus humaray bandon mein say aik banday ko paya jissay hum ney apney pass ki khas rehmat ata farma rakhi thi aur ussay apney pass say khas ilm sikha rakha tha.
फिर उन्होंने हमारे बन्दों में से एक बन्दे को पाया, जिसे हम ने अपने पास से दयालुता प्रदान की थी और जिसे अपने पास से ज्ञान प्रदान किया था
And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the city, and there was beneath it a treasure for them, and their father had been righteous. So your Lord intended that they reach maturity and extract their treasure, as a mercy from your Lord. And I did it not of my own accord. That is the interpretation of that about which you could not have patience."
Deewar ka qissa yeh hai kay iss shehar mein do yateem bachay hain jin ka khazana inn ki iss deewar kay neechay dafan hai inn ka baap bara nek shaks tha to teray rab ki chahat thi kay yeh dono yateem apni jawani ki umar mein aaker apna yeh khazana teray rab ki meharbani aur rehmat say nikal len mein ney apni raye say koi kaam nahi kiya yeh thi asal haqeeqat unn waqiyaat ki jin per aap say sabar na hosaka.
और रही यह दीवार तो यह दो अनाथ बालकों की है जो इस नगर में रहते हैं। और इस के नीचे उन का ख़जाना मौजूद है। और उन का बाप नेक था, इसलिए तुम्हारे रब ने चाहा कि वे अपनी युवावस्था को पहुँच जाएँ और अपना ख़जाना निकाल लें। यह तुम्हारे रब की दयालुता के कारण हुआ। मैंने तो अपने अधिकार से कुछ नहीं किया। यह है वास्तविकता उस की जिस पर तुम धैर्य न रख सके।"
Until, when he came to the rising of the sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We had not made against it any shield.
Yahan tak kay jab sooraj nikalney ki jagah tak phoncha to ussay aik aisi qom per nikalta hua paya kay unn kay liye hum ney uss say aur koi oat nahi banaee.
यहाँ तक कि जब वह सूर्योदय स्थल पर जा पहुँचा तो उस ने उसे ऐसे लोगों पर उदित होते पाया जिन के लिए हम ने सूर्य के मुक़ाबले में कोई ओट नहीं रखी थी
[Dhul-Qarnayn] said, "This is a mercy from my Lord; but when the promise of my Lord comes, He will make it level, and ever is the promise of my Lord true."
Kaha yeh sab meray rab ki meharbani hai haan jab meray rab ka wada aayega to issay zamin boss ker dey ga be-shak meray rab ka wada sacha aur haq hai.
उस ने कहा, "यह मेरे रब की दयालुता है, किन्तु जब मेरे रब के वादे का समय आ जाएगा तो वह उसे ढाकर बराबर कर देगा, और मेरे रब का वादा सच्चा है।"
And We gave them of Our mercy, and we made for them a reputation of high honor.
Aur inn sab ko hum ney apni boht si rehmaten ata farmaeen aur hum ney inn kay zikar-e-jamil ko buland darjay ka ker diya.
और उन्हें अपनी दयालुता से हिस्सा दिया। और उन्हें एक सच्ची उच्च ख्याति प्रदान की
And how many a generation have We destroyed before them who were better in possessions and [outward] appearance?
Hum to inn say pehlay boht si jamaton ko ghaarat ker chukay hain jo saaz-o-saman aur naam-o-numood mein inn say barh charh ker thin.
हालाँकि उन से पहले हम कितनी ही नसलों को विनष्ट कर चुके हैं जो सामग्री और बाह्य भव्यता में इन से कहीं अच्छी थीं!
And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound?
Hum ney inn say pehlay boht si jamaten tabah ker di hain kiya inn mein say aik bhi aahat tu pata hai ya unn ki awaz ki bhanak bhi teray kaan mein parti hai?
उन से पहले कितनी ही नसलों को हम विनष्ट कर चुके हैं। क्या उन में किसी की आहट तुम पाते हो या उन की कोई भनक सुनते हो?
And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound?
