Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe.
Buraee ko iss tareeqay say door keren jo sirasir bhalaee wala ho jo kuch yeh biyan kertay hain hum ba-khoobi waqif hain.
बुराई को उस ढंग से दूर करो, जो सबसे उत्तम हो। हम भली-भाँति जानते हैं जो कुछ बातें वे बनाते हैं
Indeed, I have rewarded them this Day for their patient endurance - that they are the attainers [of success]."
Mein ney aaj enhen inn kay uss sabar ka badla dey diya hai kay woh khatir khua apni murad ko phonch chukay hain.
आज मैंने उन के धैर्य का यह बदला प्रदान किया कि वही है जो सफलता को प्राप्त हुए।"
On a Day when their tongues, their hands and their feet will bear witness against them as to what they used to do.
Jabkay unn kay muqablay mein unn ki zabaney aur unn kay hath paon unn kay aemaal ki gawahee den gay.
जिस दिन कि उन की ज़बानें और उन के हाथ और उन के पाँव उन के विरुद्ध उस की गवाही देंगे, जो कुछ वे करते रहे थे,
And if you do not find anyone therein, do not enter them until permission has been given you. And if it is said to you, "Go back," then go back; it is purer for you. And Allah is Knowing of what you do.
Agar wahan tumhen koi bhi na mill sakay to phir ijazat milay baghair andar na jao. Aur agar tum say lot janey ko kaha jaye to tum lot hi jao yehi baat tumharay liye pakeeza hai jo kuch tum ker rahey ho Allah Taalaa khoob janta hai.
फिर यदि उन में किसी को न पाओ, तो उन में प्रवेश न करो जब तक कि तुम्हें अनुमति प्राप्त न हो। और यदि तुम से कहा जाए कि वापस हो जाओ तो वापस हो जाओ, यही तुम्हारे लिए अधिक अच्छी बात है। अल्लाह भली-भाँति जानता है जो कुछ तुम करते हो
Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do.
Musalman mardon say kaho apni nigahen neechi rakhen aur apni sharam gahon ki hifazat rakhen. Yeh hi unn kay liye pakeezgi hai log jo kuch keren Allah Taalaa sab say khabra daar hai.
ईमान वाले पुरुषों से कह दो कि अपनी निगाहें बचाकर रखें और अपने गुप्तांगों की रक्षा करें। यही उन के लिए अधिक अच्छी बात है। अल्लाह को उस की पूरी ख़बर रहती है, जो कुछ वे किया करते हैं
Do you not see that Allah is exalted by whomever is within the heavens and the earth and [by] the birds with wings spread [in flight]? Each [of them] has known his [means of] prayer and exalting [Him], and Allah is Knowing of what they do.
Kiya aap ney nahi dekha kay aasmano aur zamin ki kul makhlooq aur par phelaye urney walay kul parind Allah ki tasbeeh mein masghool hain. Her aik ki namaz aur tasbeeh ussay maloom hai log jo kuch keren uss say Allah bakhoobi waqif hai.
क्या तुम ने नहीं देखा कि जो कोई भी आकाशों और धरती में है, अल्लाह की तसबीह (गुणगान) कर रहा है और पंख पसारे हुए पक्षी भी? हर एक अपनी नमाज़ और तसबीह से परिचित है। अल्लाह भली-भाँति जानता है जो कुछ वे करते हैं
And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths that if you ordered them, they would go forth [in Allah 's cause]. Say, "Do not swear. [Such] obedience is known. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with that which you do."
Bari pukhtagi kay sath Allah Taalaa ki qasmen kha kha ker kehtay hain kay aap ka hukum hotay hi nikal kharay hongay. Keh dijiy kay bus qasmen na khao ( tumhari ) ita’at ki haqeeqat maloom hai. Jo kuch tum ker rahey ho Allah Taalaa uss say ba-khabar hai.
