الفاظ ( وَالَّذِيْنَ )

اور جو لوگ ایمان لاتے ہیں اس پر جو آپ کی طرف اتارا گیا اور جو آپ سے پہلے اتارا گیا اور وہ آخرت پر بھی یقین رکھتے ہیں ۔

And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith].

وہ اللہ تعالٰی کو اور ایمان والوں کو دھوکا دیتے ہیں لیکن دراصل وہ خود اپنے آپ کو دھوکا دے رہے ہیں مگر سمجھتے نہیں ۔

They [think to] deceive Allah and those who believe, but they deceive not except themselves and perceive [it] not.

اے لوگوں اپنے اس رب کی عبادت کرو جس نے تمہیں اور تم سے پہلے لوگوں کو پیدا کیا یہی تمہارا بچاؤ ہے ۔

O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous -

اور جو انکار کر کے ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلائیں ، وہ جہنمی ہیں اور ہمیشہ اسی میں رہیں گے ۔

And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those will be companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally."

مسلمان ہوں ، یہودی ہوں نصاری ہوں یا صابی ہوں جو کوئی بھی اللہ تعالٰی پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کرے ان کے اجر ان کے رب کے پاس ہیں اور ان پر نہ تو کوئی خوف ہے اور نہ اُداسی ۔

Indeed, those who believed and those who were Jews or Christians or Sabeans [before Prophet Muhammad] - those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness - will have their reward with their Lord, and no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.

اور جو لوگ ایمان لائیں اور نیک کام کریں وہ جنتی ہیں جو جنت میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے ۔

But they who believe and do righteous deeds - those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally.

بعض لوگ ایسے بھی ہیں جو اللہ کے شریک اوروں کو ٹھہرا کر ان سے ایسی محبت رکھتے ہیں ، جیسی محبت اللہ سے ہونی چاہیے اور ایمان والے اللہ کی محبت میں بہت سخت ہوتے ہیں کاش کہ مشرک لوگ جانتے جب کہ اللہ کے عذاب کو دیکھ کر ( جان لیں گے ) کہ تمام طاقت اللہ ہی کو ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ سخت عذاب دینے والا ہے ( تو ہرگِز شرک نہ کرتے ) ۔

And [yet], among the people are those who take other than Allah as equals [to Him]. They love them as they [should] love Allah . But those who believe are stronger in love for Allah . And if only they who have wronged would consider [that] when they see the punishment, [they will be certain] that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is severe in punishment.

کافروں کے لئے دنیا کی زندگی خوب زینت دار کی گئی ہے ، وہ ایمان والوں سے ہنسی مذاق کرتے ہیں حالانکہ پرہیزگار لوگ قیامت کے دن ان سے اعلیٰ ہونگے ، اللہ تعالٰی جسے چاہتا ہے بے حساب روزی دیتا ہے ۔

Beautified for those who disbelieve is the life of this world, and they ridicule those who believe. But those who fear Allah are above them on the Day of Resurrection. And Allah gives provision to whom He wills without account.

کیا تم یہ گمان کئے بیٹھے ہو کہ جنت میں چلے جاؤ گے حالانکہ اب تک تم پر وہ حالات نہیں آئے جو تم سے اگلے لوگوں پر آئے تھے انہیں بیماریاں اور مصیبتیں پہنچیں اور وہ یہاں تک جھنجھوڑے گئے کہ رسول اور اس کے ساتھ کے ایمان والے کہنے لگے کہ اللہ کی مدد کب آئے گی؟ سُن رکھو کہ اللہ کی مدد قریب ہی ہے ۔

Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said,"When is the help of Allah ?" Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near.

