And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance." If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allah no protector or helper.
Aap say yahud-o-nasaaraa hergiz razi nahi hongay jab tak kay aap inn kay mazaahib kay tabey na bann jayen aap keh dijiye kay Allah ki hidayat hi hidayat hai aur agar aap ney apney pass ba wajood ilm aajaney kay phir inn ki khuwaishon ki pairwee ki to Allah kay pass aap ka na to koi wali hoga aur na madadgar.
और यहूद व नसारा हरगिज़ तुमसे राज़ी न होंगे जब तक कि तुम उनकी मिल्लत के पैरू न बन जाओ, तुम कहो कि जो राह अल्लाह दिखाता है वही असल राह है, और अगर बाद उस इल्म के जो तुमको पहुँच चुका है तुमने उनकी ख़्वाहिशों की पैरवी की तो अल्लाह के मुक़ाबले में न तुम्हारा कोई दोस्त होगा और न कोई मददगार।
Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the [great] ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every [kind of] moving creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth are signs for a people who use reason.
Aasmanon aur zamin ki pedaeesh raat din ka hair pher kashtiyon ka logon ko nafa denay wali cheezon ko liye huye samandar mein chalna aasman say pani utaar ker murda zamin ko zinda ker dena iss mein her qisam kay janwaron ko phela dena hawaon kay rukh badalna aur badal jo aasmana ur zamin kay darmiyan musakhhar hain unn mein aqal mandon kay liye qudrat-e-elahee ki nishaniyan hain.
बेशक आसमानों और ज़मीन की बनावट में और रात-दिन के आने-जाने में और उन कश्तियों में जो इंसानों के काम आने वाली चीज़ें लेकर समुंदर में चलती हैं, और उस पानी में जिसको अल्लाह ने आसमान से उतारा, फिर उससे मुर्दा ज़मीन को ज़िंदगी बख़्शी, और उस (ज़मीन) में सब क़िस्म के जानवर फैला दिए, और हवाओं की गर्दिश में और बादलों में जो आसमान व ज़मीन के दरमियान हुक्म के ताबे हैं, उन लोगों के लिए निशानियाँ हैं जो अक़्ल से काम लेते हैं।
O you who have believed, prescribed for you is legal retribution for those murdered - the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But whoever overlooks from his brother anything, then there should be a suitable follow-up and payment to him with good conduct. This is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy. But whoever transgresses after that will have a painful punishment.
Aey eman walon! Tum per maqtoolon ka qisass lena farz kiya gaya hai aazad aazad kay badlay ghulam ghulam kay badlay aurat aurat kay badlay. Haan jiss kissi ko uss kay bhai kay badlay moafi dey di jaye ussay bhalaee ki ittaba kerni chahaiye aur aasani kay sath deeyat ada kerni chahaiye. Tumharay rab ki taraf say yeh takhfeef aur rehmat hai iss kay baad bhi jo sirkashi keray ussay dard naak azab hoga.
ऐ ईमान वालो! तुम पर मक़्तूलों का क़िसास लेना फ़र्ज़ किया जाता है, आज़ाद के बदले आज़ाद, ग़ुलाम के बदले ग़ुलाम, औरत के बदले औरत, फिर जिसको उसके भाई की तरफ़ से कुछ माफ़ी हो जाए तो उसे चाहिए कि मुनासिब तरीक़े का ख़्याल रखे, और ख़ुशदिली के साथ उसको अदा करे, यह तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से एक आसानी और मेहरबानी है, अब इसके बाद भी जो शख़्स ज़्यादती करे उसके लिए दर्दनाक अज़ाब है।
Or [consider such an example] as the one who passed by a township which had fallen into ruin. He said, "How will Allah bring this to life after its death?" So Allah caused him to die for a hundred years; then He revived him. He said, "How long have you remained?" The man said, "I have remained a day or part of a day." He said, "Rather, you have remained one hundred years. Look at your food and your drink; it has not changed with time. And look at your donkey; and We will make you a sign for the people. And look at the bones [of this donkey] - how We raise them and then We cover them with flesh." And when it became clear to him, he said, "I know that Allah is over all things competent."
Ya uss shaks ki manind kay jiss ka guzar uss basti per hua jo chatt kay bal ondhi pari hui thi woh kehney laga iss ki maut kay baad Allah Taalaa issay kiss tarah zinda keray ga? To Allah Taalaa ney ussay maar diya so saal kay liye phir ussay uthaya pooha kitni muddat tujh pe guzri? Kehney laga aik din ya din ka kuch hissa farmaya bulkay tu so saal tak raha phir abb tu apney khaney peenay ko dekh kay bilkul kharab nahi hua aur apney gadhay ko bhi dekh hum tujhay logon kay liye aik nishani banatay hain tu dekh kay hum haddiyon ko kiss tarah uthatay hain phir unn per gosht charhatay hain jab yeh sab zahir ho chuka to kehney laga mein janta hun kay Allah Taalaa her cheez per qadir hai.