वे अल्लाह की कड़ी-कड़ी क़समें खाते हैं कि यदि तुम उन्हें हुक्म दो तो वे अवश्य निकल खड़े होंगे। कह दो, "क़समें न खाओ। सामान्य नियम के अनुसार आज्ञापालन ही वास्तविक चीज़ है। तुम जो कुछ करते हो अल्लाह उस की ख़बर रखता है।"
Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth. Already He knows that upon which you [stand] and [knows] the Day when they will be returned to Him and He will inform them of what they have done. And Allah is Knowing of all things.
Aagah hojao kay aasma-o-zamin mein jo kuch hai sab Allah Taalaa hi ka hai. Jiss ravish per tum ho woh issay bakhoobi janta hai aur jiss din yeh sab uss ki taraf lotaye jayen gay uss din inn ko inn kay kiye say woh khabardaar ker dey ga. Allah Taalaa sab kuch jannay wala hai.
सुन लो! आकाशों और धरती में जो कुछ भी है, अल्लाह का है। वह जानता है तुम जिस (नीति) पर हो। और जिस दिन वे उस की ओर पलटेंगे, तो जो कुछ उन्होंने किया होगा, वह उन्हें बता देगा। अल्लाह तो हर चीज़ को जानता है
So they will deny you, [disbelievers], in what you say, and you cannot avert [punishment] or [find] help. And whoever commits injustice among you - We will make him taste a great punishment.
To enhon ney to tumhen tumhari tamam baton mein jhutlaya abb na to tum mein azabon kay pherney ki taqat hai na madad kerney ki tum say jiss jiss ney zulm kiya hai hum ussay bara azab chakhayen gay.
अतः इस प्रकार वे तुम्हें उस बात में, जो तुम कहते हो झूठा ठहराए हुए हैं। अब न तो तुम यातना को फेर सकते हो और न कोई सहायता ही पा सकते हो। जो कोई तुम में से ज़ुल्म करे उसे हम बड़ी यातना का मज़ा चखाएँगे
Those will be awarded the Chamber for what they patiently endured, and they will be received therein with greetings and [words of] peace.
Yehi woh log hain jinhen unn kay sabar kay badlay jannat kay buland-o-bala khaney diye jayen gay jahan unhen dua salam phonchaya jayega.
यही वे लोग हैं जिन्हें, इस के बदले में कि वे जमे रहे, उच्च भवन प्राप्त होगा, तथा ज़िन्दाबाद और सलाम से उन का वहाँ स्वागत होगा
He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do?
Aap ney farmaya! Mujhay kiya khabar kay woh pehlay kiya kertay rahey?
उस ने कहा, "मुझे क्या मालूम कि वे क्या करते रहे हैं?
And fear He who provided you with that which you know,
Uss say daro jiss ney unn cheezon say tumhari imdad ki jinhen tum jantay ho.
उस का डर रखो जिस ने तुम्हें वे चीज़े पहुँचाई जिन को तुम जानते हो
He said, "My Lord is most knowing of what you do."
Kaha kay mera rab khoob jannay wala hai jo kuch tum ker rahey ho.
उस ने कहा, " मेरा रब भली-भाँति जानता है जो कुछ तुम कर रहे हो।"
But the hoopoe stayed not long and said, "I have encompassed [in knowledge] that which you have not encompassed, and I have come to you from Sheba with certain news.
Kuch ziyada dare na guzri thi kay aaker uss ney kaha mein aik aisi cheez ki khabar laya hun kay tujhay uss ki khabar hi nahi mein saba ki aik sachi khabar teray pass laya hun.
फिर कुछ अधिक देर नहीं ठहरा कि उस ने आकर कहा, "मैंने वह जानकारी प्राप्त की है जो आपको मालूम नहीं है। मैं सबा से आपके पास एक विश्वसनीय सूचना लेकर आया हूँ
So those are their houses, desolate because of the wrong they had done. Indeed in that is a sign for people who know.
Yeh hain unn kay makanaat jo unn kay zulm ki waja say ujray paray hain jo log ilm rakhtay hain unn kay liye iss mein bari nishani hai.