البتہ ایمان لانے والے ، ہجرت کرنے والے ، اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرنے والے ہی رحمت الٰہی کے امیدوار ہیں ، اللہ تعالٰی بہت بخشنے والا اور بہت مہربانی کرنے والا ہے ۔

Indeed, those who have believed and those who have emigrated and fought in the cause of Allah - those expect the mercy of Allah . And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

تم میں سے جو لوگ فوت ہو جائیں اور بیویاں چھوڑ جائیں ، وہ عورتیں اپنے آپ کو چار مہینے اور دس دن عدت میں رکھیں پھر جب مدت ختم کرلیں تو جو اچھائی کے ساتھ وہ اپنے لئے کریں اس میں تم پر کوئی گناہ نہیں اور اللہ تعالٰی تمہارے ہر عمل سے خبردار ہے ۔

And those who are taken in death among you and leave wives behind - they, [the wives, shall] wait four months and ten [days]. And when they have fulfilled their term, then there is no blame upon you for what they do with themselves in an acceptable manner. And Allah is [fully] Acquainted with what you do.

جو لوگ تم میں سے فوت ہوجائیں اور بیویاں چھوڑ جائیں وہ وصیت کر جائیں کہ ان کی بیویاں سال بھر تک فائدہ اُٹھائیں انہیں کوئی نہ نکالے ہاں اگر وہ خود نکل جائیں تو تم پر اس میں کوئی گناہ نہیں جو وہ اپنے لئے اچھائی سے کریں ، اللہ تعالٰی غالب اور حکیم ہے

And those who are taken in death among you and leave wives behind - for their wives is a bequest: maintenance for one year without turning [them] out. But if they leave [of their own accord], then there is no blame upon you for what they do with themselves in an acceptable way. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

جب ( حضرت ) طالوت لشکروں کو لے کر نکلے تو کہا سنو اللہ تعالٰی تمہیں ایک نہر سے آزمانے والا ہے ، جس نے اس میں سے پانی پی لیا وہ میرا نہیں اور جو اسے نہ چکھے وہ میرا ہے ، ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ اپنے ہاتھ سے ایک چلو بھر لے ۔ لیکن سوائے چند کے باقی سب نے وہ پانی پی لیا ( حضرت ) طالوت مومنین سمیت جب نہر سے گزر گئے تو وہ لوگ کہنے لگے آج تو ہم میں طاقت نہیں کہ جالوت اور اس کے لشکروں سے لڑیں لیکن اللہ تعالٰی کی ملاقات پر یقین رکھنے والوں نے کہا بسا اوقات چھوٹی اور تھوڑی سی جماعتیں بڑی اور بہت سی جماعتوں پر اللہ کے حکم سے غلبہ پا لیتی ہیں ، اللہ تعالٰی صبر والوں کے ساتھ ہے ۔

And when Saul went forth with the soldiers, he said, "Indeed, Allah will be testing you with a river. So whoever drinks from it is not of me, and whoever does not taste it is indeed of me, excepting one who takes [from it] in the hollow of his hand." But they drank from it, except a [very] few of them. Then when he had crossed it along with those who believed with him, they said, "There is no power for us today against Goliath and his soldiers." But those who were certain that they would meet Allah said, "How many a small company has overcome a large company by permission of Allah . And Allah is with the patient."

ایمان لانے والوں کا کارساز اللہ تعالٰی خود ہے وہ انہیں اندھیروں سے روشنی کی طرف نکال لے جاتا ہے اور کافروں کے اولیاء شیاطین ہیں ۔ وہ انہیں روشنی سے نکال کر اندھیروں کی طرف لے جاتے ہیں ، یہ لوگ جہنّمی ہیں جو ہمیشہ اسی میں پڑے رہیں گے ۔

Allah is the ally of those who believe. He brings them out from darknesses into the light. And those who disbelieve - their allies are Taghut. They take them out of the light into darknesses. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally therein.

جیسا آل فرعون کا حال ہوا اور ان کا جو ان سے پہلے تھے انہوں نے ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلایا پھر اللہ تعالٰی نے بھی انہیں ان کے گناہوں پر پکڑ لیا اور اللہ تعالٰی سخت عذاب دینے والا ہے ۔

[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and those before them. They denied Our signs, so Allah seized them for their sins. And Allah is severe in penalty.

سب لوگوں سے زیادہ ابرہیم سے نزدیک تروہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے ان کا کہا مانا اور یہ نبی اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے ، مومنوں کا ولی اور سہارا اللہ ہی ہے ۔

Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him [in submission to Allah ] and this prophet, and those who believe [in his message]. And Allah is the ally of the believers.

