الفاظ ( اِنَّ )

اور وہ جادوگر فرعون کے پاس حاضر ہوئے کہنے لگے کہ اگر ہم غالب آئے تو ہم کو کوئی بڑا صلہ ملے گا؟

And the magicians came to Pharaoh. They said, "Indeed for us is a reward if we are the predominant."

فرعون کہنے لگا کہ تم موسیٰ پر ایمان لائے ہو بغیر اس کے کہ میں تم کو اجازت دوں؟ بیشک یہ سازش تھی جس پر تمہارا عمل درآمد ہوا ہے اس شہر میں تاکہ تم سب اس شہر سے یہاں کے رہنے والوں کو باہر نکال دو ۔ سو اب تم کو حقیقت معلوم ہوئی جاتی ہے ۔

Said Pharaoh, "You believed in him before I gave you permission. Indeed, this is a conspiracy which you conspired in the city to expel therefrom its people. But you are going to know.

موسٰی ( علیہ السلام ) نے اپنی قوم سے فرمایا اللہ تعالٰی کا سہارا حاصل کرو اور صبر کرو ، یہ زمین اللہ تعالٰی کی ہے ، اپنے بندوں میں سے جس کو چاہے وہ مالک بنا دے اور آخر کامیابی ان ہی کی ہوتی ہے جو اللہ سے ڈرتے ہیں ۔

Said Moses to his people, "Seek help through Allah and be patient. Indeed, the earth belongs to Allah . He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous."

یہ لوگ جس کام میں لگے ہیں یہ تباہ کیا جائے گا اور ان کا یہ کام محض بے بنیاد ہے ۔

Indeed, those [worshippers] - destroyed is that in which they are [engaged], and worthless is whatever they were doing."

اور جب موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) اپنی قوم کی طرف واپس آئے غصہ اور رنج میں بھرے ہوئے تو فرمایا کہ تم نے میرے بعد یہ بڑی بری جانشینی کی؟ کیا اپنے رب کے حکم سے پہلے ہی تم نے جلد بازی کر لی اور جلدی سے تختیاں ایک طرف رکھیں اور اپنے بھائی کا سر پکڑ کر ان کو اپنی طرف گھسیٹنے لگے ۔ ہارون ( علیہ السلام ) نے کہا کہ اے میرے ماں جائے !ان لوگوں نے مجھ کو بے حقیقت سمجھا اور قریب تھا کہ مجھ کو قتل کر ڈالیں تو تم مجھ پر دشمنوں کو مت ہنساؤ اور مجھ کو ان ظالموں کے ذیل میں مت شمار کرو ۔

And when Moses returned to his people, angry and grieved, he said, "How wretched is that by which you have replaced me after [my departure]. Were you impatient over the matter of your Lord?" And he threw down the tablets and seized his brother by [the hair of] his head, pulling him toward him. [Aaron] said, "O son of my mother, indeed the people oppressed me and were about to kill me, so let not the enemies rejoice over me and do not place me among the wrongdoing people."

بیشک جن لوگوں نے گو سالہ پرستی کی ہے ان پر بہت جلد ان کے رب کی طرف سے غضب اور ذلت اس دنیاوی زندگی ہی میں پڑے گی اور ہم افتر ا پر دازوں کو ایسی ہی سزا دیا کرتے ہیں ۔

Indeed, those who took the calf [for worship] will obtain anger from their Lord and humiliation in the life of this world, and thus do We recompense the inventors [of falsehood].

اور جن لوگوں نے گناہ کے کام کئے پھروہ ان کے بعد توبہ کرلیں اور ایمان لے آئیں تو تمہارا رب اس توبہ کے بعد گناہ معاف کر دینے والا رحمت کرنے والا ہے

But those who committed misdeeds and then repented after them and believed - indeed your Lord, thereafter, is Forgiving and Merciful.

اور وہ وقت یاد کرنا چاہیے کہ آپ کے رب نے یہ بات بتلادی کہ وہ ان یہود پر قیامت تک ایسے شخص کو ضرور مسلط کرتا رہے گا جو ان کو سزائے شدید کی تکلیف پہنچاتا رہے گا بلاشبہ آپ کا رب جلدی ہی سزا دے دیتا ہے اور بلاشبہ وہ واقعی بڑی مغفرت اور بڑی رحمت والا ہے ۔

And [mention] when your Lord declared that He would surely [continue to] send upon them until the Day of Resurrection those who would afflict them with the worst torment. Indeed, your Lord is swift in penalty; but indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful.

