The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt Him. And there is not a thing except that it exalts [ Allah ] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving.
Saton aasman aur zamin aur jo bhi inn mein hai ussi ki tasbeeh ker rahey hain. Aisi koi cheez nahi jo ussay pakeezgi aur tareef kay sath yaad na kerti ho.haan yeh sahih hai kay tum uss ki tasbeeh samajh nahi saktay. Woh bara burbaar aur bakhshney wala hai.
उसी की पाकी बयान करते हैं सातों आसमान और ज़मीन और जो उनमें हैं, और कोई चीज़ ऐसी नहीं जो तारीफ़ के साथ उसकी पाकी बयान न करती हो मगर तुम उनकी तस्बीह को नहीं समझते, बेशक वह बुर्दबार है, बख़्शने वाला है।
We are most knowing of how they listen to it when they listen to you and [of] when they are in private conversation, when the wrongdoers say, "You follow not but a man affected by magic."
Jiss gharz say woh log issay suntay hain unn ( ki niyaton ) say hum khoob aagah hain jab yeh aap ki taraf kaan lagaye huye hotay hain tab bhi aur yeh mashwara kertay hain tab bhi jab kay zalim kehtay hain kay tum uss ki tabeydaari mein lagay huye ho jin per jadoo ker diya gaya hai.
हम जानते हैं कि जब वे आपकी तरफ़ कान लगाते हैं तो वे किस लिए सुनते हैं और जबकि वे आपस में कानाफूसी करते हैं ये ज़ालिम लोग कहते हैं कि तुम लोग बस एक जादू किए हुए इंसान के पीछे चल रहे हो।
On the Day He will call you and you will respond with praise of Him and think that you had not remained [in the world] except for a little."
Jiss din woh tumhen bulaye ga tum uss ki tareef kertay huye tameel-e-irshad kero gay aur gumaan kero gay kay tumhara rehna boht hi thora hai.
जिस दिन अल्लाह तुमको पुकारेगा तो तुम उसकी हम्द करते हुए उसकी पुकार पर चले आओगे और तुम यह ख़्याल करोगे कि तुम बहुत थोड़ी मुद्दत रहे।
And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed.
Jitni bhi bastiyan hain hum qayamat kay din say pehlay pehlay ya to unhen halak ker denay walay hain ya sakht tar azab denay walay hain. Yeh to kitab mein likha ja chuka hai.
और कोई बस्ती ऐसी नहीं जिसको हम क़यामत से पहले हलाक न करें या उसको सख़्त अज़ाब न दें, यह बात किताब में लिखी हुई है।
And nothing has prevented Us from sending signs except that the former peoples denied them. And We gave Thamud the she-camel as a visible sign, but they wronged her. And We send not the signs except as a warning.
Humen nishanaat ( mojzaat ) kay nazil kerney say rok sirf issi ki hai kay aglay log enhen jhutla chuken hain hum ney samoodiyon ko bator baseerat kay oontni di lekin unhon ney uss per zulm kiya hum to logon ko dhamkaney kay liye hi nishaniyan bhejtay hain.
और हमको निशानियाँ भेजने से नहीं रोका मगर उस चीज़ ने कि अगलों ने उनको झुठलाया, और हमने क़ौमे-समूद को ऊँटनी दी थी जो आँखें खोलने के लिए काफ़ी थी मगर उन्होंने उस पर ज़ुल्म किया, और हम निशानियाँ सिर्फ़ डराने के लिए भेजते हैं।
And [remember, O Muhammad], when We told you, "Indeed, your Lord has encompassed the people." And We did not make the sight which We showed you except as a trial for the people, as was the accursed tree [mentioned] in the Qur'an. And We threaten them, but it increases them not except in great transgression.
Aur yaad kero jabkay hum ney aap say farma diya kay aap kay rab ney logon ko gher liya hai. Jo roya ( any royat ) hum ney aap ko dikhaee thi woh logon kay liye saaf aazmaeesh hi thi aur issi tarah woh darakht bhi jiss say quran mein izhar-e-nafrat kiya gaya hai. Hum unehn dara rahey hain lekin yeh unhen aur bari sirkashi mein barha raha hai.