अब ये उन के घर उन के ज़ुल्म के कारण उजडें पड़े हुए हैं। निश्चय ही इसमें एक बड़ी निशानी है उन लोगों के लिए जो जानना चाहें
And the decree will befall them for the wrong they did, and they will not [be able to] speak.
Ba-sabab iss kay kay unhon ney zulm kiya tha unn per baat jum jayegi aur woh kuch na bol saken gay.
और बात उन पर पूरी होकर रहेगी, इसलिए कि उन्होंने ज़ुल्म किया। अतः वे कुछ बोल न सकेंगे
And you see the mountains, thinking them rigid, while they will pass as the passing of clouds. [It is] the work of Allah , who perfected all things. Indeed, He is Acquainted with that which you do.
Aur aap paharon ko dekh ker apni jagah jamay huye khayal kertay hain lekin woh bhi badal ki tarah urtay phiren gay yeh hai san’at Allah ki jiss ney her cheez ko mazboot banaya hai jo kuch tum kertay ho uss say woh ba-khabar hai.
और तुम पहाड़ों को देखकर समझते हो कि वे जमे हुए हैं, हालाँकि वे चल रहे होंगे, जिस प्रकार बादल चलते हैं। यह अल्लाह की कारीगरी है, जिस ने हर चीज़ को सुदृढ़ किया। निस्संदेह वह उस की ख़बर रखता है, जो कुछ तुम करते हो
And if not that a disaster should strike them for what their hands put forth [of sins] and they would say, "Our Lord, why did You not send us a messenger so we could have followed Your verses and been among the believers?"...
Agar yeh baat na hoti kay enhen unn kay apnay hathon aagay bhejay huyey aemaal ki waja say koi naseehat phonchti to yeh keh uthtay kay aey humaray rab! Tu ney humari taraf koi rasool kiyon na bheja? Kay hum teri aayaton ki tabeydaari kertay aur eman walon mein say ho jatay.
(हम रसूल बनाकर न भेजते) यदि यह बात न होती कि जो कुछ उन के हाथ आगे भेज चुके हैं उस के कारण जब उन पर कोई मुसीबत आए तो वे कहने लगें, "ऐ हमारे रब, तूने क्यों न हमारी ओर कोई रसूल भेजा कि हम तेरी आयतों का (अनुसरण) करते और मोमिन होते?"
Those will be given their reward twice for what they patiently endured and [because] they avert evil through good, and from what We have provided them they spend.
Yeh apnay kiye huyey sabar kay badley dohra dohra ajar diye jayen gay. Yeh neki say badi ko taal detay hain aur hum ney enhen jo dey rakha hai iss mein say detay rehtay hain.
ये वे लोग हैं जिन्हें उन का प्रतिदान दुगना दिया जाएगा, क्योंकि वे जमे रहे और भलाई के द्वारा बुराई को दूर करते हैं और जो कुछ रोज़ी हम ने उन्हें दी हैं, उस में से ख़र्च करते हैं
And We have enjoined upon man goodness to parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.
Hum ney her insan ko apnay maa baap kay sath acha salook kerney ki naseehat ki hai haan agar woh yeh kosish keren kay aap meray sath ussay shareek ker len jiss ka aap ko ilm nahi to unn ka kehna na maniyey tum sab ka lotna meri hi taraf hai phir mein her uss cheez say jo tum kertay thay tumhen khabar doon ga.
और हम ने मनुष्यों को अपने माँ-बाप के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करने की ताकीद की है। किन्तु यदि वे तुम पर ज़ोर डालें कि तू किसी ऐसी चीज़ को मेरा साक्षी ठहराए, जिस का तुझे कोई ज्ञान नहीं, तो उन की बात न मान। मेरी ही ओर तुम सबको पलटकर आना है, फिर मैं तुम्हें बता दूँगा जो कुछ तुम करते रहे होगे
And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah ," but when one [of them] is harmed for [the cause of] Allah , they consider the trial of the people as [if it were] the punishment of Allah . But if victory comes from your Lord, they say, "Indeed, We were with you." Is not Allah most knowing of what is within the breasts of all creatures?
