Say, "Spend willingly or unwillingly; never will it be accepted from you. Indeed, you have been a defiantly disobedient people."
Keh dijiye kay tum khushi ya na khushi kissi tarah bhi kharach kero qabool to hergiz na kiya jayega yaqeenan tum fasiq log ho.
कह दीजिए कि तुम ख़ुशी से ख़र्च करो या नाख़ुशी से तुमसे हरगिज़ क़बूल न किया जाएगा, बेशक तुम नाफ़रमान लोग हो।
And among them are those who abuse the Prophet and say, "He is an ear." Say, "[It is] an ear of goodness for you that believes in Allah and believes the believers and [is] a mercy to those who believe among you." And those who abuse the Messenger of Allah - for them is a painful punishment.
Inn mein say woh bhi hain jo payghumbar ko ezza detay hain kehtay hain kay kaan ka kacha hai aap keh dijiye kay woh kaan tumharay bhalay kay liye hai woh Allah per eman rakha hai aur musalamanon ki baaton ka yaqeen kerta hai aur tum mein say jo ehal-e-eman hain yeh unn kay liye rehmat hai rasool Allah ( PBUH ) ko jo log ezze detay hain unn kay liye dukh ki maar hai.
और उनमें वे लोग भी हैं जो नबी को दुख देते हैं और कहते हैं कि यह शख़्स तो कान का कच्चा है, कह दीजिए कि वह तुम्हारी भलाई के लिए कान है, वे अल्लाह पर ईमान रखते हैं और अहले-ईमान पर एतमाद करते हैं और वे रहमत हैं उनके लिए जो तुम में अहले-ईमान हैं, और जो लोग अल्लाह और उसके रसूल को दुख देते हैं उनके लिए दर्दनाक सज़ा है।
And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?"
Agar aap inn say poochen to saaf keh den gay kay hum to yun hi aapas mein hans bol rahey thay. Keh dijiye kay Allah ussi ki aayaten aur uss ka rasool hi tumharay hansi mazaq kay liye reh gaye hain?
और अगर आप उनसे पूछो तो वे कहेंगे कि हम तो बस हँसी और दिल्लगी कर रहे थे, कह दीजिएः क्या तुम अल्लाह से और उसकी आयात से और उसके रसूल से हँसी और दिल्लगी कर रहे थे?
Those who remained behind rejoiced in their staying [at home] after [the departure of] the Messenger of Allah and disliked to strive with their wealth and their lives in the cause of Allah and said, 'Do not go forth in the heat." Say, "The fire of Hell is more intensive in heat" - if they would but understand.
Peechay reh janey walay log rasool Allah ( PBUH ) kay janey kay baad apney bethay rehney per khush hain enhon ney Allah ki raah mein apney maal aur apni janon say jihad kerna na pasand rakha aur enhon ney keh diya kay iss garmi mein mat niklo. Keh dijiye kay dozakh ki aag boht hi sakht garam hai kaash kay woh samajhtay hotay.
पीछे रह जाने वाले अल्लाह के रसूल से पीछे बैठे रहने पर बहुत ख़ुश हुए और उन्होंने नापसंद किया कि वे अपने माल और जान से अल्लाह की राह में जिहाद करें और उन्होंने कहा कि गर्मी में न निकलो, आप कह दीजिए कि दोज़ख़ की आग इससे ज़्यादा गरम है, काश उन्हें समझ होती।
They will make excuses to you when you have returned to them. Say, "Make no excuse - never will we believe you. Allah has already informed us of your news. And Allah will observe your deeds, and [so will] His Messenger; then you will be taken back to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you of what you used to do."
Yeh log tumharay samney uzur paish keren gay jab tum inn kay pass wapis jaogay. Aap keh dijiye kay yeh uzur paish mat kero hum kabhi tum ko sacha na samjhen gay Allah Taalaa hum ko tumhari khabar dey chuka hai aur aaenda bhi Allah aur uss ka rasool tumhari kaar guzari dekh len gay phir aisay kay pass lotaye jaogay jo posheeda aur zahir sab ka jannay wala hai phir woh tum ko bata dey ga jo kuch tum kertay thay.
तुम जब उनकी तरफ़ पलटोगे तो वे तुम्हारे सामने आज़ार पेश करेंगे, कह दीजिए कि बहाने न बनाओ, हम हरगिज़ तुम्हारी बात न मानेंगे, बेशक अल्लाह ने हमको तुम्हारे हालात बता दिए हैं, अब अल्लाह और उसका रसूल तुम्हारे अमल को देखेंगे फिर तुम उसकी तरफ़ लोटाए जाओगे जो खुले और छुपे का जानने वाला है, पस वह तुमको बता देगा जो कुछ तुम कर रहे थे।
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who do not expect the meeting with Us say, "Bring us a Qur'an other than this or change it." Say, [O Muhammad], "It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day."
Aur jab inn kay samney humari aayaten parhi jati hain jo bilkul saaf saaf hain to yeh log jin ko humaray pass aaney ki umeed nahi hai yun kehtay hain kay iss kay siwa koi doosra quran layiye ya iss mein kuch tarmeem ker dijiye. Aap keh dijiye kay mujhay yeh haq nahi kay mein apni taraf say iss mein tarmeem kerdoon bus mein to issi ki ittabaa keroon ga jo meray pass wahee kay zariye say phoncha hai agar mein apney rab ki na farmani keroon to mein aik baray din kay azab ka andesha rakhta hun.