और जब हमने आपसे कहा कि आपके रब ने लोगों को घेरे में ले लिया है, और वह नज़ारा जो हमने आपको दिखाया वह सिर्फ़ लोगों की जाँच के लिए था और उस दरख़्त को भी जिसकी क़ुरआन में मज़म्मत की गई है, और हम उनको डराते हैं लेकिन उनकी ज़बरदस्त सरकशी बढ़ती ही जा रही है।
And [remember, O Muhammad], when We told you, "Indeed, your Lord has encompassed the people." And We did not make the sight which We showed you except as a trial for the people, as was the accursed tree [mentioned] in the Qur'an. And We threaten them, but it increases them not except in great transgression.
Aur yaad kero jabkay hum ney aap say farma diya kay aap kay rab ney logon ko gher liya hai. Jo roya ( any royat ) hum ney aap ko dikhaee thi woh logon kay liye saaf aazmaeesh hi thi aur issi tarah woh darakht bhi jiss say quran mein izhar-e-nafrat kiya gaya hai. Hum unehn dara rahey hain lekin yeh unhen aur bari sirkashi mein barha raha hai.
और जब हमने आपसे कहा कि आपके रब ने लोगों को घेरे में ले लिया है, और वह नज़ारा जो हमने आपको दिखाया वह सिर्फ़ लोगों की जाँच के लिए था और उस दरख़्त को भी जिसकी क़ुरआन में मज़म्मत की गई है, और हम उनको डराते हैं लेकिन उनकी ज़बरदस्त सरकशी बढ़ती ही जा रही है।
[Iblees] said, "Do You see this one whom You have honored above me? If You delay me until the Day of Resurrection, I will surely destroy his descendants, except for a few."
Acha dekh ley issay tu ney mujh per buzrugi to di hai lekin agar mujhay bhi qayamat tak tu ney dheel di to mein iss ki aulad ko ba-juz boht thoray logon kay apney bus mein kerloon ga.
उसने कहाः ज़रा देख! यह शख़्स जिसको तूने मुझ पर इज़्ज़त दी है, अगर तू मुझको क़यामत के दिन तक मोहलत दे तो मैं थोड़े लोगों के सिवा उसकी तमाम औलाद को खा जाऊँगा।
And incite [to senselessness] whoever you can among them with your voice and assault them with your horses and foot soldiers and become a partner in their wealth and their children and promise them." But Satan does not promise them except delusion.
Inn mein say tu jissay bhi apni aawaz say behka sakay behka ley aur inn per apney sawar aur piyaday charha laa aur inn kay maal aur aulad mein say apna bhi sajha laga aur enhen jhootay waday dey ley. Inn say jitney bhi waday shetan kay hotay hain sab kay sab sirasir fareb hain.
उन में से जिस किसी पर तेरा बस चले उस के क़दम अपनी आवाज़ से उखाड़ दे। और उन पर अपने सवार और अपने प्यादे (पैदल सेना) चढ़ा ला। और माल और सन्तान में भी उन के साथ साझा लगा। और उन से वादे कर!" - किन्तु शैतान उन से जो वादे करता है वह एक धोखे के सिवा और कुछ भी नहीं होता। -
And indeed, they were about to drive you from the land to evict you therefrom. And then [when they do], they will not remain [there] after you, except for a little.
Yeh to aap kay qadam iss sir zamin say ukharaney hi lagay thay kay aap ko iss say nikal den. Phir yeh bhi aap kay baad boht hi kum thehar patay.
और निश्चय ही उन्होंने चाल चली कि इस भूभाग से तुम्हारे क़दम उखाड़ दें, ताकि तुम्हें यहाँ से निकाल कर ही रहे। और ऐसा हुआ तो तुम्हारे पीछे ये भी रह थोड़े ही पाएँगे
And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss.
Yeh quran jo hum nazil ker rahey hain momino kay liye to sirasir shifa aur rehmat hai. Haan zalimon kay ba-juz nuksan kay aur koi ziyadti nahi hoti.
