They will wish to get out of the Fire, but never are they to emerge therefrom, and for them is an enduring punishment.
Yeh chahayen gay kay dozakh mein say nikal jayen lekin yeh hergiz iss mein say na nikal saken gay inn kay liye to dawami azab hain.
वे चाहेंगे कि आग से निकल जाएं हालाँकि वे उससे निकल न सकेंगे, और उनके लिए एक मुस्तक़िल अज़ाब है।
Indeed, those who have believed [in Prophet Muhammad] and those [before Him] who were Jews or Sabeans or Christians - those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness - no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.
Musalman yahudi sitara parast aur nasrani koi ho jo bhi Allah Taalaa per aur qayamat kay din per eman laye aur nek amal keray woh mehaz bey khof rahey ga aur bilkul bey ghum hojaye ga.
बेशक जो लोग ईमान लाए और जो लोग यहूदी हुए और साबी और नसरानी (उनमें से) जो शख़्स भी ईमान लाए अल्लाह पर और आख़िरत के दिन पर और नेक अमल करे तो उनके लिए न कोई अंदेशा है और न वे ग़मगीन होंगे।
You see many of them becoming allies of those who disbelieved. How wretched is that which they have put forth for themselves in that Allah has become angry with them, and in the punishment they will abide eternally.
Inn mein say boht say logon ko aap dekhen gay kay woh kafiron say dostiyan kertay hain jo kuch enhon ney apney liye aagay bhej rakha hai woh boht bura hai kay Allah Taalaa inn say naraz hua aur woh hamesha jahannum mein rahen gay.
आप उनमें से बहुत लोगों को देखोगे कि कुफ़्र करने वालों से दोस्ती रखते हैं, कैसी बुरी चीज़ है जो उन्होंने अपने लिए आगे भेजी है कि अल्लाह का ग़ज़ब हुआ उन पर और वे हमेशा अज़ाब में पड़े रहेंगे।
So when they forgot that by which they had been reminded, We opened to them the doors of every [good] thing until, when they rejoiced in that which they were given, We seized them suddenly, and they were [then] in despair.
Phir jab woh log unn cheezon ko bhoolay rahey jin ki unn ko naseehat ki jati thi to hum ney unn per her cheez kay darwazay kushada ker diye yahan tak kay jab unn cheezon per jo kay unn ko mili thin woh khoob itra gaye hum ney unn ko dafatan pakar liya phir to woh bilkul mayyus hogaye.
फिर जब उन्होंने उस नसीहत को भुला दिया जो उनको की गई थी तो हमने उन पर हर चीज़ के दरवाज़े खोल दिए, यहाँ तक कि जब वे उस चीज़ पर ख़ुश हो गए जो उन्हें दी गई थीं तो हमने अचानक उनको पकड़ लिया, उस वक़्त वे ना-उम्मीद हो कर रह गए।
Say, "Have you considered: if Allah should take away your hearing and your sight and set a seal upon your hearts, which deity other than Allah could bring them [back] to you?" Look how we diversify the verses; then they [still] turn away.
Aap kahiye kay yeh batlao agar Allah Taalaa tumhari sama’at aur basarat biluk ley ley aur tumhary dilon per mohar ker dey to Allah Taalaa kay siwa aur koi mabood hai kay yeh tum ko phir dey dey. Aap dekhiye to hum kiss tarah dalaeel ko mukhtalif pehloo’on say paish ker rahey hain phir bhi yeh aeyraaz kertay hain.
आप कह दीजिए कि यह बताओ कि अगर अल्लाह छीन ले तुम्हारे कान और तुम्हारी आँखें और तुम्हारे दिलों पर मुहर लगा दे तो अल्लाह के सिवा कौन माबूद है जो उनको वापस लाए, देखो कि हम कैसे तरह-तरह की निशानियाँ बयान करते हैं फिर भी वे मुँह मोड़ लेते हैं।
And We send not the messengers except as bringers of good tidings and warners. So whoever believes and reforms - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.
Aur hum payghumbaron ko sirf iss wastay bheja kertay hain kay woh bisharat den aur darayen phir jo eman ley aaye aur durusti ker ley so unn logon per koi andesha nahi aur na woh maghmoom hongay.