या जैसे वह शख़्स जिसका गुज़र एक ऐसी बस्ती पर से हुआ जो अपनी छतों के बल गिरी पड़ी थी, उसने कहाः अल्लाह किस तरह इस बस्ती को हलाक हो जाने के बाद दोबारा ज़िंदा करेगा? पस अल्लाह ने सौ (100) बरस तक के लिए उसे मौत दे दी फिर उसको ज़िंदा किया, अल्लाह ने पूछाः तुम कितनी देर इस हालत में रहे? उसने कहाः एक दिन या एक दिन का कुछ हिस्सा, अल्लाह ने कहाः नहीं; बल्कि तुम सौ (100) बरस रहे हो, अब तुम अपने खाने और पीने की चीज़ों को देखो कि वह सड़ी नहीं हैं और ज़रा देखो अपने गधे को, और ताकि हम तुमको लोगों के लिए निशानी बना दें, और हड्डियों को भी देखो कि किस तरह हम उनका ढाँचा खड़ा करते हैं फिर उन पर गोश्त चढ़ाते हैं, पस जब उस पर वाज़ेह हो गया तो कहने लगाः मैं जानता हूँ कि बेशक अल्लाह हर चीज़ पर क़ुदरत रखता है।
[Who say], "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
Aey humaray rab! Humen hidayat denay kay baad humaray dil tehray na ker dey aur humen apney pass say rehmat ata farma yaqeenan tu hi boht bari ata denay wala hai.
ऐ हमारे (प्यारे) रब! हमारे दिलों को न फेरिए जबकि आप हमको हिदायत दे चुके, और हमको अपने पास से रहमत दीजिए, बेशक आप ही सब कुछ देने वाले हैं।
Nor could he order you to take the angels and prophets as lords. Would he order you to disbelief after you had been Muslims?
Aur yeh nahi ( hosakta ) kay woh tumhen fariston aur nabiyon ko rab bana lenay ka hukum keray kiya woh tumharay musalman honey kay baad bhi tumhen kufur ka hukum dey ga.
और न वह तुम्हें यह हुक्म देगा कि तुम फ़रिश्तों और पैग़म्बरों को रब बनाओ, क्या वह तुम्हें कुफ़्र का हुक्म देगा बाद इसके कि तुम इस्लाम ला चुके हो।
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
Pus iss kay baad jo palat jayen woh yaqeenan pooray na farman hain.
पस जो शख़्स उसके बाद फिर जाए तो एैसे ही लोग नाफ़रमान हैं।
How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and had witnessed that the Messenger is true and clear signs had come to them? And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
Allah Taalaa unn logon ko kaisay hidayat dey ga jo apney eman laney aur rasool ko haqqaniyat ki gawahi denay aur apney pass roshan daleel aajaney kay baad kafir hojayen Allah Taalaa aisay bey insaf logon ko raah-e-raast per nahi laata.
अल्लाह क्योंकर ऐसे लोगों को हिदायत देगा जो ईमान लाने के बाद मुनकिर हो गए; हालाँकि वह गवाही दे चुके कि यह रसूल बरहक़ है और उनके पास रौशन निशानियाँ आ चुकी हैं, और अल्लाह ज़ालिमों को हिदायत नहीं देता।
Indeed, those who reject the message after their belief and then increase in disbelief - never will their [claimed] repentance be accepted, and they are the ones astray.
Be-shak jo log apney eman laney kay baad kufur keren phir kufur mein barh jayen unn ki tauba hergiz hergiz qabool na ki jaye gi yehi gumrah log hain.
बेशक जो लोग ईमान लाने के बाद मुनकिर हो गए फिर कुफ़्र में बढ़ते रहे उनकी तौबा हरगिज़ क़बूल न की जाएगी, और यही लोग गुमराह हैं।
O you who have believed, if you obey a party of those who were given the Scripture, they would turn you back, after your belief, [to being] unbelievers.
Aey eman walo! Agar tum ehal-e-kitab ki kissi jamat ki baaten maano gay to woh tumhen tumharay eman laney kay baad murtid kafir bana den gay.
ऐ ईमान वालो! अगर तुम अहले-किताब में से एक गिरोह की बात मान लोगे तो वह तुमको ईमान लाने के बाद फिर मुनकिर बना देंगे।
On the Day [some] faces will turn white and [some] faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black, [to them it will be said], "Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject."
Jiss din baaz chehray safaid hongay aur baaz siyah, siyah chehray walon ( say kaha jayega ) kay kiya tum ney eman laney kay baad kufur kiya? Abb apney kufur ka azab chakho.
जिस दिन कुछ चेहरे रौशन होंगे और कुछ चेहरे काले होंगे, तो जिनके चेहरे काले होंगे उनसे कहा जाएगा कि क्या तुम अपने ईमान के बाद काफ़िर हो गए, तो अब चखो अज़ाब अपने कुफ़्र की वजह से।
[We sent] messengers as bringers of good tidings and warners so that mankind will have no argument against Allah after the messengers. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.
Hum ney enhen rasool banaya hai khushkhabriyan sunaney walay aur aagah kerney walay takay logon ki koi hujjat aur ilzam rasoolon kay bhejney kay baad Allah Taalaa per reh na jaye. Allah Taalaa bara ghalib aur bara hikmat wala hai.
(अल्लाह ने) रसूलों को ख़ुश-ख़बरी देने वाला और डराने वाला बनाकर भेजा; ताकि रसूलों के बाद लोगों के पास अल्लाह के मुक़ाबले में कोई हुज्जत बाक़ी न रहे, और अल्लाह ज़बरदस्त है, हिकमत वाला है।
And Allah had already taken a covenant from the Children of Israel, and We delegated from among them twelve leaders. And Allah said, "I am with you. If you establish prayer and give zakah and believe in My messengers and support them and loan Allah a goodly loan, I will surely remove from you your misdeeds and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow. But whoever of you disbelieves after that has certainly strayed from the soundness of the way."