हम क़ुरआन में से जो उतारते हैं वह मोमिनों के लिए शिफ़ा (आरोग्य) और दयालुता है, किन्तु ज़ालिमों के लिए तो वह बस घाटे ही में अभिवृद्धि करता है
And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little."
Aur yeh log aap say rooh ki babat sawal kertay hain aap jawab dey dijiye kay rooh meray rab kay hukum say hai aur tumhen boht hi kum ilm diya gaya hai.
वे तुम से रूह के विषय में पूछते हैं। कह दो, "रूह का संबंध तो मेरे रब के आदेश से है, किन्तु ज्ञान तुम्हें मिला थोड़ा ही है।"
Except [We have left it with you] as a mercy from your Lord. Indeed, His favor upon you has ever been great.
Siwaye aap kay rab ki rehmat kay yaqeenan aap per uss ka bara hi fazal hai.
यह तो बस तुम्हारे रब की दयालुता है। वास्तविकता यह है कि उस का तुम पर बड़ा अनुग्रह है
And We have certainly diversified for the people in this Qur'an from every [kind] of example, but most of the people refused [anything] except disbelief.
Hum ney to iss quran mein logon kay samjhney kay liye her tarah say tamam misalen biyan ker di hain magar aksat log inkar say baaz nahi aatay.
हम ने इस क़ुरआन में लोगों के लिए प्रत्येक तत्वदर्शिता की बात फेर-फेरकर बयान की, फिर भी अधिकतर लोगों के लिए इनकार के सिवा हर चीज़ अस्वीकार्य ही रही
Or you have a house of gold or you ascend into the sky. And [even then], we will not believe in your ascension until you bring down to us a book we may read." Say, "Exalted is my Lord! Was I ever but a human messenger?"
Ya aap kay apney liye koi soney ka ghar ho jaye ya aap aasman per charh jayen aur hum to aap kay charh janey ka bhi uss waqt tak hergiz yaqeen nahi keren gay jab tak aap hum per koi kitab na utaar layen jissay hum khud parh len aap jawab dey den kay mera perwerdigar pak hai mein to sirf aik insan hi hun jo rasool banaya gaya hun.
या तुम्हारे लिए स्वर्ण-निर्मित एक घर हो जाए या तुम आकाश में चढ़ जाओ, और हम तुम्हारे चढ़ने को भी कदापि न मानेंगे, जब तक कि तुम हम पर एक किताब न उतार लाओ, जिसे हम पढ़ सकें।" कह दो, "महिमावान है मेरा रब! क्या मैं एक संदेश लाने वाला मनुष्य के सिवा कुछ और भी हूँ?"
Do they not see that Allah , who created the heavens and earth, is [the one] Able to create the likes of them? And He has appointed for them a term, about which there is no doubt. But the wrongdoers refuse [anything] except disbelief.
Kiya enhon ney iss baat per nazar nahi ki jiss Allah ney aasman-o-zamin ko peda kiya hai woh inn jaison ki pedaeesh per poora qadir hai ussi ney inn kay liye aik aisa waqt muqarrar ker rakha hai jo shak-o-shubay say yaksar khali hai lekin zalim log inkar kiye baghair rehtay hi nahi.
क्या उन्हें यह न सूझा कि जिस अल्लाह ने आकाशों और धरती को पैदा किया है उसे उन जैसों को भी पैदा करने की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है? उस ने तो उन के लिए एक समय निर्धारित कर रखा है, जिस में कोई सन्देह नहीं है। फिर भी ज़ालिमों के लिए इनकार के सिवा हर चीज़ अस्वीकार्य ही रही
[Moses] said, "You have already known that none has sent down these [signs] except the Lord of the heavens and the earth as evidence, and indeed I think, O Pharaoh, that you are destroyed."
Musa ney jawab diya kay yeh to tujhay ilm ho chuka hai kay aasman-o-zamin kay perwerdigar hi ney yeh moajzzay dikhaney samjhaney ko nazil farmaye hain aey firaon! Mein to samajh raha hun kay tu yaqeenan barbad-o-halak kiya gaya hai.