और जब उनको हमारी खुली हुई आयतें पढ़कर सुनाई जाती हैं तो जिन लोगों को हमारे पास आने की उम्मीद नहीं है वे कहते हैं कि इसके सिवा कोई और क़ुरआन लाओ या इसको बदल दो, आप कह दीजिए कि मेरा यह काम नहीं कि मैं अपने जी से इसको बदल दूँ, मैं तो सिर्फ़ उस वह्य की पैरवी करता हूँ जो मेरे पास आती है, अगर मैं अपने रब की नाफ़रमानी करूँ तो मैं एक बड़े दिन के अज़ाब से डरता हूँ।
Say, "If Allah had willed, I would not have recited it to you, nor would He have made it known to you, for I had remained among you a lifetime before it. Then will you not reason?"
Aap yun keh dijiye kay agar Allah ko manzoor hota to na to mein tum ko woh parh ker sunata aur na Allah Taalaa tum ko iss ki itlaa deta kiyon kay mein iss say pehlay to aik baray hissay umar tak mein tum mein reh chuka hun. Phir kiya tum aqal nahi rakhtay.
कह दीजिए कि अगर अल्लाह चाहता तो मैं इसको तुम्हें न सुनाता और न अल्लाह इससे तुम्हें बाख़बर करता, मैं इससे पहले तुम्हारे दरमियान एक उमर बसर कर चुका हूँ फिर क्या तुम अक़्ल से काम नहीं लेते।
And they worship other than Allah that which neither harms them nor benefits them, and they say, "These are our intercessors with Allah " Say, "Do you inform Allah of something He does not know in the heavens or on the earth?" Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him
Aur yeh log Allah kay siwa aisi cheezon ki ibadat kertay hain jo na unn ko zarrar phoncha saken aur na unn ko nafa phoncha saken aur kehtay hain kay yeh Allah kay pass humaray sifarshi hain. Aap keh dijiye kay kiya tum Allah ko aisi cheez ki khabar detay ho jo Allah Taalaa ko maloom nahi na aasmanon mein aur na zamin mein woh pak aur bartar hai inn logon kay shirk say.
और वे अल्लाह के सिवा ऐसी चीज़ों की इबादत करते हैं जो उनको न नुक़सान पहुँचा सकें और ना नफ़ा पहुँचा सकें, और वे कहते हैं कि ये अल्लाह के यहाँ हमारे सिफ़ारशी हैं, कह दीजिए क्या तुम अल्लाह को ऐसी चीज़ों की ख़बर देते हो जो उसको आसमानों और ज़मीन में मालूम नहीं, वे पाक और बरतर है उससे जिसको वे शरीक करते हैं।
Say, "Who provides for you from the heaven and the earth? Or who controls hearing and sight and who brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living and who arranges [every] matter?" They will say, " Allah ," so say, "Then will you not fear Him?"
Aap kahiye kay woh kaun hai jo tum ko aasman aur zamin say rizq phonchata hai ya woh kaun hai jo kanon aur aankhon per poora ikhtiyar rakhta hai aur woh kaun hai jo zinda ko murda say nikalta hai aur murda ko zinda say nikalta hai aur woh kaun hai jo tamam kaamon ki tadbeeren kerta hai? Zaroor woh yehi kahen gay kay “Allah” to unn say kahiye phir kiyon nahi dartay.
कह दीजिए कि कौन तुमको आसमान और ज़मीन से रोज़ी देता है या कौन है जो कान पर और आँखों पर इख़्तियार रखता है और कौन बेजान में से जानदार को और जानदार में से बेजान को निकालता है और कौन मामलात का इंतिज़ाम कर रहा है, वे कहेंगे कि अल्लाह, कह दीजिए कि फिर क्या तुम डरते नहीं।
Say, "Are there of your 'partners' any who begins creation and then repeats it?" Say, " Allah begins creation and then repeats it, so how are you deluded?"
Aap yun kahiye kay kiya tumharay shurka mein koi aisa hai jo pehli baar bhi peda keray phir doobara bhi peda keray? Aap keh dijiye kay Allah hi pehli baar peda kerta hai phir wohi doobara bhi peda keray ga. Phir tum kahan phiray jatay ho?
कह दें कि क्या तुम्हारे ठहराए हुए शरीकों में कोई है जो पहली बार पैदा करता हो फिर वह दोबारा भी पैदा करे? कह दें कि अल्लाह ही पहली बार पैदा करता है फिर वही दोबारा भी पैदा करेगा फिर तुम कहाँ भटके जाते हो।
Say, "Are there of your 'partners' any who guides to the truth?" Say, " Allah guides to the truth. So is He who guides to the truth more worthy to be followed or he who guides not unless he is guided? Then what is [wrong] with you - how do you judge?"
Aap kahiye kay tumharay shurka mein koi aisa hai kay haq ka raasta batata ho? Aap keh dijiye kay Allah hi haq ka raasta batata hai. To phir aaya jo shaks haq ka raasta batata ho woh ziyada ittabaa kay laeeq hai ya woh shaks jiss ko baghair bataye khud hi raasta na soojhay? Pus tum ko kiya hogaya hai tum kaisay faislay kertay ho.