اور میں ان کو مہلت دیتا ہوں بیشک میری تدبیر بڑی مضبوط ہے ۔

And I will give them time. Indeed, my plan is firm.

واقعی تم اللہ کو چھوڑ کر جن کی عبادت کرتے ہو وہ بھی تم ہی جیسے بندے ہیں سو تم ان کو پکارو پھر ان کو چاہیے کہ تمہارا کہنا کر دیں اگر تم سچے ہو ۔

Indeed, those you [polytheists] call upon besides Allah are servants like you. So call upon them and let them respond to you, if you should be truthful.

یقیناً میرا مددگار اللہ تعالٰی ہے جس نے یہ کتاب نازل فرمائی اور وہ نیک بندوں کی مدد کرتا ہے ۔

Indeed, my protector is Allah , who has sent down the Book; and He is an ally to the righteous.

یقیناً جو لوگ خدا ترس ہیں جب ان کو کوئی خطرہ شیطان کی طرف سے آجاتا ہے تو وہ یاد میں لگ جاتے ہیں سو یکایک ان کی آنکھیں کھل جاتی ہیں ۔

Indeed, those who fear Allah - when an impulse touches them from Satan, they remember [Him] and at once they have insight.

یقیناً جو تیرے رب کے نزدیک ہیں وہ اس کی عبادت سے تکبر نہیں کرتے اور اس کی پاکی بیان کرتے ہیں اور اس کو سجدہ کرتے ہیں ۔

Indeed, those who are near your Lord are not prevented by arrogance from His worship, and they exalt Him, and to Him they prostrate.

اور اللہ تعالٰی نے یہ امداد محض اس لئے کی کہ بشارت ہو اور تاکہ تمہارے دلوں کو قرار ہو جائے اور مدد صرف اللہ ہی کی طرف سے ہے جو کہ زبردست حکمت والا ہے ۔

And Allah made it not but good tidings and so that your hearts would be assured thereby. And victory is not but from Allah . Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

سو تم نے انہیں قتل نہیں کیا لیکن اللہ تعالٰی نے ان کو قتل کیا ۔ اور آپ نے خاک کی مٹھی نہیں پھینکی بلکہ اللہ تعالٰی نے وہ پھینکی اور تاکہ مسلمانوں کو اپنی طرف سے ان کی محنت کا خوب عوض دے بلاشبہ اللہ تعالٰی خوب سننے والا خوب جاننے والا ہے ۔

And you did not kill them, but it was Allah who killed them. And you threw not, [O Muhammad], when you threw, but it was Allah who threw that He might test the believers with a good test. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

بیشک بدترین خلائق اللہ تعالٰی کے نزدیک وہ لوگ ہیں جو بہرے ہیں گونگے ہیں جو کہ ( ذرا ) نہیں سمجھتے ۔

Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason.

بلا شک یہ کافر لوگ اپنے مالوں کو اس لئے خرچ کر رہے ہیں کہ اللہ کی راہ سے روکیں سو یہ لوگ تو اپنے مالوں کو خرچ کرتے ہی رہیں گے پھر وہ مال ان کے حق میں باعث حسرت ہوجائیں گے پھر مغلوب ہوجائیں گے اور کافر لوگوں کو دوزخ کی طرف جمع کیا جائے گا ۔

Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [people] from the way of Allah . So they will spend it; then it will be for them a [source of] regret; then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved - unto Hell they will be gathered.

اور اللہ کی اور اس کے رسول کی فرماں برداری کرتے رہو آپس میں اختلاف نہ کرو ورنہ بزدل ہو جاؤ گے اور تمہاری ہوا اکھڑ جائے گی اور صبر و سہار رکھو یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی صبر کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے ۔

And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and [then] your strength would depart; and be patient. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.

مثل فرعونیوں کے حال کے اور ان سے اگلوں کے کہ انہوں نے اللہ کی آیتوں سے کفر کیا پس اللہ نے ان کے گناہوں کے باعث انہیں پکڑ لیا اللہ تعالٰی یقیناً قوت والا اور سخت عذاب والا ہے ۔

[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They disbelieved in the signs of Allah , so Allah seized them for their sins. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and severe in penalty.

