And when they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe"; but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, "Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers."
Aur jab eman walon say miltay hain to kehtay hain kay hum bhi eman walay hain aur jab apney baron kay pass jatay hain to kehtay hain kay hum to tumharay sath hain hum to inn say sirf mazaq kertay hain.
और जब वे ईमान वालों से मिलते हैं तो कहते हैं कि हम ईमान लाए हैं, और जब अपने शैतानों की मजलिस में पहुँचते हैं तो कहते हैं कि हम तुम्हारे साथ हैं, हम तो उनसे महज़ हँसी करते हैं।
Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah , and indeed to Him we will return."
Jinhen jab koi musibat aati hai to keh diya kertay hain kay hum to khud Allah Taalaa ki milkiyat hain aur hum ussi ki taraf lotney walay hain.
जिनका हाल यह है कि जब उनको कोई मुसीबत पहुँचती है तो वे कहते हैं: हम अल्लाह के हैं और हम उसी की तरफ़ लौटने वाले हैं।
And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah ." And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.
Aur yun kehney kay baees kay hum ney Allah kay rasool maseeh essa bin marium ko qatal ker diya halankay na to enhon ney ussay qatal kiya na sooli charhaya bulkay inn kay liye unn ( essa ) ki shabeeh bana diya gaya tha. Yaqeen jano kay hazrat essa ( alh-e-salam ) kay baray mein ikhtilaf kerney walay unn kay baray mein shak mein hain unhen iss ka koi yaqeen nahi ba-juz takhmeeni baaton per amal kerney kay itna yaqeeni hai kay enhon ney unhen qatal nahi kiya.
और उनके यह कहने पर कि हमने मसीह ईसा बिन मरियम (अलैहिमस्सलाम) अल्लाह के रसूल को क़त्ल कर दिया, हालाँकि उन्होंने न उनको क़त्ल किया और न उनको सूली दी बल्कि मामला उनके लिए मुश्तबह कर दिया गया, और जो लोग इसमें इख़्तिलाफ़ कर रहे हैं वे उनके बारे में शक में पड़े हुए हैं, उनको इसका कोई इल्म नहीं सिवाए इसके कि वे सिर्फ़ अंदाज़ों पर चल रहे हैं, और बेशक उन्होंने उनको क़त्ल नहीं किया।
And from those who say, "We are Christians" We took their covenant; but they forgot a portion of that of which they were reminded. So We caused among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. And Allah is going to inform them about what they used to do.
Aur jo apney aap ko nasrani kehtay hain hum ney unn say bhi ehad-o-paymaan liya unhon ney bhi iss ka bara hissa faramosh ker diya jo unhen naseehat ki gaee thi to hum ney bhi unn kay aapas mein bughz-o-adawat daal di jo ta-qayamat rahey gi aur jo kuch yeh kertay thay un-qarib Allah Taalaa unhen sab bata dey ga.
और कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि हम नसरानी हैं, उनसे हमने अहद लिया था जो कुछ नसीहत उनको की गई थी उसका बड़ा हिस्सा वे भुला बैठे, फिर हमने क़यामत तक के लिए उनके दरमियान दुश्मनी और बुग़्ज़ डाल दिया, और आख़िर में अल्लाह उनको आगाह कर देगा उससे जो कुछ वे कर रहे थे।
They said, "O Moses, indeed we will not enter it, ever, as long as they are within it; so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we are remaining right here."
Qom ney jawab diya kay aey musa! Jab tak woh wahan hain tab tak hum hergiz wahan na jayen gay iss liye tum aur tumhara perwerdigar jaa ker dono hi larr bhiro hum yahin bethay huye hain.
उन्होंने कहा कि ऐ मूसा! हम कभी वहाँ दाख़िल न होंगे जब तक वे लोग वहाँ हैं, पस तुम और तुम्हारा अल्लाह दोनों जाकर लड़ो, हम यहाँ बैठे हैं।
They said, "O Moses, indeed we will not enter it, ever, as long as they are within it; so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we are remaining right here."