कह दें कि क्या तुम्हारे शुरका में कोई है जो हक़ की तरफ़ रहनुमाई करता हो, कह दें कि अल्लाह ही हक़ की तरफ़ रहनुमाई करता है, फिर जो हक़ की तरफ़ रहनुमाई करता है वह पैरवी किए जाने का ज़्यादा मुस्तहिक़ है या वह जिसको ख़ुद ही रास्ता न मिलता हो बल्कि उसे रास्ता बताया जाए, तुमको क्या हो गया है कि तुम कैसा फ़ैसला करते हो।
Or do they say [about the Prophet], "He invented it?" Say, "Then bring forth a surah like it and call upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides Allah , if you should be truthful."
Kiya yeh log yun kehtay hain kay aap ney iss ko gharr liya hai? Aap keh dijiye kay phir tum iss ki misil aik hi surat lao aur jin jin ghair Allah ko bula sako bula lo agar sachay ho.
क्या लोग कहते हैं कि इस शख़्स ने उसको घड़ा है, कह दीजिए कि तुम इसके मानिंद कोई एक ही सूरत ले आओ और अल्लाह के सिवा तुम जिसको बुला सको बुला लो, अगर तुम सच्चे हो।
Say, "I possess not for myself any harm or benefit except what Allah should will. For every nation is a [specified] term. When their time has come, then they will not remain behind an hour, nor will they precede [it]."
Aap farma dijiye kay mein apni zaat kay liye to kissi nafay ka aur kissi zarrar ka ikhtiyar rakhta hi nahi magar jitna Allah ko manzoor ho. Her ummat kay liye aik moyyen waqt hai jab unn ka woh moyyen waqt aa phonchta hai to aik ghari na peechay hatt saktay hain aur na aagay sirak saktay hain.
कह दीजिए कि मैं अपने वास्ते भी बुरे और भले का मालिक नहीं मगर जो अल्लाह चाहे, हर उम्मत के लिए एक वक़्त है, जब उनका वक़्त आ जाता है तो फिर न वह एक घड़ी पीछे होते हैं और न आगे।
Say, "Have you considered: if His punishment should come to you by night or by day - for which [aspect] of it would the criminals be impatient?"
Aap farma dijiye kay yeh batlao kay agar tum per Allah ka azab raat ko aa paray ya din ko to azab mein konsi cheez aisi hai kay mujrim log iss ko jaldi maang rahey hain.
कह दें कि बताओ अगर अल्लाह का अज़ाब तुम पर रात को आ पड़े या दिन को आ जाए तो मुजरिम लोग उससे पहले क्या कर लेंगे।
And they ask information of you, [O Muhammad], "Is it true?" Say, "Yes, by my Lord. Indeed, it is truth; and you will not cause failure [to Allah ]."
Aur woh aap say daryaft kertay hain kay kiya azab waqaee sach hai? Aap farma dijiye kay haan qasam hai meray rab ki woh waqaee sach hai aur tum kissi taraf Allah ko aajiz nahi ker saktay.
और वे आपसे पूछते हैं कि क्या यह बात सच है, कह दीजिए कि हाँ मेरे रब की क़सम! यह सच है और तुम उसको थका न सकोगे।
Say, "In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy - in that let them rejoice; it is better than what they accumulate."
Aap keh dijiye kay bus logon ko Allah key iss inam aur rehmat per khush hona chahaiye. Woh iss say ba-darjaha behtar hai jiss ko woh jama ker rahey hain.
आप कह दीजिए कि बस लोगों को अल्लाह के इस ईनाम और रहमत पर ख़ुश होना चाहिए, वह उससे बहुत ज़्यादा बेहतर है जिसको वे जमा कर रहे हैं।
Say, "Have you seen what Allah has sent down to you of provision of which you have made [some] lawful and [some] unlawful?" Say, "Has Allah permitted you [to do so], or do you invent [something] about Allah ?"
Aap kahiye kay yeh to batao kay Allah ney tumharay liye jo kuch rizq bheja tha phri tum ney uss ka kuch hissa haram aur kuch halal qarar dey liya. Aap poochiye kay kiya tum ko Allah ney hukum diya tha ya Allah per iftra hi kertay ho?
कह दें कि यह बताओ कि अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए जो रिज़्क़ उतारा फिर तुमने उसमें से कुछ को हराम ठहराया और कुछ को हलाल, कह दें कि क्या अल्लाह ने तुमको इसका हुक्म दिया है या तुम अल्लाह पर झूठ लगा रहे हो?
Say, "Have you seen what Allah has sent down to you of provision of which you have made [some] lawful and [some] unlawful?" Say, "Has Allah permitted you [to do so], or do you invent [something] about Allah ?"
Aap kahiye kay yeh to batao kay Allah ney tumharay liye jo kuch rizq bheja tha phri tum ney uss ka kuch hissa haram aur kuch halal qarar dey liya. Aap poochiye kay kiya tum ko Allah ney hukum diya tha ya Allah per iftra hi kertay ho?
कह दें कि यह बताओ कि अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए जो रिज़्क़ उतारा फिर तुमने उसमें से कुछ को हराम ठहराया और कुछ को हलाल, कह दें कि क्या अल्लाह ने तुमको इसका हुक्म दिया है या तुम अल्लाह पर झूठ लगा रहे हो?
Say, "Indeed, those who invent falsehood about Allah will not succeed."
Aap keh dijiye kay jo log Allah per jhoot iftra kertay hain woh kaamyab na hongay.