تمام جانداروں سے بدتر اللہ کے نزدیک وہ ہیں جو کفر کریں پھر وہ ایمان نہ لائیں ۔

Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are those who have disbelieved, and they will not [ever] believe -

اور اگر تجھے کسی قوم کی خیانت کا ڈر ہو تو برابری کی حالت میں ان کا عہد نامہ توڑ دے اللہ تعالٰی خیانت کرنے والوں کو پسند نہیں فرماتا ۔

If you [have reason to] fear from a people betrayal, throw [their treaty] back to them, [putting you] on equal terms. Indeed, Allah does not like traitors.

پس جو کچھ حلال اور پاکیزہ غنیمت تم نے حاصل کی ہے خوب کھاؤ پیو اور اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو یقیناً اللہ غفور و رحیم ہے ۔

So consume what you have taken of war booty [as being] lawful and good, and fear Allah . Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور ہجرت کی اور اپنے مالوں اور جانوں سے اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کیا اور جن لوگوں نے ان کو پناہ دی اور مدد کی یہ سب آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے رفیق ہیں اور جو ایمان تو لائے ہیں لیکن ہجرت نہیں کی تو تمہارے لئے ان کی کچھ بھی رفاقت نہیں جب تک کہ وہ ہجرت نہ کریں ہاں اگر وہ دین کے بارے میں مدد طلب کریں تو تم پر مدد کرناضروری ہے سوائے ان لوگوں کے کہ تم میں اور ان میں عہد و پیمان ہے تم جو کچھ کر رہے ہو اللہ خوب دیکھتا ہے ۔

Indeed, those who have believed and emigrated and fought with their wealth and lives in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided - they are allies of one another. But those who believed and did not emigrate - for you there is no guardianship of them until they emigrate. And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help, except against a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty. And Allah is Seeing of what you do.

اور جو لوگ اس کے بعد ایمان لائے اور ہجرت کی اور تمہارے ساتھ ہو کر جہاد کیا ۔ پس یہ لوگ بھی تم میں سے ہی ہیں اور رشتے ناطے والے ان میں سے بعض بعض سے زیادہ نزدیک ہیں اللہ کے حکم میں بیشک اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز کا جاننے والا ہے ۔

And those who believed after [the initial emigration] and emigrated and fought with you - they are of you. But those of [blood] relationship are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allah . Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things.

بجز ان مشرکوں کے جن سے تمہارا معاہدہ ہو چکا ہے اور انہوں نے تمہیں ذرا سا بھی نقصان نہیں پہنچایا اور نہ کسی کی تمہارے خلاف مدد کی ہے تو تم بھی ان کے معاہدے کی مدت ان کے ساتھ پوری کرو اللہ تعالٰی پرہیزگاروں کو دوست رکھتا ہے ۔

Excepted are those with whom you made a treaty among the polytheists and then they have not been deficient toward you in anything or supported anyone against you; so complete for them their treaty until their term [has ended]. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].

پھر حرمت والے مہینوں کے گزرتے ہی مشرکوں کو جہاں پاؤ قتل کرو انہیں گرفتار کروان کا محاصرہ کرلو اور ان کی تاک میں ہر گھاٹی میں جابیٹھو ، ہاں اگر وہ توبہ کرلیں اور نماز کے پابند ہوجائیں اور زکوۃ ادا کرنے لگیں تو تم ان کی راہیں چھوڑ دو یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی بخشنے والا مہربان ہے ۔

And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

مشرکوں کے لئے عہد اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے نزدیک کیسے رہ سکتا ہے سوائے ان کے جن سے تم نے عہد و پیمان مسجد حرام کے پاس کیا ہے جب تک وہ لوگ تم سے معاہدہ نبھائیں تم بھی ان سے وفاداری کرو ، اللہ تعالٰی متقیوں سے محبت رکھتا ہے ۔

How can there be for the polytheists a treaty in the sight of Allah and with His Messenger, except for those with whom you made a treaty at al-Masjid al-Haram? So as long as they are upright toward you, be upright toward them. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].

وہاں یہ ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں اللہ کے پاس یقیناً بہت بڑے ثواب ہیں ۔

[They will be] abiding therein forever. Indeed, Allah has with Him a great reward.

اے ایمان والو! بیشک مشرک بالکل ہی ناپاک ہیں وہ اس سال کے بعد مسجد حرام کے پاس بھی نہ پھٹکنے پائیں اگر تمہیں مفلسی کا خوف ہے تو اللہ تمہیں دولت مند کر دے گا اپنے فضل سے اگر چاہے اللہ علم و حکمت والا ہے ۔

O you who have believed, indeed the polytheists are unclean, so let them not approach al-Masjid al-Haram after this, their [final] year. And if you fear privation, Allah will enrich you from His bounty if He wills. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Wise.