उस ने कहा, "तू भली-भाँति जानता है कि आकाशों और धऱती के रब के सिवा किसी और ने इन (निशानियों) को स्पष्ट प्रमाण बनाकर नहीं उतारा है। और ऐ फ़िरऔन! मैं तो समझता हूँ कि तू विनष्ट होने को है।"
And with the truth We have sent the Qur'an down, and with the truth it has descended. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.
Aur hum ney iss quran ko haq kay sath utara aur yeh bhi haq kay sath utra. Hum ney aap ko sirf khushkhabri sunaney wala aur daraney wala bana ker bheja hai.
सत्य के साथ हम ने उसे अवतरित किया और सत्य के साथ वह अवतरित भी हुआ। और तुम्हें तो हम ने केवल शुभ सूचना देने वाला और सावधान करने वाला बनाकर भेजा है
They have no knowledge of it, nor had their fathers. Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths; they speak not except a lie.
Dar-haqeeqat na to khud unhen iss ka ilm hai na unn kay baap dadon ko. Yeh tohmat bari buri hai jo inn kay mun say nikal rahi hai woh nira jhoot bak rahey hain.
इस का न उन्हें कोई ज्ञान है और न उन के बाप-दादा ही को था। बड़ी बात है जो उन के मुँह से निकलती है। वे केवल झूठ बोलते हैं
[The youths said to one another], "And when you have withdrawn from them and that which they worship other than Allah , retreat to the cave. Your Lord will spread out for you of His mercy and will prepare for you from your affair facility."
Jabkay tum unn say aur Allah kay unn kay maboodon say kinara kash hogaye to abb tum kissi ghaar mein jaa behto tumhara rab tum per apni rehmat phela dey ga aur tumharay liye tumharay kaam mein sahoolat mohiyya ker dey ga.
और जबकि इन से तुम अलग हो गए हो और उन से भी जिन को अल्लाह के सिवा ये पूजते हैं, तो गुफा में चलकर शरण लो। तुम्हारा रब तुम्हारे लिए अपनी दयालुता का दामन फैला देगा और तुम्हारे लिए तुम्हारे अपने काम से सम्बन्ध में सुगमता का उपकरण उपलब्ध कराएगा।"
They will say there were three, the fourth of them being their dog; and they will say there were five, the sixth of them being their dog - guessing at the unseen; and they will say there were seven, and the eighth of them was their dog. Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord is most knowing of their number. None knows them except a few. So do not argue about them except with an obvious argument and do not inquire about them among [the speculators] from anyone."
Kuch log to kahen gay kay ashaab-e-kahaf teen thay aut chotha unn ka kuta tha. Kuch kahen gay kay panch thay aur chata unn ka kuta tha ghaib ki baton mein atkal ( kay teer tukkay ) chalatay hain kuch kahen gay woh saat hain aur aathwaa unn ka kuta hai. Aap keh dijiye kay mera perwerdigar unn ki tadaad ko ba-khoobi jannay wala hai unhen boht hi kum log jantay hain. Pus aap inn kay muqadmay mein sirf sirsari guftugoo hi keren aur inn mein say kissi say unn kay baray mein pooch gooch bhi na keren.