جب ان سے کوئی ناشائستہ کام ہو جائے یا کوئی گناہ کر بیٹھیں تو فوراً اللہ کا ذکر اور اپنے گناہوں کے لئے استغفار کرتے ہیں ، فی الواقع اللہ تعالٰی کے سِوا اور کون گناہوں کو بخش سکتا ہے؟ اور وہ لوگ باوجود علم کے کسی بُرے کام پر اَڑ نہیں جاتے ۔

And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves [by transgression], remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except Allah ? - and [who] do not persist in what they have done while they know.

ماں باپ یا قرابت دار جو چھوڑ مریں اس کے وارث ہم نے ہر شخص کے لئے مُقّرر کر دئیے ہیں اور جن سے تم نے اپنے ہاتھوں معاہدہ کیا ہے انہیں ان کا حصّہ دو حقیقتاً اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز پر حاضر ہے ۔

And for all, We have made heirs to what is left by parents and relatives. And to those whom your oaths have bound [to you] - give them their share. Indeed Allah is ever, over all things, a Witness.

اور جو لوگ اپنا مال لوگوں کے دکھاوے کے لئے خرچ کرتے ہیں اور اللہ تعالٰی پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے اور جس کا ہم نشین اور ساتھی شیطان ہو ، وہ بدترین ساتھی ہے ۔

And [also] those who spend of their wealth to be seen by the people and believe not in Allah nor in the Last Day. And he to whom Satan is a companion - then evil is he as a companion.

اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور شائستہ اعمال کئے ہم عنقریب انہیں ان جنّتوں میں لے جائیں گے جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہیں جن میں وہ ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے ان کے لئے وہاں صاف سُتھری بیویاں ہوں گی اور ہم انہیں گھنی چھاؤں ( اور پوری راحت ) میں لے جائیں گے ۔

But those who believe and do righteous deeds - We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide forever. For them therein are purified spouses, and We will admit them to deepening shade.

جو لوگ ایمان لائے ہیں وہ تو اللہ تعالٰی کی راہ میں جہاد کرتے ہیں اور جن لوگوں نے کفر کیاہے ، وہ اللہ تعالٰی کے سوا اوروں کی راہ میں لڑتے ہیں ۔ پس تم شیطان کے دوستوں سے جنگ کرو ، یقین مانو کہ شیطانی حیلہ ( بالکل بُودا اور ) سخت کمزور ہے ۔

Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah , and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak.

اور جو ایمان لائیں اور بھلے کام کریں ہم انہیں ان جنتوں میں لے جائیں گے جن کے نیچے چشمے جاری ہیں جہاں یہ ابدالاباد رہیں گے یہ ہے اللہ کا وعدہ جو سراسر سچا ہے اور کون ہے جو اپنی بات میں اللہ سے زیادہ سچا ہو؟

But the ones who believe and do righteous deeds - We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. [It is] the promise of Allah , [which is] truth, and who is more truthful than Allah in statement.

اور جو لوگ اللہ پر اور اس کے تمام پیغمبروں پر ایمان لاتے ہیں اور ان میں سے کسی میں فرق نہیں کرتے یہ ہیں جنہیں اللہ ان کو پورا ثواب دے گا اور اللہ بڑی مغفرت والا بڑی رحمت والا ہے ۔

But they who believe in Allah and His messengers and do not discriminate between any of them - to those He is going to give their rewards. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.

اور جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا اور ہمارے احکام کو جھٹلایا وہ دوزخی ہیں ۔

But those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those are the companions of Hellfire.

۔ ( مسلمانوں ) ! تمہارا دوست خود اللہ ہے اور اسکا رسول ہے اور ایمان والے ہیں جو نمازوں کی پابندی کرتے ہیں اور زکوۃ ادا کرتے ہیں اور وہ ر کوع ( خشوع و خضوع ) کرنے والے ہیں ۔

Your ally is none but Allah and [therefore] His Messenger and those who have believed - those who establish prayer and give zakah, and they bow [in worship].