Qom ney jawab diya kay aey musa! Jab tak woh wahan hain tab tak hum hergiz wahan na jayen gay iss liye tum aur tumhara perwerdigar jaa ker dono hi larr bhiro hum yahin bethay huye hain.
उन्होंने कहा कि ऐ मूसा! हम कभी वहाँ दाख़िल न होंगे जब तक वे लोग वहाँ हैं, पस तुम और तुम्हारा अल्लाह दोनों जाकर लड़ो, हम यहाँ बैठे हैं।
You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers [to be] the Jews and those who associate others with Allah ; and you will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers those who say, "We are Christians." That is because among them are priests and monks and because they are not arrogant.
Yaqeenan aap eman walon ka sab say ziyada dushman yahudiyon aur mushrikon ko payen gay aur eman walon say sab say ziyada dosti kay qareeb aap yaqeenan unhen payen gay jo apney aap ko nasaara kehtay hain yeh iss liye kay inn mein ulama aur ibadat kay liye gosha nasheen afraad paye jatay hain aur iss waja say kay woh takabbur nahi kertay.
ईमान वालों के साथ दुश्मनी में आप सबसे बढ़कर यहूद और मुशरिकीन को पाओगे, और ईमान वालों के साथ दोस्ती में आप सबसे ज़्यादा उन लोगों को पाओगे जो अपने आपको नसारा कहते हैं, यह इसलिए कि उनमें आलिम और राहिब हैं और इसलिए कि वे तकब्बुर नहीं करते।
Do they [then] wait for anything except that the angels should come to them or your Lord should come or that there come some of the signs of your Lord? The Day that some of the signs of your Lord will come no soul will benefit from its faith as long as it had not believed before or had earned through its faith some good. Say, "Wait. Indeed, we [also] are waiting."
Kiya yeh log sirf iss amar kay muntazir hain kay inn kay pass farishtay aayen ya inn kay pass aap ka rab aaye ya aap kay rab ki koi ( bari ) nishani aaye? Jiss roz aap kay rab ki koi bari nishani aa phoncya gi kissi aisay shaks ka eman uss kay kaam na aaye ga jo pehlay say eman nahi rakhta. Ya uss ney apney eman mein koi nek amal na kiya ho. Aap farma dijiye kay tum muntazir raho hum bhi muntazir hain.
क्या ये लोग इसके मुंतज़िर हैं कि उनके पास फ़रिश्ते आएं या आपका रब आए या आपके रब की निशानियों में से कोई निशानी ज़ाहिर हो? जिस दिन आपके रब की निशानियों में से कोई निशानी आ पहुँचेगी तो किसी शख़्स को उसका ईमान लाना नफ़ा न देगा जो पहले ईमान न ला चुका हो या अपने ईमान में कुछ नेकी न की हो, कह दीजिए कि तुम भी इन्तिज़ार करो हम भी इन्तिज़ार कर रहे हैं।
And their declaration when Our punishment came to them was only that they said, "Indeed, we were wrongdoers!"
So jiss waqt unn per humara azab aaya uss waqt unn kay mun say ba-juz iss kay aur koi baat na nikli kay waqaee hum zalim thay.
फिर जब हमारा अज़ाब उन पर आया तो वे इसके सिवा कुछ न कह सके कि वाक़ई हम ज़ालिम थे।
O children of Adam, let not Satan tempt you as he removed your parents from Paradise, stripping them of their clothing to show them their private parts. Indeed, he sees you, he and his tribe, from where you do not see them. Indeed, We have made the devils allies to those who do not believe.
Aey aulad-e-aadam! Shetan tum ko kissi kharabi mein na daal dey jaisa kay uss ney tumharay maa baap ko jannat say bahir kera diya aisi halat mein unn ka libas bhi utarwa diya takay woh inn ko inn ki sharamgahen dikhaye. Woh aur uss ka lashkar tum ko aisay tor per dekhta hai kay tum unn ko nahi dekhta ho. Hum ney shetanon ko unn hi logon ka dost banaya hai jo eman nahi latay.
