O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves. But if you are ill or on a journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself or you have contacted women and do not find water, then seek clean earth and wipe over your faces and hands with it. Allah does not intend to make difficulty for you, but He intends to purify you and complete His favor upon you that you may be grateful.
Aey eman walo! Jab tum namaz kay liye utho to apney mun ko aur apney haathon ko kohniyon samet dho lo aur apney siron ka masah kero aur apney paon ko takhnon samet dho lo aur agar tum janabat ki halat mein ho to ghusul kerlo haan agar tum beemar ho ya safar ki halat mein ho ya tum mein say koi hajat zaroori say farigh ho ker aaya ho ya tum aurton say milay ho aur tumhen pani na milay to tum pak mitti say tayammum kerlo issay apney chehron per aur haathon per mall lo Allah Taalaa tum per kissi qisam ki tangi nahi daalna chahata bulkay uss ka irada tumhen pak kerney ka aur tumhen apni bharpoor nemat denay ka hai takay tum shukar ada kertay raho.
ऐ ईमान वालो! जब तुम नमाज़ के लिए उठो तो अपने चेहरों और अपने हाथों को कोहनियों तक धो लो और अपने सरों का मसह करो और अपने पाँव को टख़नों तक धो डालो, और अगर तुम जनाबत की हालत में हो तो ग़ुस्ल करो, और अगर तुम मरीज़ हो या तुम सफ़र में हो या तुम में से कोई इस्तिंजा से आए या तुमने औरत से सोहबत की हो फिर तुमको पानी न मिले तो पाक मिट्टी से तयम्मुम कर लो और अपने चेहरों और हाथों पर उससे मसह कर लो, अल्लाह नहीं चाहता कि तुम पर कोई तंगी डाले; बल्कि वह चाहता है कि तुमको पाक करे और तुम पर अपनी नेमत पूरी करे; ताकि तुम शुक्रगुज़ार बनो।

And remember the favor of Allah upon you and His covenant with which He bound you when you said, "We hear and we obey"; and fear Allah . Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts.
Tum per Allah Taalaa ki jo nematen nazil hui hain unhen yaad rakho aur uss kay uss ehad ka bhi jiss ka tum say mohida hua hai jabkay tum ney kaha hum ney suna aur maana aur Allah Taalaa say dartay raho yaqeenan Allah Taalaa dilon ki baaton ka jannay wala hai.
और अपने ऊपर अल्लाह की नेमत को याद करो और उसके अहद को याद करो जो उसने तुमसे लिया है, जब तुमने कहा कि हमने सुना और हमने माना, और अल्लाह से डरो बेशक अल्लाह दिलों की बात तक को जानता है।
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when a people determined to extend their hands [in aggression] against you, but He withheld their hands from you; and fear Allah . And upon Allah let the believers rely.
Aey eman walo! Allah Taalaa ney jo ehsan tum per kiya hai ussay yaad kero jabkay aik qom ney tum per dast darazi kerni chahai to Allah Taalaa ney unn kay haathon ko tum tak phonchney say rok diya aur Allah Taalaa say dartay raho aur mominon ko Allah Taalaa hi per bharosa kerna chahaiye.
ऐ ईमान वालो! अपने ऊपर अल्लाह के एहसान को याद करो जब एक क़ौम ने इरादा किया कि तुम्हारी जानिब हाथ बढ़ाए तो अल्लाह ने तुमसे उनके हाथ को रोक दिया, और अल्लाह से डरो, और ईमान वालों को तो अल्लाह ही पर भरोसा करना चाहिए।
And [mention, O Muhammad], when Moses said to his people, "O my people, remember the favor of Allah upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds.
Aur yaad kero musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney apni qom say kaha aey meri qom kay logo! Allah Taalaa kay uss ehsan ka zikar kero kay uss ney tum mein say payghumbar banaye aur tumhen badshah bana diya aur tumhen woh diya jo tamam aalam mein kissi ko nahi diya.
और जब मूसा (अलै॰) ने अपनी क़ौम से कहा कि ऐ मेरी क़ौम! अपने ऊपर अल्लाह के एहसान को याद करो कि उसने तुम्हारे अंदर नबी पैदा किए और तुमको बादशाह बनाया और तुमको वह सब दिया जो दुनिया में किसी और को नहीं दिया था।
Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers, but forbidden to you is game from the land as long as you are in the state of ihram. And fear Allah to whom you will be gathered.
Tumharay liye dariya ka shikar pakrna aur iss ka khana halal kiya gaya hai. Tumharay faeeday kay wastay aur musafiron kay wastay aur khushki ka shikar pakarna tumharay liye haram kiya gaya hai jab tak tum halat-e-ehraam mein raho aur Allah Taalaa say daro jiss kay pass jama kiye jao gay.
तुम्हारे लिए दरिया का शिकार और उसका खाना जायज़ किया गया तुम्हारे फ़ायदे के लिए और क़ाफ़िलों के लिए, और जब तक तुम हालते-एहराम में हो ख़ुश्की का जानवर तुम्हारे ऊपर हराम किया गया, और अल्लाह से डरो जिसके पास तुम हाज़िर किए जाओगे।
O you who have believed, upon you is [responsibility for] yourselves. Those who have gone astray will not harm you when you have been guided. To Allah is you return all together; then He will inform you of what you used to do.
Aey eman walo! Apni fiker kero jab tum raah-e-raast per chal rahey ho to jo shaks gumrah rahey uss say tumahara koi nuksan nahi. Allah hi kay pass tum sab ko jana hai phir woh tum sab ko batla dey ga jo kuch tum sab kertay thay.