Aur Allah Taalaa ney bani israeel say ehad-o-paymaan liya aur unhi mein say baara sardar hum ney muqarrar farmaye aur Allah Taalaa ney farma diya kay yaqeenan mein tumharay sath hun agar tum namaz qaeem rakho gay aur zakat detay raho gay aur meray rasoolon ko maantay raho gay aur unn ki madad kertay raho gay aur Allah Taalaa ko behtar qarz detay raho gay to yaqeenan mein tumhari buraiyan tum say door rakhoon ga aur tumhen unn jannaton mein ley jaon ga jin kay neechay chashmay beh rahey hain abb iss ehas-o-paymaan kay baad bhi tum mein say jo inkari ho jaye woh yaqeenan raah-e-raast say bhatak gaya.
और अल्लाह ने बनी-इस्राईल से अहद लिया और हमने उनमें से बारह सरदार मुक़र्रर किए, और अल्लाह ने कहा कि मैं तुम्हारे साथ हूँ, अगर तुम नमाज़ क़ायम करोगे और ज़कात अदा करोगे और मेरे पैग़म्बरों पर ईमान लाओगे और उनकी मदद करोगे और अल्लाह को क़र्ज़े-हसन दोगे तो मैं तुमसे तुम्हारे गुनाह ज़रूर दूर कर दूँगा और तुमको ज़रूर ऐसे बाग़ों में दाख़िल करूँगा जिनके नीचे नहरें बहती होंगी, पस तुम में से जो शख़्स इसके बाद इनकार करेगा तो वह सीधे रास्ते से भटक गया।
Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors.
Issi waja say hum ney bani israeel per yeh likh diya kay jo shaks kissi ko baghair iss kay, kay woh kissi ka qatil ho ya zamin mein fasaad machaney wala ho qatal ker daalay to goya uss ney tamam logon ko qatal ker diya aur jo shaks kissi aik ki jaan bacha ley uss ney goya tamam logon ko zinda ker diya aur unn kay pass humara boht say rasool zahir daleelen ley ker aaye lekin phir uss kay baad bhi unn mein kay aksar log zamin mein zulm-o-ziyadti aur zabadasti kerney walay hi rahey.
इसी सबब से हमने बनी-इस्राईल पर यह लिख दिया कि जो शख़्स किसी को क़त्ल करे बग़ैर इसके कि उसने किसी को क़त्ल किया हो या ज़मीन में फ़साद बरपा किया हो तो गोया उसने सारे इंसानों को क़त्ल कर डाला, और जिसने एक शख़्स को बचाया तो गोया उसने सारे इंसानों को बचा लिया, और हमारे पैग़म्बर उनके पास खुले हुए अहकाम लेकर आए उसके बावजूद उनमें से बहुत-से लोग ज़मीन में ज़्यादतियाँ करते हैं।
O you who have believed, Allah will surely test you through something of the game that your hands and spears [can] reach, that Allah may make evident those who fear Him unseen. And whoever transgresses after that - for him is a painful punishment.
Aey eman walo! Allah Taalaa qadray shikar say tumhara imtehan keray ga jin tak tumharay haath aur tumharay naizay phonch saken gay takay Allah Taalaa maloom ker ley kay kaun shaks iss say binn dekhay darta hai so jo shaks iss kay baad hadd say niklay ga uss kay wastay dard naak saza hai.
ऐ ईमान वालो! अल्लाह तुम्हें शिकार के कुछ जानवरों के ज़रिए आज़माएगा जो बिल्कुल तुम्हारे हाथों और नेज़ों की ज़द में होंगे; ताकि अल्लाह देख ले कि कौन शख़्स उससे बिन देखे डरता है, फिर जिसने इसके बाद ज़्यादती की तो उसके लिए दर्दनाक अज़ाब है।
That is more likely that they will give testimony according to its [true] objective, or [at least] they would fear that [other] oaths might be taken after their oaths. And fear Allah and listen; and Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.
Yeh qareeb zariya hai iss amar ka kay woh log waqiya ko theek tor per zahir keren ya iss baat say darr jayen kay inn say qasmen lenay kay baad qasmen ulti parr jayen gi aur Allah Taalaa say daro aur suno! Aur Allah Taalaa faasiq logon ko hidayat nahi kerta.
यह क़रीबतरीन तरीक़ा है कि लोग गवाही ठीक तरीक़े पर दें या इससे डरें कि हमारी क़सम उनकी क़सम के बाद लौटा दी जाएगी, और अल्लाह से डरो और सुनो, अल्लाह नाफ़रमानों को सीधी राह नहीं चलाता।
And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversation. And if Satan should cause you to forget, then do not remain after the reminder with the wrongdoing people.
Aur jab aap unn logon ko dekhen jo humari aayaat mein aib joee ker rahey hain to inn logon say kinara kash hojayen yahan tak kay woh kissi aur baat mein lagg jayen aur agar aap ko shetan bhula dey to yaad aaney kay baad phir aisay zalim logon kay sath mat bethen.
और जब आप उन लोगों को देखो जो हमारी आयतों में ऐब निकालते हैं तो उनसे अलग हो जाइए यहाँ तक कि वे किसी और बात में लग जाएं, और अगर कभी शैतान आपको भुला दे तो याद आने के बाद ऐसे नाइंसाफ़ लोगों के पास न बैठिए।
Say, "Shall we invoke instead of Allah that which neither benefits us nor harms us and be turned back on our heels after Allah has guided us? [We would then be] like one whom the devils enticed [to wander] upon the earth confused, [while] he has companions inviting him to guidance, [calling], 'Come to us.' " Say, "Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance; and we have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds.