Hum ney inn say pehlay boht si jamaten tabah ker di hain kiya inn mein say aik bhi aahat tu pata hai ya unn ki awaz ki bhanak bhi teray kaan mein parti hai?
उन से पहले कितनी ही नसलों को हम विनष्ट कर चुके हैं। क्या उन में किसी की आहट तुम पाते हो या उन की कोई भनक सुनते हो?
And untie the knot from my tongue
Aur meri zaban ki girah bhi khol dey.
और मेरी ज़बान की गिरह खोल दे।
And appoint for me a minister from my family -
Aur mera qazir meray kunbay mein say ker dey.
और मेरे लिए अपने घर वालों में से एक सहायक नियुक्त कर दें,
So go to him and say, 'Indeed, we are messengers of your Lord, so send with us the Children of Israel and do not torment them. We have come to you with a sign from your Lord. And peace will be upon he who follows the guidance.
Tum iss kay pass jaa ker kaho kay hum teray perwerdigar kay payghumber hain tu humaray sath bani israeel ko bhej dey inn ki sazayen moqoof ker. Hum to teray pass teray rab ki taraf say nishani ley ker aaye hain aur salamti ussi kay liye hai jo hidayat ka paband ho jaye.
अतः जाओ, उस के पास और कहो, हम तेरे रब के रसूल हैं। इसराईल की सन्तान को हमारे साथ भेज दे। और उन्हें यातना न दे। हम तेरे पास तेरे रब की निशानी लेकर आए है। और सलामती है उस के लिए जो संमार्ग का अनुसरण करे!
[It is He] who has made for you the earth as a bed [spread out] and inserted therein for you roadways and sent down from the sky, rain and produced thereby categories of various plants.
Ussi ney tumharay liye zamin ko farash banaya hai aur iss mein tumharay chalney kay raastay banaye hain aur aasman say paani bhi wohi barsata hai phir iss barasaat ki waja say mukhtalif qisam ki paidawaar bhi hum hi peda kertay hain.
"वही है जिस ने तुम्हारे लिए धरती को पालना (बिछौना) बनाया और उस ने तुम्हारे लिए रास्ते निकाले और आकाश से पानी उतारा। फिर हम ने उस के द्वारा विभिन्न प्रकार के पेड़-पौधे निकाले
They said, "Indeed, these are two magicians who want to drive you out of your land with their magic and do away with your most exemplary way.
Kehney lagay yeh dono mehaz jadoogar hain aur inn ka pukhta irada hai kay apney jadoo kay zor say tumhen tumharay mulk say nikal bahir keren aur tumharay behtareen mazhab ko barbaad ker den.
कहने लगे, "ये दोनों जादूगर है, चाहते हैं कि अपने जादू से तुम्हें तुम्हारे भूभाग से निकाल बाहर करें। और तुम्हारी उत्तम और उच्च प्रणाली को तहस-नहस करके रख दे।"
[Pharaoh] said, "You believed him before I gave you permission. Indeed, he is your leader who has taught you magic. So I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will crucify you on the trunks of palm trees, and you will surely know which of us is more severe in [giving] punishment and more enduring."
Firaon kehnay laga kiya meri ijazat say pehlay hi tum iss per eman ley aaye? Yaqeenan yehi tumhara woh bara buzrug hai jiss ney tum sab ko jadoo sikhaya hai ( sunn lo ) mein tumharay hath paon ultay seedhay katwa ker tum sab ko khajoor kay tano mein sooli per latakwa doon ga aur tumhen poori tarah maloom hojaye ga kay hum mein say kiss ki maar ziyada sakht aur dairpaa hai.
उस ने कहा, "तुम ने मान लिया उस को, इस से पहले कि मैं तुम्हें इस की अनुज्ञा देता? निश्चय ही यह तुम सबका प्रमुख है, जिस ने जादू सिखाया है। अच्छा, अब मैं तुम्हारा हाथ और पाँव विपरीत दिशाओं से कटवा दूँगा और खजूर के तनों पर तुम्हें सूली दे दूँगा। तब तुम्हें अवश्य ही मालूम हो जाएगा कि हम में से किसकी यातना अधिक कठोर और स्थायी है!"