ऐ ईमान वालो! तुम अपनी फ़िक्र रखो, कोई गुमराह हो तो उससे तुम्हारा नुक़सान नहीं अगर तुम हिदायत पर रहो, तुम सबको अल्लाह के पास लौट कर जाना है फिर वह तुम को बता देगा जो कुछ तुम कर रहे थे।
Allah said, "Indeed, I will sent it down to you, but whoever disbelieves afterwards from among you - then indeed will I punish him with a punishment by which I have not punished anyone among the worlds."
Haq Taalaa ney irshad farmaya kay mein woh khana tum logon per nazil kerney wala hun phir jo shaks tum mein say iss kay baad na haq shanasi keray ga to mein uss ko aisi saza doon ga kay woh saza duniya jahaan walon mein say kissi ko na doon ga.
अल्लाह ने कहाः मैं यह दस्तरख़्वान ज़रूर तुम पर उतारूँगा, फिर उसके बाद तुम में से जो शख़्स कुफ़्र करेगा उसको मैं ऐसी सज़ा दूँगा कि जो दुनिया में किसी को न दी होगी।
And when those come to you who believe in Our verses, say, "Peace be upon you. Your Lord has decreed upon Himself mercy: that any of you who does wrong out of ignorance and then repents after that and corrects himself - indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful."
Aur yeh log jab aap kay pass ayen jo humari aayaton per eman rakhtay hain to ( yun ) keh dijiye kay tum per salamti hai tumharay rab ney meharbani farmana apney zimmay muqarrar ker liya hai kay jo shaks tum mein say bura kaam ker bethay jahalat say phir woh iss kay baad tauba ker ley aur islah rakhay to Allah ( ki shaan hai kay woh ) bari maghfirat kerney wala aur bari rehmat wala hai.
और जब आपके पास वे लोग आएं जो हमारी आयात पर ईमान लाए हैं तो उनसे कहिए कि तुम पर सलामती हो, तुम्हारे रब ने अपने ऊपर रहमत लिख ली है, बेशक तुम में जो कोई नादानी से कोई बुराई कर बैठे फिर उसके बाद वे तौबा करे और इस्लाह कर ले तो वह बख़्शने वाला, मेहरबान है।
And He is the subjugator over His servants, and He sends over you guardian-angels until, when death comes to one of you, Our messengers take him, and they do not fail [in their duties].
Aur wohi apney bandon kay upper ghalib hai bar tar hai aur tum per nigehdaasht rakhney wala bhejta hai yahan tak kay jab tum mein say kissi ko maut aa phonchti hai uss ki rooh humaray bhejay huye farishtay qabz ker letay hain aur woh zara kotahi nahi kertay.
और वह ग़ालिब है अपने बंदों पर और वे तुम्हारे ऊपर निगराँ भेजता है, यहाँ तक कि जब तुम में से किसी की मौत का वक़्त आ जाता है तो हमारे भेजे हुए फ़रिश्ते उसकी रूह को क़ब्ज़ कर लेते हैं और वे कोताही नहीं करते।
Say, "He is the [one] Able to send upon you affliction from above you or from beneath your feet or to confuse you [so you become] sects and make you taste the violence of one another." Look how We diversify the signs that they might understand.
Aap kahiye kay iss per bhi wohi qadir hai kay tum per koi azab tumharay upper say bhej dey ya tumharay paon talay say ya kay tum ko giroh giroh ker kay sab ko bhira dey aur tumharay aik doosray ki laraee chakha dey. Aap dekhiye to sahi hum kiss tarah dalaeel mukhtalif pehloo’on say biyan kertay hain shayad woh samajh jayen.
कह दें कि अल्लाह क़ादिर है इस पर कि तुम पर कोई अज़ाब भेज दे तुम्हारे ऊपर से या तुम्हारे पैरों के नीचे से या तुमको गिरोहों में तक़सीम करके आपस में भिड़ा दे और एक को दूसरे की ताक़त का मज़ा चखा दे, देखो हम किस तरह दलीलों को मुख़्तलिफ़ पहलुओं से बयान करते हैं ताकि वे समझें।
But your people have denied it while it is the truth. Say, "I am not over you a manager."
Aur aap ki qom iss ki takzeeb kerti hai halankay woh yaqeeni hai. Aap keh dijiye kay mein tum per taaeenaat nahi kiya gaya hun.
और आपकी क़ौम ने उसको झुठला दिया है हालाँकि वह हक़ है, आप कह दें कि मैं तुम्हारे ऊपर दारोग़ा नहीं हूँ।
And how should I fear what you associate while you do not fear that you have associated with Allah that for which He has not sent down to you any authority? So which of the two parties has more right to security, if you should know?
Aur mein inn cheezon say kaisay darron jin ko tum ney shareek banaya hai halankay tum iss baat say nahi dartay kay tum ney Allah kay sath aisi cheezon ko shareek thehraya hai jin per Allah Taalaa ney koi daleel nazil nahi farmaee so inn do jamaton mein say aman ka ziyada mustahiq kaun hai agar tum khabar rakhtay ho.
और मैं क्योंकर डरूँ तुम्हारे शरीकों से जबकि तुम अल्लाह के साथ उन चीज़ों को ख़ुदाई में शरीक ठहराते हुए नहीं डरते जिनके लिए उसने तुम पर कोई दलील नहीं उतारी, अब दोनों गिरोहों में से अमन का ज़्यादा मुस्तहिक़ कौन है (बताओ) अगर तुम सच्चे हो।
There has come to you enlightenment from your Lord. So whoever will see does so for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever is blind [does harm] against it. And [say], "I am not a guardian over you."