Aur baaz log aisay bhi hain jo zabani kehtay hain kay hum eman laye hain lekin jab Allah ki raah mein koi mushkil aan parti hai to logon ko ezza dahi ko Allah Taalaa kay azab ki tarah bana letay hain haan haan agar Allah ki madad aajaye to pukar uthtay hain kay hum to tumharay sathi hi hain kiya duniya jahaan kay seeno mein jo kuch hai usay Allah Taalaa janta nahi hai?
लोगों में ऐसे भी हैं जो कहते हैं कि "हम अल्लाह पर ईमान लाए," किन्तु जब अल्लाह के मामले में वे सताए गए तो उन्होंने लोगों की ओर से आई हुई आज़माइश को अल्लाह की यातना समझ लिया। अब यदि तेरे रब की ओर से सहायता पहुँच गई तो कहेंगे, "हम तो तुम्हारे साथ थे।" क्या जो कुछ दुनिया वालों के सीनों में है उसे अल्लाह भली-भाँति नहीं जानता?
Indeed, we will bring down on the people of this city punishment from the sky because they have been defiantly disobedient."
Hum iss basti walon per aasmani azab nazil kerney walay hain iss waja say kay yeh bey hukum ho rahey hain.
निश्चय ही हम इस बस्ती के लोगों पर आकाश से एक यातना उतारने वाले हैं, इस कारण कि वे बन्दगी की सीमा से निकलते रहे हैं।"
[Or] of those who have divided their religion and become sects, every faction rejoicing in what it has.
Unn logon mein say jinhon ney apnay deen ko tukray tukray ker diya aur khud bhi giroh giroh hogaye her giroh uss cheez per jo uss kay pass hai magan hai.
उन लोगों में से जिन्होंने अपनी दीन (धर्म) को टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर डाला और गिरोहों में बँट गए। हर गिरोह के पास जो कुछ है, उसी में मग्न है
Or have We sent down to them an authority, and it speaks of what they were associating with Him?
Kiya hum ney unn per koi daleel nazil ki hai jo ussay biyan kerti hai jissay yeh Allah kay sath shareek ker rahey hain.
(क्या उन के देवताओं ने उन की सहायता की थी) या हम ने उन पर ऐसा कोई प्रमाण उतारा है कि वह उस के हक़ में बोलता हो, जो वे उस के साथ साझी ठहराते हैं
And when We let the people taste mercy, they rejoice therein, but if evil afflicts them for what their hands have put forth, immediately they despair.
Aur jab hum logon ko rehmat ka maza chakhatay hain to woh khoob khush ho jatay hain aur agar unhen unn kay hathon kay kertoot ki waja say koi buraee phonchay to aik dum woh mehaz na-umeed ho jatay hain.
और जब हम लोगों को दयालुता का रसास्वादन कराते हैं तो वे उस पर इतराने लगते हैं; परन्तु जो कुछ उन के हाथों ने आगे भेजा है यदि उस के कारण उन पर कोई विपत्ति आ जाए, तो क्या देखते हैं कि वे निराश हो रहे हैं
Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return [to righteousness].
Khushki aur tari mein logon ki bad aemaaliyon kay baees fasad phel gaya. Iss liye kay unhen unn kay baaz kertooton ka phal Allah Taalaa chakha dey ( boht ) mumkin hai kay woh baaz aajayen.
थल और जल में बिगाड़ फैल गया स्वयं लोगों ही के हाथों की कमाई के कारण, ताकि वह उन्हें उन की कुछ करतूतों का मज़ा चखाए, कदाचित वे बाज़ आ जाएँ
But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me [in repentance]. Then to Me will be your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.