ऐ आदम की औलाद! शैतान तुमको बहका न दे जिस तरह उसने तुम्हारे माँ-बाप को जन्नत से निकलवा दिया, उसने उनके लिबास उतरवाए ताकि उनको उनके सामने बे-पर्दा कर दे, वह और उसके साथी तुमको ऐसी जगह से देखते हैं जहाँ से तुम उन्हें नहीं देखते, हमने शैतानों को उन लोगों का दोस्त बना दिया है जो ईमान नहीं लाते।
Said the eminent among his people, "Indeed, we see you in clear error."
Unn ki qom kay baray logon ney kaha hum tum ko sareeh ghalati mein dekhtay hain.
उसकी क़ौम के बड़ों ने कहा कि हमको तो यह नज़र आता है कि तुम एक खुली हुई गुमराही में मुब्तला हो।
Said the eminent ones who disbelieved among his people, "Indeed, we see you in foolishness, and indeed, we think you are of the liars."
Unn ki qom mein jo baray log kafir thay unhon ney kaha hum tum ko kum aqali mein dekhtay hain. Aur hum be-shak tum ko jhootay logon mein samajhtay hain.
उसकी क़ौम के बड़े जो इनकार कर रहे थे बोलेः हम तो तुमको नादानी में मुब्तला देखते हैं और हमको गुमान है कि तुम झूठे हो।
Said the eminent ones who were arrogant among his people to those who were oppressed - to those who believed among them, "Do you [actually] know that Salih is sent from his Lord?" They said, "Indeed we, in that with which he was sent, are believers."
Unn ki qom mein jo mutakabbir sardar thay unhon ney gharib logon say jo kay inn mein say eman ley aaye thay poocha kiya tum ko iss baat ka yaqeen hai kay saleh ( alh-e-salam ) apney rab ki taraf say bhejay huye hain? Unhon ney kaha kay be-shak hum to iss per poora yaqeen rakhtay hain jo inn ko dey ker bheja gaya hai.
उनकी क़ौम के बड़ों ने जिन्होंने घमंड किया उन ईमान वालों से कहा जो कमज़ोर समझे जाते थेः क्या तुमको यक़ीन है कि सालेह अपने रब का भेजा हुआ है, उन्होंने जवाब दिया कि हम तो जो वे लेकर आए हैं उस पर ईमान रखते हैं।
Said those who were arrogant, "Indeed we, in that which you have believed, are disbelievers."
Woh mutakabbir log kehney lagay kay tum jiss baat per yaqeen laye ho hum to iss kay munkir hain.
वे मुतकब्बिर लोग कहने लगे कि हम तो उस चीज़ के मुनकिर हैं जिस पर तुम ईमान लाए हो।
And decree for us in this world [that which is] good and [also] in the Hereafter; indeed, we have turned back to You." [ Allah ] said, "My punishment - I afflict with it whom I will, but My mercy encompasses all things." So I will decree it [especially] for those who fear Me and give zakah and those who believe in Our verses -
Aur hum logon kay naam duniya mein bhi nek haali likh dey aur aakhirat mein bhi hum teri taraf rujoo kertay hain. Allah Taalaa ney farmaya kay mein apna azab ussi per waqey kerta hun aur meri rehmat tamam ashiya per moheet hai. To woh rehmat unn logon kay naam zaroor likhon ga jo Allah say dartay hain aur zakat detay hain aur jo humari aayaton per eman latay hain.
और आप हमारे लिए इस दुनिया में भी भलाई लिख दीजिए और आख़िरत में भी, हमने आपकी तरफ़ रुजूअ़ किया, अल्लाह ने कहाः मैं अपने अज़ाब में मुब्तला करता हूँ जिसको चाहता हूँ और मेरी रहमत शामिल है हर चीज़ को, पस मैं उसको लिख दूँगा उनके लिए जो डर रखते हैं और ज़कात अदा करते हैं और जो हमारी निशानियों पर ईमान लाते हैं।
But those who hold fast to the Book and establish prayer - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of the reformers.
Aur jo log kitab kay paband hain aur namaz ki pabandi kertay hain hum aisay logon ko jo apni islah keren sawab zaya na keren gay.