अब वे कहेंगे, "वे तीन थे और उन में चौथा कुत्ता था।" और वे यह भी कहेंगे, "वे पाँच थे और उन में छठा उन का कुत्ता था।" यह बिना निशाना देखे पत्थर चलाना है। और वे यह भी कहेंगे, "वे सात थे और उन में आठवाँ उन का कुत्ता था।" कह दो, "मेरा रब उन की संख्या को भली-भाँति जानता है।" उन को तो थोड़े ही जानते हैं। तुम ज़ाहिरी बात के सिवा उन के सम्बन्ध में न झगड़ो और न उन में से किसी से उन के विषय में कुछ पूछो

अब वे कहेंगे, "वे तीन थे और उन में चौथा कुत्ता था।" और वे यह भी कहेंगे, "वे पाँच थे और उन में छठा उन का कुत्ता था।" यह बिना निशाना देखे पत्थर चलाना है। और वे यह भी कहेंगे, "वे सात थे और उन में आठवाँ उन का कुत्ता था।" कह दो, "मेरा रब उन की संख्या को भली-भाँति जानता है।" उन को तो थोड़े ही जानते हैं। तुम ज़ाहिरी बात के सिवा उन के सम्बन्ध में न झगड़ो और न उन में से किसी से उन के विषय में कुछ पूछो
And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, 'What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah '? Although you see me less than you in wealth and children,
Tu ney apney baagh mein jatay waqt kiyon na kaha kay Allah ka chaha honey wala hai koi taqat nahi magar Allah ki madad say agar tu mujhay maal-o-aulad mein apney say kam dekh raha hai.
और ऐसा क्यों न हुआ कि जब तूने अपने बाग़ में प्रवेश किया तो कहता, 'जो अल्लाह चाहे, बिना अल्लाह के कोई शक्ति नहीं?' यदि तू देखता है कि मैं धन और संतति में तुझसे कम हूँ,
And We send not the messengers except as bringers of good tidings and warners. And those who disbelieve dispute by [using] falsehood to [attempt to] invalidate thereby the truth and have taken My verses, and that of which they are warned, in ridicule.
Hum to apney rasoolon ko sirf iss liye bhejtay hain kay woh khushkhabriyan suna den aur dara den. Kafir log baatil kay saharay jhagartay hain aur ( chahatay hain kay ) iss say haq ko larkhara den enhon ney meri aayaton ko aur jis cheez say daraya jaye ussay mazaq bana dala hai.
रसूलों को हम केवल शुभ सूचना देने वाले और सचेतकर्त्ता बनाकर भेजते हैं। किन्तु इनकार करने वाले लोग हैं कि असत्य के सहारे झगड़ते हैं, ताकि सत्य को डिगा दें। उन्होंने मेरी आयतों का और जो चेतावनी उन्हें दी गई उस का मज़ाक बना दिया है
He said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly".
Uss ney jawab diya kay kiya aap ney dekha bhi? Jabkay hum pathar say take laga ker aaram ker rahey thay wahin mein machli bhool gaya tha dar-asal shetan ney hi mujhay bhula diya kay mein aap say iss ka zikar keroon. Uss machli ney aik anokhay tor per darya mein apna raasta bana liya.
उस ने कहा, "ज़रा देखिए तो सही, जब हम उस चट्टान के पास ठहरे हुए थे तो मैं मछली को भूल ही गया - और शैतान ही ने उसको याद रखने से मुझे ग़ाफ़िल कर दिया - और उस ने आश्चर्य रूप से दरिया में अपनी राह ली।"
Except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all.
Ba-juz unn kay jo toba ker len aur eman layen aur nek amal keren. Aisay log jannat mein jayen gay aur unn ki zara si bhi haq talfi na ki jayegi.
किन्तु जो तौबा करे और ईमान लाए और अच्छा कर्म करे, तो ऐसे लोग जन्नत में प्रवेश करेंगे। उन पर कुछ भी ज़ुल्म न होगा। -
They will not hear therein any ill speech - only [greetings of] peace - and they will have their provision therein, morning and afternoon.
Woh log wahan koi laghaw baat na sunen gay sirf salam hi salam sunen gay unn kay liye wahan subha shaam unn ka rizq hoga.
वहाँ वे 'सलाम' के सिवा कोई व्यर्थ बात नहीं सुनेंगे। उन की रोज़ी उन्हें वहाँ प्रातः और सन्ध्या समय प्राप्त होती रहेगी
[Gabriel said], "And we [angels] descend not except by the order of your Lord. To Him belongs that before us and that behind us and what is in between. And never is your Lord forgetful -
Hum baghair teray rab kay hukum kay utar nahi saktay humaray aagay peechay aur inn kay darmiyan ki kul cheezen ussi ki milkiyat mein hain tera perwerdigar bhoolney wala nahi.