Aap keh dijiye kay kiya hum Allah Taalaa kay siwa aisi cheez ko pukaren kay na woh hum ko nafa phonchaye aur na hum ko nuksan phonchaye aur kiya hum ultay phir jayen iss kay baad kay hum ko Allah Taalaa ney hidayat ker di hai jaisay koi shaks ho kay uss ko shetanon ney kahin jangal mein bey raah ker diya ho aur woh bhatakta phirta ho uss kay kuch sathi bhi hon kay woh uss ko theek raastay ki taraf bula rahey hon kay humaray pass aa. Aap keh dijiye kay yaqeeni baat hai kay raah-e-raast woh khaas Allah hi ki raah hai aur hum ko yeh hukum hua hai kay hum perwerdigar-e-aalam kay pooray mootee hojayen.
(ऐ नबी) आप कहिए कि क्या हम अल्लाह को छोड़ कर उनको पुकारें जो हमको न नफ़ा दे सकते हैं और न हमको नुक़सान पहुँचा सकते हैं और क्या हम उल्टे पाँव फिर जाएं बाद इसके कि अल्लाह हमको सीधा रास्ता दिखा चुका है, उस शख़्स के मानिंद जिसको शैतानों ने बयाबान में भटका दिया हो और वह हैरान फिर रहा हो, उसके साथी उसको सीधे रास्ते की तरफ़ बुला रहे हों कि हमारे पास आ जाओ, आप कह दीजिए कि रहनुमाई तो सिर्फ़ अल्लाह की रहनुमाई है और हमको हुक्म मिला है कि हम अपने आपको तमाम जहानों के परवरदिगार के हवाले कर दें।
And cause not corruption upon the earth after its reformation. And invoke Him in fear and aspiration. Indeed, the mercy of Allah is near to the doers of good.
Aur duniya mein iss kay iss ki durusti kerdi gaee hai fasaad mat phelao aur tum Allah ki ibadat kero uss say dartay huye aur umeed waar rehtay huye. Be-shak Allah Taalaa ki rehmat nek kaam kerney walon kay nazdik hai.
और ज़मीन में फ़साद न करो उसकी इस्लाह के बाद और उसी को पुकारो ख़ौफ़ और उम्मीद के साथ, यक़ीनन अल्लाह की रहमत नेक काम करने वालों से क़रीब है।
And to [the people of] Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu'ayb. He said, "O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him. There has come to you clear evidence from your Lord. So fulfill the measure and weight and do not deprive people of their due and cause not corruption upon the earth after its reformation. That is better for you, if you should be believers.
Aur hum ney madiyan ki taraf unn kay bhai shoaib ( alh-e-salam ) ko bheja. Unhon ney farmaya aey meri qom! Tum Allah ki ibadat kero iss kay siwa koi tumhara mabood nahi tumharay pass tumharay perwerdigar ki taraf say wazeh daleel aa chuki hai. Pus tum naap aur tol poora poora kiya kero aur logon ko unn ki cheezen kum kerkay mat do aur ruy-e-zamin mein iss kay baad kay iss ki durusti ker di gaee fasaad mat phelao yeh tumharay liye naafay hai agar tum tasdeeq kero.
और मदयन की तरफ़ हमने उनके भाई शुऐब को भेजा, उन्होंने कहा कि ऐ मेरी क़ौम! अल्लाह की इबादत करो जिसके सिवा तुम्हारा कोई माबूद नहीं, तुम्हारे पास तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से दलील पहुँच चुकी है पस नाप-तौल पूरा करो और मत घटाकर दो लोगों को उनकी चीज़ें, और फ़साद न मचाओ ज़मीन में उसकी इस्लाह के बाद, यह तुम्हारे हक़ में बेहतर है अगर तुम मोमिन हो।
We would have invented against Allah a lie if we returned to your religion after Allah had saved us from it. And it is not for us to return to it except that Allah , our Lord, should will. Our Lord has encompassed all things in knowledge. Upon Allah we have relied. Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, and You are the best of those who give decision."
Hum Allah Taalaa per bari jhooti tohmat laganey walay hojayen gay agar hum tumharay deen mein aajayen iss kay baad kay Allah Taalaa ney hum ko iss say nijat di aur hum say mumkin nahi kay tumharay mazhab mein phir aajayen lekin haan yeh kay Allah hi ney humara maalik hai muqaddar kiya ho. Humaray rab kay ilm her cheez per moheet hai hum Allah hi per bharosa rakhtay hain. Aey humaray perwerdigar! Humaray aur humari qom kay darmiyan haq kay moafiq faisla ker dey aur tu sab say acha faisla kerney wala hai.
हम अल्लाह पर झूठ घड़ने वाले होंगे अगर हम तुम्हारी मिल्लत में लौट आएं बाद इसके कि अल्लाह ने हमको उससे नजात दी, और हमसे यह मुमकिन नहीं कि हम उस मिल्लत में लौट आएं मगर यह कि हमारा रब अल्लाह ही ऐसा चाहे, हमारा रब हर चीज़ को अपने इल्म से घेरे हुए है, हमने अल्लाह पर भरोसा किया, ऐ हमारे रब! हमारे और हमारी क़ौम के दरमियान हक़ के साथ फ़ैसला कर दीजिए, आप ही बेहतरीन फ़ैसला करने वाले हैं।
O you who have believed, indeed the polytheists are unclean, so let them not approach al-Masjid al-Haram after this, their [final] year. And if you fear privation, Allah will enrich you from His bounty if He wills. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Wise.