और जो लोग अल्लाह की किताब को मज़बूती से पकड़ते हैं और नमाज़ क़ायम करते हैं, बेशक हम ऐसे नेक काम करने वालों का अज्र ज़ाया नहीं करेंगे।
And [mention] when your Lord took from the children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants and made them testify of themselves, [saying to them], "Am I not your Lord?" They said, "Yes, we have testified." [This] - lest you should say on the day of Resurrection, "Indeed, we were of this unaware."
Aur jab aap kay rab ney aulad-e-aadam ki pusht say unn ki aulad ko nikala aur unn say unn hi kay mutalliq iqrar liya kay kiya mein tumhara rab nahi hun? Sab ney jawab diya kiyon nahi! Hum sab gawah bantay hain. Takay tum log qayamat kay roz yun na kaho kay hum to iss say mehaz bey khabar thay.
और जब आपके रब ने आदम की औलाद की पीठों से उनकी औलाद को निकाला और उनको गवाह ठहराया ख़ुद उनके ऊपर, क्या मैं तुम्हारा रब नहीं हूँ? उन्होंने कहाः हाँ क्यों नहीं! हम इक़रार करते हैं, यह इसलिए हुआ कि कहीं तुम क़यामत के दिन कहने लगो कि हमको तो इसकी ख़बर न थी।
Say, "Do you await for us except one of the two best things while we await for you that Allah will afflict you with punishment from Himself or at our hands? So wait; indeed we, along with you, are waiting."
Keh dijiye kay tum humaray baray mein jiss cheez ka intizar ker rahey ho woh do bhalaeeyon mein say aik hai aur hum tumharay haq mein iss ka intizar kertay hain kay ya to Allah Taalaa apney pass say koi saza tumhen dey ya humaray hathon say pus aik taraf tum muntazir raho doosri janib tumharay sath hum bhi muntazir hain.
कह दें कि तुम हमारे लिए सिर्फ़ दो भालाईयों में से एक भलाई के मुंतज़िर हो, मगर हम तुम्हारे हक़ में इसके मुंतज़िर हैं कि अल्लाह तुम पर अज़ाब भेजे अपनी तरफ़ से या हमारे हाथों से, बस अब इंतिज़ार करो हम भी तुम्हारे साथ मुंतज़िर हैं।
The angels said, "O Lot, indeed we are messengers of your Lord; [therefore], they will never reach you. So set out with your family during a portion of the night and let not any among you look back - except your wife; indeed, she will be struck by that which strikes them. Indeed, their appointment is [for] the morning. Is not the morning near?"
Abb farishton ney kaha aey loot! Hum teray perwerdigar kay bhejay huye hain na mumkin hai kay yeh tujh tak phonch payen pus tu apney ghar walon ko ley ker kuch raat rahey nikal khara ho. Tum mein say kissi ko murr ker bhi na dekhna chahaiye ba-juz teri biwi kay iss liye kay ussay bhi wohi phonchney wala hai jo inn sab ko phonchay ga yaqeenan inn kay waday ka waqt subha ka hai kiya subha bilkul qarib nahi.
फ़रिश्तों ने कहा कि ऐ लूत! हम आपके रब के भेजे हुए हैं, वे हरगिज़ आप तक पहुँच न सकेंगे, पस आप अपने लोगों को लेकर कुछ रात रहे निकल जाइए और तुम में से कोई मुड़कर न देखेगा, मगर आपकी बीवी कि उस पर वही कुछ गुज़रने वाला है जो उन लोगों पर गुज़रेगा, उनके लिए सुबह का वक़्त मुक़र्रर है, क्या सुबह क़रीब नहीं।
And say to those who do not believe, "Work according to your position; indeed, we are working.
Eman na laney walon say keh dijiye kay tum apney tor per amal kiye jao hum bhi amal mein mashghool hain.
और जो लोग ईमान नहीं लाए उनसे कह दीजिए कि तुम अपने तरीक़े पर अमल करते रहो और हम (अपने तरीक़े पर) अमल कर रहे हैं।
And wait, indeed, we are waiting."
Aur tum bhi intizar kero aur hum bhi muntazir hain.