और रसूलों को हम सिर्फ़ ख़ुश-ख़बरी देने वाले या डराने वाले की हैसियत से भेजते हैं, फिर जो ईमान लाया और अपनी इस्लाह की तो उनके लिए न कोई अंदेशा है और न वे ग़मगीन होंगे।
And [it is] so the hearts of those who disbelieve in the Hereafter will incline toward it and that they will be satisfied with it and that they will commit that which they are committing.
Aur takay uss ki taraf unn logon kay quloob maeel hojayen jo aakhirat per yaqeen nahi rakhtay aur takay uss ko pasand kerlen aur takay murtakib hojayen unn umoor kay jin kay woh murtakib hotay thay.
और ऐसा इसलिए है उसकी तरफ़ उन लोगों के दिल माइल हों जो आख़िरत पर यक़ीन नहीं रखते और ताकि वे उसको पसंद करें और ताकि जो कमाई उन्हें करनी है वे कर लें।
And if you obey most of those upon the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah . They follow not except assumption, and they are not but falsifying.
Aur duniya mein ziyada log aisay hain kay agar aap unn ka kehna mannay lagen to woh aap ko Allah ki raah say bey raah ker den woh mehaz bey asal khayalaat per chaltay hain aur bilkul qayassi baaten kertay hain.
और अगर आप लोगों की अक्सरियत के कहने पर चलो जो ज़मीन में हैं तो वे आपको अल्लाह के रास्ते से भटका देंगे, वे महज़ गुमान की पैरवी करते हैं और अंदाज़े लगाया करते हैं।
And how many cities have We destroyed, and Our punishment came to them at night or while they were sleeping at noon.
Aur boht bastiyon ko hum ney tabah ker diya aur unn per humara azab raat kay waqt phonchaya aisi halat mein kay woh dophare kay waqt aaram mein thay.
और कितनी ही बस्तियाँ हैं जिनको हमने हलाक कर दिया, उन पर हमारा अज़ाब रात को आ पहुँचा या दोपहर को जबकि वे आराम कर रहे थे।
O children of Adam, if there come to you messengers from among you relating to you My verses, then whoever fears Allah and reforms - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.
Aey aulad-e-aadam! Agar tumharay pass payghumbar aayen jo tum hi mein say hon jo meray ehkaam tum say biyan keren to jo shaks taqwa ikhtiyar keray aur durusti keray so inn logon per na kuch andesha hai aur na woh ghumgeen hongay.
ऐ आदम की औलाद! अगर तुम्हारे पास तुम ही में से रसूल आएं जो तुमको मेरी आयात सुनाएं तो जो शख़्स डरा और जिसने इस्लाह कर ली उनके लिए न कोई ख़ौफ़ होगा और न वे ग़मगीन होंगे।
But the ones who deny Our verses and are arrogant toward them - those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
Aur jo log humaray inn ehkaam ko jhutlayen aur inn say takabbur keren woh log dozakh walay hongay woh iss mein hamesha hamesha rahen gay.
और जो लोग मेरी आयात को झुठलाएं और उनसे तकब्बुर करें वही लोग दोज़ख़ वाले हैं, वे उसमें हमेशा रहेंगे।
But those who believed and did righteous deeds - We charge no soul except [within] its capacity. Those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally.
Aur jo log eman laye aur nek kaam kiye hum kissi shaks ko uss ki qudrat say ziyada kissi ka mukallaf nahi banatay wohi log jannat walay hain aur woh iss mein hamesha hamesha rahen gay.
और जो लोग ईमान लाए और उन्होंने नेक काम किए हम किसी शख़्स पर उसकी ताक़त के मुताबिक़ ही बोझ डालते हैं, यही लोग जन्नत वाले हैं, वे उसमें हमेशा रहेंगे।
But when We removed the punishment from them until a term which they were to reach, then at once they broke their word.
Phir jab unn sya iss azab ko aik khaas waqt tak kay uss tak unn ko phonchna tha hata detayto woh foran hi ehad shikni kerney lagtay.
फिर जब हम उन से दूर कर देते आफ़त को कुछ मुद्दत के लिए जहाँ बहरहाल उन्हें पहुँचना था तो उसी वक़्त वे अहद को तोड़ देते।
But when We removed the punishment from them until a term which they were to reach, then at once they broke their word.