اے ایمان والو! اکثر علماء اور عابد لوگوں کا مال ناحق کھا جاتے ہیں اور اللہ کی راہ سے روک دیتے ہیں اور جو لوگ سونے چاندی کا خزانہ رکھتے ہیں اور اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ نہیں کرتے انہیں دردناک عذاب کی خبر پہنچا دیجئے ۔

O you who have believed, indeed many of the scholars and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah . And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment.

مہینوں کی گنتی اللہ کے نزدیک کتاب اللہ میں بارہ کی ہے اسی دن سے جب سے آسمان و زمین کو اس نے پیدا کیا ہے ان میں سے چار حرمت و ادب کے ہیں یہی درست دین ہے تم ان مہینوں میں اپنی جانوں پر ظلم نہ کرو اور تم تمام مشرکوں سے جہاد کرو جیسے کہ وہ تم سب سے لڑتے ہیں اور جان رکھو کہ اللہ تعالٰی متقیوں کے ساتھ ہے ۔

Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah [from] the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them. And fight against the disbelievers collectively as they fight against you collectively. And know that Allah is with the righteous [who fear Him].

اگر تم ان ( نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کی مدد نہ کرو تو اللہ ہی نے ان کی مدد کی اس وقت جبکہ انہیں کافروں نے ( دیس سے ) نکال دیا تھا دو میں سے دوسرا جبکہ وہ دونوں غار میں تھے جب یہ اپنے ساتھی سے کہہ رہے تھے کہ غم نہ کر اللہ ہمارے ساتھ ہے پس جناب باری نے اپنی طرف سے تسکین اس پر نازل فرما کر ان لشکروں سے اس کی مدد کی جنہیں تم نے دیکھا ہی نہیں اس نے کافروں کی بات پست کردی اور بلند و عزیز تو اللہ کا کلمہ ہی ہے اللہ غالب ہے حکمت والا ہے ۔

If you do not aid the Prophet - Allah has already aided him when those who disbelieved had driven him out [of Makkah] as one of two, when they were in the cave and he said to his companion, "Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us." And Allah sent down his tranquillity upon him and supported him with angels you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah - that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

منافقوں کو ہر وقت اس بات کا کھٹکا لگا رہتا ہے کہ کہیں مسلمانوں پر کوئی سورت نہ اترے جو ان کے دلوں کی باتیں انہیں بتلا دے ۔ کہہ دیجئے کہ مذاق اڑاتے رہو یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی اسے ظاہر کرنے والا ہے جس سے تم ڈر دبک رہے ہو ۔

They hypocrites are apprehensive lest a surah be revealed about them, informing them of what is in their hearts. Say, "Mock [as you wish]; indeed, Allah will expose that which you fear."

تمام منافق مرد و عورت آپس میں ایک ہی ہیں یہ بری باتوں کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور بھلی باتوں سے روکتے ہیں اور اپنی مٹھی بند رکھتے ہیں یہ اللہ کو بھول گئے اللہ نے انہیں بھلا دیا بیشک منافق ہی فاسق و بد کردار ہیں ۔

The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one another. They enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right and close their hands. They have forgotten Allah , so He has forgotten them [accordingly]. Indeed, the hypocrites - it is they who are the defiantly disobedient.

مومن مرد و عورت آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے ( مددگار و معاون ) اور دوست ہیں ، وہ بھلائی کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور برائیوں سے روکتے ہیں ، نمازوں کو پابندی سے بجا لاتے ہیں زکٰو ۃ ادا کرتے ہیں اللہ کی اور اس کے رسول کی بات مانتے ہیں یہی لوگ ہیں جن پر اللہ تعالٰی بہت جلد رحم فرمائے گا بیشک اللہ غلبے والا حکمت والا ہے ۔

The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those - Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

اور بعض اہل دیہات میں ایسے بھی ہیں جو اللہ تعالٰی پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں اور جو کچھ خرچ کرتے ہیں اس کو عند اللہ قرب حاصل ہونے کا ذریعہ اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی دعا کا ذریعہ بناتے ہیں ۔ یاد رکھو کہ ان کا یہ خرچ کرنا بیشک ان کے لئے موجب قربت ہے ، ان کو اللہ تعالٰی ضرور اپنی رحمت میں داخل کرے گا اللہ تعالٰی بڑی مغفرت والا بڑی رحمت والا ہے ۔