Aur agar woh dono tujh per iss baat ka dabao daalen kay tu meray sath shareek keray jiss ka tujhay ilm na ho to tu unn ka kehna na manna haan duniya mein unn kay sath achi tarah basar kerna aur uss ki raah chalna jo meri taraf jhuka hua ho tumhara sab ka lotna meri hi taraf hai tum jo kuch kertay ho iss say phir mein tumhen khabardaar ker doon ga.
किन्तु यदि वे तुझ पर दबाव डाले कि तू किसी को मेरे साथ साझी ठहराए, जिस का तुझे ज्ञान नहीं, तो उस की बात न मानना और दुनिया में उस के साथ भले तरीके से रहना। किन्तु अनुसरण उस व्यक्ति के मार्ग का करना जो मेरी ओर रुजू हो। फिर तुम सबको मेरी ही ओर पलटना है; फिर मैं तुम्हें बता दूँगा जो कुछ तुम करते रहे होगे।"-
And whoever has disbelieved - let not his disbelief grieve you. To Us is their return, and We will inform them of what they did. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts.
Kafiron kay kufur say aap ranjeedah na hon aakhir inn sab ka lotna humari janib hi hai phir hum inn ko batayen gay jo enhon ney kiya hai be-shak Allah seeno kay bhedon tak say waqif hai.
और जिस किसी ने इनकार किया तो उस का इनकार तुम्हें शोकाकुल न करे। हमारी ही ओर तो उन्हें पलटकर आना है। फिर जो कुछ वे करते रहे होंगे, उस से हम उन्हें अवगत करा देंगे। निस्संदेह अल्लाह सीनों की बात तक जानता है
Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah , with whatever you do, is Acquainted?
Kiya aap nahi dektay kay Allah Taalaa raat ko din mein aur din ko raat mein khapa deta hai sooraj chand ko ussi ney farma bardar ker rakha hai kay her aik muqarrara waqt tak chalta rahey Allah Taalaa her uss cheez say jo tum kertay ho khabardaar hai.
क्या तुम ने देखा नहीं कि अल्लाह रात को दिन में प्रविष्ट करता है और दिन को रात में प्रविष्ट करता है। उस ने सूर्य और चन्द्रमा को काम में लगा रखा है? प्रत्येक एक नियत समय तक चला जा रहा है और इस के साथ यह कि जो कुछ भी तुम करते हो, अल्लाह उस की पूरी ख़बर रखता है
So taste [punishment] because you forgot the meeting of this, your Day; indeed, We have [accordingly] forgotten you. And taste the punishment of eternity for what you used to do."
Abb tum apnay iss din ki mulaqat kay faramosh ker denay ka maza chakho hum ney bhi tumhen bhula diya aur apney kiye huye aemaal ( ki shamat ) say abdi azab ka maza chakho.
अतः अब चखो मज़ा, इसका कि तुम ने अपने इस दिन के मिलन को भुलाए रखा। तो हम ने भी तुम्हें भुला दिया। शाश्वत यातना का रसास्वादन करो, उस के बदले में जो तुम करते रहे हो
So taste [punishment] because you forgot the meeting of this, your Day; indeed, We have [accordingly] forgotten you. And taste the punishment of eternity for what you used to do."
Abb tum apnay iss din ki mulaqat kay faramosh ker denay ka maza chakho hum ney bhi tumhen bhula diya aur apney kiye huye aemaal ( ki shamat ) say abdi azab ka maza chakho.
अतः अब चखो मज़ा, इसका कि तुम ने अपने इस दिन के मिलन को भुलाए रखा। तो हम ने भी तुम्हें भुला दिया। शाश्वत यातना का रसास्वादन करो, उस के बदले में जो तुम करते रहे हो
And no soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes as reward for what they used to do.
Koi nafs nahi janta jo kuch hum ney unn ki aankhon ki thandak unn kay liye posheeda ker rakhi hai jo kuch kertay thay yeh uss ka badla hai.