हम तुम्हारे रब की आज्ञा के बिना नहीं उतरते। जो कुछ हमारे आगे है और जो कुछ हमारे पीछे है और जो कुछ इस के मध्य है सब उसी का है, और तुम्हारा रब भूलने वाला नहीं है
And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed.
Tum say her aik wahan zaroor warid honey wala hai yeh teray perwerdigar kay zimmay qataee faisal shuda amar hai.
तुम में से प्रत्येक को उस पर पहुँचना ही है। यह एक निश्चय पाई हुई बात है, जिसे पूरा करना तेरे रब के ज़िम्मे है।
None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant.
Kissi ko shifaat ka ikhtiyar na hoga siwaye unn kay jinhon ney Allah Taalaa ki taraf say koi qol-o-qarar ley liya hai.
उन्हें सिफ़ारिश का अधिकार प्राप्त न होगा। सिवाय उस के, जिस ने रहमान के यहाँ से अनुमोदन प्राप्त कर लिया हो
But only as a reminder for those who fear [ Allah ] -
Bulkay uss ki naseehat kay liye jo Allah say darta hai.
यह तो बस एक अनुस्मृति है, उस के लिए जो डरे,
Allah - there is no deity except Him. To Him belong the best names.
Wohi Allah hai jiss kay siwa koi mabood nahi behtareen naam ussi kay hain.
अल्लाह, कि उस के सिवा कोई पूज्य-प्रभू नहीं। उस के नाम बहुत ही अच्छे हैं।
Your god is only Allah , except for whom there is no deity. He has encompassed all things in knowledge."
Asal baat yehi hai kay tum sab ka mabood-e-bar haq sirf Allah hi hai uss kay siwa koi parastish kay qabil nahi. Uss ka ilm tamam cheezon per hawi hai.
"तुम्हारा पूज्य-प्रभु तो बस वही अल्लाह है, जिस के अतिरिक्त कोई पूज्य-प्रभु नहीं। वह अपने ज्ञान से हर चीज़ पर हावी है।"
They will murmur among themselves, "You remained not but ten [days in the world]."
Woh aapas mein chupkay chupkay keh rahey hongay kay hum to ( duniya mein ) sirf dus din hi rahey.
वे आपस में चुपके-चुपके कहेंगे कि "तुम बस दस ही दिन ठहरे हो।"
We are most knowing of what they say when the best of them in manner will say, "You remained not but one day."
Jo kuch woh keh rahey hain uss ki haqeeqat say hum ba-khabar hain inn mein say sab say ziyada acha raah wala keh raha hoga kay tum to sirf aik hi din rahey.
हम भली-भाँति जानते हैं जो कुछ वे कहेंगे, जबकि उन का सबसे अच्छी सम्मतिवाला कहेगा, "तुम तो बस एक ही दिन ठहरे हो।"
That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps].
Jiss din log pukarney walay kay peechay chalen gay jiss mein koi kuji na hogi aur Allah rehman kay samney tamam aawazen pust hojayen gi siwaye khusur phusur kay tujhay kuch bhi sunaee na dey ga.
उस दिन वे पुकारने वाले के पीछे चल पड़ेंगे और उस के सामने कोई अकड़ न दिखाई जा सकेगी। आवाज़े रहमान के सामने दब जाएँगी। एक हल्की मन्द आवाज़ के अतिरिक्त तुम कुछ न सुनोगे
That Day, no intercession will benefit except [that of] one to whom the Most Merciful has given permission and has accepted his word.
Uss din sifarish kuch kaam na aaye gi magar jisay rehman hukum dey aur uss ki baat ko pasand farmaye.
उस दिन सिफ़ारिश काम न आएगी। यह और बात है कि किसी के लिए रहमान अनुज्ञा दे और उस के लिए बात करने को पसन्द करे
No mention comes to them anew from their Lord except that they listen to it while they are at play
Inn kay pass inn kay rab ki taraf say jo bhi naee naee naseehat aati hai issay woh khel kood mein hi suntay hain.