But among the bedouins are some who believe in Allah and the Last Day and consider what they spend as means of nearness to Allah and of [obtaining] invocations of the Messenger. Unquestionably, it is a means of nearness for them. Allah will admit them to His mercy. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

اور کچھ لوگ ہیں جو اپنی خطا کے اقراری ہیں جنہوں نے ملے جلے عمل کئے تھے ، کچھ بھلے اور کچھ برے اللہ سے امید ہے کہ ان کی توبہ قبول فرمائے بلاشبہ اللہ تعالٰی بڑی مغفرت والا بڑی رحمت والا ہے ۔

And [there are] others who have acknowledged their sins. They had mixed a righteous deed with another that was bad. Perhaps Allah will turn to them in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

آپ ان کے مالوں میں سے صدقہ لیجئے جس کے ذریعہ سے آپ ان کو پاک صاف کر دیں اور ان کے لئے دعا کیجئے ، بلاشبہ آپ کی دعا ان کے لئے موجب اطمینان ہے اور اللہ تعالٰی خوب سنتا ہے خوب جانتا ہے ۔

Take, [O, Muhammad], from their wealth a charity by which you purify them and cause them increase, and invoke [ Allah 's blessings] upon them. Indeed, your invocations are reassurance for them. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

بلا شبہ اللہ تعالٰی نے مسلمانوں سے ان کی جانوں کو اور ان کے مالوں کو اس بات کے عوض خرید لیا ہے کہ ان کو جنت ملے گی وہ لوگ اللہ کی راہ میں لڑتے ہیں جس میں قتل کرتے ہیں اور قتل کئے جاتے ہیں اس پر سچا وعدہ کیا گیا ہے تورات میں اور انجیل میں اور قرآن میں اور اللہ سے زیادہ اپنے عہد کو کون پورا کرنے والا ہے تو تم لوگ اس بیع پر جس کا تم نے معاملہ ٹھہرایا ہے خوشی مناؤ اور یہ بڑی کامیابی ہے ۔

Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah , so they kill and are killed. [It is] a true promise [binding] upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah ? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And it is that which is the great attainment.

اور ابراہیم ( علیہ السلام ) کا اپنے باپ کے لئے دعائے مغفرت مانگنا وہ صرف وعدہ کے سبب تھا جو انہوں نے ان سے وعدہ کر لیا تھا ۔ پھر جب ان پر یہ بات ظاہر ہوگئی کہ وہ اللہ کا دشمن ہے تو وہ اس سے محض بے تعلق ہوگئے ، و اقعی ابراہیم ( علیہ السلام ) بڑے نرم دل اور بردبار تھے ۔

And the request of forgiveness of Abraham for his father was only because of a promise he had made to him. But when it became apparent to Abraham that his father was an enemy to Allah , he disassociated himself from him. Indeed was Abraham compassionate and patient.

اور اللہ ایسا نہیں کرتا کہ کسی قوم کو ہدایت کرکے بعد میں گمراہ کردے جب تک کہ ان چیزوں کو صاف صاف نہ بتلا دے جن سے وہ بچیں بیشک اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز کو خوب جانتا ہے ۔

And Allah would not let a people stray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should avoid. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things.

بلا شبہ اللہ ہی کی سلطنت ہے آسمانوں اور زمین میں وہی جلاتا اور مارتا ہے ، اور تمہارا اللہ کے سوا نہ کوئی یار ہے اور نہ کوئی مددگار ۔

Indeed, to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death. And you have not besides Allah any protector or any helper.

اور تین شخصوں کے حال پر بھی جن کا معاملہ ملتوی چھوڑ دیا گیا تھا یہاں تک کہ جب زمین باوجود اپنی فراخی کے ان پر تنگ ہونے لگی اور وہ خود اپنی جان سے تنگ آگئے اور انہوں نے سمجھ لیا کہ اللہ سے کہیں پناہ نہیں مل سکتی بجز اس کے کہ اسی کی طرف رجوع کیا جائے پھر ان کے حال پر توجہ فرمائی تاکہ وہ آئندہ بھی توبہ کر سکیں بیشک اللہ تعالٰی بہت توبہ قبول کرنے والا بڑا رحم والا ہے ۔

And [He also forgave] the three who were left behind [and regretted their error] to the point that the earth closed in on them in spite of its vastness and their souls confined them and they were certain that there is no refuge from Allah except in Him. Then He turned to them so they could repent. Indeed, Allah is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.