और इंतिज़ार करो हम भी मुंतज़िर हैं।
They said, "O our father, indeed we went racing each other and left Joseph with our possessions, and a wolf ate him. But you would not believe us, even if we were truthful."
Aur kehney lagay kay abba jaan hum to aapas mein dor mein lagg gaye aur yousuf ( alh-e-salam ) ko hum ney asbaab kay pass chora pus ussay bheyriya kha gaya aap to humari baat nahi manen gay go hum bilkul sachay hi hon.
उन्होंने कहाः ऐ हमारे अब्बा! हम दौड़ का मुक़ाबला करने लगे और यूसुफ़ को हमने अपने सामान के पास छोड़ दिया फिर उसको भेड़िया खा गया, और आप हमारी बात का यक़ीन न करेंगे चाहे हम सच्चे हों।
And women in the city said, "The wife of al-'Azeez is seeking to seduce her slave boy; he has impassioned her with love. Indeed, we see her [to be] in clear error."
Aur shehar ki aurton mein charcha honey laga kay aziz ki biwi apney ( jawan ) ghulam ko apna matlab nikalney kay liye behlaney phuslaney mein lagi rehti hai inn kay dil mein yousuf ki mohabbat beth gaee hai humaray khayal mein to woh sarreh gumrahi mein hai.
और शहर की औरतों में चर्चा होने लगा कि अज़ीज़ की बीवी अपने (जवान) ग़ुलाम को अपना मतलब निकालने के लिए बहलाने फुसलाने में लगी रहती है, उसके दिल में यूसुफ़ की मुहब्बत बैठ गई है, हमारे ख़्याल में तो वह खुली गुमराही में है।
And there entered the prison with him two young men. One of them said, "Indeed, I have seen myself [in a dream] pressing wine." The other said, "Indeed, I have seen myself carrying upon my head [some] bread, from which the birds were eating. Inform us of its interpretation; indeed, we see you to be of those who do good."
Uss kay sath do aur jawan bhi qaid khanay mein dakhil huye inn mein say aik ney kaha kay mein ney khuwab mein apney aap ko sharab nichortay dekha hai aur doosray ney kaha mein ney apney aap ko dekha hai kay mein apney sir per roti uthaye huye hun jisay parinday kha rahey hain humen aap iss ki tabeer batiye humen to aap khoobiyon walay shaks dikhaee detay hain.
और क़ैदख़ाने में उसके साथ दो और नौजवान दाख़िल हुए, उनमें से एक ने (एक रोज़) कहा कि मैं ख़्वाब में देखता हूँ कि मैं शराब निचोड़ रहा हूँ, और दूसरे ने कहा कि मैं ख़्वाब में देखता हूँ कि अपने सर पर रोटी उठाए हुए हूँ जिसमें से चिड़ियाँ खा रही हैं, हमको इसकी ताबीर बताओ, हम देखते हैं कि तुम नेक लोगों में से हो।
They said, "O 'Azeez, indeed he has a father [who is] an old man, so take one of us in place of him. Indeed, we see you as a doer of good."
Enhon ney kaha aey aziz-e-misir! Iss kay walid boht bari umar kay bilkul boorhay shaks hain. Aap iss kay badlay hum mein say kissi ko ley lijiye. Hum dekhtay hain kay aap baray nek nafs hain.
उन्होंने कहा कि ऐ अज़ीज़! इसका एक बहुत बूढ़ा बाप है तो आप इसकी जगह हम में से किसी और को रख लें, हम आपको बहुत नेक देखते हैं।
They said, "O our father, ask for us forgiveness of our sins; indeed, we have been sinners."
Enhon ney kaha abba ji! Aap humaray liye gunahon ki bakhsish talab kijiye be-shal hum qusoor waar hain.
यूसुफ़ के भाइयों ने कहाः ऐ हमारे अब्बा जान! हमारे गुनाहों की माफ़ी की दुआ कीजिए, बेशक हम ख़तावार थे।
Has there not reached you the news of those before you - the people of Noah and 'Aad and Thamud and those after them? No one knows them but Allah . Their messengers brought them clear proofs, but they returned their hands to their mouths and said, "Indeed, we disbelieve in that with which you have been sent, and indeed we are, about that to which you invite us, in disquieting doubt."