Aey eman walo! Be-shak mushrik bilkul hi na pak hain woh iss saal kay baad masjid-e-haram kay pass bhi na phatakney payen agar tumhen muflisi ka khof hai to Allah tumhen dolat mand ker dey ga apney fazal say agar chahaye Allah ilm-o-hikmat wala hai.
ऐ ईमान वालो! मुशरिकीन बिल्कुल नापाक हैं पस वे इस साल के बाद मस्जिदे-हराम के पास न आएं, और अगर तुमको मुफ़लिसी का अंदेशा हो तो अगर अल्लाह चाहेगा तो अपने फ़ज़्ल से तुमको बेनियाज़ कर देगा, बेशक अल्लाह जानने वाला, हिकमत वाला है।
Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief. If We pardon one faction of you - We will punish another faction because they were criminals.
Tum bahaney na banao yaqeenan tum apney eman kay baad bey eman hogaye agar hum tum mein say kuch logon say dar guzar bhi kerlen to kuch logon ko unn kay jurm ki sangeen saza bhi den gay.
बहाने मत बनाओ, तुमने ईमान लाने के बाद कुफ़्र किया है, अगर हम माफ़ कर दें तुम में से एक गिरोह को तो दूसरे गिरोह को तो ज़रूर सज़ा देंगे क्योंकि वे मुजरिम हैं।
They swear by Allah that they did not say [anything against the Prophet] while they had said the word of disbelief and disbelieved after their [pretense of] Islam and planned that which they were not to attain. And they were not resentful except [for the fact] that Allah and His Messenger had enriched them of His bounty. So if they repent, it is better for them; but if they turn away, Allah will punish them with a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And there will not be for them on earth any protector or helper.
Yeh Allah ki qasmen kha ker kehtay hain kay enhon ney nahi kaha halankay yaqeenan kufur ka kalma inn ki zaban say nikal chuka aur yeh apney islam kay baad kafir hogaye hain aur enhon ney iss kaam ka qasad bhi kiya jo poora na ker sakay. Yeh sirf issi baat ka intiqam ley rahey hain kay enhen Allah ney apney fazal say aur uss kay rasool ney dolat mand ker diya agar yeh abb bhi toba ker len to yeh inn kay haq mein behtar hai aur agar mun moray rahen to Allah Taalaa enhen duniya-o-aakhirat mein dard naak azab dey ga aur zamin bhar mein inn ka koi himayati aur madadgar na khara hoga.
वे अल्लाह की क़सम खाते हैं कि उन्होंने नहीं कहा; हालाँकि उन्होंने कुफ़्र की बात कही और वे इस्लाम लाने के बाद काफ़िर हो गए और उन्होंने वह चाहा जो उन्हें हासिल न हो सका, और यह सिर्फ़ उसका बदला था कि उनको अल्लाह और उसके रसूल ने अपने फ़ज़्ल से ग़नी कर दिया, अगर वे तौबा करें तो यह उनके हक़ में बेहतर है और अगर वे मुँह फेर लें तो अल्लाह उनको दर्दनाक अज़ाब देगा दुनिया में भी और आख़िरत में भी, और ज़मीन में उनका न कोई हिमायती होगा और न मददगार।
And Allah would not let a people stray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should avoid. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things.
Aur Allah aisa nahi kerta kay kissi qom ko hidayat ker kay baad mein gumrah kerdey jab tak kay unn cheezon ko saaf saaf na batla dey jin say woh bachen be-shak Allah Taalaa her cheez ko khoob janta hai.
और अल्लाह किसी क़ौम को उसको हिदायत देने के बाद गुमराह नहीं करता जब तक उनको साफ़-साफ़ वे चीज़ें न बता दे जिनसे उन्हें बचना है, बेशक अल्लाह हर चीज़ का इल्म रखता है।
For that is Allah , your Lord, the Truth. And what can be beyond truth except error? So how are you averted?
So yeh hai Allah Taalaa jo tumahra rab haqeeqi hai. Phir haq kay baad aur kiya reh gaya ba-juz gumrahi kay phir kahan phiray jatay ho.
पस वही अल्लाह तुम्हारा हक़ीक़ी परवरदिगार है, हक़ के बाद भटकने के सिवा और क्या है? तुम किधर फिरे जाते हो।
But if We give him a taste of favor after hardship has touched him, he will surely say, "Bad times have left me." Indeed, he is exultant and boastful -
Aur agar hum ussay koi nemat chakhayen iss sakhti kay baad jo ussay phonch chuki thi wo woh kehney lagta hai kay bus buraiyan mujh say jati rahin yaqeenan woh bara hi itraney wala shekhi khor hai.
और अगर किसी तकलीफ़ के बाद जो उसको पहुँची थी, उसको हम नेमत से नवाज़ते हैं तो वह कहता है कि सारी मुसीबतें मुझ से दूर हो गईं (और) वह इतराने वाला, अकड़ने वाला बन जाता है।
But the one who was freed and remembered after a time said, "I will inform you of its interpretation, so send me forth."