कह दीजिए कि जो लोग अल्लाह पर झूठ बाँधते हैं वे कामयाबी नहीं पाएंगे।
So do they wait except for like [what occurred in] the days of those who passed on before them? Say, "Then wait; indeed, I am with you among those who wait."
So woh log sirf unn logon kay say waqiyaat ka intizar ker rahey hain jo inn say pehlay guzr chukay hain. Aap farma dijiye kay acha to tum intizar mein raho mein bhi tumharay sath intizar kerney walon mein hun.
वे तो बस उस तरह के दिन का इन्तिज़ार कर रहे हैं जिस तरह के दिन उनसे पहले गुज़रे हुए लोगों को पेश आए, कह दीजिए कि इन्तिज़ार करो मैं भी तुम्हारे साथ इन्तिज़ार करने वालों में से हूँ।
Say, [O Muhammad], "O people, if you are in doubt as to my religion - then I do not worship those which you worship besides Allah ; but I worship Allah , who causes your death. And I have been commanded to be of the believers
Aap keh dijiye kay aey logo! Tum meray deen ki taraf say shak mein ho to mein inn maboodon ki ibadat nahi kerta jin ki tum Allah ko chor ker ibadat kertay ho lekin haan uss Allah ki ibadat kerta hun jo tumhari jaan qabz kerta hai. Aur mujh ko yeh hukum hua hai kay mein eman laney walon mein say hun.
कह दीजिए कि ऐ लोगो! अगर तुम मेरे दीन के मुतअल्लिक़ शक में हो तो मैं उनकी इबादत नहीं करता जिनकी इबादत तुम करते हो अल्लाह के सिवा; बल्कि मैं उस अल्लाह की इबादत करता हूँ जो तुमको वफ़ात देता है और मुझको हुक्म मिला है कि मैं ईमान वालों में से रहूँ।
Say, "O mankind, the truth has come to you from your Lord, so whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever goes astray only goes astray [in violation] against it. And I am not over you a manager."
Aap keh dijiye kay aey logo! Tumharay pass haq tumharay rab ki taraf say phonch chuka hai iss liye jo shaks raah-e-raast per aajaye so woh apney wastay raah-e-raast per aaye ga aur jo shaks bey raah rahey ga uss ka bey raah hona ussi per paray ga aur mein tum per musallat nahi kiya gaya.
कह दीजिए कि ऐ लोगो! तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से तुम्हारे पास हक़ आ गया है, पस जो हिदायत क़बूल कर लेगा तो वह अपने ही लिए करेगा और जो भटकेगा तो उसका वबाल उसी पर आएगा, और मैं तुम्हारे ऊपर ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हूँ।
Or do they say, "He invented it"? Say, "Then bring ten surahs like it that have been invented and call upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides Allah , if you should be truthful."
Kiya yeh kehtay hain kay iss quran ko issi ney gharha hai jawab dijiye kay phir tum bhi issi ju misil das surten ghari hui ley aao aur Allah kay siwa jissay chahao apney sath bula bhi lo agar tum sachay ho.
क्या वे कहते हैं कि पैग़म्बर ने इस किताब को घड़ लिया है, कह दीजिए कि तुम भी ऐसी ही दस मन-घड़त सूरतें बनाकर ले आओ और अल्लाह के सिवा जिसको बुला सको बुला लो अगर तुम सच्चे हो।
Or do they say [about Prophet Muhammad], "He invented it"? Say, "If I have invented it, then upon me is [the consequence of] my crime; but I am innocent of what [crimes] you commit."
Kiye yeh kehtay hain kay issay khud issi nay gharr liya hai? To jawab dey kay agar mein ney issay gharr liya ho mera gunah mujh per hai aur mein unn gunhaon say bari hun jo tum ker rahey ho.
क्या वे कहते हैं कि पैग़म्बर ने इसको घड़ लिया है? कह दीजिए कि अगर मैंने इसको घड़ा है तो मेरा जुर्म मेरे ऊपर है और जो जुर्म तुम कर रहे हो उससे मैं बरी हूँ।
Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allah with insight, I and those who follow me. And exalted is Allah ; and I am not of those who associate others with Him."
Aap keh dijiye kay meri raah yehi hai. Mein aur meray muttabeyeen Allah ki taraf bula rahey hain pooray yaqeen aur aetmaad kay sath. Aur Allah pak hai aur mein mushrikon mein nahi.
कह दीजिए कि यह मेरा रास्ता है, मैं अल्लाह की तरफ़ बुलाता हूँ समझ-बूझ कर, मैं भी और वे लोग भी जिन्होंने मेरी पैरवी की, और अल्लाह पाक है और मैं मुशरिकों में से नहीं हूँ।
Say, "Who is Lord of the heavens and earth?" Say, " Allah ." Say, "Have you then taken besides Him allies not possessing [even] for themselves any benefit or any harm?" Say, "Is the blind equivalent to the seeing? Or is darkness equivalent to light? Or have they attributed to Allah partners who created like His creation so that the creation [of each] seemed similar to them?" Say, " Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the Prevailing."
Aap poochiye kay asmanon aur zamin ka perwerdigar kaun hai? Keh dijiye! Allah . Keh dijiye! Kiya tum phir bhi iss kay siwa auron ko himayati bana rahey ho jo khud apni jaan kay bhi bhalay buray ka ikhtiyar nahi rakhtay. Keh dijiye kay kiya andha aur beena barabar hosakta hai? Ya kiya andheriyan aur roshni barabar hosakti hai. Kiya jinhen yeh Allah kay shareek thehra rahey hain unhon ney bhi Allah ki tarah makhlooq peda ki hai kay inn ki nazar mein pedaeesh mushtaba hogaee ho keh dijiye kay sirf Allah hi tamam cheezon ka khaliq hai who akela hai aur zabardast ghalib hai.