फिर कोई प्राणी नहीं जानता आँखों की जो ठंडक उस के लिए छिपा रखी गई है उस के बदले में देने के ध्येय से जो वे करते रहे होंगे
As for those who believed and did righteous deeds, for them will be the Gardens of Refuge as accommodation for what they used to do.
Jin logon ney eman qabool kiya aur nek aemaal bhi kiye unn kay liye humeshgi wali jannaten hain mehmandari hai unn kay aemaal kay badlay jo woh kertay thay.
रहे वे लोग जो ईमान लाए और उन्होंने अच्छे कर्म किए, उन के लिए जो कर्म वे करते रहे उस के बदले में आतिथ्य स्वरूप रहने के बाग़ हैं
And follow that which is revealed to you from your Lord. Indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted.
Jo kuch aap ki janib aap kay rab ki taraf say wahee ki jati hai uss ki tabey daari keren ( yaqeen mano ) kay Allah tumharay her aik amal say ba-khabar hai.
और अनुकरण करना उस चीज़ का जो तुम्हारे रब की ओर से तुम्हें प्रकाशना की जा रही है। निश्चय ही अल्लाह उस की ख़बर रखता है जो तुम करते हो
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when armies came to [attack] you and We sent upon them a wind and armies [of angels] you did not see. And ever is Allah , of what you do, Seeing.
Aey eman walo! Allah Taalaa ney jo ehsan tum per kiya ussay yaad kero jabkay tumharay muqablay ko fojon per fojen aaen phir hum ney unn per tez-o-tund aandhi aur aisay lashker bhejay jinhen tum ney dekha hi nahi aur jo kuch tum kertay ho Allah Taalaa sab kuch dekhta hai.
ऐ ईमान लाने वालो! अल्लाह की उस अनुकम्पा को याद करो जो तुम पर हुई; जबकि सेनाएँ तुम पर चढ़ आई तो हम ने उन पर एक हवा भेज दी और ऐसी सेनाएँ भी, जिन को तुम ने देखा नहीं। और अल्लाह वह सब कुछ देखता है जो तुम करते हो
[Commanding him], "Make full coats of mail and calculate [precisely] the links, and work [all of you] righteousness. Indeed I, of what you do, am Seeing."
Kay tu poori poori zirhen bana aur joron mein andaza rakh tum sab nek kaam kiya kero. ( yaqeen mano ) kay mein tumharay aemaal dekh raha hun.
कि "पूरी कवचें बना और कड़ियों को ठीक अंदाज़ें से जोड।" - और तुम अच्छा कर्म करो। निस्संदेह जो कुछ तुम करते हो उसे मैं देखता हूँ
[By] that We repaid them because they disbelieved. And do We [thus] repay except the ungrateful?
Hum ney unn ki na-shukri ka yeh badla unhen diya. Hum ( aisi ) sakht saza baray baray na-shukron hi ko detay hain.
यह बदला हम ने उन्हें इसलिए दिया कि उन्होंने कृतघ्नता दिखाई। ऐसा बदला तो हम कृतघ्न लोगों को ही देते हैं
And it is not your wealth or your children that bring you nearer to Us in position, but it is [by being] one who has believed and done righteousness. For them there will be the double reward for what they did, and they will be in the upper chambers [of Paradise], safe [and secure].
Aur tumharay maal aur aulad aisay nahi kay tumhen humaray pass ( martabon say ) qareeb ker den haan jo eman layen aur nek amal keren unn kay liye unn kay aemaal ka dohra ajar hai aur woh nidar-o-bey-khof ho ker bala khano mein rahen gay.
वह चीज़ न तुम्हारे धन है और न तुम्हारी सन्तान, जो तुम्हें हम से निकट कर दे। अलबता, जो कोई ईमान लाया और उस ने अच्छा कर्म किया, तो ऐसे ही लोग हैं जिन के लिए उस का कई गुना बदला है, जो उन्होंने किया। और वे ऊपरी मंजिल के कक्षों में निश्चिन्तता-पूर्वक रहेंगे
Then is one to whom the evil of his deed has been made attractive so he considers it good [like one rightly guided]? For indeed, Allah sends astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. So do not let yourself perish over them in regret. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of what they do.