مدینہ کے رہنے والوں کو اور جو دیہاتی ان کے گردو پیش ہیں ان کو یہ زیبا نہیں تھا کہ رسول اللہ کو چھوڑ کر پیچھے رہ جائیں اور نہ یہ کہ اپنی جان کو ان کی جان سے عزیز سمجھیں ، یہ اس سبب سے کہ ان کو اللہ کی راہ میں جو پیاس لگی اور جو تھکان پہنچی اور جو بھوک لگی اور جو کسی ایسی جگہ چلے جو کفار کے لئے موجب غیظ ہوا ہو اور دشمنوں کی جو خبر لی ان سب پر ان کے نام ( ایک ایک ) نیک کام لکھا گیا ۔ یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی مخلصین کا اجر ضائع نہیں کرتا ۔

It was not [proper] for the people of Madinah and those surrounding them of the bedouins that they remain behind after [the departure of] the Messenger of Allah or that they prefer themselves over his self. That is because they are not afflicted by thirst or fatigue or hunger in the cause of Allah , nor do they tread on any ground that enrages the disbelievers, nor do they inflict upon an enemy any infliction but that is registered for them as a righteous deed. Indeed, Allah does not allow to be lost the reward of the doers of good.

کیا ان لوگوں کو اس بات سے تعجب ہوا کہ ہم نے ان میں سے ایک شخص کے پاس وحی بھیج دی کہ سب آدمیوں کو ڈرائیے اور جو ایمان لے آئے ان کو یہ خوشخبری سنائیے کہ ان کے رب کے پاس ان کو پورا اجر و مرتبہ ملے گا ۔ کافروں نے کہا کہ یہ شخص تو بلاشبہ صریح جادوگر ہے ۔

Have the people been amazed that We revealed [revelation] to a man from among them, [saying], "Warn mankind and give good tidings to those who believe that they will have a [firm] precedence of honor with their Lord"? [But] the disbelievers say, "Indeed, this is an obvious magician."

بلا شبہ تمہارا رب اللہ ہی ہے جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو چھ روز میں پیدا کر دیا پھر عرش پرقائم ہوا وہ ہر کام کی تدبیر کرتا ہے اس کی اجازت کے بغیر کوئی اس کے پاس سفارش کرنے والا نہیں ایسا اللہ تمہارا رب ہے سو تم اس کی عبادت کرو کیا تم پھر بھی نصیحت نہیں پکڑتے ۔

Indeed, your Lord is Allah , who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne, arranging the matter [of His creation]. There is no intercessor except after His permission. That is Allah , your Lord, so worship Him. Then will you not remember?

بلا شبہ رات اور دن کے یکے بعد دیگرے آنے میں اور اللہ تعالٰی نے جو کچھ آسمانوں اور زمین میں پیدا کیا ہے ان سب میں ان لوگوں کے واسطے دلائل ہیں جو اللہ کا ڈر رکھتے ہیں ۔

Indeed, in the alternation of the night and the day and [in] what Allah has created in the heavens and the earth are signs for a people who fear Allah

جن لوگوں کو ہمارے پاس آنے کا یقین نہیں ہے اور وہ دنیاوی زندگی پر راضی ہوگئے اور اس میں جی لگا بیٹھے ہیں اور جو لوگ ہماری آیتوں سے غافل ہیں ۔

Indeed, those who do not expect the meeting with Us and are satisfied with the life of this world and feel secure therein and those who are heedless of Our signs

یقیناً جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے نیک کام کئے ان کا رب ان کو ان کے ایمان کے سبب ان کے مقصد تک پہنچا دے گا نعمت کے باغوں میں جن کے نیچے نہریں جاری ہونگی ۔

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - their Lord will guide them because of their faith. Beneath them rivers will flow in the Gardens of Pleasure

اور جب ہم لوگوں کو اس امر کے بعد کہ ان پر کوئی مصیبت پڑ چکی ہو کسی نعمت کا مزہ چکھا دیتے ہیں تو وہ تو فوراً ہی ہماری آیتوں کے بارے میں چالیں چلنے لگتے ہیں آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ اللہ چال چلنے میں تم سے زیادہ تیز ہے بالیقین ہمارے فرشتے تمہاری سب چالوں کو لکھ رہے ہیں ۔

And when We give the people a taste of mercy after adversity has touched them, at once they conspire against Our verses. Say, " Allah is swifter in strategy." Indeed, Our messengers record that which you conspire