कह दीजिए कि आसमानों और ज़मीन का रब कौन है? कह दीजिए कि अल्लाह है, कहिए कि क्या फिर भी तुमने उसके सिवा ऐसे मददगार बना रखे हैं जो ख़ुद अपनी ज़ात के नफ़ा और नुक़सान का भी इख़्तियार नहीं रखते, कहिए कि क्या अंधा और आँखों वाला दोनों बराबर हो सकते हैं, या क्या अंधेरा और उजाला दोनों बराबर हो जाएंगे, क्या उन्होंने अल्लाह के साथ ऐसे शरीक ठहराए हैं जिन्होंने भी पैदा किया जैसा कि अल्लाह ने पैदा किया फिर पैदाइश उनकी नज़र मैं मुश्तबह हो गई, कह दीजिए कि अल्लाह हर चीज़ का पैदा करने वाला है और वही है अकेला, ज़बरदस्त।
Say, "Who is Lord of the heavens and earth?" Say, " Allah ." Say, "Have you then taken besides Him allies not possessing [even] for themselves any benefit or any harm?" कह दीजिए कि आसमानों और ज़मीन का रब कौन है? कह दीजिए कि अल्लाह है, कहिए कि क्या फिर भी तुमने उसके सिवा ऐसे मददगार बना रखे हैं जो ख़ुद अपनी ज़ात के नफ़ा और नुक़सान का भी इख़्तियार नहीं रखते, कहिए कि क्या अंधा और आँखों वाला दोनों बराबर हो सकते हैं, या क्या अंधेरा और उजाला दोनों बराबर हो जाएंगे, क्या उन्होंने अल्लाह के साथ ऐसे शरीक ठहराए हैं जिन्होंने भी पैदा किया जैसा कि अल्लाह ने पैदा किया फिर पैदाइश उनकी नज़र मैं मुश्तबह हो गई, कह दीजिए कि अल्लाह हर चीज़ का पैदा करने वाला है और वही है अकेला, ज़बरदस्त।
Say, "Who is Lord of the heavens and earth?" Say, " Allah ." Say, "Have you then taken besides Him allies not possessing [even] for themselves any benefit or any harm?" Say, "Is the blind equivalent to the seeing? Or is darkness equivalent to light? Or have they attributed to Allah partners who created like His creation so that the creation [of each] seemed similar to them?" Say, " Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the Prevailing."
Aap poochiye kay asmanon aur zamin ka perwerdigar kaun hai? Keh dijiye! Allah . Keh dijiye! Kiya tum phir bhi iss kay siwa auron ko himayati bana rahey ho jo khud apni jaan kay bhi bhalay buray ka ikhtiyar nahi rakhtay. Keh dijiye kay kiya andha aur beena barabar hosakta hai? Ya kiya andheriyan aur roshni barabar hosakti hai. Kiya jinhen yeh Allah kay shareek thehra rahey hain unhon ney bhi Allah ki tarah makhlooq peda ki hai kay inn ki nazar mein pedaeesh mushtaba hogaee ho keh dijiye kay sirf Allah hi tamam cheezon ka khaliq hai who akela hai aur zabardast ghalib hai.
कह दीजिए कि आसमानों और ज़मीन का रब कौन है? कह दीजिए कि अल्लाह है, कहिए कि क्या फिर भी तुमने उसके सिवा ऐसे मददगार बना रखे हैं जो ख़ुद अपनी ज़ात के नफ़ा और नुक़सान का भी इख़्तियार नहीं रखते, कहिए कि क्या अंधा और आँखों वाला दोनों बराबर हो सकते हैं, या क्या अंधेरा और उजाला दोनों बराबर हो जाएंगे, क्या उन्होंने अल्लाह के साथ ऐसे शरीक ठहराए हैं जिन्होंने भी पैदा किया जैसा कि अल्लाह ने पैदा किया फिर पैदाइश उनकी नज़र मैं मुश्तबह हो गई, कह दीजिए कि अल्लाह हर चीज़ का पैदा करने वाला है और वही है अकेला, ज़बरदस्त।
And those who disbelieved say, "Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?" Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, Allah leaves astray whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him] -
Kafir kehtay hain kay iss per koi nishani ( moajzza ) kiyon nahi nazil nahi kiya gaya? Jawab dey dijiye kay jisay Allah gumrah kerna chahaye ker deta hai aur jo uss ki taraf jhukay ussay raasta dikha deta hai.
और जिन्होंने इनकार किया वे कहते हैं कि इस शख़्स पर उसके रब की तरफ़ से कोई निशानी क्यों नहीं उतारी गई, कह दीजिए कि बेशक अल्लाह जिसको चाहता है गुमराह कर देता है और वह अपना रास्ता उसी को दिखाता है जो उसकी तरफ़ मुतवज्जह हो।
Thus have We sent you to a community before which [other] communities have passed on so you might recite to them that which We revealed to you, while they disbelieve in the Most Merciful. Say, "He is my Lord; there is no deity except Him. Upon Him I rely, and to Him is my return."