اور جو شخص اللہ تعالٰی سے اور اس کے رسول سے اور مسلمانوں سے دوستی کرے ، وہ یقین مانے کہ اللہ تعالٰی کی جماعت ہی غالب رہے گی ۔

And whoever is an ally of Allah and His Messenger and those who have believed - indeed, the party of Allah - they will be the predominant.

مسلمان ، یہودی ، ستارہ پرست اور نصرانی کوئی ہو ، جو بھی اللہ تعالٰی پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کرے وہ محض بے خوف رہے گا اور بالکل بے غم ہو جائے گا ۔

Indeed, those who have believed [in Prophet Muhammad] and those [before Him] who were Jews or Sabeans or Christians - those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness - no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.

یقیناً آپ ایمان والوں کا سب سے زیادہ دشمن یہودیوں اور مشرکوں کو پائیں گے اور ایمان والوں سےسب سے زیادہ دوستی کے قریب آپ یقیناً انہیں پائیں گے جو اپنے آپ کو نصاریٰ کہتے ہیں ، یہ اس لئے کہ ان میں علماء اور عبادت کے لئے گوشہ نشین افراد پائے جاتے ہیں اور اس وجہ سے کہ وہ تکبر نہیں کرتے ۔

You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers [to be] the Jews and those who associate others with Allah ; and you will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers those who say, "We are Christians." That is because among them are priests and monks and because they are not arrogant.

اور جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا اور ہماری آیات کو جھٹلاتے رہے وہ لوگ دوزخ والے ہیں ۔

But those who disbelieved and denied Our signs - they are the companions of Hellfire.

اور جو لوگ ہماری آیتوں کی تکذیب کرتے ہیں وہ تو طرح طرح کی ظلمتوں میں بہرے گونگے ہو رہے ہیں اللہ جس کو چاہے بے راہ کردے اور وہ جس کو چاہے سیدھی راہ پر لگا دے ۔

But those who deny Our verses are deaf and dumb within darknesses. Whomever Allah wills - He leaves astray; and whomever He wills - He puts him on a straight path.

اور جو لوگ ہماری آیتوں کو جھوٹا بتلائیں ان کو عذاب پہنچے گا بوجہ اس کے کہ وہ نافرمانی کرتے ہیں ۔

But those who deny Our verses - the punishment will touch them for their defiant disobedience.

اور یہ بھی ایسی ہی کتاب ہے جس کو ہم نے نازل کیا ہے جو بڑی برکت والی ہے ، اپنے سے پہلی کتابوں کی تصدیق کرنے والی ہے تاکہ آپ مکہ والوں کو اور آس پاس والوں کو ڈرائیں اور جو لوگ آخرت کا یقین رکھتے ہیں ایسے لوگ اس پر ایمان لے آتے ہیں اور وہ اپنی نماز پر مداومت رکھتے ہیں ۔

And this is a Book which We have sent down, blessed and confirming what was before it, that you may warn the Mother of Cities and those around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and they are maintaining their prayers.

تو کیا اللہ کے سوا کسی اور فیصلہ کرنے والے کو تلاش کروں حالانکہ وہ ایسا ہے کہ اس نے ایک کتاب کامل تمہارے پاس بھیج دی ہے اس کے مضامین خوب صاف صاف بیان کئے گئے ہیں اور جن لوگوں کو ہم نے کتاب دی ہے وہ اس بات کو یقین کے ساتھ جانتے ہیں کہ یہ آپ کے رب کی طرف سے حق کے ساتھ بھیجی گئی ہے سو آپ شبہ کرنے والوں میں سے نہ ہوں

[Say], "Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?" And those to whom We [previously] gave the Scripture know that it is sent down from your Lord in truth, so never be among the doubters.