Kiya tumharay pass tum say pehlay kay logon ki khabren nahi aaen? Yani qom-e-nooh ki aur aad-o-samood ki aur unn kay baad walon ki jinhen siwaye Allah Taalaa kay aur koi nahi janta unn kay pass unn kay rasool moajzzay laye lekin unhon ney apney hath apney mun mein daba liye aur saaf keh diya kay jo kuch tumhen dey ker bheja gaya hai hum uss kay munkir hain aur jiss cheez ki taraf tum humen bula rahey ho humen to iss mein bara bhari shuba hai.
क्या तुमको उन लोगों की ख़बर नहीं पहुँची जो तुमसे पहले गुज़र चुके हैं क़ौमे-नूह, और आद और समूद और जो लोग उनके बाद हुए हैं जिनको अल्लाह के सिवा कोई नहीं जानता, उनके पैग़म्बर उनके पास दलाइल लेकर आए तो उन्होंने अपने हाथ उनके मुँह में दे दिए और कहा कि तुम जो कुछ देकर भेजे गए हो हम उसको नहीं मानते और जिस चीज़ की तरफ़ तुम हमको बुलाते हो हम उसके बारे में सख़्त उलझन वाले शक में पड़े हुए हैं।
And they will come out [for judgement] before Allah all together, and the weak will say to those who were arrogant, "Indeed, we were your followers, so can you avail us anything against the punishment of Allah ?" They will say, "If Allah had guided us, we would have guided you. It is all the same for us whether we show intolerance or are patient: there is for us no place of escape."
Sab kay sab Allah kay samney roo-baroo kharay hongay uss waqt kamzor log baraee walon say kahen gay hum to tumharay tabeydaar thay to kiys tum Allah kay azabon mein say kuch azab hum say door ker sakney walay ho? Woh jawab den gay kay agar Allah humen hidayat deta to hum bhi zaroor tumhari rehnumaee kertay abb to hum per bey qarari kerna aur sabar kerna dono hi barabar hai humaray liye koi chutkara nahi.
और अल्लाह के सामने सब पेश होंगे, फिर कमज़ोर लोग उन लोगों से कहेंगे जो बड़ाई वाले थे कि हम तुम्हारे ताबे थे तो क्या तुम अल्लाह के अज़ाब से कुछ हमको बचाओगे, वे कहेंगे कि अगर अल्लाह हमको कोई राह दिखाता तो हम तुमको भी ज़रूर वह राह दिखा देते, अब हमारे लिए बराबर है कि हम बेक़रार हों या सब्र करें, हमारे बचने की कोई सूरत नहीं।
Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian.
Hum ney iss quran ko nazil farmaya hai aur hum hi uss kay mohafiz hain.
हमने ही इस क़ुरआन को नाज़िल किया है और हम ही इसके मुहाफ़िज़ हैं।
When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you."
Kay jab unhon ney unn kay pass aaker salam kiya to unhon ney kaha kay hum ko tum say darr lagta hai.
जब वे उसके पास आए फिर उन्होंने सलाम किया, इब्राहीम (अलै॰) ने कहा कि हमें तो तुम से डर लग रहा है।
[The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy."
Unhon ney kaha daro nahi hum tujhay aik saahib-e-ilm farzand ki bisharat detay hain.
उन्होंने कहाः डरिए मत, हम तो आपको एक लड़के की बशारत देते हैं, जो बड़ा आलिम होगा।
Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all
Magar khaandan-e-loot kay hum unn sab ko to zaroor bacha len gay.
मगर लूत (अलै॰) के घर वाले कि हम उन सबको बचा लेंगे।
Indeed, We are sufficient for you against the mockers
Aap say jo log maskhra pann kertay hain unn ki saza kay liye hum kafi hain.
हम आपकी तरफ़ से इन मज़ाक़ उड़ाने वालों के लिए काफ़ी हैं।
Indeed, We have made that which is on the earth adornment for it that We may test them [as to] which of them is best in deed.