Issi tarah hum ney aap ko iss ummat mein bheja hai jiss say pehlay boht si ummaten guzar chuki hain kay aap enhen humari taraf say jo wahee aap per utri hai parh ker sunaiye yeh Allah rehman kay munkir hain aap keh dijiye kay mera paalney wala to wohi hai uss kay siwa dar-haqeeqat koi bhi laeeq-e-ibadat nahi ussi kay upper mera bharosa hai aur ussi ki janib mera rujoo hai.
इसी तरह हमने आपको भेजा है एक उम्मत में जिससे पहले भी बहुत-सी उम्मतें गुज़र चुकी हैं; ताकि आप लोगों को वह पैग़ाम सुना दें जो हमने आपकी तरफ़ भेजा है, और वह मेहरबान अल्लाह का इनकार कर रहे हैं, कह दीजिए कि वही मेरा रब है उसके सिवा कोई माबूद नहीं, उसी पर मैंने भरोसा किया और उसी की तरफ़ मुझे लौटना है।
Then is He who is a maintainer of every soul, [knowing] what it has earned, [like any other]? But to Allah they have attributed partners. Say, "Name them. Or do you inform Him of that which He knows not upon the earth or of what is apparent of speech?" Rather, their [own] plan has been made attractive to those who disbelieve, and they have been averted from the way. And whomever Allah leaves astray - there will be for him no guide.
Aaya woh Allah jo nigehbani kerney wala hai her shaks ki uss kay kiye huye aemaal per inn logon ney Allah kay shareek thehraye hain keh dijiye zara unn kay naam to lo kiya tum Allah ko woh baten batatay ho jo woh zamin mein janta hi nahi ya sirf oopri oopri baaten bata rahey ho baat asal yeh hai kay kufur kerney walon kay liye unn kay makar saja diye gaye hain aur woh sahih raah say rok diye gaye hain aur jiss ko Allah gumrah ker dey uss ko raha dikhaney wala koi nahi.
फिर क्या जो हर शख़्स से उसके अमल का हिसाब करने वाला है, और लोगों ने अल्लाह के शरीक बना लिए हैं, कह दीजिए कि उनका नाम लो, क्या तुम अल्लाह को ऐसी चीज़ की ख़बर दे रहे हो जिसको वह ज़मीन में नहीं जानता या तुम ऊपर ही ऊपर बातें कर रहे हो; बल्कि इनकार करने वालों के लिए उनके धोखे ख़ूबसूरत बना दिए गए हैं और वे (सीधे) रास्ते से रोक दिए गए हैं, और अल्लाह जिसको गुमराह कर दे उसको कोई राह बताने वाला नहीं।
And [the believers among] those to whom We have given the [previous] Scripture rejoice at what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], but among the [opposing] factions are those who deny part of it. Say, "I have only been commanded to worship Allah and not associate [anything] with Him. To Him I invite, and to Him is my return."
Jinhen hum ney kitab di hai woh to jo kuch aap per utara jata hai uss say khush hotay hain aur doosray fiqay iss ki baaz baaton say munkir hain. Aap ailaan ker dijiye kay mujhay to sirf yehi hukum diya gaya hai kay mein Allah ki ibadat keroon aur uss kay sath shareek na keroon mein ussi ki taraf bula raha hun aur ussi ki janib mera lotna hai.
और जिन लोगों को हमने किताब दी थी वे उस चीज़ पर ख़ुश हैं जो आप पर उतारी गई है, और उन गिरोहों में ऐसे भी हैं जो उसके बअज़ हिस्से का इनकार करते हैं, कह दीजिए कि मुझे हुक्म दिया गया है कि मैं अल्लाह की इबादत करूँ और किसी को उसका शरीक न ठहराऊँ, मैं उसी की तरफ़ बुलाता हूँ और उसी की तरफ़ मेरा लौटना है।
And those who have disbelieved say, "You are not a messenger." Say, [O Muhammad], "Sufficient is Allah as Witness between me and you, and [the witness of] whoever has knowledge of the Scripture."
Yeh kafir kehtay hain kay aap Allah kay rasool nahi. Aap jawab dijiye kay mujh mein aur tum mein Allah gawahi denay wala kafi hai aur woh jiss kay pass kitab ka ilm hai.
और मुनकिरीन कहते हैं कि आप अल्लाह के भेजे हुए नहीं हो, कह दीजिए कि मेरे और तुम्हारे दरमियान अल्लाह की गवाही काफ़ी है, और उसकी गवाही जिसके पास किताब का इल्म है।
And they have attributed to Allah equals to mislead [people] from His way. Say, "Enjoy yourselves, for indeed, your destination is the Fire."
Enhon ney Allah kay humsar bana liye kay logon ko Allah ki raah say behkayen. Aap keh dijiye kay khair mazay kerlo tumhari baaz gasht to aakhir jahannum hi hai.
और उन्होंने अल्लाह के मुक़ाबिल ठहराए; ताकि वह लोगों को अल्लाह के रास्ते से भटका दें, कह दीजिए कि चंद दिन का फ़ायदा उठा लो, आख़िर कार तुम्हारा ठिकाना दोज़ख़ है।
[O Muhammad], tell My servants who have believed to establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there will be no exchange, nor any friendships.
Meray eman walay bandon say keh dijiye kay namazon ko qaeem rakhen aur jo kuch hum ney dey rakha hai uss mein say kuch na kuch posheeda aur zahir kharach kertay rahen iss say pehlay kay woh din aajaye jiss mein na kharid-o-farokht hogi na dosti aur mohabbat.