Unn do qadiyon mein say jo raha hua tha ussay muddat kay baad yaad aagaya aur kehney laga mein tumhen iss ki tabeer batla doon ga mujhay janay ki ijazat dijiye.
उन दो क़ैदियों में से जो शख़्स बच गया था और उसको एक मुद्दत के बाद याद आया, उसने कहा कि मैं तुम लोगों को इसकी ताबीर बताऊँगा पस मुझको (यूसुफ़ के पास) जाने दो।
And Allah has sent down rain from the sky and given life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who listen.
Aur Allah aasman say pani barsa ker iss say zamin ko uss ki maut kay bad zinda ker deta hai. Yaqeenan iss mein unn logon kay liye nishani hai jo sunen.
और अल्लाह ने आसमान से पानी उतारा फिर उससे ज़मीन को उसके मुर्दा हो जाने के बाद ज़िंदा कर दिया, बेशक उसमें निशानी है उन लोगों के लिए जो सुनते हैं।
And Allah created you; then He will take you in death. And among you is he who is reversed to the most decrepit [old] age so that he will not know, after [having had] knowledge, a thing. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Competent.
Allah Taalaa ney hi tum sab ko peda kiya hai wohi phir tumhen fot keray ga tum mein aisay bhi hain jo bad tareen umar ki taraf lotaye jatay hain kay boht kuhc jannay boojhney kay baad bhi na janen. Be-shak Allah dana aur tawana hai.
और अल्लाह ने तुमको पैदा किया फिर वही तुमको वफ़ात देता है, और तुम में से बअज़ वे हैं जो नाकारा उम्र तक पहुँचाए जाते हैं कि जानने के बाद वे कुछ न जानें, बेशक अल्लाह इल्म वाला, क़ुदरत वाला है।
And fulfill the covenant of Allah when you have taken it, [O believers], and do not break oaths after their confirmation while you have made Allah , over you, a witness. Indeed, Allah knows what you do.
Aur Allah kay ehad ko poora kero jabkay tum aapas mein qol-o-qarar aur qasmon ko unn ki pukhtagi kay baad mat toro halankay tum Allah Taalaa ko apna zaamin thehra chukay ho tum jo kuch kertay ho Allah uss ko bakhoobi jaan raha hai.
और तुम अल्लाह के अहद को पूरा करो जबकि तुम आपस में अहद कर लो, और क़समों को पक्का करने के बाद उनको न तोड़ो; हालाँकि तुम अल्लाह को अपने ऊपर ज़ामिन भी बना चुके हो, बेशक अल्लाह जानता है जो कुछ तुम करते हो।
And do not take your oaths as [means of] deceit between you, lest a foot slip after it was [once] firm, and you would taste evil [in this world] for what [people] you diverted from the way of Allah , and you would have [in the Hereafter] a great punishment.
Aur tum apni qasmon ko aapas ki dagha baazi ka bahana na banao. Phir to tumharay qadam apni mazbooti kay baad dagmaga jayen gay aur tumhen sakht saza bardasht kerna paray gi kiyon kay tum ney Allah ki raah say rok diya aur tumhen bara sakht azab hoga.
और तुम अपनी क़समों को आपस में फ़रेब का ज़रिया न बनाओ कि कोई क़दम जमने के बाद फिसल जाए और तुम इस बात की सज़ा चखो कि तुमने अल्लाह की राह से रोका, और तुम्हारे लिए एक बड़ा अज़ाब है।
And [I swear] by Allah , I will surely plan against your idols after you have turned and gone away."
Aur Allah ki qasam mein tumharay inn maboodon kay sath jab tum alehda peeth pher ker chal do gay aik chaal chalon ga.
और अल्लाह की क़सम! इस के पश्चात कि तुम पीठ फेरकर लौटो, मैं तुम्हारी मूर्तियों के साथ अवश्य् एक चाल चलूँगा।"
Then indeed, after that you are to die.
Iss kay baad phir tum sab yaqeenan marr janey walay ho.
फिर तुम अवश्य मरने वाले हो
Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient.
Tum mein say unn logon say jo eman laye hain aur nek aemaal kiye hain Allah Taalaa wada farma chuka hai kay unhen zaroor zamin mein khalifa banaye ga jaisay kay unn logon ko khalifa banaya tha jo inn say pehlay thay aur yaqeenan inn kay liye inn kay iss deen ko mazbooti kay sath mohkum ker kay jama dey ga jissay unn kay liye woh pasand farma chuka hai aur inn kay iss khof-o-khatar ko woh aman-o-amaan mein badal dey ga woh meri ibadat keren gay meray sath kissi ko bhi shareek na therayen gay. Iss kay baad bhi jo log na-shukri aur kufur keren yaqeenan fasiq hain.
अल्लाह ने उन लोगों से जो तुम में से ईमान लाए और उन्होने अच्छे कर्म किए, वादा किया है कि वह उन्हें धरती में अवश्य सत्ताधिकार प्रदान करेगा, जैसे उस ने उन से पहले के लोगों को सत्ताधिकार प्रदान किया था। और उन के लिए अवश्य उन के उस धर्म को जमाव प्रदान करेगा जिसे उस ने उन के लिए पसन्द किया है। और निश्चय ही उन के वर्तमान भय के पश्चात उसे उन के लिए शान्ति और निश्चिन्तता में बदल देगा। वे मेरी बन्दगी करते हैं, मेरे साथ किसी चीज़ को साझी नहीं बनाते। और जो कोई इस के पश्चात इनकार करे, तो ऐसे ही लोग अवज्ञाकारी है
He led me away from the remembrance after it had come to me. And ever is Satan, to man, a deserter."