उन के पास जो ताज़ा अनुस्मृति भी उन के रब की ओर से आती है, उसे वे हँसी-खेल करते हुए ही सुनते हैं
With their hearts distracted. And those who do wrong conceal their private conversation, [saying], "Is this [Prophet] except a human being like you? So would you approach magic while you are aware [of it]?"
Inn kay dil bilkul ghafil hain aur inn zalimon ney chupkay chupkay sirgoshiyan kin kay woh tum hi jesa insan hai phir kiya waja hai jo tum aankhon dekhtay jadoo mein aajatay ho.
उन के दिल दिलचस्पियों में खोए हुए होते हैं। उन्होंने चुपके-चुपके कानाफूसी की - अर्थात अत्याचार की नीति अपनाने वालों ने कि "यह तो बस तुम जैसा ही एक मनुष्य है। फिर क्या तुम देखते-बूझते जादू में फँस जाओगे?"
And We sent not before you, [O Muhammad], except men to whom We revealed [the message], so ask the people of the message if you do not know.
Tujh say pehlay bhi jitney payghumber hum ney bhejay sabhi mard thay jin ki taraf hum wahee utartay thay pus tum ehal-e-kitab say pooch lo agar khud tumhen ilm na ho.
और तुम से पहले भी हम ने पुरुषों ही को रसूल बनाकर भेजा, जिनकी ओर हम प्रकाशना करते थे। - यदि तुम्हें मालूम न हो तो ज़िक्र वालों (किताब वालों) से पूछ लो। -
Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah , they both would have been ruined. So exalted is Allah , Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.
Agar aasman-o-zamin mein siwaye Allah Taalaa kay aur bhi mabood hotay to yeh dono darhum barhum ho jatay pus Allah Taalaa arsh ka rab her uss wasf say pak hai jo yeh mushrik biyan kertay hain.
यदि इन दोनों (आकाश और धरती) में अल्लाह के सिवा दूसरे इष्ट-पूज्य भी होते तो दोनों की व्यवस्था बिगड़ जाती। अतः महान और उच्च है अल्लाह, राजासन का स्वामी, उन बातों से जो ये बयान करते हैं
And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no deity except Me, so worship Me."
Tujh say pehlay bhi jo rasool hum ney bheja uss ki taraf yehi wahee nazil farmaee kay meray siwa koi mabood bar-haq nahi pus tum sab meri hi ibadat kero.
हम ने तुम से पहले जो रसूल भी भेजा, उस की ओर यही प्रकाशना की कि " "मेरे सिवा कोई पूज्य-प्रभु नहीं। अतः तुम मेरी ही बन्दगी करो।"
He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they cannot intercede except on behalf of one whom He approves. And they, from fear of Him, are apprehensive.
Woh inn kay aagay peechay kay tamam umoor say waqif hai woh kissi ki bhi sifarish nahi kertay ba-juz unn kay jin say Allah khush ho woh to khud haibat-e-elahee say larzan-o-tarsan hain.
वह जानता है जो कुछ उन के आगे है और जो कुछ उन के पीछे है, और वे किसी की सिफ़ारिश नहीं करते सिवाय उस के जिस के लिए अल्लाह पसन्द करे। और वे उस के भय से डरते रहते हैं
And when those who disbelieve see you, [O Muhammad], they take you not except in ridicule, [saying], "Is this the one who insults your gods?" And they are, at the mention of the Most Merciful, disbelievers.
Yeh munkireen tujhay jab bhi dekhtay hain to tumhara mazaq hi uratay hain kay kiya yehi woh hai jo tumharay maboodon ka zikar buraee say kerta hai aur woh khud hi rehman ki yaad kay bilkul hi munkir hain.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया वे जब तुम्हें देखते हैं तो तुम्हारा उपहास ही करते हैं। (कहते हैं,) "क्या यही वह व्यक्ति है, जो तुम्हारे इष्ट -पूज्यों की बुराई के साथ चर्चा करता है?" और उन का अपना हाल यह है कि वे रहमान के ज़िक्र (स्मरण) से इनकार करते हैं
So he made them into fragments, except a large one among them, that they might return to it [and question].