Abb bila shuba tumharay pass tumharay rab ki janib say haq beeni kay zaraye phonch chukay hain so jo shaks dekh ley ga woh apna faeeda keray ga aur jo shaks andha rahey ga woh apna nuksan keray ga aur mein tumhara nigaraan nahi hun.
अब तुम्हारे पास तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से बसीरत भरे दलाइल आ चुके हैं, पस जो बीनाई से काम लेगा वह अपने ही लिए (फ़ायदा उठाएगा) और जो अंधा बनेगा वह ख़ुद नुक़सान उठाएगा, और मैं तुम्हारे ऊपर कोई निगराँ नहीं हूँ।
And why should you not eat of that upon which the name of Allah has been mentioned while He has explained in detail to you what He has forbidden you, excepting that to which you are compelled. And indeed do many lead [others] astray through their [own] inclinations without knowledge. Indeed, your Lord - He is most knowing of the transgressors.
Aakhir kiya waja hai kay tum aisay janwar mein say na khao jiss per Allah ka naam liya gaya ho halankay Allah ney unn sab janwaron ki tafseel bata di hai jin ko tum per haram kiya hai magar woh bhi jab tum ko sakht zaroorat parr jaye to halal hai aur yeh yaqeeni baat hai kay boht say aadmi apney khayalaat per bila kissi sanad kay gumrah kertay hain. Iss mein koi shuba nahi kay Allah Taalaa hadd say nikal janey walon ko khoob janta hai.
और क्या वजह है कि तुम उस जानवर में से न खाओ जिस पर अल्लाह का नाम लिया गया; हालाँकि अल्लाह ने तफ़सील से बयान कर दी है वे चीजें जिनको उसने तुम पर हराम किया है, सिवाए इसके कि उसके लिए तुम मजबूर हो जाओ, और यक़ीनन बहुत-से लोग अपनी ख़्वाहिशात की वजह से (दूसरों को) गुमराह करते हैं बग़ैर किसी इल्म के, बेशक आपका रब ख़ूब जानता है हद से निकल जाने वालों को।
"O company of jinn and mankind, did there not come to you messengers from among you, relating to you My verses and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say, "We bear witness against ourselves"; and the worldly life had deluded them, and they will bear witness against themselves that they were disbelievers.
Aey jinnaat aur insanon ki jamat! Kiya tumharay pass tum mein say hi payghumbar nahi aaye thay jo tum say meray ehkaam biyan kertay aur tum ko iss aaj kay din ki khabar detay? Woh sab arz keren gay kay hum apney upper iqrar kertay hain aur inn ko dunyawi zindagi ney bhool mein dalay rakha aur yeh log iqrar kerney walay hongay kay woh kafir thay.
ऐ जिन्नात और इंसानों के गिरोह! क्या तुम्हारे पास तुम्हीं में से पैग़म्बर नहीं आए थे जो तुमको मेरी आयतें सुनाते और तुमको इस दिन के पेश आने से डराते थे, वे कहेंगे कि हम ख़ुद अपने ख़िलाफ़ गवाह हैं और उनको दुनिया की ज़िंदगी ने धोके में रखा और वे अपने ख़िलाफ़ ख़ुद गवाही देंगे कि बेशक हम मुनकिर थे।
Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill your children out of poverty; We will provide for you and them. And do not approach immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed. And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason."
Aap kahiye kay aao mein tum ko woh cheezen parh ker sunaon jin ( yani jin ki mukhalifat ) ko tumharay rab ney tum per haram farma diya hai woh yeh kay Allah kay sath kissi cheez ko shareek mat thehrao aur maa baap kay sath ehsan kero aur apni aulad ko aflaas kay sabab qatal mat kero. Hum tum ko aur unn ko rizk detay hain aur bey hayaee kay jitney tareeqay hain unn kay pass bhi mat jao khuwa woh aelaaniya hon khuwa posheeda aur jiss ka khoon kerna Allah Taalaa ney haram ker diya hai uss ko qatal mat kero haan magar haq kay sath inn ka tum ko takeedi hukum diya hai takay tum samjho.
आप कहिए कि आओ मैं सुनाऊँ वे चीज़ें जो तुम्हारे रब ने तुम पर हराम की हैं, यह कि तुम उसके साथ किसी चीज़ को शरीक न करो, और माँ-बाप के साथ नेक सलूक करो और अपनी औलाद को मुफ़्लिसी के डर से क़त्ल न करो, हम तुमको भी रोज़ी देते हैं और उनको भी, और बेहयाई के कामों के पास न जाओ चाहे वे खुलेआम हों या छुपे हुए, और जिस जान को अल्लाह ने हराम ठहराया उसको नाहक़ क़त्ल न करो, ये बातें हैं जिनकी अल्लाह ने तुम्हें हिदायत फ़रमाई है ताकि तुम अक़्ल से काम लो।
O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best. That is from the signs of Allah that perhaps they will remember.
Aey aadam ( alh-e-salam ) ki aulad hum ney tumharay liye libas peda kiya jo tumhari sharamgahon ko bhi chupata hai aur mojib-e-zeenat bhi hai aur taqway ka libas yeh iss say barh ker hai. Yeh Allah Taalaa ki nishaniyon mein say hai takay yeh log yaad rakhen.
ऐ आदम की औलाद! हमने तुम पर लिबास उतारा जो तुम्हारी शर्मगाहों को ढाँके और ज़ीनत भी, और तक़वे का लिबास उससे भी बेहतर है, यह अल्लाह की निशानियों में से है ताकि लोग ग़ौर करें।
O children of Adam, if there come to you messengers from among you relating to you My verses, then whoever fears Allah and reforms - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.