Iss ney to mujhay iss kay baad gumrah ker diya kay naseehat meray pass aa phonci thi aur shetan to insan ko ( waqt per ) dagha denay wala hai.
उस ने मुझे भटकाकर अनुस्मृति से विमुख कर दिया, इस के पश्चात कि वह मेरे पास आ चुकी थी। शैतान तो समय पर मनुष्य का साथ छोड़ ही देता है।"
Otherwise, he who wrongs, then substitutes good after evil - indeed, I am Forgiving and Merciful.
Lekin jo log zulm keren phir uss kay ewaz neki keren uss buraee kay peechay to mein bhi bakshney wala meharbaan hun.
सिवाय उस के जिस ने कोई ज़्यादती की हो। फिर बुराई के पश्चात उसे भलाई से बदल दिया, तो मैं भी बड़ा क्षमाशील, अत्यन्त दयावान हूँ
And never let them avert you from the verses of Allah after they have been revealed to you. And invite [people] to your Lord. And never be of those who associate others with Allah .
Khayal rakhiye kay yeh kufaar aap ko Allah Taalaa ki aayaton ki tableegh say rok na den iss kay baad kay yeh aap ki janib utari gaeen to apnay rab ki taraf bulatay rahen aur shirk kerney walon mein say na hon.
और वे तुम्हें अल्लाह की आयतों से रोक न पाएँ, इस के पश्चात कि वे तुम पर अवतरित हो चुकी है। और अपने रब की ओर बुलाओ और बहुदेववादियों में कदापि सम्मिलित न होना
He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living and brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. And thus will you be brought out.
( wohi ) zinda ko murda say aur murda ko zinda say nikalta hai. Aur wohi zamin ko uss ki maut kay baad zinda kerta hai issi tarah tum ( bhi ) nikalay jao gay.
वह जीवित को मृत से निकालता है और मृत को जीवित से, और धरती को उस की मृत्यु के पश्चात जीवन प्रदान करता है। इसी प्रकार तुम भी निकाले जाओगे
And of His signs is [that] He shows you the lightening [causing] fear and aspiration, and He sends down rain from the sky by which He brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed in that are signs for a people who use reason.
Aur uss ki nishaniyon mein say aik yeh ( bhi ) hai kay woh tumhen daraney aur umeedwaar bananay kay liye bijliyan dikhata hai aur aasman say barish barsata hai aur iss say murda zamin ko zinda ker deta hai iss mein ( bhi ) aqal mando kay liye boht si nishaniyan hain.
और उस की निशानियों में से यह भी है कि वह तुम्हें बिजली की चमक भय और आशा उत्पन्न करने के लिए दिखाता है। और वह आकाश से पानी बरसाता है। फिर उस के द्वारा धरती को उस के निर्जीव हो जाने के पश्चात जीवन प्रदान करता है। निस्संदेह इसमें बहुत-सी निशानियाँ हैं उन लोगों के लिए जो बुद्धि से काम लेते हैं
So observe the effects of the mercy of Allah - how He gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed, that [same one] will give life to the dead, and He is over all things competent.
Pus aap rehmat-e-elahee kay aasaar dekhen kay zamin ki maut kay baad kiss tarah Allah Taalaa ussay zinda ker deta hai? Kuch shak nahi kay wohi murdon ko zinda kerney wala hai aur woh her her cheez per qadir hai.
अतः देखों अल्लाह की दयालुता के चिन्ह! वह किस प्रकार धरती को उस के मृत हो जाने के पश्चात जीवन प्रदान करता है। निश्चय ही वह मुर्दों को जीवत करने वाला है, और उसे हर चीज़ का सामर्थ्य प्राप्ती है
Those who were arrogant will say to those who were oppressed, "Did we avert you from guidance after it had come to you? Rather, you were criminals."
Yeh baray log inn kamzoron ko jawab den gay kay kiya tumharay pass hidayat aa chukney kay baad hum ney tumhen iss say roka tha? ( nahi ) bulkay tum ( khud ) hi mujrim thay.
वे लोग जो बड़े बनते थे उन लोगों से जो कमज़ोर समझे गए थे, कहेंगे, "क्या हम ने तुम्हे उस मार्गदर्शन से रोका था, जब वह तुम्हारे पास आया था? नहीं, बल्कि तुम स्वयं ही अपराधी हो।"
And it is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds, and We drive them to a dead land and give life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Thus is the resurrection.
Aur Allah hi hawayen chalata hai jo badlon ko uthati hain phir hum badlon ko khusk zamin ki taraf ley jatay hain aur iss say uss zamin ko uss ki maut kay baad zindah ker detay hain. Issi tarah soobara ji uthna ( bhi ) hai.
अल्लाह ही तो है जिस ने हवाएँ चलाई फिर वह बादलों को उभारती हैं, फिर हम उसे किसी शुष्क और निर्जीव भूभाग की ओर ले गए, और उस के द्वारा हम ने धरती को उस के मुर्दा हो जाने के पश्चात जीवित कर दिया। इसी प्रकार (लोगों का नए सिरे से) जीवित होकर उठना भी है
And you will surely know [the truth of] its information after a time."
Yaqeenan tum iss ki haqeeqat ko kuch hi waqt kay baad ( sahih tor per ) jaan logay.