Kiya pus woh shaks jiss kay liye uss kay burray aemaal muzayyan ker diye gaye hain pus woh unhen acha samajhta hai ( kiya woh hidayat yaafta shaks jaisa hai ) ( yaqeen mano ) kay Allah jissay chahaye gumraah kerta hai aur jissay chahaye raah-e-raast dikhata hai pus aap ko inn per ghum kha kha ker apni jaan halak mein na daalni chahayey yeh jo kuch ker rahey hain uss say yaqeenan Allah Taalaa ba-khoobi waqif hai.
फिर क्या वह व्यक्ति जिस के लिए उस का बुरा कर्म सुहाना बना दिया गया हो और वह उसे अच्छा दिख रहा हो (तो क्या वह बुराई को छोड़ेगा)? निश्चय ही अल्लाह जिसे चाहता है मार्ग से वंचित रखता है और जिसे चाहता है सीधा मार्ग दिखाता है। अतः उन पर अफ़सोस करते-करते तुम्हारी जान न जाती रहे। अल्लाह भली-भाँति जानता है जो कुछ वे रच रहे हैं
And if Allah were to impose blame on the people for what they have earned, He would not leave upon the earth any creature. But He defers them for a specified term. And when their time comes, then indeed Allah has ever been, of His servants, Seeing.
Aur agar Allah Taalaa logon per unn kay aemaal kay sabab darogeer farmaney lagta to roy-e-zamin per aik jaandaar ko na chorta lekin Allah Taalaa inn ko aik miyad-e-moyyan tak mohlat dey raha hai so jab inn ki woh miyad aa phonchay gi Allah Taalaa apnay bandon ko aap dekh ley ga.
यदि अल्लाह लोगों को उन की कमाई के कारण पकड़ने पर आ जाए तो इस धरती की पीठ पर किसी जीवधारी को भी न छोड़े। किन्तु वह उन्हें एक नियत समय तक ढील देता है, फिर जब उन का नियत समय आ जाता है तो निश्चय ही अल्लाह तो अपने बन्दों को देख ही रहा है
Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored."
Kay mujhay meray rab ney bakhsh diya aur mujhay ba-izzat logon mein sy ker diya.
कि मेरे रब ने मुझे क्षमा कर दिया और मुझे प्रतिष्ठित लोगों में सम्मिलित कर दिया।"
[Enter to] burn therein today for what you used to deny."
Apnay kufur ka badla paney kay liye aaj iss mein dakhil hojao.
जो इनकार तुम करते रहे हो, उस के बदले में आज इसमें प्रविष्ट हो जाओ।"
That Day, We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to earn.
Hum aaj kay din inkay mun per mohar laga den gay aur inn kay hath hum say batein keren gay aur inn kay paaon gawaheeyian den gay unn kamon ki jo woh kertay thay.
आज हम उन के मुँह पर मुहर लगा देंगे और उन के हाथ हम से बोलेंगे और जो कुछ वे कमाते रहे हैं, उन के पाँव उस की गवाही देंगे
[We said], "O David, indeed We have made you a successor upon the earth, so judge between the people in truth and do not follow [your own] desire, as it will lead you astray from the way of Allah ." Indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment for having forgotten the Day of Account.
Aey dawood! Hum ney tumhen zamin mein khalifa bana diya tum logon kay darmiyan haq kay sath faislay kero aur apni nafsani khuwaish ki perwi na kero werna woh tumhen Allah ki raah say bhatka deygi yaqeenan jo log Allah ki raah say bhatak jatay hain unn kay liye sakht azab hai iss liye kay unhon ney hisab kay din ko bhula diya hai.