Phir jab unn sya iss azab ko aik khaas waqt tak kay uss tak unn ko phonchna tha hata detayto woh foran hi ehad shikni kerney lagtay.
फिर जब हम उन से दूर कर देते आफ़त को कुछ मुद्दत के लिए जहाँ बहरहाल उन्हें पहुँचना था तो उसी वक़्त वे अहद को तोड़ देते।
Indeed, those [worshippers] - destroyed is that in which they are [engaged], and worthless is whatever they were doing."
Yeh log jiss kaam mein lagay hain yeh tabah kiya jayega aur inn kay yeh kaam mehaz bey bunyad hai.
ये लोग जिस काम में लगे हुए हैं वह बरबाद होने वाला है और ये जो कुछ कर रहे हैं सब झूठा है।
And when the anger subsided in Moses, he took up the tablets; and in their inscription was guidance and mercy for those who are fearful of their Lord.
Aur jab musa ( alh-e-salam ) ka gussa farad hua to inn takhtiyon ko utha liya aur inn kay mazameen mein unn logon kay liye jo apney rab say dartay thay hidayat aur rehmat thi.
और जब मूसा (अलै॰) का ग़ुस्सा ठंडा हुआ तो उन्होंने तख़्तियाँ उठाईं, और जो उनमें लिखा हुआ था उसमें हिदायत और रहमत थी उन लोगों के लिए जो अपने रब से डरते हैं।
And decree for us in this world [that which is] good and [also] in the Hereafter; indeed, we have turned back to You." [ Allah ] said, "My punishment - I afflict with it whom I will, but My mercy encompasses all things." So I will decree it [especially] for those who fear Me and give zakah and those who believe in Our verses -
Aur hum logon kay naam duniya mein bhi nek haali likh dey aur aakhirat mein bhi hum teri taraf rujoo kertay hain. Allah Taalaa ney farmaya kay mein apna azab ussi per waqey kerta hun aur meri rehmat tamam ashiya per moheet hai. To woh rehmat unn logon kay naam zaroor likhon ga jo Allah say dartay hain aur zakat detay hain aur jo humari aayaton per eman latay hain.
और आप हमारे लिए इस दुनिया में भी भलाई लिख दीजिए और आख़िरत में भी, हमने आपकी तरफ़ रुजूअ़ किया, अल्लाह ने कहाः मैं अपने अज़ाब में मुब्तला करता हूँ जिसको चाहता हूँ और मेरी रहमत शामिल है हर चीज़ को, पस मैं उसको लिख दूँगा उनके लिए जो डर रखते हैं और ज़कात अदा करते हैं और जो हमारी निशानियों पर ईमान लाते हैं।
And We have certainly created for Hell many of the jinn and mankind. They have hearts with which they do not understand, they have eyes with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not hear. Those are like livestock; rather, they are more astray. It is they who are the heedless.
Aur hum ney aisay boht say jinn aur insan dozakh kay liye peda kiye hain jin kay dil aisay hain jin say nahi samajhtay aur jin ki aankhen aisi hain jin say nahi dekhtay aur jin kay kaam aisay hain jin say nahi suntay. Yeh log chopayon ki tarah hain bulkay yeh unn say bhi ziyada gumrah hain. Yeho log ghafil hain.
और हमने जिन्नात और इंसान में से बहुतों को जहन्नम के लिए पैदा किया है, उनके दिल हैं जिनसे वे समझते नहीं, उनकी आँखें हैं जिनसे वे देखते नहीं और उनके कान हैं जिनसे वे सुनते नहीं, वे ऐसे हैं जैसे चौपाये बल्कि उनसे भी ज़्यादा बे-राह, यही लोग ग़ाफ़िल हैं।
Indeed, those who fear Allah - when an impulse touches them from Satan, they remember [Him] and at once they have insight.
Yaqeenan jo log khud taras hain jab unn ko koi khatra shetan ki taraf say aajata hai to woh yaad mein lag jatay hain so yakayak unn ki aankhen khul jati hain.
जो लोग डर रखते हैं जब कभी शैतान के असर से कोई बुरा ख़्याल उन्हें छू जाता है तो वे फ़ौरन चौंक पड़ते हैं और फिर उसी वक़्त उनको सूझ आ जाती है।
It is not for the polytheists to maintain the mosques of Allah [while] witnessing against themselves with disbelief. [For] those, their deeds have become worthless, and in the Fire they will abide eternally.