Rooy-e-zamin per jo kuch hai hum ney ussay zamin ki ronaq ka baees banaya hai kay hum enhen aazma len kay inn mein say kaun nek aemaal wala hai.
धरती पर जो कुछ है उसे तो हम ने उस की शोभा बनाई है, ताकि हम उन की परीक्षा लें कि उन में कर्म की दृष्टि से कौन उत्तम है
Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds.
Yaqeenan jo log eman layen aur nek aemaal keren to hum kissi nek amal kerney walay ka sawab zaya nahi kertay.
रहे वे लोग जो ईमान लाए और उन्होंने अच्छे कर्म किए, तो निश्चय ही किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति का प्रतिदान जिस ने अच्छे कर्म किया हो, हम अकारथ नहीं करते
And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord but turns away from them and forgets what his hands have put forth? Indeed, We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And if you invite them to guidance - they will never be guided, then - ever.
Uss say barh ker zalim kaun hai? Jissay uss kay rab ki aayaton say naseehat ki jaye woh phir bhi mun moray rahey aur jo kuch uss kay hathon ney aagay bhej rakha hai ussay bhool jaye be-shak hum ney unn kay dilon per parday daal diye hain kay woh issay ( na ) samajhen aur unn kay kanon mein girani hai go tu unhen hidayat ki taraf bulata rahey lekin yeh kabhi bhi hidayat nahi paney kay.
उस व्यक्ति से बढ़कर ज़ालिम कौन होगा जिसे उस के रब की आयतों के द्वारा समझाया गया, तो उस ने उन से मुँह फेर लिया और उसे भूल गया, जो सामान उस के हाथ आगे बढ़ा चुके हैं? निश्चय ही हम ने उन के दिलों पर परदे डाल दिए हैं कि कहीं वे उसे समझ न लें और उन के कानों में बोझ डाल दिया (कि कहीं वे सुन न ले) । यद्यपि तुम उन्हें सीधे मार्ग की ओर बुलाओ, वे कभी भी मार्ग नहीं पा सकते
Indeed We established him upon the earth, and We gave him to everything a way.
Hum ney ussay zamin mein qooat ata farmaee thi aur ussay her cheez kay saman bhi inayat ker diye thay.
हम ने उसे धरती में सत्ता प्रदान की थी और उसे हर प्रकार के संसाधन दिए थे
[He was told], "O Zechariah, indeed We give you good tidings of a boy whose name will be John. We have not assigned to any before [this] name."
Aey zakriya! Hum tujhay aik bachay ki khushkhabri detay hain jiss kay naam yahya hai hum ney iss say pehlay iss ka hum naam bhi kissi ko nahi kiya.
(उत्तर मिला,) "ऐ ज़करीया! हम तुझे एक लड़के की शुभ सूचना देते हैं, जिस का नाम यह्या होगा। हम ने उस से पहले किसी को उस के जैसा नहीं बनाया।"
Indeed, it is We who will inherit the earth and whoever is on it, and to Us they will be returned.
Khud zamin kay aur tamam zamin walon kay waris hum hi hongay aur sab log humari hi taraf lota ker layen jayen gay.
धरती और जो भी उस के ऊपर है उस के वारिस हम ही रह जाएँगे और हमारी ही ओर उन्हें लौटना होगा
So go to him and say, 'Indeed, we are messengers of your Lord, so send with us the Children of Israel and do not torment them. We have come to you with a sign from your Lord. And peace will be upon he who follows the guidance.
Tum iss kay pass jaa ker kaho kay hum teray perwerdigar kay payghumber hain tu humaray sath bani israeel ko bhej dey inn ki sazayen moqoof ker. Hum to teray pass teray rab ki taraf say nishani ley ker aaye hain aur salamti ussi kay liye hai jo hidayat ka paband ho jaye.
अतः जाओ, उस के पास और कहो, हम तेरे रब के रसूल हैं। इसराईल की सन्तान को हमारे साथ भेज दे। और उन्हें यातना न दे। हम तेरे पास तेरे रब की निशानी लेकर आए है। और सलामती है उस के लिए जो संमार्ग का अनुसरण करे!