"ऐ दाऊद! हम ने धरती में तुझे ख़लीफ़ा (उत्तराधिकारी) बनाया है। अतः तू लोगों के बीच हक़ के साथ फ़ैसला करना और अपनी इच्छा का अनुपालन न करना कि वह तुझे अल्लाह के मार्ग से भटका दे। जो लोग अल्लाह के मार्ग से भटकते हैं, निश्चय ही उन के लिए कठोर यातना है, क्योंकि वे हिसाब के दिन को भूले रहे।-
If you disbelieve - indeed, Allah is Free from need of you. And He does not approve for His servants disbelief. And if you are grateful, He approves it for you; and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, and He will inform you about what you used to do. Indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.
Agar tum na-shukri kero to ( yaad rakho kay ) Allah Taalaa tum ( sab say ) be-niyaz hai aur woh apnay bando ki na-shukri say khush nahi aur agar tum shukar kero to woh issay tumharay liye pasand keray ga aur koi kissi ka bojh nahi uthata phit tum sab ka lotna tumharay rab hi ki taraf hai. Tumhen woh batla dey ga jo tum kertay thay. Yaqeenan woh dilon tak ki baaton ka waqif hai.
यदि तुम इनकार करोगे तो अल्लाह तुम से निस्पृह है। यद्यपि वह अपने बन्दों के लिए इनकार को पसन्द नहीं करता, किन्तु यदि तुम कृतज्ञता दिखाओगे, तो उसे वह तुम्हारे लिए पसन्द करता है। कोई बोझ न उठाएगा। फिर तुम्हारी वापसी अपने रब ही की ओर है। और वह तुम्हे बता देगा, जो कुछ तुम करते रहे होगे। निश्चय ही वह सीनों तक की बातें जानता है
And every soul will be fully compensated [for] what it did; and He is most knowing of what they do.
Aur jiss shaks ney jo kuch kiya hai bharpoor dey diya jayega jo kuch log ker rahey hain woh bakhoobi jannay wala hai.
और प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को उस का किया भरपूर दिया जाएगा। और वह भली-भाँति जानता है, जो कुछ वे करते हैं
This Day every soul will be recompensed for what it earned. No injustice today! Indeed, Allah is swift in account.
Aaj her nafas ko uss ki kamaee ka badla diya jayega. Aaj ( kissi qisam ka ) zulm nahi yaqeenan Allah Taalaa boht jald hisab kerney wala hai.
आज प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को उस की कमाई का बदला दिया जाएगा। आज कोई ज़ुल्म न होगा। निश्चय ही अल्लाह हिसाब लेने में बहुत तेज है
[The angels will say], "That was because you used to exult upon the earth without right and you used to behave insolently.
Yeh badla hai uss cheez ka jo tum zamin mein na-haq phoolay na samatay thay. Aur ( be-ja ) itratay phirtay thay.
"यह इसलिए कि तुम धरती में नाहक़ मग्न थे और इसलिए कि तुम इतराते रहे हो
And when their messengers came to them with clear proofs, they [merely] rejoiced in what they had of knowledge, but they were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
Pus jab kabhi unn kay pass unn kay rasool khulli nishaniyan ley ker aaye to yeh apnay pass kay ilm per itraney lagay bil-aakhir jiss cheez ko mazaq mein ura rahey thay wohi unn per ulat pari.
फिर जब उन के रसूल उन के पास स्पष्ट प्रमाणों के साथ आए तो जो ज्ञान उन के अपने पास था वे उसी पर मग्न होते रहे और उन को उसी चीज़ ने आ घेरा जिस का वे परिहास करते थे
And when they saw Our punishment, they said," We believe in Allah alone and disbelieve in that which we used to associate with Him."
Humara azab dekhtay hi kehney lagay kay Allah wahid per hum eman laye aur jin jin ko hum uss ka shareek bana rahey thay hum ney unn sab say inkar kiya.
फिर जब उन्होंने हमारी यातना देखी तो कहने लगे, "हम ईमान लाए अल्लाह पर जो अकेला है और उस का इनकार किया जिसे हम उस का साझी ठहराते थे।"