Aey aulad-e-aadam! Agar tumharay pass payghumbar aayen jo tum hi mein say hon jo meray ehkaam tum say biyan keren to jo shaks taqwa ikhtiyar keray aur durusti keray so inn logon per na kuch andesha hai aur na woh ghumgeen hongay.
ऐ आदम की औलाद! अगर तुम्हारे पास तुम ही में से रसूल आएं जो तुमको मेरी आयात सुनाएं तो जो शख़्स डरा और जिसने इस्लाह कर ली उनके लिए न कोई ख़ौफ़ होगा और न वे ग़मगीन होंगे।
And between them will be a partition, and on [its] elevations are men who recognize all by their mark. And they call out to the companions of Paradise, "Peace be upon you." They have not [yet] entered it, but they long intensely.
Aur inn dono kay darmiyan aik aarr hogi aur aeyraaf kay upper boht say aadmi hongay woh log her aik ko unn kay qayafa say pehchaney gay aue ehal-e-jannat ko pukar ker kahen gay asslam-o-alaikum! Abhi yeh ehal-e-aeyraaf jannat mein dakhil nahi huye hongay aur iss kay umeed waar hongay.
और दोनों के दरमियान एक आड़ होगी, और आराफ़ के ऊपर कुछ लोग होंगे जो हर एक को उनकी अलामतों से पहचानेंगे और वह जन्नत वालों को पुकार कर कहेंगे कि तुम पर सलामती हो, वे अभी जन्नत में दाखि़ल नहीं हुए होंगे मगर वे उम्मीदवार होंगे।
[ Allah will say], "Are these the ones whom you [inhabitants of Hell] swore that Allah would never offer them mercy? Enter Paradise, [O People of the Elevations]. No fear will there be concerning you, nor will you grieve."
Kiye yeh wohi hai jin ki nisbat tum qasmen kha kha ker kaha kertay thay kay Allah Taalaa inn per rehmat na keray ga inn ko yun hukum hoga kay jao jannat mein tum per na kuch khof hai aur na tum maghmoom hogay.
क्या यही वे लोग हैं जिनके बारे में तुम क़सम खाकर कहते थे कि उनको कभी अल्लाह की रहमत न मिलेगी, जन्नत में दाख़िल हो जाओ, अब तुम पर न कोई डर है और न तुम कभी ग़मगीन होगे।
We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, "O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a tremendous Day.
Hum ney nooh ( alh-e-salam ) ko unn ki qom ki taraf bheja to unhon ney farmaya aey meri qom! Tum Allah ki ibadat kero uss kay siwa koi mabood honey kay qabil nahi mujh ko tumharay liye aik baray din kay azab ka andesha hai.
हमने नूह (अलै॰) को उनकी क़ौम की तरफ़ भेजा, नूह ने कहाः ऐ मेरी क़ौम! अल्लाह की इबादत करो कि उसके सिवा तुम्हारा कोई माबूद नहीं, मैं तुम पर एक बड़े दिन के अज़ाब से डरता हूँ।
[Hud] said, "Already have defilement and anger fallen upon you from your Lord. Do you dispute with me concerning [mere] names you have named them, you and your fathers, for which Allah has not sent down any authority? Then wait; indeed, I am with you among those who wait."
Unhon ney farmaya kay bus abb tum per Allah ki taraf say azab aur ghazab aaya hi chahata hai kiya tum mujh say aisay naamon kay baab mein jhagartay ho jin ko tum ney aur tumharay baap dadon ney thehra liya hai? Unn kay mabood honey ko Allah ney koi daleel nahi bheji. So tum muntazir raho mein bhi tumharay sath intizar ker raha hun.
हूद (अलै॰) ने कहाः तुम पर तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से अज़ाब और ग़ुस्सा वाक़े हो चुका है, क्या तुम मुझसे उन नामों पर झगड़ते हो जो तुमने और तुम्हारे बाप-दादाओं ने रख लिए हैं, जिनकी अल्लाह ने कोई दलील नहीं उतारी, पस इन्तिज़ार करो मैं भी तुम्हारे साथ इन्तिज़ार करने वालों में से हूँ।
And if you [believers] invite them to guidance, they will not follow you. It is all the same for you whether you invite them or you are silent.
Aur agar tum inn ko koi baat batlaney ko pukaro to tumharay kehney per na chalen tumharay aetbaar say dono amar barabar hain khuwa tum inn ko pukaro ya tum khamosh raho.
और अगर तुम उनको रहनुमाई के लिए पुकारो तो वे तुम्हारी पुकार पर न चलें, बराबर है चाहे तुम उनको पुकारो या तुम ख़ामोश रहो।
[Remember] when He overwhelmed you with drowsiness [giving] security from Him and sent down upon you from the sky, rain by which to purify you and remove from you the evil [suggestions] of Satan and to make steadfast your hearts and plant firmly thereby your feet.
Uss waqt ko yaad kero jab kay Allah tum per oongh taari ker raha tha apni taraf say chain denay kay liye aur tum per aasman say pani barsa raha tha kay iss pani kay zariye say tum ko pak ker dey aur tum say shetani waswasay ko dafa kerdey aur tumharay dilon ko mazboot kerdey aur tumharay paon jama dey.
जब अल्लाह ने तुम पर ऊँघ डाल दी अपनी तरफ़ से तुम्हारी तस्कीन के लिए और आसमान से तुम्हारे ऊपर पानी उतारा कि उसके ज़रिए से तुम्हें पाक करे और तुम से शैतान की नजासत को दूर कर दे और तुम्हारे दिलों को मज़बूत कर दे और उससे क़दमों को जमा दे।
Excepted are those with whom you made a treaty among the polytheists and then they have not been deficient toward you in anything or supported anyone against you; so complete for them their treaty until their term [has ended]. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].