Indeed, it has been revealed to us that the punishment will be upon whoever denies and turns away.' "
Humari taraf wahee ki gaee hai kay jo jhutlaye aur roo gardani keray uss kay liye azab hai.
निस्संदेह हमारी ओर प्रकाशना हुई है कि यातना उस के लिए है, जो झुठलाए और मुँह फेरे।"
They said, "O woe to us! Indeed, we were wrongdoers."
Kehney lagay haaye humari kharabi! Be-shak hum zalim thay.
कहने लगे, "हाय हमारा दुर्भाग्य! निस्संदेह हम ज़ालिम थे।"
And if [as much as] a whiff of the punishment of your Lord should touch them, they would surely say, "O woe to us! Indeed, we have been wrongdoers."
Agar enhen teray rab kay kissi azab ka jhonka bhi lag jaye to pukar uthen kay haye humari bad-bakhti! Yeqeenan hum gunehgar thay.
और यदि तुम्हारे रब की यातना का कोई झोंका भी उन्हें छू जाए तो वे कहने लगे, "हाय, हमारा दुर्भाग्य! निस्संदेह हम ज़ालिम थे।"
The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it.
Jiss din hum aasman ko yun lapet len gay jaisay toomaar mein auraaq lapet diye jatay hain jaisay kay hum ney awwal dafa pedaeesh ki thi issi tarah doobara keren gay. Yeh humarayu zimmay wada hai aur hum issay zaroor ker kay ( hi ) rahen gay.
जिस दिन हम आकाश को लपेट लेंगे, जैसे पंजी में पन्ने लपेटे जाते हैं, जिस प्रकाऱ पहले हम ने सृष्टि का आरम्भ किया था उसी प्रकार हम उस की पुनरावृत्ति करेंगे। यह हमारे ज़िम्मे एक वादा है। निश्चय ही हमें यह करना है
They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected?
Kay kiya jab hum marr ker mitti aur haddi hojayen gay kiya phir bhi hum zaroor uthaye jayen gay?
उन्होंने कहा, "क्या जब हम मरकर मिट्टी और हड्डियाँ होकर रह जाएँगे , तो क्या हमें दोबारा जीवित करके उठाया जाएगा?
[ Allah ] said, "No. Go both of you with Our signs; indeed, We are with you, listening.
Janab-e-baari ney farmaya! Hergiz aisa na hoga tum dono humari nishaniyan ley ker jao hum khud sunnay walay tumharay sath hain.
कहा, "कदापि नहीं, तुम दोनों हमारी निशानियाँ लेकर जाओ। हम तुम्हारे साथ है, सुनने को मौजूद है
Go to Pharaoh and say, 'We are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds,
Tum dono firaon kay pass ja ker kaho kay bila shuba hum rab-ul-aalamaeen kay bhejay huye hain.
अतः तुम दोनो फ़िरऔन के पास जाओ और कहो कि हम सारे संसार के रब के भेजे हुए हैं
So they threw their ropes and their staffs and said, "By the might of Pharaoh, indeed it is we who are predominant."
Unhon ney apni rassiyan aur laathiyan daal den aur kehney lagay izzat firaon ki qasam! Hum yaqeenan ghalib hi rahen gay.
तब उन्होंने अपनी रस्सियाँ और लाठियाँ डाल दी और बोले, "फ़िरऔन के प्रताप से हम ही विजयी रहेंगे।"
Indeed, we aspire that our Lord will forgive us our sins because we were the first of the believers."
Iss bina per kay hum sab say pehlay eman walay banay hain humen umeed parti hai kay humara rab humari sab khatayen moaaf farma dey ga.
हमें तो इसी की लालसा है कि हमारा रब हमारी ख़ताओं को क्षमा कर दें, क्योंकि हम सबसे पहले ईमान लाए।"
And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!"
Pus jab dono ney aik doosray ko dekh liya to musa kay saathiyon ney kaha hum to yaqeenan pakar liye gaye.
फिर जब दोनों गिरोहों ने एक-दूसरे को देख लिया तो मूसा के साथियों ने कहा, "हम तो पकड़े गए!"