آپ کہیئے کہ اپنے گواہوں کو لاؤ جو اس بات پر شہادت دیں کہ اللہ نے ان چیزوں کو حرام کر دیا ہے پھر اگر وہ گواہی دے دیں تو آپ اس کی شہادت نہ دیجئے اور ایسے لوگوں کے باطل خیالات کا اتباع مت کیجئے! جو ہماری آیتوں کی تکذیب کرتے ہیں اور وہ جو آخرت پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے اور وہ اپنے رب کے برابر دوسروں کو ٹھہراتے ہیں ۔

Say, [O Muhammad], "Bring forward your witnesses who will testify that Allah has prohibited this." And if they testify, do not testify with them. And do not follow the desires of those who deny Our verses and those who do not believe in the Hereafter, while they equate [others] with their Lord.

اور جو لوگ ہمارے ان احکام کو جھٹلائیں اور ان سے تکبر کریں وہ لوگ دوزخ والے ہونگے اور وہ اس میں ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے

But the ones who deny Our verses and are arrogant toward them - those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.

اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے نیک کام کئے ہم کسی شخص کو اس کی قدرت سے زیادہ کسی کا مکلف نہیں بناتے وہی لوگ جنت والے ہیں اور وہ اس میں ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے ۔

But those who believed and did righteous deeds - We charge no soul except [within] its capacity. Those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally.

سو وہ لوگ ان کی تکذ یب ہی کرتےرہے تو ہم نے نوح ( علیہ السلام ) کو اور ان کو جو ان کے ساتھ کشتی میں تھے بچا لیا اور جن لوگوں نے ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلایا تھا ان کو ہم نے غرق کر دیا ۔ بیشک وہ لوگ اندھے ہو رہے تھے

But they denied him, so We saved him and those who were with him in the ship. And We drowned those who denied Our signs. Indeed, they were a blind people.

غرض ہم نے ان کو اور ان کے ساتھیوں کو اپنی رحمت سے بچا لیا اور ان لوگوں کی جڑ کاٹ دی جنہوں نے ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلایا تھا اور وہ ایمان لانے والے نہ تھے

So We saved him and those with him by mercy from Us. And We eliminated those who denied Our signs, and they were not [at all] believers.

ان کی قوم کے متکبر سرداروں نے کہا کہ اے شعیب! ہم آپ کو اور جو آپ کے ہمراہ ایمان والے ہیں ان کو اپنی بستی سے نکال دیں گے الا یہ کہ تم ہمارے مذہب میں پھر آجاؤ شعیب ( علیہ السلام ) نے جواب دیا کہ کیا ہم تمہارے مذہب میں آجائیں گو ہم اس کو مکروہ ہی سمجھتے ہوں ۔

Said the eminent ones who were arrogant among his people, "We will surely evict you, O Shu'ayb, and those who have believed with you from our city, or you must return to our religion." He said, "Even if we were unwilling?"

اور یہ لوگ جنہوں نے ہماری آیتوں کو اور قیامت کے پیش آنے کو جھٹلایا ان کے سب کام غارت گئے ۔ ان کو وہی سزا دی جائے گی جو کچھ یہ کرتے تھے ۔

Those who denied Our signs and the meeting of the Hereafter - their deeds have become worthless. Are they recompensed except for what they used to do?

اور جن لوگوں نے گناہ کے کام کئے پھروہ ان کے بعد توبہ کرلیں اور ایمان لے آئیں تو تمہارا رب اس توبہ کے بعد گناہ معاف کر دینے والا رحمت کرنے والا ہے

But those who committed misdeeds and then repented after them and believed - indeed your Lord, thereafter, is Forgiving and Merciful.