Ba-juz unn mushrikon kay jin say tumhara mohaeeda ho chuka hai aur unhon ney tumhen zara sa bhi nuksan nahi phonchaya na kissi ki tumharay khilaf madad ki hai to tum bhi unn kay mohaeeday ki muddat unn kay sath poori kero Allah Taalaa perhezgaron ko dost rakhta hai.
मगर जिन मुशरिकों से तुम ने मुआहिदा किया था फिर उन्होंने तुम्हारे साथ कोई कमी नहीं की और न तुम्हारे ख़िलाफ़ किसी की मदद की तो उनका मुआहिदा उनकी मुद्दत तक पूरा करो, बेशक अल्लाह परहेज़गारों को पसंद करता है।
How [can there be a treaty] while, if they gain dominance over you, they do not observe concerning you any pact of kinship or covenant of protection? They satisfy you with their mouths, but their hearts refuse [compliance], and most of them are defiantly disobedient.
Unn kay wadon ka kiya aitbaar unn ka agar tum per ghalba hojaye to na yeh qarabat daari ka khayal keren na ehad-o-paymaan ka apni zabanon say to tumhen parcha rahey hain lekin unn kay dil nahi mantay inn mein say aksar to fasiq hain.
कैसे अहद रहेगा जबकि यह हाल है कि अगर वे तुम्हारे ऊपर क़ाबू पा जाएं तो तुम्हारे बारे में न क़राबत का लिहाज़ करें और न अहद का, वे तुमको अपने मुँह की बात से राज़ी करना चाहते हैं मगर उनके दिल इनकार करते हैं, और उनमें अकसर बद-अहद हैं।
There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suffer; [he is] concerned over you and to the believers is kind and merciful.
Tumharay pass aik aisay payghumber tashreef laye hain jo tumhari jinss mein say hain jin per tumhari takleef boht hi dushwaar guzarti hai jo tumhari bhalaee kay khuwan hain. Jo musalmanon per baray hi shafiq aur meharban hain.
तुम्हारे पास एक रसूल आया है जो ख़ुद तुम्ही में से है, तुम्हारा नुक़सान में पड़ना उस पर भारी है, वह तुम्हारी भलाई का हरीस है, ईमान वालों पर निहायत शफ़क़त करने वाला, मेहरबान है।
Say, "If Allah had willed, I would not have recited it to you, nor would He have made it known to you, for I had remained among you a lifetime before it. Then will you not reason?"
Aap yun keh dijiye kay agar Allah ko manzoor hota to na to mein tum ko woh parh ker sunata aur na Allah Taalaa tum ko iss ki itlaa deta kiyon kay mein iss say pehlay to aik baray hissay umar tak mein tum mein reh chuka hun. Phir kiya tum aqal nahi rakhtay.
कह दीजिए कि अगर अल्लाह चाहता तो मैं इसको तुम्हें न सुनाता और न अल्लाह इससे तुम्हें बाख़बर करता, मैं इससे पहले तुम्हारे दरमियान एक उमर बसर कर चुका हूँ फिर क्या तुम अक़्ल से काम नहीं लेते।
And, [O Muhammad], you are not [engaged] in any matter or recite any of the Qur'an and you [people] do not do any deed except that We are witness over you when you are involved in it. And not absent from your Lord is any [part] of an atom's weight within the earth or within the heaven or [anything] smaller than that or greater but that it is in a clear register.
Aur aap kissi haal mein hon aur munjmila inn ehwaal kay aap kahin say quran parhtay hon aur jo kaam bhi kertay hon hum ko sab ki khabar rehti hai jab tum uss kaam mein mashghool hotay ho. Aur aap kay rab say koi cheez zarra barabar bhi ghaeeb nahi na zamin mein aur na aasman mein aur na koi cheez uss say choti aur na koi cheez bari magar yeh sab kitab-e-mubin mein hai.
और तुम जिस हाल में भी हो और क़ुरआन में से जो हिस्सा भी सुना रहे हो और तुम लोग जो काम भी करते हो हम तुम्हारे ऊपर गवाह रहते हैं जिस वक़्त तुम उसमें मशग़ूल रहते हो, और आपके रब से ज़र्रा बराबर भी कोई चीज़ ग़ायब नहीं, न ज़मीन में और न आसमान में और न उससे छोटी और न बड़ी, मगर वह एक वाज़ेह किताब में (महफ़ूज़) है।
And recite to them the news of Noah, when he said to his people, "O my people, if my residence and my reminding of the signs of Allah has become burdensome upon you - then I have relied upon Allah . So resolve upon your plan and [call upon] your associates. Then let not your plan be obscure to you. Then carry it out upon me and do not give me respite.
Aur aap inn ko nooh ( alh-e-salam ) ka qissa parh ker sunaiye jab kay unhon ney apni qom say farmaya kay aey meri qom! Agar tum ko mera rehna aur ehkaam-e-elahi ki naseehat kerna bhari maloom hota hai to mera to Allah hi per bharosa hai. Tum apni tadbeer maaye apney shurka kay pukhta kerlo phir tumhari tadbeer tumhari ghuttan ka baees nahi honi chahaiye. Aur phir meray sath ker guzro aur mujh ko mohlat na do.