Laeeq nahi kay mushrik Allah Taalaa ki masjidon ko abad keren. Daran halanakay woh khud apney kufur kay aap hi gawah hain inn kay aemaal gharat-o-ikarat hain aur woh daeemi tor per jahannumi hain.
मुशरिकों का काम नहीं कि वे अल्लाह की मस्जिदों को आबाद करें हालाँकि वे ख़ुद अपने ऊपर कुफ़्र के गवाह हैं, उन लोगों के तो आमाल ही ग़ारत हो चुके हैं, और दोज़ख़ ही में हमेशा उनको रहना है।
And they swear by Allah that they are from among you while they are not from among you; but they are a people who are afraid.
Yeh Allah ki qasam kha kha ker kehtay hain yeh tumhari jamat kay log hain halankay woh dar-asal tumharay nahi baat sirf itni hai kay yeh darpok log hain.
वे अल्लाह की क़सम खाकर कहते हैं वे तुम में से हैं; हालाँकि वे तुम में से नहीं हैं बल्कि वे डरपोक लोग हैं।
And among them are some who criticize you concerning the [distribution of] charities. If they are given from them, they approve; but if they are not given from them, at once they become angry.
Inn mein woh bhi hain jo kheyraati maal ki taqseem kay baray mein aap per aib rakhtay hain agar enhen iss mein say mill jaye to khush hain aur agar iss mein say na mila to foran hi bigar kharen huye.
और उनमें ऐसे भी हैं जो आप पर सदक़ात के बारे में ऐब लगाते हैं, अगर उसमें से उन्हें दिया जाए तो राज़ी रहते हैं और अगर न दिया जाए तो नाराज़ हो जाते हैं।
Who averted [people] from the way of Allah and sought to make it [seem] deviant while they, concerning the Hereafter, were disbelievers.
Jo Allah ki raah say roktay hain aur iss mein kuji talash ker letay hain. Yehi aakhirat kay munkir hain.
उन लोगों के ऊपर जो अल्लाह के रास्ते से लोगों को रोकते हैं और उसमें कजी (टेढ़ापन) ढूँढते हैं, और यही लोग आख़िरत के मुनकिर हैं।
Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds and humbled themselves to their Lord - those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide eternally therein.
Yaqeenan jo log eman laye aur unhon ney kaam bhi nek kiye aur apney paalney walay ki taraf jhuktay rahey wohi jannat mein janey walay hain jahan woh hamesha hi rehney walay hain.
जो लोग ईमान लाए और जिन्होंने नेक अमल किए और अपने रब के सामने आजिज़ी की वही लोग जन्नत वाले हैं, वे उसमें हमेशा रहेंगे।
So the eminent among those who disbelieved from his people said, " We do not see you but as a man like ourselves, and we do not see you followed except by those who are the lowest of us [and] at first suggestion. And we do not see in you over us any merit; rather, we think you are liars."
Uss ki qom kay kafiron kay sardaron ney jawab diya kay hum to tujhay apnye jaisa insan hi dekhtay hain aur teray tabeydaron ko bhi hum dekhtay hain kay yeh log wazeh tor per siwaye neech logon kay aur koi nahi jo bey sochay samajhay ( tumhari pairwi ker rahey hain ) hum to tumhari kissi qisam ki bartari apney upper nahi dekh rahey bulkay hum to tumhen jhoota samajh rahey hain.
उसकी क़ौम के सरदारों ने जिन्होंने इनकार किया था कहा कि हम तो तुमको बस अपने जैसा एक आदमी देखते हैं और हम नहीं देखते कि किसी ने तुम्हारे ताबेदारी की हो सिवाए उनके जो हम में बेहैसियत और नासमझ लोग हैं, और हम नहीं देखते कि तुमको हमारे ऊपर कोई बड़ाई हासिल हो; बल्कि हम तो तुमको झूठा ख़्याल करते हैं।
He said, "You will not receive food that is provided to you except that I will inform you of its interpretation before it comes to you. That is from what my Lord has taught me. Indeed, I have left the religion of a people who do not believe in Allah , and they, in the Hereafter, are disbelievers.