اور ہم لوگوں کے نام دنیا میں بھی نیک حالی لکھ دے اور آخرت میں بھی ہم تیری طرف رجوع کرتے ہیں اللہ تعالٰی نے فرمایا کہ میں اپنا عذاب اسی پر واقع کرتا ہوں جس پر چاہتا ہوں اور میری رحمت تمام اشیا پر محیط ہے تو وہ رحمت ان لوگوں کے نام ضرور لکھوں گا جو اللہ سے ڈرتے ہیں اور زکوۃ دیتے ہیں اور جو ہماری آیتوں پر ایمان لاتے ہیں ۔

And decree for us in this world [that which is] good and [also] in the Hereafter; indeed, we have turned back to You." [ Allah ] said, "My punishment - I afflict with it whom I will, but My mercy encompasses all things." So I will decree it [especially] for those who fear Me and give zakah and those who believe in Our verses -

اور جو لوگ کتاب کے پابند ہیں اور نماز کی پابندی کرتے ہیں ، ہم ایسے لوگوں کا جو اپنی اصلاح کریں ثواب ضائع نہ کریں گے ۔

But those who hold fast to the Book and establish prayer - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of the reformers.

اور جو لوگ ہماری آیات کو جھٹلاتے ہیں ہم ان کو بتدریج ( گرفت میں ) لئے جا رہے ہیں اس طور پر کہ ان کو خبر بھی نہیں ۔

But those who deny Our signs - We will progressively lead them [to destruction] from where they do not know.

اور تم جن لوگوں کی اللہ کو چھوڑ کر عبادت کرتے ہو وہ تمہاری کچھ مدد نہیں کرسکتے اور نہ وہ اپنی مدد کرسکتے ۔

And those you call upon besides Him are unable to help you, nor can they help themselves."

بلا شک یہ کافر لوگ اپنے مالوں کو اس لئے خرچ کر رہے ہیں کہ اللہ کی راہ سے روکیں سو یہ لوگ تو اپنے مالوں کو خرچ کرتے ہی رہیں گے پھر وہ مال ان کے حق میں باعث حسرت ہوجائیں گے پھر مغلوب ہوجائیں گے اور کافر لوگوں کو دوزخ کی طرف جمع کیا جائے گا ۔

Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [people] from the way of Allah . So they will spend it; then it will be for them a [source of] regret; then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved - unto Hell they will be gathered.

جب منافق کہہ رہے تھے اور وہ بھی جن کے دلوں میں روگ تھا کہ انہیں تو ان کے دین نے دھوکے میں ڈال دیا ہے جو بھی اللہ پر بھروسہ کرے اللہ تعالٰی بلا شک و شبہ غلبے والا اور حکمت والا ہے ۔

[Remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts was disease said, "Their religion has deluded those [Muslims]." But whoever relies upon Allah - then indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

مثل فرعونیوں کے حال کے اور ان سے اگلوں کے کہ انہوں نے اللہ کی آیتوں سے کفر کیا پس اللہ نے ان کے گناہوں کے باعث انہیں پکڑ لیا اللہ تعالٰی یقیناً قوت والا اور سخت عذاب والا ہے ۔

[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They disbelieved in the signs of Allah , so Allah seized them for their sins. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and severe in penalty.

مثل حالت فرعونیوں کے اور ان سے پہلے کے لوگوں کے کہ انہوں نے اپنے رب کی باتیں جھٹلائیں ۔ پس ان کے گناہوں کے باعث ہم نے انہیں برباد کیا اور فرعونیوں کو ڈبو دیا ۔ یہ سارے ظالم تھے ۔

[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They denied the signs of their Lord, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh. And all [of them] were wrongdoers.

جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور ہجرت کی اور اپنے مالوں اور جانوں سے اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کیا اور جن لوگوں نے ان کو پناہ دی اور مدد کی یہ سب آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے رفیق ہیں اور جو ایمان تو لائے ہیں لیکن ہجرت نہیں کی تو تمہارے لئے ان کی کچھ بھی رفاقت نہیں جب تک کہ وہ ہجرت نہ کریں ہاں اگر وہ دین کے بارے میں مدد طلب کریں تو تم پر مدد کرناضروری ہے سوائے ان لوگوں کے کہ تم میں اور ان میں عہد و پیمان ہے تم جو کچھ کر رہے ہو اللہ خوب دیکھتا ہے ۔

Indeed, those who have believed and emigrated and fought with their wealth and lives in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided - they are allies of one another. But those who believed and did not emigrate - for you there is no guardianship of them until they emigrate. And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help, except against a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty. And Allah is Seeing of what you do.