और उनको नूह (अलै॰) का हाल सुनाइए जबकि उसने अपनी क़ौम से कहा कि ऐ मेरी क़ौम अगर मेरा खड़ा होना और अल्लाह की आयतों के ज़रिए नसीहत करना तुम पर भारी हो गया है तो मैंने अल्लाह पर भरोसा किया, तुम सब मिलकर अपना फ़ैसला कर लो और अपने शरीकों को भी साथ ले लो, फिर तुमको अपने फ़ैसले में कोई शुब्हा बाक़ी न रहे फिर तुम लोग मेरे साथ जो करना चाहते हो कर गुज़रो और मुझको मोहलत न दो।

और उनको नूह (अलै॰) का हाल सुनाइए जबकि उसने अपनी क़ौम से कहा कि ऐ मेरी क़ौम अगर मेरा खड़ा होना और अल्लाह की आयतों के ज़रिए नसीहत करना तुम पर भारी हो गया है तो मैंने अल्लाह पर भरोसा किया, तुम सब मिलकर अपना फ़ैसला कर लो और अपने शरीकों को भी साथ ले लो, फिर तुमको अपने फ़ैसले में कोई शुब्हा बाक़ी न रहे फिर तुम लोग मेरे साथ जो करना चाहते हो कर गुज़रो और मुझको मोहलत न दो।
Say, "O mankind, the truth has come to you from your Lord, so whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever goes astray only goes astray [in violation] against it. And I am not over you a manager."
Aap keh dijiye kay aey logo! Tumharay pass haq tumharay rab ki taraf say phonch chuka hai iss liye jo shaks raah-e-raast per aajaye so woh apney wastay raah-e-raast per aaye ga aur jo shaks bey raah rahey ga uss ka bey raah hona ussi per paray ga aur mein tum per musallat nahi kiya gaya.
कह दीजिए कि ऐ लोगो! तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से तुम्हारे पास हक़ आ गया है, पस जो हिदायत क़बूल कर लेगा तो वह अपने ही लिए करेगा और जो भटकेगा तो उसका वबाल उसी पर आएगा, और मैं तुम्हारे ऊपर ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हूँ।
And [saying], "Seek forgiveness of your Lord and repent to Him, [and] He will let you enjoy a good provision for a specified term and give every doer of favor his favor. But if you turn away, then indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a great Day.
Aur yeh kay tum apney gunah apney rab say moaf kerao phir ussi ki taraf mutawajja raho woh tum ko waqt-e-muqarrara tak acha saman ( zindagi ) dey ga aur her ziyada amal kerney walay ko ziyada sawab dey ga. Aur agar tum log aeyraaz kertay rahey to mujh ko tumharay liye aik baray din kay azab ka andesha hai.
और यह कि तुम अपने रब से माफ़ी चाहो और उसकी तरफ़ पलट आओ, वह तुमको एक मुद्दत तक अच्छा लुत्फ़ उठाने का मौक़ा देगा, और हर ज़्यादा के मुस्तहिक़ को अपनी तरफ़ से ज़्यादा अता करेगा, और अगर तुम फिर जाओ तो मैं तुम्हारे हक़ में एक बड़े दिन के अज़ाब से डरता हूँ।
That you not worship except Allah . Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a painful day."
Kay tum sirf Allah hi ki ibadat kero mujhay to tum per dard naak din kay azab ka khof hai.
यह कि तुम अल्लाह के सिवा किसी की इबादत न करो, मैं तुम पर एक दर्दनाक अज़ाब के दिन का अंदेशा रखता हूँ।
He said, "O my people have you considered: if I should be upon clear evidence from my Lord while He has given me mercy from Himself but it has been made unapparent to you, should we force it upon you while you are averse to it?
Nooh ney kaha meri qom walo! Mujhay batao to agar mein apney rab ki taraf say kissi daleel per hua aur mujhay uss ney apney pass ki koi rehmat ata ki ho phir woh tumhari nigahon mein na aaee to kiya zabardasti mein ussay tumharay galay mandh doon halankay tum iss say bey zaar ho.
नूह (अलै॰) ने फ़रमायाः ऐ मेरी क़ौम! बताओ अगर मैं अपने रब की तरफ़ से एक रौशन दलील पर हूँ और उसने मुझ पर अपने पास से रहमत भेजी है मगर वह तुमको नज़र न आई तो क्या हम उसको तुम पर चिपका सकते हैं जबकि तुम उससे बेज़ार हो।
And O my people, ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him. He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in showers and increase you in strength [added] to your strength. And do not turn away, [being] criminals."
Aey meri qom kay logo! Tum apney paalney walay say apni taqseeron ki moafi talab kero aur uss ki janib mein toba kero takay woh barasney walay badal tum per bhej dey aur tumahri taqat per aur taqat qooat barha dey aur tum jurum kertay huye roo gardani na kero.
और ऐ मेरी क़ौम! अपने रब से माफ़ी चाहो फिर उसकी तरफ़ पलटो, वह तुम्हारे ऊपर ख़ूब बारिशें बरसाएगा और तुम्हारी क़ुव्वत पर मज़ीद क़ुव्वत का इज़ाफ़ा करेगा, और तुम मुजरिम होकर मुँह न फेर लो।
They said, "Are you amazed at the decree of Allah ? May the mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you, people of the house. Indeed, He is Praiseworthy and Honorable."
Farishton ney kaha kiya tu Allah ki qudrat say tajjub ker rahi hai? Tum per aey iss ghar kay logo Allah ki rehmat aur uss ki barkat nazil hon be-shak Allah hamd-o-sana ka saza waar aur bari shaan wala hai.
फ़रिश्तों ने कहाः क्या तुम अल्लाह के हुक्म पर तअज्जुब करती हो, इब्राहीम के घर वालो! तुम पर अल्लाह की रहमतें और बरकतें हैं, बेशक अल्लाह निहायत क़ाबिले-तारीफ़, बड़ी शान वाला है।
And to Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu'ayb. He said, "O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him. And do not decrease from the measure and the scale. Indeed, I see you in prosperity, but indeed, I fear for you the punishment of an all-encompassing Day.