मेरे जो बंदे ईमान लाए हैं उनसे कह दीजिए कि वह नमाज़ क़ायम करें और जो कुछ हमने उनको दिया है उसमें से खुले और छुपे ख़र्च करें इससे पहले कि वह दिन आए जिसमें न ख़रीद-व-फ़रोख़्त होगी और न दोस्ती काम आएगी।
Say, [O Muhammad], "The Pure Spirit has brought it down from your Lord in truth to make firm those who believe and as guidance and good tidings to the Muslims."
Keh dijiye kay issay aap kay rab ki taraf say jibraeel haq kay sath ley ker aaye hain takay eman walon ko Allah Taalaa istaqamat ata farmaye aur musalmanon ki rehnumaee aur bisharat ho jaye.
कह दीजिए कि उसको रूहुल-क़ुदुस ने तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से हक़ के साथ उतारा है; ताकि वह ईमान वालों को साबित-क़दम रखे और वह हिदायत और ख़ुश-ख़बरी हो फ़रमाँबरदारों के लिए।
Say, [O Muhammad], "If there had been with Him [other] gods, as they say, then they [each] would have sought to the Owner of the Throne a way."
Keh dijiye! Kay Allah kay siwa aur mabood bhi hotay jaisay kay yeh log kehtay hain to zaroor woh abb tak malik-e-arsh ki janib raah dhoond nikaltay.
कह दीजिए कि अगर अल्लाह के साथ और भी माबूद होते जैसा कि यह लोग कहते हैं तो वे अर्श वाले की तरफ़ ज़रूर रास्ता निकालते।
Say, "Be you stones or iron
Jawab dijiye kay tum pathar bann jao ya loha.
कह दीजिए कि तुम पत्थर या लोहा हो जाओ।
Or [any] creation of that which is great within your breasts." And they will say, "Who will restore us?" Say, "He who brought you forth the first time." Then they will nod their heads toward you and say, "When is that?" Say, "Perhaps it will be soon -
Ya koi aur aisi khulqat jo tumharay dilon mein boht hi sakht maloom ho phir woh yeh poochen kay kaun hai jo doobara humari zindagi lotaye? Aap jawab dey den kay wohi Allah jiss ney tumhen awal martaba peda kiya iss per woh apney sir hila hila ker aap say daryaft keren gay kay acha yeh hai kab? To aap jawab dey den kay kiya ajab kay woh ( sa’at ) qareeb hi aan lagi ho.
या और कोई चीज़ जो तुम्हारे ख़्याल में उनसे भी ज़्यादा मुश्किल हो, फिर वे कहेंगे कि वह कौन है जो हमको दोबारा ज़िंदा करेगा, आप कहिए कि वही जिसने तुमको पहली बार पैदा किया है, फिर वे आपके आगे अपने सर हिलाएंगे और कहेंगे कि यह कब होगा, कह दीजिए कि अजब नहीं कि उसका वक़्त क़रीब आ पहुँचा हो।
Say, "Each works according to his manner, but your Lord is most knowing of who is best guided in way."
Keh dijiye! Kay her shaks apney tareeqay per aamil hai jo poori hidayat kay raastay per hain unhen tumhara rab hi bakhoobi jannay wala hai.
कह दो, "हर एक अपने ढब पर काम कर रहा है, तो अब तुम्हारा रब ही भली-भाँति जानता है कि कौन अधिक सीधे मार्ग पर है।"
Say, "If mankind and the jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to each other assistants."
Keh dijiye kay agar tamam insan aur kul jinnat mill ker iss quran kay misil lana chahayen to inn sab say iss kay misil lana na mumkin hai qo woh ( aapas mein ) aik doosray kay madadgar bhi bann jayen.
कह दो, "यदि मनुष्य और जिन्न इस के लिए इकट्ठे हो जाएँ कि क़ुरआन जैसी कोई चीज़ लाएँ, तो वे इस जैसी कोई चीज़ न ला सकेंगे, चाहे वे आपस में एक-दूसरे के सहायक ही क्यों न हों।"
Or you have a house of gold or you ascend into the sky. And [even then], we will not believe in your ascension until you bring down to us a book we may read." Say, "Exalted is my Lord! Was I ever but a human messenger?"
Ya aap kay apney liye koi soney ka ghar ho jaye ya aap aasman per charh jayen aur hum to aap kay charh janey ka bhi uss waqt tak hergiz yaqeen nahi keren gay jab tak aap hum per koi kitab na utaar layen jissay hum khud parh len aap jawab dey den kay mera perwerdigar pak hai mein to sirf aik insan hi hun jo rasool banaya gaya hun.
या तुम्हारे लिए स्वर्ण-निर्मित एक घर हो जाए या तुम आकाश में चढ़ जाओ, और हम तुम्हारे चढ़ने को भी कदापि न मानेंगे, जब तक कि तुम हम पर एक किताब न उतार लाओ, जिसे हम पढ़ सकें।" कह दो, "महिमावान है मेरा रब! क्या मैं एक संदेश लाने वाला मनुष्य के सिवा कुछ और भी हूँ?"
Say, "If there were upon the earth angels walking securely, We would have sent down to them from the heaven an angel [as a] messenger."