Yousuf ney kaha tumhen jo khana diya jata hai uss kay tumharay pass phonchney say pehlay hi mein tumhen iss ki tabeer batla doon ga. Yeh sab uss ilm ki badolat hai jo mujhay meray rab ney sikhaya hai mein ney unn logon ka mazhab chor diya hai jo Allah per eman nahi rakhtay aur aakhirat kay bhi munkir hain.
यूसुफ़ (अलै॰) ने कहाः जो खाना तुमको मिलता है उसके आने से पहले मैं तुम्हें इन ख़्वाबों की ताबीर बता दूँगा, यह उस इल्म में से है जो मेरे रब ने मुझे सिखाया है, मैंने उन लोगों के मज़हब को छोड़ा जो अल्लाह पर ईमान नहीं लाते और वे लोग आख़िरत के मुनकिर हैं।
And if you are astonished, [O Muhammad] - then astonishing is their saying, "When we are dust, will we indeed be [brought] into a new creation?" Those are the ones who have disbelieved in their Lord, and those will have shackles upon their necks, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
Agar tujhay tajjub ho to waqaee unn ka yeh kehna ajeeb hai kay kiya jab hum mitti hojayen gay to kiya hum naee pedaeesh mein hongay? Yehi woh log hain jnhon ney apney perwerdigar say kufur kiya. Yehi hain jin ki gardano mein toq hongay. Aur yehi hain jo jahannum kay rehney walay hain jo iss mein hamesha hamesh rahen gay.
और अगर आप तअज्जुब करो तो तअज्जुब के क़ाबिल उनकी यह बात है कि जब हम मिट्टी हो जाएंगे तो क्या हम नए सिरे से पैदा किए जाएंगे, ये वह लोग हैं जिन्होंने अपने रब का इनकार किया और ये वे लोग हैं जिनकी गर्दनों में तौक़ पड़े हुए हैं, वे आग वाले लोग हैं, वे उसमें हमेशा रहेंगे।
No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed.
Na to unhen wahan koi rakleef chu sakti hai aur na wahan say kabhi nikalen jayegay.
वहाँ उनको कोई तकलीफ़ नहीं पहुँचेगी और न वे वहाँ से निकाले जाएंगे।
And landmarks. And by the stars they are [also] guided.
Aur bhi boht si nishaniyan muqarrar farmaeen. Aur sitaron say bhi log raah hasil kertay hain.
और बहुत-सी दूसरी अलामतें भी हैं, और लोग तारों से भी रास्ता मालूम करते हैं।
Or that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure?
Ya unhen chaltay phirtay pakar ley. Yeh kissi soorat mein Allah Taalaa ko aajiz nahi ker saktay.
या उनको चलते-फिरते पकड़ ले तो वे लोग अल्लाह को आजिज़ नहीं कर सकते।
And Allah has made for you from yourselves mates and has made for you from your mates sons and grandchildren and has provided for you from the good things. Then in falsehood do they believe and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve?
Allah Taalaa ney tumharay liye tum mein say hi tumhari biwiyan peda kin aur tumhari biwiyon say tumharay liye tumharay betay aur potay peda kiye aur tumhen achi achi cheezen khaney ko den. Kiya phir bhi log baatil per eman layen ga? Aur Allah Taalaa ki nematon ki na shukri keren gay?
और अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए तुम ही में से बीवियाँ बनाईं और तुम्हारी बीवियों से तुम्हारे लिए बेटे और पोते पैदा किए और तुमको पाकीज़ा चीज़ें खाने के लिए दीं, फिर क्या ये बातिल पर ईमान लाते हैं और अल्लाह की नेमत का इनकार करते हैं।
And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect from every nation a witness. Then it will not be permitted to the disbelievers [to apologize or make excuses], nor will they be asked to appease [ Allah ].
Aur jiss din hum her ummat mein say gawah khara keren gay phir kafiron ko na ijazat di jaye gi aur na unn say toba kerney ko kaha jayega.
और जिस दिन हम हर उम्मत में से एक गवाह उठाएंगे, फिर इनकार करने वालों को हिदायत न दी जाएगी और न उनसे तौबा ली जाएगी।
And when those who wronged see the punishment, it will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved.
Aur jab yeh zalim azab dekh len gay phir na to unn say halka kiya jayega aur na woh dheel diye jayen gay.