और थोड़ी ही अवधि के पश्चात उस की दी हुई ख़बर तुम्हे मालूम हो जाएगी
And whoever avenges himself after having been wronged - those have not upon them any cause [for blame].
Aur jo shaks apnay mazloom honay kay baad ( barabar ka ) badla ley ley to aisay logon per ( ilzam ka ) koi raasta nahi.
और जो कोई अपने ऊपर ज़ु्ल्म होने के पश्चात बदला ले ले, तो ऐसे लोगों पर कोई इलज़ाम नहीं
And [in] the alternation of night and day and [in] what Allah sends down from the sky of provision and gives life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and [in His] directing of the winds are signs for a people who reason.
Aur raat din kay badlaney mein aur jo kuch rozi Allah Taalaa aasman say nazil farma ker zamin ko usski mot kay baad zindah ker deta hai ( iss mein aur hawaon kay badlney mein bhi unn logon kay liye jo awal rakhtay hain nishaniyan hain.
और रात और दिन के उलट-फेर में भी, और उस रोज़ी (पानी) में भी जिसे अल्लाह ने आकाश से उतारा, फिर उस के द्वारा धरती को उस के उन मुर्दा हो जाने के पश्चात जीवित किया और हवाओं की गर्दिश में भी लोगों के लिए बहुत-सी निशानियाँ हैं जो बुद्धि से काम लें
These are the verses of Allah which We recite to you in truth. Then in what statement after Allah and His verses will they believe?
Yeh hain Allah ki aayaten jinhen hum aap ko raasti say suna rahey hain pus Allah Taalaa aur uss ki aayaton kay baad yeh kiss baat per eman layen gay.
ये अल्लाह की आयतें हैं, हम उन्हें हक़ के साथ तुम को सुना रहे हैं। अब आख़िर अल्लाह और उस की आयतों के पश्चात और कौन-सी बात है जिस पर वे ईमान लाएँगे?
O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name of disobedience after [one's] faith. And whoever does not repent - then it is those who are the wrongdoers.
Aey eman walo! Mard doosray mardon ka mazak na urayen mumkin hai kay yeh unn say behtar ho aur na orten orton ka mazak urayen mumkin hai kay yeh unn say behtar hon aur aapas mein aik doosray ko aib na lagao aur na kissi ko buray laqab do eman kay baad fisq bura naam hai aur jo toba na keren wohi log zalim hain.
ऐ लोगो, जो ईमान लाए हो! न पुरुषों का कोई गिरोह दूसरे पुरुषों की हँसी उड़ाए, सम्भव है वे उन से अच्छे हों और न स्त्रियाँ स्त्रियों की हँसी उड़ाए, सम्भव है वे उन से अच्छी हों, और न अपनों पर ताने कसो और न आपस में एक-दूसरे को बुरी उपाधियों से पुकारो। ईमान के पश्चात अवज्ञाकारी का नाम जुडना बहुत ही बुरा है। और जो व्यक्ति बाज़ न आए, तो ऐसे ही व्यक्ति ज़ालिम हैं
Know that Allah gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. We have made clear to you the signs; perhaps you will understand.
Yaqeen mano Allah hi zamin ko uss ki mot kay baad zinda kerdeta hai hum ney to tumharay liye apni aayaten biyan kerdin takay tum samjho.
जान लो, अल्लाह धरती को उस की मृत्यु के पश्चात जीवन प्रदान करता है। हम ने तुम्हारे लिए आयतें खोल-खोलकर बयान कर दी हैं, ताकि तुम बुद्धि से काम लो
O Prophet, when you [Muslims] divorce women, divorce them for [the commencement of] their waiting period and keep count of the waiting period, and fear Allah , your Lord. Do not turn them out of their [husbands'] houses, nor should they [themselves] leave [during that period] unless they are committing a clear immorality. And those are the limits [set by] Allah . And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah has certainly wronged himself. You know not; perhaps Allah will bring about after that a [different] matter.
Aey nabi! ( apni ummat say kaho kay ) jab tum apni biwiyon ko tallaq dena chahao to unn ki iddat ( kay dino kay aaghaaz ) mein unhen tallaq do aur iddat ka hisab rakho aur Allah say jo tumhara perwerdigar hai dartay raho na tum enhen inn kay gharon say nikalo aur na woh ( khud ) niklen haan yeh aur baat hai kay woh khuli buraee ker bethen yeh Allah ki muqarrar kerda hadden hain jo shaks Allah ki haddon say aagay barh jaye uss ney yaqeenan apney upper zulm kiya tum nahi jantay shayad iss kay baad Allah Taalaa koi naee baat peda ker dey.
ऐ नबी! जब तुम लोग स्त्रियों को तलाक़ दो तो उन्हें तलाक़ उन की इद्दत के हिसाब से दो। और इद्दत की गणना करो और अल्लाह का डर रखो, जो तुम्हारा रब है। उन्हें उन के घरों से न निकालो और न वे स्वयं निकलें, सिवाय इस के कि वे कोई स्पष्ट अशोभनीय कर्म कर बैठें। ये अल्लाह की नियत की हुई सीमाएँ हैं - और जो अल्लाह की सीमाओं का उल्लंघन करे तो उस ने स्वयं अपने आप पर ज़ुल्म किया - तुम नहीं जानते, कदाचित इस (तलाक़) के पश्चात अल्लाह कोई सूरत पैदा कर दे