Pus uss ney unn sab kay tukray tukray ker diye haan sirf baray butt ko chor diya yeh bhi iss liye kay woh sab uss ki taraf hi loten.
अतएव उस ने उन्हें खंड-खंड कर दिया सिवाय उन की एक बड़ी के, कदाचित वे उस की ओर रुजू करें
And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.
Aur hum ney aap ko tamam jahan walon kay rehmat bana ker hi bheja hai.
हम ने तुम्हें सारे संसार के लिए बस एक सर्वथा दयालुता बनाकर भेजा है
That [has been commanded], and whoever honors the sacred ordinances of Allah - it is best for him in the sight of his Lord. And permitted to you are the grazing livestock, except what is recited to you. So avoid the uncleanliness of idols and avoid false statement,
Yeh hai aur jo koi Allah ki hurmaton ki tazeem keray uss kay apnay liye uss kay rab kay pass behtari hai. Aur tumharay liye chopaye janwar halal ker diya gaye ba-juz unn kay jo tumharay samney biyan kiye gaye hain pus tumhen buton ki gandagi say bachtay rehna chahiye aur jhooti baat say bhi perhez kerna chahiye.
इन बातों का ध्यान रखों और जो कोई अल्लाह द्वारा निर्धारित मर्यादाओं का आदर करे, तो यह उस के रब के यहाँ उसी के लिए अच्छा है। और तुम्हारे लिए चौपाए हलाल है, सिवाय उन के जो तुम्हें बताए गए हैं। तो मूर्तियों की गन्दगी से बचो और बचो झूठी बातों से
Do you not see that Allah has subjected to you whatever is on the earth and the ships which run through the sea by His command? And He restrains the sky from falling upon the earth, unless by His permission. Indeed Allah , to the people, is Kind and Merciful.
Kiya aap ney nahi dekha kay Allah hi ney zamin ki tamam cheezen tumharay liye musakkhar ker di hain aur uss kay farmaan say pani mein chalti hui kashtiyan bhi. Wohi aasaman ko thamay huye hai kay zamin per uss ki ijazat kay baghair girr na paray be-shak Allah Taalaa logon per shafqat-o-narmi kerney wala aur meharban hai.
क्या तुम ने देखा नहीं कि धरती में जो कुछ भी है उसे अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए वशीभूत कर रखा है और नौका को भी कि उस के आदेश से दरिया में चलती है, और उस ने आकाश को धरती पर गिरने से रोक रखा है। उस की अनुज्ञा हो तो बात दूसरी है। निस्संदेह अल्लाह लोगों के हक़ में बड़ा करुणाशील, दयावान है
Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed -
Ba-juz apni biwiyon aur milkiyat ki londiyon kay yaqeenan yeh mala matiyon mein say nahi hain.
सिवाय इस सूरत के कि अपनी पत्नि यों या लौंडियों के पास जाएँ कि इस पर वे निन्दनीय नहीं है
But the eminent among those who disbelieved from his people said, "This is not but a man like yourselves who wishes to take precedence over you; and if Allah had willed [to send a messenger], He would have sent down angels. We have not heard of this among our forefathers.
Uss ki qom kay kafir sardaron ney saaf keh diya kay yeh to tum jesa hi insan hai yeh tum per fazeelat aur baraee hasil kerna chahata hai. Agar Allah hi ko manzoor hota to kissi farishtay ko utarta hum ney to issay apnay aglay baap dadon kay zamaney mein suna hi nahi.
इस पर उन की क़ौम के सरदार, जिन्होंने इनकार किया था, कहने लगे, "यह तो बस तुम्हीं जैसा एक मनुष्य है। चाहता है कि तुम पर श्रेष्ठता प्राप्त करे।""अल्लाह यदि चाहता तो फ़रिश्ते उतार देता। यह बात तो हम ने अपने अगले बाप-दादा के समयों से सुनी ही नहीं