और जब ज़ालिम लोग अज़ाब को देखेंगे तो वह अज़ाब न उनसे हल्का किया जाएगा और न उन्हें मोहलत दी जाएगी।
His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allah .
Haan iss ka ghalba unn per to yaqeenan hai jo issi say rafaqat keren aur issay Allah ka shareek thehrayen.
उसका ज़ोर तो सिर्फ़ उन लोगों पर चलता है जो उससे तअल्लुक़ रखते हैं और जो अल्लाह के साथ शिर्क करते हैं।
Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good.
Yaqeen mano kay Allah Taalaa perhezgaron aur nek kaaron kay sath hai.
बेशक अल्लाह उन लोगों के साथ है जो परहेज़गार हैं और जो नेकी करने वाले हैं।
We are most knowing of how they listen to it when they listen to you and [of] when they are in private conversation, when the wrongdoers say, "You follow not but a man affected by magic."
Jiss gharz say woh log issay suntay hain unn ( ki niyaton ) say hum khoob aagah hain jab yeh aap ki taraf kaan lagaye huye hotay hain tab bhi aur yeh mashwara kertay hain tab bhi jab kay zalim kehtay hain kay tum uss ki tabeydaari mein lagay huye ho jin per jadoo ker diya gaya hai.
हम जानते हैं कि जब वे आपकी तरफ़ कान लगाते हैं तो वे किस लिए सुनते हैं और जबकि वे आपस में कानाफूसी करते हैं ये ज़ालिम लोग कहते हैं कि तुम लोग बस एक जादू किए हुए इंसान के पीछे चल रहे हो।
Then, surely it is We who are most knowing of those most worthy of burning therein.
Phir hum unhen bhi khoob jantay hain jo jahannum kay dakhlay kay ziyada sazawaar hain.
फिर हम उन्हें भली-भाँति जानते हैं जो उस में झोंके जाने के सर्वाधिक योग्य हैं
And how many a generation have We destroyed before them who were better in possessions and [outward] appearance?
Hum to inn say pehlay boht si jamaton ko ghaarat ker chukay hain jo saaz-o-saman aur naam-o-numood mein inn say barh charh ker thin.
हालाँकि उन से पहले हम कितनी ही नसलों को विनष्ट कर चुके हैं जो सामग्री और बाह्य भव्यता में इन से कहीं अच्छी थीं!
He said, "They are close upon my tracks, and I hastened to You, my Lord, that You be pleased."
Kaha kay woh log bhi meray peechay hi peechay hain aur mein ney aey rab! Teri taraf jaldi iss liye ki kay tu khush hojaye.
उस ने कहा, "वे मेरे पीछे ही और मैं जल्दी बढ़कर आया तेरी ओर, ऐ रब! ताकि तू राज़ी हो जाए।"
And when its inhabitants perceived Our punishment, at once they fled from it.
Jab unhon ney humaray azab ka ehsas ker liya to lagay uss say bhagney.
फिर जब उन्हें हमारी यातना का आभास हुआ तो लगे वहाँ से भागने
Or have men taken for themselves gods from the earth who resurrect [the dead]?
Kiya inn logon ney zamin ( ki makhlooqaat mein ) say jinhen mabood bana rakha hai woh zinda ker detay hain.
(क्या उन्होंने आकाश से कुछ पूज्य बना लिए है)... या उन्होंने धरती से ऐसे इष्ट -पूज्य बना लिए है, जो पुनर्जीवित करते हों?
And when those who disbelieve see you, [O Muhammad], they take you not except in ridicule, [saying], "Is this the one who insults your gods?" And they are, at the mention of the Most Merciful, disbelievers.
Yeh munkireen tujhay jab bhi dekhtay hain to tumhara mazaq hi uratay hain kay kiya yehi woh hai jo tumharay maboodon ka zikar buraee say kerta hai aur woh khud hi rehman ki yaad kay bilkul hi munkir hain.
जिन लोगों ने इनकार किया वे जब तुम्हें देखते हैं तो तुम्हारा उपहास ही करते हैं। (कहते हैं,) "क्या यही वह व्यक्ति है, जो तुम्हारे इष्ट -पूज्यों की बुराई के साथ चर्चा करता है?" और उन का अपना हाल यह है कि वे रहमान के ज़िक्र (स्मरण) से इनकार करते हैं
If those who disbelieved but knew the time when they will not avert the Fire from their faces or from their backs and they will not be aided...