Aur hum ney madiyan walon ki taraf unn kay bhai shoaib ko bhej a uss ney kaha aey meri qom! Allah ki ibadat kero aur uss kay siwa tumhara koi mabood nahi aur tum naap tol mein bhi kami na kero mein to tumhen aasooda haal dekh raha hun aur mujhay tum per gherney walay din kay azab ka khof ( bhi ) hai.
और मदयन की तरफ़ उनके भाई शुऐब (अलै॰) को भेजा, उसने कहा कि ऐ मेरी क़ौम! अल्लाह की इबादत करो उसके सिवा तुम्हारा कोई माबूद नहीं, और नाप-तौल में और वज़न करने में कमी न करो, मैं तुमको अच्छे हाल में देख रहा हूँ और मैं तुम पर एक घेर लेने वाले दिन के अज़ाब से डरता हूँ।
What remains [lawful] from Allah is best for you, if you would be believers. But I am not a guardian over you."
Allah Taalaa ka halal kiya hua jo bach rahey tumharya liye boht hi behtar hai agar tum eman walay ho mein tum per kuch nigehban ( aur darogha ) nahi hun.
जो अल्लाह का दिया बच रहे वह तुम्हारे लिए बेहतर है अगर तुम मोमिन हो, और मैं तुम्हारे ऊपर निगहबान नहीं हूँ।
He said, "O my people, is my family more respected for power by you than Allah ? But you put Him behind your backs [in neglect]. Indeed, my Lord is encompassing of what you do.
Enhon ney jawab diya kay aey meri qom kay logo! Kiya tumharay nazdik meray qabeelay kay log Allah say bhi ziyada zee izzat hain tum ney ussay pas-e-pusht daal diya hai yaqeenan mera rab jo kuch tum ker rahey ho sab ko gheray huye hai.
शुऐब (अलै॰) ने कहा ऐ मेरी क़ौम! क्या मेरी बिरादरी तुम पर अल्लाह से ज़्यादा भारी है और अल्लाह को तुमने पीठ पीछे डाल दिया है, बेशक मेरे रब के क़ाबू में है जो कुछ तुम करते हो।
So when they had despaired of him, they secluded themselves in private consultation. The eldest of them said, "Do you not know that your father has taken upon you an oath by Allah and [that] before you failed in [your duty to] Joseph? So I will never leave [this] land until my father permits me or Allah decides for me, and He is the best of judges.
Jab yeh iss say mayus hogaye to tanahee mein beth ker mashwara kerney lagay. Inn mein jo sab say bara tha uss ney kaha tumhen maloom nahi kay tumharay walid ney tum say Allah ki qasam ley ker pukhta qol-o-qarar liya hai aur iss say pehlay yousuf kay baray mein tum kotahi ker chukay ho. Pus mein to iss sir zamin say na taloo ga jabtak walid shab khud mujhay ijazat na den ya Allah Taalaa meray iss moamlay ka faisla ker den wohi behtareen faisla kerney wala hai.
जब वे उससे ना-उम्मीद हो गए तो अलग होकर आपस में मशवरा करने लगे, उनके बड़े ने कहाः क्या तुमको मालूम नहीं कि तुम्हारे वालिद ने तुमसे अल्लाह के नाम पर पक्का इक़रार लिया और इससे पहले यूसुफ़ के मामले में जो ज़्यादती तुम कर चुके हो वह भी तुमको मालूम है, पस मैं इस ज़मीन से हरगिज़ नहीं टलूँगा जब तक कि मेरे वालिद मुझे इजाज़त न दें या अल्लाह मेरे लिए कोई फ़ैसला न फ़रमा दे, और वह सबसे बेहतर फ़ैसला करने वाला है।
"Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home."
Kahen gay tum per salamti ho sabar kay badlay kiya hi acha ( badla ) hai iss daar-e-aakhirat ka.
(कहेंगे कि) तुम लोगों पर सलामती हो उस सब्र के बदले जो तुमने किया, पस क्या ही ख़ूब है यह आख़िरत का घर।
And [recall, O Children of Israel], when Moses said to His people, "Remember the favor of Allah upon you when He saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who were afflicting you with the worst torment and were slaughtering your [newborn] sons and keeping your females alive. And in that was a great trial from your Lord.
Jiss waqt musa ney apni qom say kaha kay Allah kay woh ehsanaat yaad kero jo uss ney tum per kiye hain jabkay uss ney tumhen firaoniyon say nijat di jo tumhen baray dukh phonchatay thay. Tumharay larkon ko qatal kertay thay aut tumhari larkiyon ko zinda chortay thay iss mein tumharay rab ki taraf say tum per boht bari aamaeesh thi.
और जब मूसा (अलै॰) ने अपनी क़ौम से कहा कि अपने ऊपर अल्लाह के उस ईनाम को याद करो जबकि उसने तुमको फ़िरऔन की क़ौम से छुड़ाया जो तुमको सख़्त तकलीफ़ें पहुँचाते थे और वह तुम्हारे बेटों को मार डालते थे और तुम्हारी औरतों को ज़िंदा रहने देते थे, और उसमें तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से बड़ा इम्तिहान था।
And Satan will say when the matter has been concluded, "Indeed, Allah had promised you the promise of truth. And I promised you, but I betrayed you. But I had no authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me; but blame yourselves. I cannot be called to your aid, nor can you be called to my aid. Indeed, I deny your association of me [with Allah ] before. Indeed, for the wrongdoers is a painful punishment."