Aap keh den kay agar zamin mein farishtay chaltay phirtay aur rehtay bastay hotay to hum bhi inn kay pass kissi aasmani farishtay ho ko rasool bana ker bhejtay.
कह दो, "यदि धरती में फ़रिश्ते आबाद होकर चलते-फिरते होते तो हम उन के लिए अवश्य आकाश से किसी फ़रिश्ते ही को रसूल बनाकर भेजते।"
Say, "Sufficient is Allah as Witness between me and you. Indeed he is ever, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing."
Keh dijiye kay meray aur tumharay darmiyan Allah Taalaa ka gawah hona kafi hai. Woh apney bandon say khoob aagah aur bakhoobi dekhney wala hai.
कह दो, "मेरे और तुम्हारे बीच अल्लाह ही एक गवाह काफ़ी है। निश्चय ही वह अपने बन्दों की पूरी ख़बर रखने वाला, देखने वाला है।"
Say [to them], "If you possessed the depositories of the mercy of my Lord, then you would withhold out of fear of spending." And ever has man been stingy.
Keh dijiye kay agar bil farz tum meray rab ki rehmaton kay khazanon kay malik bann jatay to tum uss waqt bhi uss kay kharch ho janey kay khof say uss ko rokay rakhtay aur insan hai hi tang dil.
कहो, "यदि कहीं मेरे रब की दयालुता के ख़ज़ाने तुम्हारे अधिकार में होते हो ख़र्च हो जाने के भय से तुम रोके ही रखते। वास्तव में इनसान तो दिल का बड़ा ही तंग है
Say, "Believe in it or do not believe. Indeed, those who were given knowledge before it - when it is recited to them, they fall upon their faces in prostration,
Keh dijiye! Tum iss per eman laao ya na laao jinehn iss say pehlay ilm diya gaya hai unn kay pass to jab bhi iss ki tilawat ki jati hai to woh thoriyon kay bal sajda mein gir partay hain.
कह दो, "तुम उसे मानो या न मानो, जिन लोगों को इस से पहले ज्ञान दिया गया है, उन्हें जब वह पढ़कर सुनाया जाता है, तो वे ठोड़ियों के बल सजदे में गिर पड़ते हैं
They will say there were three, the fourth of them being their dog; and they will say there were five, the sixth of them being their dog - guessing at the unseen; and they will say there were seven, and the eighth of them was their dog. Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord is most knowing of their number. None knows them except a few. So do not argue about them except with an obvious argument and do not inquire about them among [the speculators] from anyone."
Kuch log to kahen gay kay ashaab-e-kahaf teen thay aut chotha unn ka kuta tha. Kuch kahen gay kay panch thay aur chata unn ka kuta tha ghaib ki baton mein atkal ( kay teer tukkay ) chalatay hain kuch kahen gay woh saat hain aur aathwaa unn ka kuta hai. Aap keh dijiye kay mera perwerdigar unn ki tadaad ko ba-khoobi jannay wala hai unhen boht hi kum log jantay hain. Pus aap inn kay muqadmay mein sirf sirsari guftugoo hi keren aur inn mein say kissi say unn kay baray mein pooch gooch bhi na keren.
अब वे कहेंगे, "वे तीन थे और उन में चौथा कुत्ता था।" और वे यह भी कहेंगे, "वे पाँच थे और उन में छठा उन का कुत्ता था।" यह बिना निशाना देखे पत्थर चलाना है। और वे यह भी कहेंगे, "वे सात थे और उन में आठवाँ उन का कुत्ता था।" कह दो, "मेरा रब उन की संख्या को भली-भाँति जानता है।" उन को तो थोड़े ही जानते हैं। तुम ज़ाहिरी बात के सिवा उन के सम्बन्ध में न झगड़ो और न उन में से किसी से उन के विषय में कुछ पूछो
And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about Dhul-Qarnayn. Say, "I will recite to you about him a report."
Aap say zulqarnain ka waqiya yeh log daryaft ker rahey hain aap keh dijiye kay mein unn ka thora sa haal tumhen parh ker sunata hun.
वे तुम से ज़ुलक़रनैन के विषय में पूछते हैं। कह दो, "मैं तुम्हें उस का कुछ वृतान्त सुनाता हूँ।"
Say, [O Muhammad], "Shall we [believers] inform you of the greatest losers as to [their] deeds?
Keh dijiye kay agar ( tum kaho to ) mein tumhen bata doon kay ba-aetbaar aemaal sab say ziyada khasaray mein kaun hain?
कहो, "क्या हम तुम्हें उन लोगों की ख़बर दें, जो अपने कर्मों की स्पष्ट से सबसे बढ़कर घाटा उठाने वाले हैं?
Say, "If the sea were ink for [writing] the words of my Lord, the sea would be exhausted before the words of my Lord were exhausted, even if We brought the like of it as a supplement."
Keh dijiye kay agar meray perwerdigar ki baton kay likhney kay liye samandar sihaee bann jayen to woh bhi meray rab ki baton kay khatam honey say pehlay hi khatam hojaye ga go hum issi jaisa aur bhi iss ki madad ko ley aayen.
कहो, "यदि समुद्र मेरे रब के बोल को लिखने के लिए रोशनाई हो जाए तो इस से पहले कि मेरे रब के बोल समाप्त हों, समुद्र ही समाप्त हो जाएगा। यद्यपि हम उस के सदृश्य एक और भी समुद्र उस के साथ ला मिलाएँ।"