Kaash! Yeh kafir jantay kay uss waqt na to yeh kafir aag ko apney chehron say hata saken gay aur na apni peethon say aur na unn ki madad ki jayegi.
अगर इनकार करने वालें उस समय को जानते, जबकि वे न तो अपने चहरों की ओर आग को रोक सकेंगे और न अपनी पीठों की ओर से और न उन्हें कोई सहायता ही पहुँच सकेगी तो (यातना की जल्दी न मचाते)
Rather, it will come to them unexpectedly and bewilder them, and they will not be able to repel it, nor will they be reprieved.
( Haan haan! ) waday ki ghari unn kay pass achanak aajayegi aur enhen hakka bakka ker dey gi phir na to yeh log ussay taal saken gay aur na zara si mohlat diye jayengay.
बल्कि वह अचानक उन पर आएगी और उन्हें स्तब्ध कर देगी। फिर न उसे वे फेर सकेंगे और न उन्हें मुहलत ही मिलेगी
Say, "Who can protect you at night or by day from the Most Merciful?" But they are, from the remembrance of their Lord, turning away.
Inn say poochiye kay rehman say din aur raat tumhari hifazat kaun ker sakta hai? Baat yeh hai kay yeh log apnay rab kay zikar say phiray huye hain.
कहो कि "कौन रहमान के मुक़ाबले में रात-दिन तुम्हारी रक्षा करेगा? बल्कि बात यह है कि वे अपने रब की याददिहानी से कतरा रहे हैं
Or do they have gods to defend them other than Us? They are unable [even] to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us.
Kiya humaray siwa inn kay aur mabood hain jo enhen musibaton say bacha len. Koi bhi khud apni madad ki taqat nahi rakhta aur na koi humari taraf say rafaqat diya jata hai.
(क्या वे हमें नहीं जानते) या हम से हटकर उन के और भी इष्ट-पूज्य है, जो उन्हें बचा ले? वे तो स्वयं अपनी ही सहायता नहीं कर सकते हैं और न हमारे मुक़ाबले में उन का कोई साथ ही दे सकता है
On the Day you see it every nursing mother will be distracted from that [child] she was nursing, and every pregnant woman will abort her pregnancy, and you will see the people [appearing] intoxicated while they are not intoxicated; but the punishment of Allah is severe.
Jiss din tum ussay dekh lo gay her doodh pilaney wali apnay doodh peetay bachay ko bhool jayegi aur tamam hamal waliyon kay hamal girr jayen gay aur tu dekhay ga kay log madhosh dikhaee den gay halankay dar-haqeeqat who matwalay na hongay lekin Allah ka azab bara hi sakht hai.
जिस जिन तुम उसे देखोगे, हाल यह होगा कि प्रत्येक दूध पिलाने वाली अपने दूध पीते बच्चे को भूल जाएगी और प्रत्येक गर्भवती अपना गर्भभार रख देगी। और लोगों को तुम नशे में देखोगे, हालाँकि वे नशे में न होंगे, बल्कि अल्लाह की यातना है ही बड़ी कठोर चीज़
For every religion We have appointed rites which they perform. So, [O Muhammad], let the disbelievers not contend with you over the matter but invite them to your Lord. Indeed, you are upon straight guidance.
Her ummat kay liye hum ney ibadat ka aik tareeqa muqarrar ker diya hai jissay woh baja laney walay hain pus enhen iss amar mein aap say jhagra na kerna chahiye aap apnay perwerdigar ki taraf logon ko buliye. Yaqeenan aap theek hidayat per hi hain.
प्रत्येक समुदाय के लिए हम ने बन्दगी की एक रीति निर्धारित कर दी है, जिस का पालन उस के लोग करते हैं। अतः इस मामले में वे तुम से झगड़ने की राह न पाएँ। तुम तो अपने रब की ओर बुलाए जाओ। निस्संदेह तुम सीधे मार्ग पर हो
They who are during their prayer humbly submissive
Jo aoni namaz mein khusoo kertay hain.
जो अपनी नमाज़ों में विनम्रता अपनाते हैं;
And they who turn away from ill speech
Jo laghwiyaat say mun mor letay hain.
और जो व्यर्थ बातों से पहलू बचाते हैं;