Jab aur kaam ka faisla ker diya hayega to shetan kahey ga kay Allah ney to tumhen sacha wada diya tha aur mein ney tum say jo waday kiye thay unn ka khilaf kiya mera tum per koi dabao to tha hi nahi haan mein ney tumhen pukara aur tum ney meri maan li pus tum mujhay ilzam na lagao bulkay khud apney aap ko malamat kero na mein tumhara faryad rus aur na tum meri faryad ko phonchney walay mein to siray say manta hi nahi kay tum mujhay iss say pehlay Allah ka shareek mantay rahey yaqeenan zalimon kay liye dard naak azab hai.
और जब मामले का फ़ैसला हो जाएगा तो शैतान कहेगा कि अल्लाह ने तुमसे सच्चा वादा किया था और मैंने तुमसे वादा किया तो मैंने उसकी ख़िलाफ़वर्ज़ी की, और मेरा तुम्हारे ऊपर कोई ज़ोर न था मगर यह कि मैंने तुमको बुलाया तो तुमने मेरी बात को मान लिया, पस तुम मुझको इल्ज़ाम न दो और तुम अपने आपको इल्ज़ाम दो, न मैं तुम्हारा मददगार हो सकता हूँ और न तुम मेरे मददगार हो सकते हो, मैं ख़ुद इससे बेज़ार हूँ कि तुम इससे पहले मुझको शरीक ठहराते थे, बेशक ज़ालिमों के लिए दर्दनाक अज़ाब है।
And Allah has made for you, from that which He has created, shadows and has made for you from the mountains, shelters and has made for you garments which protect you from the heat and garments which protect you from your [enemy in] battle. Thus does He complete His favor upon you that you might submit [to Him].
Allah hi ney tumharay liye apni peda kerda cheezon mein say saye banaye hain aur ussi ney tumharay liye paharon mein ghaar banaye hain aur ussi ney tumharay liye kurtay banaye hain jo tumhen garmi say bachayen aur aisay kuraty bhi jo tumhen laraee kay waqt kaam aayen. Woh issi tarah apni poori poori nematen dey raha hai kay tum hukum bardaar bann jao.
और अल्लाह ने तुम्हारे लिए अपनी पैदा की हुई चीज़ों के साए बनाए और तुम्हारे लिए पहाड़ों में छुपने की जगह बनाई और तुम्हारे लिए ऐसे लिबास बनाए जो तुमको गर्मी से बचाते हैं और ऐसे लिबास बनाए जो लड़ाई में तुमको बचाते हैं, इसी तरह अल्लाह तुम पर अपनी नेमतें पूरी करता है; ताकि तुम फ़रमाँबरदार बनो।
And fulfill the covenant of Allah when you have taken it, [O believers], and do not break oaths after their confirmation while you have made Allah , over you, a witness. Indeed, Allah knows what you do.
Aur Allah kay ehad ko poora kero jabkay tum aapas mein qol-o-qarar aur qasmon ko unn ki pukhtagi kay baad mat toro halankay tum Allah Taalaa ko apna zaamin thehra chukay ho tum jo kuch kertay ho Allah uss ko bakhoobi jaan raha hai.
और तुम अल्लाह के अहद को पूरा करो जबकि तुम आपस में अहद कर लो, और क़समों को पक्का करने के बाद उनको न तोड़ो; हालाँकि तुम अल्लाह को अपने ऊपर ज़ामिन भी बना चुके हो, बेशक अल्लाह जानता है जो कुछ तुम करते हो।
So when the [time of] promise came for the first of them, We sent against you servants of Ours - those of great military might, and they probed [even] into the homes, and it was a promise fulfilled.
Inn dono wadon mein say pehlay kay aatay hi hum ney tumharay muqabley per apney banday bhej diye jo baray hi larakay thay. Pus woh tumharay gharon kay andar tak phel gaye aur Allah ka yeh wada poora hona hi tha.
फिर जब उनमें से पहला वादा आया तो हमने तुम पर अपने बंदे भेजे निहायत ज़ोर वाले पस वे घरों में घुस पड़े और वादा पूरा होकर रहा।
Then do you feel secure that [instead] He will not cause a part of the land to swallow you or send against you a storm of stones? Then you would not find for yourselves an advocate.
To kiya tum iss say bey khof hogaye ho kay tumhen khushki ki taraf ( ley jaa ker zamin ) mein dhansa dey ya tum per pathron ki aandhi bhej dey. Phir tum apney liye kissi nigehbaan ko na paa sako.
क्या तुम इस से निश्चिन्त हो कि वह कभी थल की ओर ले जाकर तुम्हें धँसा दे या तुम पर पथराव करने वाली आँधी भेज दे; फिर अपना कोई कार्यसाधक न पाओ?
Or do you feel secure that He will not send you back into the sea another time and send upon you a hurricane of wind and drown you for what you denied? Then you would not find for yourselves against Us an avenger.
Kiya tum iss baat say bey khof hogaye ho kay Allah Taalaa phir tumhen doobara darya kay safar mein ley aaye aur tum per tez-o-tund hawaon kay jhonkay bhej dey aur tumharay kufur kay baees tumhen dobo dey. Phir tum apney liye hum per iss ka dawa ( peecha ) kerney wala kissi ko na pao.
या तुम इस से निश्चिन्त हो कि वह फिर तुम्हें उस में दोबारा ले जाए और तुम पर प्रचंड तूफ़ानी हवा भेज दे और तुम्हें तुम्हारे इनकार के बदले में डूबो दे। फिर तुम किसी को ऐसा न पाओ जो तुम्हारे लिए इस पर हमारा पीछा करने वाला हो?
